It’s a refurbished Aeron
The aeron I received isn’t perfect, but is great for what it is. There was paint overspray on the sticker that shows manufacturing details, but that indicated to me that it had a proper go-over and wasn’t just bought and resold at a massive profit. My model is from 2008 and is therefore old enough to drive, but I like to think of it as my Great Recession relic.For a 16 year old chair, it is in phenomenal condition. I’ve noticed improvements in how I feel after making ergonomic adjustments. Yes, the classic is missing a few features of the V2, but I feel the posturefit does a great job. The extra cost of a newer model does not bring as many benefits as the money saved, IMO. Also, the mesh is spotless and it does seem like they replaced all the parts that were mentioned, in addition to the cushion at the front of the seat.I’m very happy with my purchase. You get what you pay for, meaning no craiglist chair will be in as turnkey condition. It feels like this chair will outlive me. Shipping was done through FedEx and it was delivered quicker than the original estimate. Super easy to eyeball and put together.

Great chair. No issues save right armrest is a bit too easy to move and needs some way to tighten it or the like.
