Handling time for all orders is 0-2 days (Mon-Sat) of receipt. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (GMT-5) on weekdays or during weekends and holidays will be handled the next day (Mon-Sat).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the  delivery address. During checkout, you will see the specific shipping options available for your order, along with any associated costs.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $200 within the continental United States.
  • Shipping Fee For Orders Below $200: All orders below $200 and within the United States are shipped for $20.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us because it was undeliverable (for reasons such as insufficient address, not picking up the package, or refusal), a refund will be issued for the purchase price of the item, excluding shipping costs. If you’d like the package resent, additional shipping fees will apply.

International Shipping

All Gamer Store currently sells and offer shipping only within the continental United States. We therefore do not sell or offer international shipping at this time.

Changes to Your Order

If you need to make changes to your order after it has been placed, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed for shipping, we may not be able to accommodate changes.
