At All Gamer Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of video game consoles, gaming accessories, gaming computers and more. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, our Refund and Returns Policy is here to assist you.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return for items purchased directly from All Gamer Store under the following conditions:

  • Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, slightly used and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email or receipt).
  • Certain items, including but not limited to opened electronics, customized products, and final sale items, are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@allgamerstore.com or call to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Prepare Your Package:

    • Carefully package the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
    • Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  3. Return Shipping:

    • You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective item).
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, you will receive a refund to the original payment method within 1-3 business days.

  • Refunds will include:
    • The purchase price of the item.
    • Shipping fees (if applicable) for the original order will only be refunded if the return is due to an error on our part or if the item is defective.

Note: Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless All Gamer Store is responsible for the return.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for another model or size, please initiate a return as described above and then place a new order for the desired item.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, refund, or return at no additional cost to you.
