Shipping Policy

Kindly note that the below shipping times are calculated by using business days and delays maybe caused by force majeure, natural disasters, inclement weather, public holidays, and factors out of our control.

Customers will be notified about the shipping status via email after the package has been dispatched. Customers also can track the order through the button Order Status.

Reminder: The estimated shipping time is a general guide and does not apply to certain remote areas.

Shipping Fee, Transit And Handling Times

  • Time zone: Eastern Daylight Time (GMT-4)
  • Free shipping on all orders above $500. Orders below $500 may ship from $20 and above depending on your location.
  • Order handling time: 1 – 2 days (Monday – Saturday)
  • Transit time 1 – 7 days (Monday – Sunday)

Order Modification And Change Of Address

We are able to update your shipping address and/or modify your order so long as the order has been shipped. If you would like to update your shipping address and/or order, kindly reach-out as soon as possible via our contact information listed below.

Note that once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any modification in any way. If your order is in transit to an incorrect address, please reach-out to use as soon as possible for assistance.

Invalid Address

We are not responsible for any order that is returned due to an invalid or incorrect address entered at checkout. If your order is lost due to an invalid address inputted upon checkout, a refund will not be issued. We reserve the right to make any necessary changes to your address when there are minor errors preventing your order from being shipped.

If your shipping address is flagged as invalid, we may reach-out via email or phone to confirm the shipping address details. If we do not hear back and the address is shippable, we will ship the order to the address you provided during checkout. If the shipping address is missing essential details and we do not hear back, we will cancel and refund your order in full. Please keep an eye on your email inbox as well as your spam folder in case we need to contact you regarding your shipping address.


If an order is returned to us, we will work with you to re-ship your order, or you can choose a refund equivalent to the cost of item(s) instead. Once the item is returned and processed at our facility, we will reach out via email to confirm how you would like to proceed, and if we are re-shipping, we would need to confirm the correct address and shipping costs. Once we come to an agreement, your package will be re-shipped.

If you have an order that is being sent back to us, please keep an eye on your inbox and spam folders for a message from us, as we do require a response and the reshipment fee before reshipping. If we do not hear back via email, we will refund the the cost of the original. Please note we are unable to refund original shipping charges, and we are unable to restore your order once a refund is processed.
