I love this laptop
I needed a new laptop since my older Asus was slowing down. I’d been shopping for computers for a while and finally when with this one for the following reasons:Quality – I’ve had good results with Asus computers and I trust the build designThunderbolt Port – I use a thunderbolt dock at home for my work laptop and I wanted a computer that I could use the same way to take advantage of multiple monitors.Portability – The size is nice to and the laptop is only slightly heavier then some 10′ models.Screen – Beautiful screen with responsive touchscreenNumberPad – Small, nice-to-have, but I really like that the touchpad turns into a numberpad. Really improves convenience when I am using it on the go.Great computer if you are in the market for a ultralight and don’t mind spending a little bit more.

Great laptop!
I haven’t bought a laptop in a few years, and i’m blown away with this laptop! I’ve always thought having a 2-in-1 would be a gimmick, but i’m actually using the touchscreen a ton. Having a stylus is a huge bonus. Additionally, this laptop is grat and compact. Cannot recommend this laptop enough!

Great for flying
I needed the laptop for school and work which it does very well. One think that really made me appreciate the flip part of the laptop how it fit on the fold out table on a plane. It wouldnt have worked to view the screen properly because if the person in front of you leaned back in the chair it would contact the screen. Thankfully that not a problem if you flip it over. The OLED screen looks amazing and Ive had no issues having to do any work on it. I gave one less star for the touch screen as the pen doesnt exactly glide across the screen, otherwise its exactly what I needed.

Very nice compact laptop
It is very nice. Very fast due to i7, ssd and a decent Amount of memory. Light and compact. Touch pen is magnetic to a couple of spots back of screen.. this will get lost eventually. Power button does not give a response click, so, you are not sure you turned it on. Purchases blue tooth mouse and i was up and running.

For it’s intended purpose, it’s a good deal
Cons:Heat:The Tigerlake processors are already well known to run extremely hot. On top of that, Asus should have seen this issue comming or at least pushed the issue with Intel before releasing this product. If we are taking heat into consideration, this laptop seriously not worthy of being referred to as a laptop. Key word of advice, add a tool to allow users to limit the amount of heat this laptop produces in exchange for some performance to prevent tables from melting.Lid:The lid sits a little too tight and there is a lack of any real lip that would make opening this laptop easier. Add the lip on the next gen.Pros:Size/weight:I bought this laptop knowing I was going to commute to and from school so I sought the most performance in the smallest package. This laptop meets that demand without breaking my wallet unlike the other brands in this tier.Speed:It’s ok, I wasn’t looking for something that can out-compete my desktop, rather I needed it to be good enough.Battery:They were not lying about a 10 hour battery. I really have to try hard to get the battery to dip below 50% with all settings cranked up to max.Touch screen:It works better than the other laptop brands and possibly competes with my desktop drawing display.Trackpad:I hate trackpads, go buy a mouse.Keyboard:It’s passable in a pinch, and the touchpad numpad is a nice feature in a pinch. Although I still have a preference for using an external keyboard.

Outstanding screen & light laptop
Appreciate gamers store swift return & replacement policies.. First laptop was returned due to unstable connectivity to bluetooth mouse & occasional blue screen of death! However, quite happy with the replacement unit with no issues (as yet) on connectivity or blue screen. Very impressed with the OLED screen & light weight of this laptop. Shall run more applications on this laptop to test its robustness & performance.

the battery died suddenly and now the whole thing is bricked
while these devices are “sleek and stylish” they are made with technology / strategies used in cellphones (that’s why it’s so thin). Meaning you can expect it to die within two years. Mine didn’t even survive that long. Absolutely do not recommend

Pretty good
Heats up when using zoom, but I’ve found that zoom is pretty demanding, so I shut off other apps and browsing and it helps, including using battery mode instead of charging mode. I love the ports and tablet mode. Kinda wanted to have something other than an apple product and I don’t regret my buy.

SOLID notebook, but has its limits..
I found this to be a FANTASTIC portable notebook for traveling, on-the-go work.. but it is limited by its capacity for RAM, even 16GB in my case. Although the i7 chip does help tremendously, I found that the notebook struggled with respect to memory-intensive apps like Chrome, Photoshop.. so if you do decide to pull the trigger on this ultrabook, I’d stick to less intensive apps and suites during use.
