Would not own any other Brand of Laptop
We have been in tech support for over 25 years and we only use & sell ASUS brand laptops!!!! GREAT products, great customer service if ever needed which has been very very seldom and usually customer related issues. We bought these for our kids when one left for school and the other went to Iraq in the military. They both still were running strong and have been handed down to kids. The one that took his to Iraq was the only computer that was still working when his platoon returned to the US. His teammates had to replace theirs. Had a customer run over an ASUS laptop that they had purchased with a pickup while it was running and the machine only suffered a crack in the screen. It was still in the accidental damage warranty and we sent the laptop in for repair and the customer was amazed that it only needed a screen replacement. ABSOLUTE Favorite BRAND.
