Received as described, NEW, fresh Win pro image, Warranty verify good with Lenovo

Fast ship, received next day, Delivered as ordered.New Lenovo laptop, Microsoft Pro image booted no problems, updates ran no issues.>No bloatware, clean image of Windows Pro.Connected to Lenovo customer site, installed Lenovo service connection tools, updated F/W from Lenovo support site.>Verified warranty was good and supported, Laptop was built 2/2024. Purchased one more year of depo return service, discount was provided.Running for two weeks with no issues. One minor note: Lenovo supplied Power charger that comes with Laptop plugs into USB C port, had to order charger that plugs into power port to free up USB C port, not a real issue just be aware.

    Super reliable and fast

My previous laptop shut down a couple times a day due to being overloaded and it wasn’t that old. I run 3 monitors and have about 10 tabs open while trading stocks and this new laptop has not failed me one time.

    Fast Business Machine

First things first. If the screen is of utmost importance to you, do not buy this machine. The 1080p is crisp enough but the color is not accurate out of the box. I’m not going to bother calibrating but the viewing angles are not great either so there’s a good chance you’ll have difficulty with content creation. It’s best at full brightness, which also annihilates battery life.I’m not a gamer either to know whether the machine is fast enough for those tasks. What I can say is for a budget laptop with that’s quick with lots of ram and storage, this is a good business machine. Unfortunately one way they kept the price down is having no keyboard backlight and minimal ports. You can get all that from the description and photos.I have a higher end laptop for production. It has an OLED 4k screen and it’s even faster but I also paid more than 2x the price for it. I bought this one for one specific software related to diagnostics and repair on heavy duty trucks and it’s more than enough for that.I actually find it more pleasant to use generally since it’s a bit lighter. The chiclet keyboard is also pretty good.

    Poor poor battery life

Everything is fine except that the battery life seems to be less than 3 hours. That is terrible. With 92% remaining it said 2 hours and 32 minutes left, although after using it for 30 minutes it says 75% remaining and now says 2 hours 33 mins who knows for sure.

    Solid laptop

Set up with Microsoft a pain. But not the laptop fault. Not a big fan of the touch pad. But that could be me. Added a mouse and works wonderfully. Just using home office apps and basic web design. Like it alot

    Love The Laptop

Was simple to set up and get on WiFi.I like the screen resolution and vivid colors that are extremely clear.Works fast too and never bogs down if I’m doing a large upload for example. With Lenovo, I’ve owned prior laptops and they last for years and years.

    Grandson loves this!

It’s pricey for a retired grandmother. But my grandson’s 16th BD was 5 days before Christmas, so we considered it a combined BD/Christmas present! He absolutely loves it! He has his own game systems, so he doesn’t use it for gaming, but for everything else, he does use it and is very pleased it starts up so quickly and and works problem free.

    Purchased four months ago,

My favorite laptop! fast, never lags. never drops wi-fi or bluetooth signals. Can and do work on the Microsoft Edge, which was new to me but it works flawlessly. Back to the computer.. never heats up, charges up quickly, has a decent battery life. Keyboard is an 8/10.. It feels great and comfortable on the fingers, tactile feel.. Trackpad is pretty good as well.. Took me a while to adapt due to coming from Apple beforehand and was searching for that command key for the longest haha, but the learning curve was fairly simple for me. Good sound as well. The display is not the best, but it’s good for most people. Feel as though it could be more vibrant. Easy to start up and shut down, both are quick. I like the Lenovo, that camera blind is a cool feature. Nice size and comfortable for the around eight hours per work day that I use it. Go buy it! (no proof-read)

    Really Good Value

I’m very happy with what I got for less than $700. Pretty respectable specs, extremely light. It’s a great daily driver to do all my email, word processing, messing around with YouTube, etc… I haven’t tried dev with it yet, but it might even be good enough for lightweight development. One thing I would improve is the mouse pad, although the mouse pad imo hasn’t been good on laptops since the very first IBM Think Pad from the mid 1990’s which had a little joystick for a mouse, so you could mouse and type at the same time. I’ve never seen a mouse pad be very accurate and they’re always cumbersome to use. Since Lenovo bought the Think Pad brand, maybe they could dig that tech up and do a reboot.

you get what you pay for

fast, but limited by browser javascript overloading the ram cache. this is unavoidable b/c as a software developer, the idiots that make web pages these days overload them with so much garbage they dont run properly. this has nothing to do with the quality of this laptop.now that i’m done venting, let’s get to why this machine is great.1. boot time is blazingly fast (<8s to windows screen)2. nice and roomy storage (got 1tb) which is one of the main factors of me buying over mac. (VERY tough choice - but i have an old macbook air for now)3. i needed this machine for development, and like the nice tie in to windows onedrive, really gives me an easy way to manage my file repository.4. keyboard is good but i like beveled keys better (no backlight)5. overall great machine for the money, if you want all the bells and whistles you will be spending > 7-800 clams. my reccomendation is that if you don’t care about touchscreeen, get a macbook air 2024 for $850.6. nice screen size, i don’t care about the image quality b/c i’m coding on this thing. its a great price b/c if it breaks, is stolen, etc, i can buy a new one. i would cry sweet tears if the macbook broke.note: this is NOT a gaming machine. if you want to game, get a console, its the best way to go. if you are a pc gamer you need to spend north of 1k to get anything decent.overall, one of the best in its class for barebones with good power. if you want bells and whistles, fingerprint reader, backlit keyboard, touchscreen, etc, you’ll have to spend more. i went for raw power and storage, with good screensize. it was a very tough choice over mac but i came up as a developer with windows and i’m going back. i like the mac shell but powershell cuts the mustard now.for $500 with windows pro, this is a great developer machine. very happy with it so far.giving it a 4/5.no comment on battery life yet… probably ok.

Excellent product! fulfills all the it was expected, the only thing that I do not really like is the AC power adapter has a USB type C connector instead of a Male DC connector but besides this everything else it is awesome!

    Great computer

I ordered this for my son to use for school and a small amount of gaming. He had his last Lenovo for four years and it was getting worn out. He is really impressed by the graphics processing unit and the amount of storage on the SSD (512 GB). With 16 GB of RAM (which is all you really need), you can play all the top games and more, such as Minecraft, Fortnight, etc.). A great buy for the price since it is not considered a gaming laptop. The battery life is great for the price also. Quick booting up and moving from webpage to webpage and loading games. Overall great choice for the price.

    So far so good!!

The battery life isn’t the best but for the cost I love my laptop!! I got it a few months ago and it’s an easy set up, has good volume, performance is smooth though it has been a little slow when starting up after it died! The size is a bit bigger than I’d like but not an issue for me at all overall!

Good computer, but Lenovo has to catch up with USB C charging

The computer itself worked very well and was fast. I started migrating files from my first computer to this one, left, then came back later to pick up work. The computer was off, and it wouldn’t power up. I went into troubleshooting the cord, performing a power drain, nothing. I even purchased a compatible round charger, and it wouldn’t charge. I looked into it and Lenovo is infamous for faulty USB ports, and the whole “dual purpose” USB C ports that do data AND charge run the risk of frying the computer. I fear that this is what happened with this model. I would use the conventional charging port and NOT the USB C port to charge the unit.

Flimsy and lacking features but good value for money

Its a budget laptop, don’t expect bells and whistles like a lit keyboard. The screen is mediocre, has a washed out look that can’t be fixed with settings. Runs Windows 11 just fine and is perfect for a student or anyone looking for a simple, serviceable laptop.

    Amazing value!

Our son had been saving up his money for a while to purchase a laptop that he could game and do some graphic design. The specs on this thing are incredible for the price and he has absolutely loved it so far. It’s been able to easily handle all the games he’s played on it. Amazing value

    Decent Computer. Lousy Screen.

Computer works exactly how you would hope. It’s been years since I used a device with a screen this bad. The picture is very soft, viewing angles are poor, and it can’t handle any amount of sunlight. I’d return it if I hadn’t waited too long.

My title says it all. I thought I had a shipping problem so I reached out to the seller who responded within just a couple minutes! They assured me everything was good and they were right. Additionally, the laptop seems to be a great value for the money too. I would buy from them again.

Perfect gift for that special “someone” that likes to leave hundreds of browser tabs open…

I picked this up to replace my wife’s older laptop after the motherboard died. The hardware specs are solid for the price. The laptop spends most of its time plugged in so I cant comment on battery life. The only item it did not check off was a backlit keyboard. My wife has been very happy with it so far.

    Another Great Purchase

I never use the ‘factory installation’ because of bloatware, so I can’t talk much on the out-of-box experience and software that comes pre-loaded. But, after a fresh install of Windows 11 and a few quick Windows Updates for drivers, this machine runs great. For all of your basic work, most of your business needs (QuickBooks, Microsoft Office) and even a few light gaming options, it’s a really good computer for the price.Note: It’s not a gaming rig and not an AutoCad rig, otherwise very solid.

    It’s Fine

This laptop is nothing special. But for what it is, It does exactly what I need. It’s not delicate; it can be repeatedly moved to and used in various classrooms. plugging and unplugging components. It’s a reliable workhorse. No baby-ing needed. (I’ll save the video editing for my XPS – which is waay too finicky (and pricy) to be hauled around). Be forewarned, though. The Levono V15 product description is misleading. The only USB C port is also the only power source. So, if you’re planning on dedicating the USB C to higher-speed processes, think again. While this laptop’s battery life is impressive (so far) for a Windows OS, you will have to charge it at some point, and the C port will not be available for other uses.
