Absolutely wonderful, couldn’t be happier.
This fantastic gaming PC came packaged perfectly and professionally. There was absolutely no damage anywhere to be found, nothing loose inside the case, etc. I had it plugged in and was surfing the web in about 15 minutes once it went through its initial startup processes. Absolutely rock solid, and the 4090 is a surprisingly large upgrade over a 3080ti. I didn’t really think I would notice much at 1440p gaming, but I was surely wrong. All my favorite games are now at max everything with no frame rate reduction at any time. I had always thought RDR2 was a gorgeous game, but with everything maxed and res scaling increased it looks like a masterpiece at 3440×1440. I can’t wait for the new ASUS OLED in 4k to come out to put this thing through its paces! (I’m on an ASUS PG35VQ monitor right now)I cannot thank the seller enough, absolute flawless transaction and you can tell they really put a lot of pride into what they build. Thank you!

PC is great but GPU wasn’t working
Build quality is decent but the PC arrived and the GPU wasn’t working. I spent few hours taking it all apart and rebuilding it. Im familiar with PCs so it wasn’t too bad but for someone who isn’t this would have been a nightmare. Also some screws for the casing were missing.Overall they really need to test these builds before shipping them. Others have reported the exact same issue with the GPU in their reviews.I expected better.

Magnificent machine.
This is a high powered pc and can be tailored to anyone’s needs. Consists entirely of name brand components so their very reliable. I opted for the RTX 4080 GPU with a i9-138000k processor and WOW, the thing is fast. It is also an aesthetic piece of art which looks great on top of a desk.

Outstanding Customer Service – Fantastic Machine
This purchase was a journey, but Velztorm was with me through the entire process going through the exact same frustrations as I was. I ordered this machine at the beginning of March. It arrived just a few short days later with blazing fast shipping times. Unfortunately, the worst happened and on the first delivery the machine arrive frustratingly unable to display. I spent a few hours troubleshooting this myself and not getting anywhere, but after a quick hop and a skip (and on a Saturday no less) Velztorm’s customer service team was there with the assist over a Discord call when my phone auto side buttoned them.We spent about an hour on the phone Sunday morning troubleshooting everything that I had already missed, and had to make the call to return the machine to their shop. This did regrettably add about 7 days to the overall time it took for me to actually receive a working machine but Velztorm did their part to make it right and the reason the machine didn’t work was no fault of their own. The GPU had been damaged during shipping, (I’m sure UPS didn’t mind having one item shipped second day air three times in a row,) which caused the GPU riser to also malfunction. They replaced both items under warranty at no cost to me whatsoever and returned the computer with 2 day shipping.I am now the happy owner of this rig and it’s currently crushing any work tasks I put in front of it which is exactly what I needed.If you’re considering ordering this machine or any other machine from Velztorm but you’re hesitant to purchase because of nightmares you’ve heard about other pre-built gaming PC companies in the past, go ahead and stop worrying now. Velztorm is a standup company with an awesome build and support staff and a killer community of PC enthusiasts to boot. They’re also a small fairly small team and small business as well from what I can tell, and they do quality work that they stand behind.Shout out to Bronx for helping me not feel like a Boomer too.

Very quiet
I’ve been on a mission to find or build a quiet gaming rig since I get headaches from excessive fan noise. This prebuilt is pretty perfect. It’s not totally silent, but I would call it whisper quiet. It gets maybe a tiny bit louder after running my game of choice on ultra high settings for a while, but it’s still very quiet, which is especially impressive for something that has ELEVEN fans in it (my 4090 is of the PNY brand, which has 3 fans).It was packaged very well, and there was no damage, but the foam inside the case was hard to remove. I had to take out the enormous video card, which itself was challenging because you have to press on the little lever to release the card, and that’s hard to do with all the foam in the way.In case this helps someone else: I was surprised that the pretty lights on the RAM modules stayed on when the PC was in sleep mode while the rest of them went dark, but apparently that’s normal. Power to the memory modules is kept on in sleep mode because that’s where the current state is kept. I had to enable the Hibernate option and start using that because it saves the data to HD and doesn’t need to keep powering the RAM. I know there are other solutions to this problem, but Hibernate seems more eco-friendly, and I’m all about trying to save the planet after using way too much power playing a video game…

A decent starter with great upgrade options
Pros:1) Motherboard is much more powerful that the initial specs. It can now expand up to 198 GBs of RAM2) 3 SSD Slots, you’re going to want to add at least one more SSD as newer games often require it (mine came with 1 SSD and 1 HDD)3) Can handle all the high end games. The 4070 Ti is just strong enough.4) Not whisper quiet, but quiet enough.5) Looks nice and is easy to work on.Cons:1) a lot of glitches with the video aspect at first, causing loss of video. Reboot it would work fine. After a few software/firmware upgrades it seems to work fine now.2) could use better case coverage in the back. why have mesh all around but on the back?3) the amount of ram that it comes with is not great if you’re playing newer games. I ended up upgrading to the Corsair Vengeance with the lighting, which looks great.4) some games you can’t run on their highest setting without some serious lag, ram upgrade will help with some of it, but an RTX 4090 will help on top of that. Recommend the liquid X.5) One of my fan lights on top doesn’t light.

Great so far — Will update after some time
So far — great! Product arrived faster than expected and came with UPS Next Day Air.Packaging was great — lots of tape and protective bubble wrap. The inside of the case was filled with these exploding foam pouches to protect the components. It was a little difficult removing them — however — and will require tools to disassemble the case.My machine came with the GPU power pre-installed i imagine because this case has a somewhat strange design. In that respect — I would avoid this product if you’re not comfortable with opening PCs and go with a different Velztorm prebuilt. The service is 5/5 stars but this case wasn’t the best choice for me personally.The computer so far has been fast. The CPU temps are a bit concerning at 55C with light gaming but i imagine I need to tune the fan controls a bit more.Also — do not use bluetooth accessories. Not sure if it’s the motherboard’s bluetooth module or just interference from my environment but bluetooth mice and speakers caused stuttering and lag. I switched to a USB Mouse and Aux speakers and everything became buttery smooth.

Great system
The computer was well packaged and arrived quickly. There was a small problem with one of the drives not showing up but a quick call to customer support fixed the problem without any hassle. Customer service definitely gets 5 stars! Everything is well built and cable management is definitely above average. The computer is running great! Would definitely purchase from them again.

Great so far
They packaging was great and it was only late due to the snow storm up north. I unpacked the pc and took out the packaging that protects the inside of the pc. I hooked it up and it fired right up and so far is running like a dream. If anything changes ill update post but A+ for you guys so far. Comes with extra cabling, and other goodies. The only one bad thing was 2 screws where missing on one fan and i replaced them with extras i had.

This pc is the best. It is so good for high end gaming, streaming, and basic work. It runs every single game 1440p and 4k insanely well. If you are looking to upgrade your pc anytime soon this is the best option for you. I selected the 128gb ddr5 ram with the rtx 4090 and this thing is a beast.

not bad i like it
There is not much to say, there are few bad things that I would highlight, to say almost none. The only bad thing is not knowing what brand the components such as the GPU or the motherboard will be, but the truth is that it is a good PC, I have been testing it for almost a week and so far it has not given me any problems, IF THERE ARE OTHER REMARKABLE DATA of this PC is that it brings support for the graphics card, although due to its position it is not so necessary and different panels for the front cooling system of the processor, just in case. I don’t like to see the “V” of the brand that mounts the pc, just change it for one that brings you from the Corsair brand in black and white, and in case anyone is interested in knowing, the graphics of this brand has 3 Display ports and 1 HDMI port I sincerely recommend it.
