Cheaper today than when I bought it.
I love the computer, it’s great. It’s now advertised a few hundred dollars cheaper than it was before when I bought it. I spoke to customer service and they said the restock few would be more than discount I would receive if I bought it today. Which seems kind of unfair. In less than 6 months it’s 400 dollars cheaper and nothing can be done about it.

Solid performance but overheats
Tends to overheat despite the liquid cooling system; need to remove the top for airflow so it does not automatically shut down.Poor engineering design but great looking cosmetically

Totally Worth It, Completely Satisfied!!!
When it’s hard to get a graphics card nowadays, It’s time to buy a prebuilt and I can say im completely satisfied with the Thermaltake Reactor 380.The small-form-factor 10 in by 10 in 18 in high takes up very little room compared to a medium-to-large tower sitting on a desk.Thermaltake did a great job with wire management looks clean and great build. My only complaint no RGB on the graphics card!Thermaltake Tower 100 Tempered Glass Mini Tower Computer ChassisASUS ROG STRIX B550-I GAMING AM4 Mini-itx AMD MotherboardAMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-core, 16-Thread ProcessorThermaltake ARGB 120mm High Efficiency Radiator CPU Cooler1TB Gen4 NVMe M.2ToughRAM RGB – 16GB 3600Mhz DDR4 RGBThermaltake Toughpower 750W 80 Plus Gold Power SupplyMSI – NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080

Great PC when the price was right
Purchased this when it was listed for $1400……what a steal for a 3080. Pc has worked flawlessly since purchased. Getting over 200fps with hp omen 240hz 1440 monitor on Apex, MW3, and Halo Infinite. Actual build date of the pc i purchased was March 2022. I upgraded the fans from 120mm to 140mm.

Amazing machine
Easy to setup and awesome case. Best looking/cleanest cabled machine I’ve had. Took an hour or two to setup and do all the updates and get the RGB preferences set. Had it running about 6 hours now quiet and smooth, getting max frames on ultra for most games. If you are willing to spend a bit more for a really nice build from visual and functional standpoint, also is pretty small for a tower this is it.

Great buy
Been using this for about a year now and no problems have occurred. I do wish it was easier to clean and it had more USB ports, but buying a doc for it wouldn’t hurt.

this system is 100% legit…i haven’t had any issues with the system… between playing new world at MAX and gminer mining ETH at 100mh/s its already paying for itself…i’m making 200$ a month with gminer and ethermine, the system will pay for itself in no time!!

Good for gaming addiction
The media could not be loaded.
I wanted to buy a gaming laptop for playing games, but my geek friend recommended this small gaming PC for better system performance on my same budget. In addition, this small system looks cool. So I figured it might work well to satisfy my daily gaming addiction. Plus, getting an RTX 3080 in the process is a nice bonus. The cable management is one of the first things I noticed, and it looks perfect. It makes the interior look clean and tidy. The small footprint lets me set the case on the desk next to me and not take up too much room. I was never an RGB lighting lover, but the lighting effects fit the system quite well. Of course, now I’m so into RGB!

This system is exactly what I wanted and recommended if you’re looking for a plug and play system
Pros:- Well packed and protected (internally and externally)- Clear directions on what is needed to do upon opening- No bloatware in the Windows OS. No additional time needed to uninstall them.- Runs all of my games and programs- System arrived two days earlier than estimated- Compact system and footprint- Includes a baggy with additional power cables from the PSU and other extras- System uses well known branded partsCons:- A bit pricey- Didn’t come with a HDMI or DP cable- Didn’t come with a screwdriver- Power cable is a bit shortOverall Review:I waited and used this system for some time before leaving this review. Overall, this system is exactly what I wanted given the challenge of finding a GPU in today’s market. This system is a godsend and a day and night difference in performance compared to my poor 8+ year desktop PC. The system has expanding foam on the inside to protect the parts during delivery so you’ll need to take it out before power on the system. Took about 7 mins to get it done but I think it adds an experience where you get to do something technical like on the system to get it to power on. A screwdriver is required so be ready to have one on hand. Overall recommended if you’re looking for a system that’s pretty much plug and play and it can pretty much handle anything you toss at it.

Amazing tiny PC packed with lots of performance
The media could not be loaded.
I was very excited to receive the Thermaltake Reactor 380 Liquid-Cooled PC at my door. This pre-built PC was packaged safely both on the outside and in with box edge protectors then Instapak and cardboard over the fans to protect them during shipping. It was amazing to see how small this PC was in person and how easily you can put it almost anywhere you would need to while looking sort of like a popcorn machine! Cable management was superb, everything was strapped down, tied together, and out of the way cleanly. Each compartment even had some sort of mesh as dust filters which is nice. The software was minimal only having AMD, NVIDIA, and motherboard drivers. You’re able to adjust the lighting settings through the motherboard software with everything in the PC being in sync.Performance is great being able to play games at gorgeous 4k resolution without dialing down graphics or play competitive games with a high refresh rate from the AMD 5800x and RTX 3080 combo. Gaming over time, the GPU hit temps of around 75-80c depending on how long I played or what I was playing while the CPU was a comfy 75c thanks to the liquid cooler.Overall, I think it’s a very satisfyingly small PC that you can play long hours on performing for years to come.

Really great PC
This was my first gaming PC purchase and I don’t regret it. First off, great case and display. This PC looks amazing and performs exceptional as well. Multiple 4k titles with over 120 FPS, the 3080 is superb in this build combined with the extremely fast Ryzen 7 5800x. Amazing quality resolution and performance.I had to do multiple updates upon arrival and mess with a lot of the settings (especially in Nvidia Control panel and Geforce now), which was to be expected but now it is performing to my highest standards and I’m very pleased with my PC.I also want to give a shout out to the vendor for providing step by step instructions on setting up the PC out of the box. It really helped and I was able to get it running with only minor headaches as my learning curve got up to par. Overall very pleased.

Look no further.
Tired of shopping around? This is the one. This bad boy comes with name brand parts, well packed and has some serious power. Unit came with MSI RTX 3080, R7 5800x and 16gb of ram as advertised. Upgraded to 64gb and it seems tasks are done before I can watch them begin. Serious game changer. From 42fps with the 3060 to over 200 fps with this 3080, every game will feel brand new. Lobby load in times decreased from around 30 seconds to around 5. Don’t waste your life away on loading times, let’s get it!!

Satisfied but initial setup was a little frustrating
Overall, very satisfied with this product. Please follow the setup instructions and check all the cables, before turning it on. I have seen where there was power issues and other graphic issues on several other reviews which is unfortunate especially given the cost of the system.I experienced similar boot-up issues and contacted support which they did call me back within 20 minutes of calling. The support person was very nice and knowledgable and hung in there as I was asking a lot of questions. We walked through re-seating the GPU and eventually was recommended to send the system back and get another. While I do give up that easily, I ended up re-seating the memory modules as well and upon further evaluation, the memory was not in the slots completely. Once I checked everything else it appears that the memory modules not being seated was the issue. System booted up and was gaming within the hour. Overall the system is a beast, very impressed with the benchmarks so far and the performance of the 3080 is quite impressive. Please also note that it does not come with peripherals so make sure you have a wired keyboard on hand to finish the setup, wireless simply will not work.

Innovative Design with Quality Build parts
this unit came within the shipping timeframe given. properly packaged.system powered right up. I was up and running within 10 minutes.all of the ports were fully functional and labeled properly. The first order of business was to upgrade to Windows 11- the upgrade was flawless and the performance is great.the RTX 3080 GPU is a champ – with ordinary use the fans spin up occasionally and are a little loud.the RGB works well and really gives the system a “mean” look.I’m driving a Samsung G9 Ultra-wide display @ 240Hz – it’s like butter!the unit only comes with one SSD drive so I recommend adding a second drive (very easy to install – though you do have to route through some of the existing cable management to keep the factory look)all in all – I have zero complaints and at the $2799.00 price point, I think it’s well worth the value.

Incredible deal!
Ok, I’m going to preface this by saying that I never have a lot of money to burn when I upgrade my system. That being said, I got this for an incredible 50% off and I don’t regret it a single bit.I don’t need a 4K system. It’s just not something I can accommodate in my computer space nor can I really afford it. The RTX 3080 fit the bill for my 27″ 1080p monitor and the Ryzen 7 5800X is going to last a fair amount of time. I can upgrade it a bit and get around 7-10 years out of it.The temps can swing a bit. I’ve noticed that it can and will get to around 88c but then it will dip down to the 60’s almost immediately when the cooling kicks in. The design of the side panels is telling of their cheapness. It would have been more efficient cooling-wise to have the panels cut and designed to match the GPU’s fans. Instead, they’re offset and the fans blow into the glass that’s situated around 1 inch away.As such, the internal air cycle is expected to compensate, which flows from bottom to top to take advantage of hot air’s tendency to rise. Air is sucked into the side panel opposite the GPU, and there is also fan on the back panel pulling air from the back side of the motherboard opposite the CPU to help keep things cool. I found the wires for this fan to be hitting the fan blades and had to take the back panel off to resituate the wires to prevent this from happening. This could be the cause of many “this computer is too loud” reviews. All in all, this is a great rig for the price I paid. 50% off was nuts and it does what I need it to do. If you want a great 1080p rig, this is it. If you want to dive into 4K, go with a rig that has a 40 series GPU.

Best bang for $ at 2100
TLDR = at the price of 2100 you really can’t do any better even building your own unless you manage to find a most of your parts on sale. The only negative thing I have to say is the cooling would be better if the top and bottom fan were a actually flush with the case.Dust filters. They sound like good idea but not so much in practice. Just simply placing one over a fan cuts down the airflow drastically. As soon as they start todo their job and collect dust the airflow just gets worse. Add to that they don’t stop the small dust, so you still have to air dust the inside. They really do more harm than good. In this particular case I found removing the vertical dust filter right next to the gpu fans and the dust cover on the rear exhaust fan (dust cover on exhaust?!?) did wonders for temps. My unit had a build date of may 2022 and came with a asus strix mobo and MSI gpu. Although I would have preferred all Asus or MSI, a mix of the two is good enough. Gpu had no rgb.As far as performance it was as expected. I was hesitant to purchase do to negative reviews of non functional units. But then figured “it’s massed produced electronics, it would be weird if there weren’t any problems”. Customer support looked descent so I purchased and no regrets.Even with temps a little above what you’d get in a mid or bigger tower they’re certainly reasonable for a case of it’s size with as many dust filter as it has (remember remove the filters as necessary to direct air flow)

Amazing Gaming rig but not without it’s flaws
I will start by saying that this PC is a fantastic game machine. Games play effortlessly on Ultra setting and 4k. I’ve been playing Halo and a few other games without any noticeable drops in framerate. The computer came so well packed and put together, I’m very impressed with it. Mine came with an ASUS B550-I and an MSI 3080.The computer does have some drawback. First off, the price is probably ~$800 more than what it’s worth but, it’s the dumb world we live in because of the graphic card market. The fans are a bit loud so I’ve been trying to tweak the bios to make it a bit quieter. I’ve also experience some slowdowns on performance but I attribute that to the initial download and upgrade of all the software. If you have the cash and are in the market for a fantastic gaming rig, this is beautiful looking and built to game like a boss. Aside from the minor issues, I highly recommend it.

Dead on arrival.
Got this PC and like a few others it was dead on arrival. Emailed customer service and of coarse they don’t work on weekends. Everything seemed to be packaged well. I’m sure this pc is a work horse once running. Mine came with the MSI 3080 and Rog Motherboard. Hopefully they can replace or exchange my pc for me. Every machine needs to be checked prior me to delivery because it seems to be a reoccurring issue I see. I got this of on Cyber Monday so we will see what they do when I get a response. Will update review based on the outcome of what happens. They sent me a 2nd unit and it has had no issues and runs perfectly. Computer is very quite and can only be heard when I am mining. Upping to a 4 star since I had to wait for the second one to be shipped to me.

You get what you pay for here
Performance-wise, it works just as intended. You get what you pay for with this graphics card, and AMD has really caught up to Intel with their processors. It has more expensive parts than are necessary for this level of performance, but the bonus is that everything is very compatible. This is also an expected sacrifice when buying prebuilt.Out of the package, the bottom fan (Just above the power supply) did not work. This was fixed by unscrewing the back panel and simply reconnecting the male and female wires — those probably unhooked themselves during the shipping process, so that might not be Thermaltake’s fault.Pros:- The RGB is VERY controllable. The PC generously gives you the option to install the RGB control software as well, so it cannot be determined as bloatware.- On that note, no bloatware is installed with this PC. I’m glad I didn’t have to spend up to an hour uninstalling programs.Cons:- The ASUS motherboard’s Bluetooth module is very weak on its own — none of my Bluetooth devices work from more than 3 feet away. I found out online that the Wi-Fi antenna that comes with the device actually functions as a Bluetooth radio as well, and after connecting it, my devices receive its Bluetooth signal just fine.

Neat Computer
Good for gaming, mine thankfully came working out of box and set up. It was booting into a choppy screen that worried me, unplugging the hdmi and replugging it fixed it. My computer didn’t happen to come with a copy of Windows 10, so I had to buy a copy and I didn’t receive a promo code for the game offered and I’m not too sure on who would be to contact. But all in all, mine works just fine and i’m happy with it so far.
