A Good Value For The Power Hungry User

Was Looking For Something Without All The Unnecessary OEM Bloatware And Stumble Upon This PC Here And For The Price It’s A Pretty Good Deal However I Think Including A USB WiFi Adapter Instead Of Having It Built Into The Motherboard Is A Bit Misleading In The Listing And While I Do Like The Overall Look Of The System The RGB Is Kinda Lacking In Terms Of In House Design Since I Would Love To See More Of The Inside Of The System, But Can’t Go Wrong With The Specs Since This Is Packing And Good CPU, GPU, Ram, Storage And That’s What I Mostly Brought It For So Not Going To Put Down The Product Too Much As Terms Of Using The System I Think It Definitely Gets The Job For Any Heavy Duty Tasks You Throw At It From Gaming, Media Editing, Live Streaming, Or Other Software Related Task That Would Have Heavy Ram Usage, So Over All The Computer Is Good For The Power Hungry User But Keep In Mind Of The Lack Of WiFi Built It And The Lack Of RGB To See The Intranals Of The Machine Itself

The Mecca of PC Gaming

RTX 4090 with i9-13900 is the bread and butter of 1440p/4k gaming. This thing runs Cyberpunk 2077 in 1440p w/ ray tracing overdrive turned on seamlessly — averaged 165 fps with ease and the GPU doesn’t overheat .. so far!This PC thing can handle anything with the compute power and RAM it has.Update: The Blue Tooth chips in these pre-builds are a bit wonky and you may have to order an external Bluetooth 5.0 USB to get a stable connection. I’ll still leave this at 5 stars cause the PC is a beast.I will come back to update this in the future if I run into any problems with CUK or the hardware. For now, BUY IT!!

Surprisingly fast Gaming PC – Wolf in sheeps clothing

System came with a 12th gen intel i91200k and T-Force 32gb (2x16Gb) 3200Mhz DDR4 on an MSI PRO B660M-A CEC WIFI motherboard. The only thing restraining the true potential performance was the 500w power supply- upgraded it with an MSI A750GF (750W) which allows it to then support a decent graphics card. I installed a Radeon RX6700 XT Mech 2X 12Gb card, enabled XMP and adjusted BIOS to unlock performance (cpu power settings were limited by default) and this system now runs Elden ring at 4k 60fps maximum quality without the gpu or cpu getting above ~70C. They even included a couple of rgb CoolerMaster SF120R RGB fans that had the rgb cable connections unplugged and neatly secured – just needed to connect them to the MSI motherboard and install MSI Mystic Light to start the show. Well Done Computer Upgrade King!

Top notch computer

UPS dropped off my computer in perfect condition – not a scratch or dent on the outer box. CUK packed the computer with care and it even included expanding foam to keep the internal parts protected. Inspection of the inside reveals careful attention to detail. Every cable is routed and stowed well. The massive video card is bolstered with extra brackets to keep it from sagging and straining the connection. This computer does everything effortlessly and is beyond fast. The RTX 4090 GPU blazes through any challenge without one dropped frame.

Happy with the system

Delivery took a while, 10 days from placing the order to receiving the item. First delivery window was missed with no explanation.Overall, I’m very happy with the system. I examined all the items: motherboard (MSI Pro-Z690-A), memory 96GB (Mushkin Redline DDR5 5600), PNY version of RTX4090. Intel i9-13.9 KF like it says in the description. Other reviewers have reported different versions of the RTX4090 so you might get something different depending on what they have in inventory.At this price, I think this configuration is a great deal. I’m not sure I could have built one myself for the same price, although I probably would have selected slightly different components (max out the RAM, omit the 2nd hard drive, Z790 motherboard instead of the Z690).It’s slicing through my machine learning tasks as well as any piece of consumer hardware can. (I’d rather have a few A100’s, but I don’t have the $$$ for that). Before buying this box I was renting the smallest AWS g5 instances which are running A10s (not A100’s) with 24GB VRAM. The per-hour cost of that was $1/hour. The RTX4090 with the same amount of VRAM is 2.5x faster for some of my workloads. I have no idea how this box works for gaming. The PC isn’t even hooked up to a monitor — I mostly SSH into it.Noise: Under normal load, the system is quiet. However, if you’re running something that pushes both the GPU and all 24 cores of the CPU to 100%, then the fans can get pretty loud. Not an issue for me since this box is in a separate room, but FYI.Overall, it’s a solid build at a compelling price. If you want to run some small machine learning jobs at home, it’s hard to beat this box.Argh: looks like they dropped the price $400 from the price I paid. It’s an even more compelling deal for you now.

Awesome tech support and customer service. Snappy system.

A five star review today is somewhat common. In this instance, I wish I could make a once-in-a-year exception to give something more than 5 stars. I am so impressed with their tech support and customer service.I’ve had the computer for about a month. I am very happy with it. It is so responsive. It boots to the login screen in 5 seconds, and there many things now seem instantaneous that I am used to waiting for on my other computer that was a top-of-the-line gaming system when I got it in 2018. I’m not a gamer — I write code and do machine learning stuff, so I won’t include a rating on “for gaming”. I have a million line codebase that does a full debug rebuild in 26 seconds, and a full optimized release rebuild in 55 seconds, something I’m used to waiting several minutes for.But the real stand out is the company’s tech support and customer service. After about 2 weeks, it developed a problem. The video signal vanished. I swapped several monitors and cables and concluded it that the GPU’s video ports, both HDMI and Display Port, had no signal. I called customer support and a knowledgeable tech person immediately answered without me having to waiting on hold, navigate an arcane phone tree, or get transferred multiple times. 30 minutes later, I was using the computer again. I was very surprised how quickly he figured it out. One of the DIMMs had failed. I removed the bad one and was able to use the computer while waiting for the replacements to arrive. With the replacement DIMMs, they (unexpectedly to me) upgraded me from 32GB to 64GB. I was impressed before that, but am a super happy customer. Next time I need to get a high-end system (which will probably be at work), this is where I will turn first.

Nice support

I bought the PC with the first round delivered with some issues. To solve the issue I had reach out to customer support, they are potient and helpful, unfortunately after several hardware reinstall tried the PC still not work, but they helpe me coordinated the exchange of defective very fast, and after exchange now the PC works perfect!

Windows 11 Compatibility

Delivery came expediently. My primary purpose for the purchase (being a retired IT person), was to have a PC with a lot of horse power and muscle to run the new Windows 11 Pro for my music applications. Before installing Windows 11 Pro, I activated the new PC with the pre-installed Windows 10 Pro license through the internet. This allowed the Microsoft Servers in the cloud to register the license. Note, starting with Windows 10, Microsoft keeps a record of the license tied to your physical PC in their database. If you need to reinstall Windows 10 or do a Windows 11 upgrade, it will automatically activate. I then proceeded to do a fresh install of Windows 11 Pro. Windows 11 Pro activated without an issue. I did have an issue with the Audio Sound card generating some transient noise through my speakers after the install. By default Microsoft loads all their drivers during a fresh install of the OS. Their drivers are not necessarily the same as the manufacturers drivers, and may cause additional problems with your PC. I went back through the Device Manager, uninstalled the Microsoft Audio driver, and then reinstalled the Realtek audio driver from the MSI driver CD. That seemed to solve that issue. If you were to do a Windows 11 upgrade online from Windows 10 you might not have that problem. But without testing that, I don’t know for sure. So keep your MSI disk (which comes with the PC). MSI is the motherboard manufacturer for this model. The PC runs fast and without any other issues; boots up quickly from the solid-state drive. Seems to be very reliable so far. If you want to turn this PC into a full-fledged Gaming PC; all you would need to do is procure and install a high-end Graphics Card.

Mind Blowing

They stepped up to the plate when they discovered the unit that was shipped to me didn’t boot and threw a CPU error even though it was tested just before shipment. After receiving it on Friday, letting them know on Monday, and getting the RMA from them, my replacement custom order arrived during the same week on Friday. The replacement blew my mind, need I say more!

Amazing support and hardware!

beyond quiet PC with AMAZING performance. 1080p streaming max settings with 240 FPS. Still only using 10% of the hardware on Apex and warzone at 35%! Highly recommend. Had a problem with a loss package first time around but wasn’t their fault was UPS faulty!
