Please do not let the reviews of other configurations steer you away, if you can snag this configuration with the cryotech cooling like I did you will be impressed. This computer handles streaming and gaming like a dream. Sits at around 166 degrees F while doing both. Very happy with this computer and all the bad reviews out there do not explain this company well. ALIENWARE IS THE BMW OF PCS if you do not spend top dollar for the top configurations you’re gonna get a system that runs hot, if you grab the mid tier at $1500 bucks with just typical air cooling you’re going to get a system that runs hot. Either build or save up/ wait for the right sale price to buy one of these puppies

Amazing machine at an amazing price
I purchased this pc via a deal/special at around $2k. The price was too good to pass on. Very solid machine with great performance. No issues other than the warranty via dell almost being complete when I registered it but a quick conversation with the store fixed the issue. Can’t wait for another deal like this to come along.

Although they are different PCs, all the reviews for these Aurora pcs appear on the same page. This review is for R15 AMD Ryzen 9 with the fancy cryo cooling system. I was afraid to get it based on other reviews of said Aurora models. Rest assured this one runs cool and quite no matter what you throw at it. Pretty much run anything at 4K ultra setting with 90-120 or more FPS. It is a beast. UPDATE: playing Starfield in 4K ultra setting and hitting 70-80 FPS. Hopefully the game gets DLSS support. Still, the PC is impressive. I have no regrets about buying it.

to good to be true?
I bought this during the Black Friday sale along with an ASUS ROG Swift 360Hz 27” 1440P HDR monitor. Unfortunately, the GPU is malfunctioning and doesn’t recognize the display port. We’ve attempted various troubleshooting methods, including driver reinstalls, but ultimately, the excellent DELL SERVICE, WHICH IS INCLUDED, will send a technician to replace the GPU.But now, however, my PC has been stuck on the alien logo for days despite our efforts, suggesting a potential issue with the motherboard. Consequently, I’ve decided to return this unit and purchase another one of the same model, giving the vendor another chance. I’ll keep you updated on the progress.

Great computer, minor glitches
This is absolutely great product. However, it does have some occasional glitches when it goes to sleep mode. It constantly tries to restart and then eventually will error out. When trying to restart out of sleep mode it seems to be hard to wake up.

7900x — RTX 4080
Waited until the new super cards came out but the price of GPUS did not fall.. sadly. so Seeing the price stuck at $2500 for a few weeks I held off on buying even though they say that was a discounted price. Was just too much for me to spend , however I got home from work and I checked again and it was $2099 !!! I was like okay buy now within two minutes I bought it. I couldn’t be happier with the purchase ! Keep in mind I’m not an expert with hardware and I only have used it for gaming. The computer is beautiful with the customizable LEDS, everyone I show the computer too love how it looks. It’s super quiet I have never heard the fans, now I haven’t gamed on something to demanding yet. But at a good price, it’s excellent.

In gaming heaven – make sure check TV settings
Got the 4080 7900 on sale for $2k. This is my first h end gaming PC after I debated doing a self build for hours & hours with many friends who told me I was a fool for going w Alienware/pre-built.But I’m not an expert in these things, so knowing it’s done by experts is a plus for me, as long as I’m not paying too much extra.So, unless you are an expert in building PCs yourself, if you are like me and have any doubt about your ability to research and install yourself – go with this. Wait for price to get below 2.5k.It’s amazing. Using LG C3 as monitor; v high rez and I blast thru AAA games at 110-120 fps.It’s nearly silent only making a few fan noises under extreme duresss.And it’s absolutely gorgeous. The fx settings are limitless.I have 0 regrets and wish I could spread this joy to the whole world!Edit after 3mo ownership:Still in heaven! I did Pax Dei alpha and while many in community were struggling to maintain fps, I was always the one going “no lag here; running fine!”No issues at all. Once in a long while it’ll make a funny noise. Happened maybe 1ce month under extreme usage.Ps -Make sure you manually change your TV rez/refresh rate to 120hrtz. The default capped me at 30 it took me half a day to figure out why!

Gaming powerhouse
Bought this for my wife a few years back as we are both avid gamers and she was now using just her laptop and wanted a desktop again. It handles games great (both old and new). The last game she downloaded was “Dragon Age: The Veilguard” and it runs beautifully.Pros: Fantastic gaming machine, seamless visuals.Cons: Fans tend to sound a bit loud at times when running games (not an issue if you use a gaming headset).

Almost 8 months into owning this pc and its a great piece of Hardware. There are a few downsides to it, like random Bluetooth or wifi options disappearing. But overall as my first gaming pc this is a wonderful option

Amazing for gaming but needs a little more Ram
this has been an amazing PC since i got it, i had a little issue with Windows 11 but was able to fix that by jumping back down to windows 10. Overall, everything i throw at this thing has worked with no issues at all. I mainly play GTA RP, COD, Fortnite and right now i picked up sea of thieves. I play on high settings and get around 90-120 FPS. I do think the ram could be upgraded a little bit and would look into getting 32GBs right away.

Great prebuilt with great bang for buck
Computer runs and looks great. Purchased as my first desktop from Alienware, and have been a long time user of their laptops. This unit runs MW2 (2022) Squad and Ready or Not with zero issues. I personally upgraded the RAM but otherwise the system is setup very well.Other users have mentioned issues with crashing or general issues and I have not experienced any of these issues. I have been running the system for about 3 weeks now with zero issues.

Alienware! FTW!
I’ve been a pc gamer all my life and decided to try the latest gen consoles which was good for a while but I felt something missing with the experience so I went back to a gaming pc and now I will not go back to console. Alienware really made an awesome machine with this, cool, quiet, fast! I bought this over the newer r16 in my opinion it’s a better case design, and for the price I got a faster system.

Fantastic PC
The media could not be loaded.
I love my Alienware desktop so far (it’s been a month.). As far as upgrades; so far i’ve added storage and swapped RAM sticks. People mention that they ‘blue screen’ a lot but i’ve only blue screened once during my month of ownership (I guess that’s one time too many, but it’s not as bad as everyone makes it seem)

it works like a charm and runs games well the heat is abit bad sometimes so I suggest upgrading cooling when u get it other then that I get 71 fps on MC Rtx portal pioneers idle is about 39-40 download 50-60 gaming 70-78 so far no problems will update if there is but worth the money Gaming and Brand value.

Awesome. Is it really a mid-level? I don’t believe it.
This computer runs great. I play a lot of games, and they just rampage on this thing. The price was 2,235.00, a huge markdown from its original price of over 5,000.00: a Ryzen 9, DDR5 RAM, etc. You can’t beat it, and the Alienware panel is a great help, too.
