I can’t say enough about my new Arcade, and the customer service at Creative Arcades was outstanding!I am almost 70, and have always wanted an arcade…a REAL one. So I was doing an online chat at their website, asking about delivery, warranty, etc. Told them I’ll think about it. Came back later and again, chatting online, I told them I was about to make the purchase. I enjoyed the conversation and, come to find out later, I was chatting with the owner of the company! The day after my order was placed, I received a phone call from their Logistics Dept, informing me that the owner appreciated my nice messages to him the day before, and wanted to offer me an upgrade!I could go on and on, but let me just say that I can’t wait to have a houseful of family over the holidays, enjoying the new arcade!I’ve tried to submit photos, but haven’t had success. It looks AWESOME in our gameroom.

My family loves this! It’s definitely a hit with everyone, all ages. From my 3 yr old thinking she’s actually playing from the second controller, to my 60 year old parents. Not all games get use of the second controller. Like the vintage games, because that’s not how it was back in the days. We shared one controller. So I can’t complain. It has all the greats like frogger pac man ms.pac donkey Kong centipede dig dug. And there’s a few options to each game like donkey Kong 1 and 2 and pac man jr. and pac man 1 and 2 etc. so many games, but I stick to those. ???????? Easy adjustable volume.
