If you fondly recall pumping quarters to try and beat TMNT, Simpsons or any other 4 player arcade game from the late 20th century, you will love this arcade set up. Can take quarters (but we have it in free play mode). Has many classics like Galaga, Pac-Man, frogger, donkey Kong etc, but also some unexpected surprises like bubble bobble and bubble bobble 2. Add in several golden tees (which work perfectly with trackball) and we’ve had hours of fun -Playing solo or with up to 4 of us at a time. I was skeptical, but it’s been nothing short of perfect. Came fast with careful shipping. I’m no electronics expert, but I was able to easily figure out how to connect cables – support was responsive and helpful if/as needed. Highly recommend!

Came super fast (3 weeks) considering corona virus.Easy to move with two adults, easy to figure out and get going. Plug in, wait for it to boot about 30s, and another minute to figure out the game selection interface. Stools are great, forgot it came with them, about 5 minutes to assemble. Just need a screwdriver.

So it was a bit of a challenge when it was delivered. No instructions on how to hook up all the wiring and nothing really labeled. That’s the bad news. The good news and Mike was great, He answered all my calls, we facetimed to go through it together, and within an hour it was all hooked up and running. Thanks! Great service.

No matter how much research one does, one never really know what they get until its delivered. I gave this a lot of thought before I decided to buy an Arcade Machine. Well I am glad I went with Creative Arcades Slim model. Dealing with Brian really made this a no brainer. He quickly responded to each of my concerns, some was made on Thanksgiving day. I would like to mention some of the highlights that inspired me in purchasing this great machine. First the three year guarantee. Being an Electrician I am fully aware that electronics fail, having a guarantee is a must have with any new technology. I am also impressed with the quality of workmanship to materials used. The cabinet is made from industrial plywood weighing in around 200#. I had the white glove service where the installers effortlessly unloaded it from their truck and put it in my Man Cave. Yes its a spare bedroom, but they navigated it in the room which had a 29″ door opening with ease. The outside temperature was in the single digits but this didn’t stop them from setting it up, reviewing all of the features and making sure everything is operational. They showed me how the coin mechanism worked by puling up on a spring and inserting the type of coin I wanted to use. The 32″ Monitor is fabulous and every game I reviewed used the full screen, without any stretching. The installers didn’t leave until I was satisfied that I knew the ins and outs of my new device. I was looking at the Arcade1Up arcades and would never knock them because I’ve heard good things, but I did not want to be restricted to only a couple games, limited controls (not enough buttons, trackball, etc.), and I wanted ALL the games I remember as a kid growing up in the 80’s/90’s. I can tell you that the grin has not left my face since I purchased this. Nothing to put together – simply plugin and play. They even have arcade quality light zappers and steering wheel attachments coming out! I had mine completely personalized from top to bottom including “white glove” delivery – so I literally had to do nothing but sit my butt down on the free leather wrapped stools this came with (yes – you get 2 free stools!), and play my heart out. It has every game you could ever imagine that you loved back in the day + plenty to try for the first time. I don’t have time for Xbox – this is my jam. The huge bonus is that my 8, 5, and 4 year olds (and even wife!) love it more than I do!!

Brian the owner is a great guy. We spoke so many times because I was skeptical on the quality. I thought I was getting a cheap knockoff fromChina. I was so surprised to find out the warehouse was 10 minutes away in Orange County.Brian invited me down to meet up and check all the video game cabinets that he had. His entire crew was awesome, they were so helpful and I stayed for quite some time demoing the various cabinets. I purchased on site and his guys followed me home to deliver on the spot.This is the highlight of the living room. There is literally every game ever created on here. It never gets old or boring. Someone is always on it, the kids, friends and neighbors and it has been 2 years.

Wheeled this awesome arcade machine into our house yesterday. The purchase was flawless – talked to Brian on the phone and then went to their showroom to check out the machines and pick up our purchase. They gave us a quick run through of our machine, loaded it into our SUV and off we went.It took my son and hubby a little while to figure out how to get it into the house, but once they did it was basically plug and play.
