Baja duración de batería al máximo rendimiento
La duración de la batería es de solo 3 horas, quiero pensar que es porque lo tengo con alta resolución pero todo lo que contiene para no usarlo estaría triste. Todo lo demás funciona excelente, pero la batería si deja que desear

Garantía
Buena computadora, pero venia con un problema que tenia que poner el apagado forzado para volverla a prender, como es de importación la garantía solo aplica para USA, asi que no tuve otra opción más que devolverla porque no hay reemplazo y por proveedor es pagar para que te la arreglen por que te invalidan la garantía.

La computadora llegó sin batería.El vendedor las “actualiza”, les mete más RAM, y almacenamiento, pero sin cuidar la calidad.Viendo otras reseñas de otros paises, hay incopatibilidad entre tarjetas, la RAM no es de la velocidad indicada (más RAM, menor velocidad), la unidad de almacenamiento no es de las marcas utilizadas por DELL.

El equipo desde la entrega dio el famoso pantallazo azul, no pasó nada pero ahora me da mensaje que está el Bios dañado y hay que recuperarlo!, estoy en proceso de reclamación con DELL, definitivamente no recomiendo comprar está Laptop

Be aware this is not 100% Dell machine – do not buy
Computer was a birthday gift for my son. It had an error that Dell diagnosed as needing warranty work. I sent the computer in, and was informed (by Dell) that a 3rd party solid state drive was installed (i.e., not Dell) and that it would cost $200 to fix. The seller is obviously doing something to these computers before selling.

muy buena para arquitectura
yo la ocupo para trabajar utilizo revit, autocad, D5 render, y lo demas de paqueteria microsooo.. me ha funcionado muy bien y lo unico que no me agrada pero que no afecta su desenpeño es que no avisa si estas en mayusculas o minusciulas, ha y como consejo si renderizan les recomiendo que levanten levemente de la superficie para que las ventilas no se forcen tanto

Llegó con una falla pantalla azul error en disco duro
Lastima se veía como un buen equipo, desde el primer día comenzó con pantallas azules y errores, se instalaron actualizaciones y aún así continuo el problema. No se si son equipos reacondicionados, o regresados por garantías, pero no lo recomiendo. Buscaré otra opción

Great gaming laptop.
Coming from console gaming, I have no complaints. This laptop does everything I wanted it to do. I wanted to play Six days in Fallujah, Ready or Not and 7 days to die . All run smoothly with tweaking the settings. I am a grandma that has gamed for decades, and this suited my needs perfectly! I did get The refurbished one “like new” to save a few hundred dollars. The only downside and maybe it’s because it was refurbished, the battery life is only 1.5 hours. I keep it plugged in so that’s not an issue with me. Just set windows 11 to always be plugged in in the power section. Powerful little laptop on a budget!

I’ll only say “i can play whatever i want with this laptop” it can run all the newest games with a very good performance, there will be exceptions with some AAA games where you will have to play in low settings, but you can be sure that you will be able to play every game you want to

Update windows ASAP
Okay so first off I would like to say is I saw tons of negative reviews after placing the order from the shipping company to the point where I was terrified. With that said the laptop shipped same day and had it a day early well now time for the moment of truth. Is this thing busted and broken like most reviews or did I get a good one?! I got a solid gaming laptop enough to handle the games I wanna play that are yeah years old by now but is running everything on high or ultra.The only issue I had was the dell audio and Gforce audio drivers collided and force a black screen after having the pc for less then 24 hours. I shut down pc booted it hours later. Went in drives need updating I did that. I had to go to gforces website and manually uninstall then reinstall drivers to fix the problem. I have had zero problems since and the pc is running like a beast. I love it solid gaming laptop for the price can’t beat it.

Quite Surprised!
Works exactly as described. Seen that several other reviews had mentioned audio driver issues however, not one issue thus far and it didn’t have a ton of junk software on it when it arrived. Standard items of course but for the money, it’s quite a surprising value! Love it!

I bought it for my sister and she doesn’t seem to be able to update the app to control the fans… Sometimes it gets warm and shows a blue screen. Don’t know if it because of that or not but still struggling with it
