Great laptop zero complaints!!
I love it. Updated it to 16gb ram and eventually more storage. Gaming, battery, sound and screen are perfect for my needs. All in all I feel it’s perfect for it’s price. Very happy with this purchase as it’s intended for casual gaming and work on the go

Doesn’t work, will not boot into windows
I connected wifi in the factory restore tool and flashed/updated the windows image. This fixed the problem.The laptop locked up during the windows setup. I rebooted it and it locked up again. I called tech support. We did a factory reset. I rebooted and it locked up again. This the first time I have had a laptop that doesn’t work right out of the box and also my first Dell. I am very discouraged.

Me encanta sus sistema de enfriamiento, nunca se siente caliente, no me gusta poca memoria ram y que no trae tarjeta 3060 sino la 3050

Buen rendimiento
Me esperé un buen rato desde que la compré, y realmente no hay mucho que decir, es una buena computadora con un buen rendimiento, aún no le encuentro algún defecto por el cual arrepentirme, es un buen sistema, un buen equipo, pero hay dos cosas que realmente no me gustan mucho, en número uno es la batería, no dura mucho tiempo, si es cierto que no se acaba en poco tiempo, a comparación de otros equipos de computo esta laptop no tiene mucha duración de batería, y en número dos, la otra cosa que no me gusta es el almacenamiento tan pequeño que tiene, considero que para trabajos pesados como lo son archivos de rendering, edición de video, el almacenamiento se queda muy corto, pero de ahí en fuera esta muy bien, el vendedor fue atento y cordial.
