The Bluetooth connection with my hearings is lousy .
The sound constantly oscillates. My laptop (Dell) works – wonderfully. no USB type C recepticles.

Good office work pc and somewhat gaming
I recommend buying this PC. But It does not come with a graphics card and you have to get a lower performance graphics card because of the power supply, but it’s hard to upgrade the power supply because of the size of it but overall it’s a good PC

GREAT machine at an amazing price!
Wow. What a GREAT machine. I was astounded to get a 1 TB SSD and 32 GB of RAM for under $700. Being an OptiPlex it can use Dell Command | Update, which is infinitely better than Dell SupportAssist. The 12th Gen Intel processor also avoids the known issues with Gen 13-14. It’s fast, quiet, reliable and I love it!

Meets everything I expected
Everything was in working order, computer matches the description (best I can tell), and is significantly faster than my old computer. The SSD is very quiet, and should be more reliable than my old hard drive.

So far, so good
I’m pleased with the performance of this PC. Windows 11 was new to me, and that took some getting used to. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the keyboard included with the PC had a short in it, and I had to purchase a replacement keyboard.

Hard Drive crashed within 24 hours of set up.
We threw away packing material or we would have returned it.As it was, we had to pay our tech for his time in getting it back up and running. We have worked with this tech for 7-8 years both at home and in our offices., and he is the one who selected this particular computer. We know he is trustworthy.

Replacement Computers
Had two Dell computers, both went bad. Replaced them with these model Dell computers and they work just fine. Not easy to replace older computers because of the apps on them, but these worked fine. I am very happy with them.
