An ergonomic nightmare and super flexy
I really wanted to love this device and there is a lot to love. It has convincing motion and the best customer service ever. I mean they go above and beyond to make you happy. This machine would be SO MUCH BETTER if they redesigned the frame using aluminum profiles instead of this flexy mess of metal. If you have a DD wheel, forget about it. The flex dampens the effect of the wheel and though the can sell you a reinforcement bar, it doesn’t help much and gets in the way. Another thing is the lack of ergonomics. Im 6ft and it is cramped. I have a seat slider but due to the frame design, the rear part of the frame bumps against the seat, preventing it from sliding more to give me room. If they would fix this I’d love this device. As it stands I am going to sell mine and move to a platform that is more comfortable and less flexy for a few thousand more.
