    Oh my God, my eyes!!!

I upgraded from an evga gtx1080 ftw 8gb, to this beast 3060 12gb. Silky smooth. Reflections and details I never knew existed were like butter. It was like I was walking around inside my game for the first time. My senses struggled to accept this level of input, and my mind overloaded, then I slept for 9 hours, restlessly. (Fallout 4 heavily modded, btw.)The next day my brain was foggy. I was excited but nervous to start up the game. Still hung over with a slight headache and neck pain from yesterday. Then I’m in the game, looking around like a child, all things are new again, vibrant, and alive. I tell myself to focus. I can’t. My brain short circuits and loses all touch with reality. My eyes send information that my visual cortex can no longer process. A raw stream of high resolution data, dumped into a mammalian brain only capable of understanding a fraction of it.It’s a good card if you’re upgrading, highly recommended.

not a flagship card on the but really really good especially for the price

My previous card was a1660super 6gb ram that couldn’t keep up with my newer games with only 6gb ram, example Farcry 6 at max setting eats up close to 7gb ram so I couldn’t run at max setting but now with the 3060 12gb all my games on steam are set to max and they run beautifully. I was debating with the 3060 8gb 256bit ram but that will eventually be lacking in ram in time so I settled with the 12gb 128bit. Yes the 12gb version is “slightly” slower ram but much more of it so its more future proof for games that will require more ram. the 256bit version does give a “few” more frames per sec, very small difference not noticeable during game play. its about 6fps difference on average. do a search on ytube “KFA2 RTX 3060 8GB vs 12GB | Which should you buy?” watch this video to the end see for yourself.

    Powerful and whisper quiet.

It has been running for two days now and not only is it amazingly quiet but I am running Dying Light 2 (DL2) on Ultra+Ray Tracing and The Last of Us Part 1 (TLoUP2) on high with a Ryzen 5 3600X and 32 Gigs of Crucial. I can run TLoUP2 on Ultra with no lag or distortion but I think it looks better on high with the crazy high FPS. I only had one hiccup when I was playing DL2 in the Bloody Ties DLC fighting in the pit and the card overheated and crashed the game but it was a graphics-intensive event and I had been running the card pretty hard for about 16 hours and my case ventilation isn’t the greatest so it’s not really the cards fault. This is a great card, especially for the price so I would recommend getting it before other people realize they don’t need the 3070’s or higher because this card plays everything just as well as those do or better in some cases.

Amazing Graphics Card for the Price

I had bought an decent priced pre-built gaming pc earlier this year and it came with an GTX 1650. After replacing the GTX 1650 with my now RTX 3060, the difference was amazing! Titles I played on with the 1650 had a complete boost with my 3060. I also do small time game development, and testing my game in the engine itself is also better. I would highly recommend this to someone getting into PC Gaming. Just make sure you pair this with a good CPU!

Not sure, I might be confused

I already had this card on my son’s pc, I got an upgrade from a 1660. Install was not smooth like my sons was, after emails, calls back and forth we got it to install. Seems to run great as my sons now but not sure why the MB “same as my sons” had an issue with it. Packing was not the best, makes me feel it was a rebox or something from the way it was packed. But in the end it’s working and for the price I can afford. Over 6 months anyway. 😆

    Has Worked Great

This GPU has worked great since I bought it. No complaints. Runs all my games, records my game play, and works great for video editing. The 3060 is still a pretty good buy today but there are going to be newer and better things coming out.

    Great product with its value

Such a beast for only $400. This graphics card can let you rock any high end games in 1080p and 1440p. I’m using it for my 1440p system and have 60-100fps on high-ultra settings. Temperature always maintains around the range 60-73ºC for my fan cooling setup. If you have liquid cooling, the max temp could be little bit lower.

Fought me, but now it works.

It was not playing ball with my computer and took half a week to even work at all. Then I had to use work-arounds for over 2 months. One day it decided to just do its job 100% of the time. I have NO CLUE what was wrong and had 2 experts shake heads and say “I see nothing wrong, it should be working, maybe get a refund.” But being lazy paid off, and now we’re best friends. Great value, great output, but longer setup phase than it had any right to.

Great graphics card option for 2024 and beyond

I purchased this card half a year ago now and it has performed brilliantly. Can handle every AAA title I have thrown at it, including the new Jedi game which is not well optimised.I have put this graphics card in a lenovo P520, which is NOT a PC made for gaming, though the GPU is really holding it’s own and carrying the system. There really is no need to purchase a 4060, especially if your system can’t take advantage of it. Even when it can, the 3060 is still really not far behind. On top of all this, it’s a great looking card. The gigabyte logo has a pretty RGB backlight. Yes the card is big, so don’t purchase if you can’t handle the dimensions. That being said, most cases should be able to house it.

    Great Value! Incredible Performance!

I built a coding/CAD machine for my business, and I chose this GeForce RTX 3060 card. This card, for the price, is truly amazing! I’ve got two 32″ monitors and a 27″ monitor connected, and I’m throwing windows all over the place without issue/delay, and it handles all my CAD drawings splendidly! I do occasionally play games on it, and I like that Starfield runs beautifully on it without hiccup! Recommended!

    Better Than My 2060

Fair warning, I’m a novice when it comes to PC parts. I’m sure some Redditor can rant and rave about how I paid too much for the performance, and could have gotten something better at half the price by spinning three times and clapping my feet while browsing Ebay. For my purposes though? This is a notable upgrade from my old 2060. Haven’t noticed any sag. The LED is customizable (mono-color, AFAIK). I’m personally pleased, and have had no issues after a month of pretty heavy gaming.

    Item itself good.

Item works exactly like it’s suppose to. No complaints from my kid who uses it. Came 2 weeks later than it was suppose and there were no good communicative updates from the seller and I was beginning to wonder if it were to ever arrive, but it did. Just an update that said delay. So I guess if you buy just be patient and expect for arrival dates to change. I’d still buy again even with that hiccup.

see if you can scrape up a little more $$ for a better card

This card’s okay. I bought it to replace my aging 960 GTX. So that’s 3 product generations behind this card. I know this is not a top end model even for last gen, but I thought the difference would be stunning. The difference was actually pretty small. I wanted better looking graphics in general, not just higher resolution, so I kept most games at a humble 1080p. Turning up the effects made a little bit of a difference, but not as much as I anticipated.Overall I would say performance was underwhelming. And 3 fans produce more noise I think than my old card.I may build a new gaming system this winter, and if I do, I’m going to get a better card than this. That having been said, the card was plug and play, since I already had nvidia drivers everything “just worked”. This is a large card, though, barely fits in my ATX case. It should be within specs, but you may want to measure to make sure it will fit in your preferred PCIe slot before purchasing.

My first upgrade from a GTX 1660 Ti. Very powerful GPU. The Gigabyte logo has a RGB light that is customizable through the GPU software. My temps remain low, using with AMD Ryzen 5 5600x. I consistently get about 140-180 FPS on COD:MW3 using a 180hz monitor. Pay attention to dimensions!

A dad’s review of this card, dad to dad, dad to mom, dad to kid! Read below a real simple review…

My son has been going crazy because his friend got a new computer and of course an expensive graphics card in it. Suddenly I found our house empty after school as the kids are into playing a few games on the PC. Honestly, I appreciate them using the computer to play games more so than the Xbox as they’re using the keyboard and a mouse and typing, and they’re installing and setting profiles and learning at least a little in setting up some of these complicated games. The cost – yes, it’s expensive, for sure a big purchase. But I will tell you, his computer could hardly play some of his favorite games… I’ve been thinking about building him a new computer from the ground up. But I read a few reviews and decided after much deliberation to buy this card… it changed everything. The computer screams – it’s like a brand-new computer plus the fact that the games are incredible. While I didn’t want to top his friends, I figured if I’m doing it – do it so I don’t have to buy another card in 2 years. This card certainly fits the bill for exactly that. It’s a win – just drop it in the cart if it’s on sale and buy, you’re not going to be disappointed. Here’s the other thing – I looked at the 3070 but that card is just way too much money. After seeing this card render the games – I honestly question how it could possibly get better. That’s a serious statement.Pros:- This install is simple, open the case, slide it in and plug the power cable in and close the case.- Windows automatically recognizes the card and handles the install process. Of course, you could still go to the manufacture site and grab the additional tweaking software if you’re really into that.- THE CARD CRUSHES 3D!!! Even I was blown away by how good the games played and the totality of what I was watching on the screen… it’s borderline a movie. Cool!Cons:- It’s expensive – but you’re going to buy it and it should last plenty of years. If you’re looking for a really nice card and to put a smile on your face and see your computer scream again like it’s new… this is the card for you.Hope you enjoy – this would make a great Christmas gift.

    Great GPU!

After extensively testing the 4060 GeForce Nvidia GPU, I’m impressed by its exceptional performance and reliability. Whether I’m gaming or tackling graphic-intensive projects, this GPU handles everything with ease, delivering stunning visuals and smooth gameplay. However, one thing to note is its larger size, which may not fit snugly into all PC cases. While this wasn’t a dealbreaker for me, it did require some adjustments to accommodate its dimensions. Despite this minor inconvenience, the GPU’s stellar performance more than makes up for it.In conclusion, if you’re in the market for a powerful GPU that can handle the latest games and demanding tasks, the 4060 GeForce Nvidia GPU is an excellent choice. Just be prepared for its size, and you’ll be blown away by its performance.

Very quiet card and runs in the 55c to 65c range.

Very happy with this PCU. Using stock settings I’m getting great performance. Temps are low. Have not seen 70c yet. That is even during bench testing with Furmark. I Ran Vally, Heaven, and Superposition on high settings 1080p, and got good FPS. Superposition was in the 45fps to 55fps the others above 60 easy. Gaming has been smoooooth as silk. No jerking or tearing, and no crashing. Play War Thunder, World of Warships, and recently Horizon Zero Dawn. All three are at high settings. Horizon Zero Dawn Uses about 80% GPU with temps in the 55c range. No glitching and seamless transitions and rendering. For a mid to low end Gaming PC build or upgrade you should look at this card really hard.

    It Worked

From the lack of plastic film covering the GPU and the shape the original box was in it looked like I was sent a return that tested good. Not wanting to go to the trouble of requesting a replacement I just installed it. It worked to suit me even though the fan noise took some getting used to. This makes the 2nd time this has happened. Although, on different items. Maybe some day I’ll learn my lesson.

It eats any game i throw at it with AMD 5900x and TUFF GAM P

This thing eats games without hardly spinning up the fans and im not even clocking it. Of course small BTNk with the TUFF and the RY 5900x with 32g 360 ram and a 980 Samsung pro 1tb ssd nv. but still im amazed. We will see on how long it lasts as im a gamer but also a developer.Open case build with aio 360 3 fan cooler, cross blow fans for the vn’s cuz its a 12 core power board. running the amd r 5900x runs at 42c in game.pros: does it watching hd 4k movies and the fans don’t even spin up running below 38c, in games scum, Conan, dayz, 48c fr 120 maxed, clocked up to 51c but realy don’t even need it. 3 fans testing first on board, then side cabled with x4 same bus rates no change but at least a 5 to 8 degree c off load side mounted.Applications for control is a must. Any will do and you can even cheap out and run the auto clock config.cons: They need to allow pay in 4they need to do more quality control if people are having problems.End.if your thinking about a card for even pro gaming then well here it is you can hit it with 20 even 30% more hatrid and it will just laugh at you provided you have the cooling. I bought 3 so far and might just get 1 more for the grand kid..

    works installs easy

Works well, good price, easy install. Win 11 installs it with no driver downloads required.I went from a GTX 1070 to this card. This card is not a knock off, it is the real deal. You probably might want to go to a faster card price is not a major concern. I run it at 1080i x 1920.No lagging, playing all my games maxed out on quality with no issues. Not sure if it is 4k. If you upgrade make sure you get at least 12 gig of ram on your gpu and add RAM to your PC. You can put ddr5 on a ddr4 mb. Make sure you have a PCIe x 16 for the GPU. Most GPU’s and Ram are backward compatible as well as long as the slots are correct.
