This card is beautiful. It has a metal backplate, three fans, good bright lighting, and is a nicely proportioned two slot card. The heat sink is GNARLY, it has a bunch of copper heat pipes, horizontal cooling fins, and an amazing light grey on dark grey paint scheme. The 7800XT is a tank, it has brut force performance, it curb stomps 1440 GPUs from Nvidia such as the 4070 and 4070ti in terms of price to performance. The noise level of the fans is kind of high if you go balls to the wall ultra graphics on gaming like playing Starfield, Space Marine 2, Or Cyberpunk. If you play on competitive settings for like call of duty, or battlefield, the noise is non existent. This thing isn’t even phased by somewhat older titles. I couldn’t be happier with this card, and I’m so glad I spent money on something that didn’t max out my credit card AHEM Nvidia 🤨. Ray tracing performance is alright, but then again I don’t ever use it because it’s pointless, little to no crashes and the triple fan design is well suited for mid tower/full tower/dual chamber design cases in terms of size. This is not a mini atx gpu, and also before you install the card, make sure to uninstall all your gpu drivers from the previous card if you’re upgrading. Overall, price to performance is unbeatable, fans need a quieter design like bequiet, maybe collaboration with them would be cool, but eh, power draw is Quite extreme capping at 300w if you’re pushing it, clock speeds are awesome, and the card just looks stunning.

I’m a variety content creator from new York that was looking to upgrade due to the fact that my RTX 3070 was lacking in many games due to only having 8gb of v ram. I upgraded to this gigabyte 7800xt and wowwwww I’m playing everything in ultra settings with no stutter at all. Solid card for the price point! Thank you gigabyte for a solid purchase / experience. This is also my 1st time using a AMD GPU as well. The install was fast and simple and no issues at all.

Installation was easy and straight forward. I don’t play the latest games, but purchased because I was building a new desktop as my old one was outdated “Like 2017 when I built it”.My purpose was to to play most any games at 1440p, and this card does the trick. Not that i play any of the latest intensive titles.Using on ASUS ROG Strix B550-F Gaming AMD AM4 Zen 3 with Ryzen 7 5700x. No issues for me. I recommend.

Beast GPU for 1440, runs mostly quiet. Can’t find a better card for the dollar brand new !!! Buy it !! It’s worth it love it in my rig . Stupid fps I don’t need, I play bg3 and turn based tactics games..some shooters mostly RPG it’s a stellar card !!

Bought for a new computer I built, it brings the whole build together. Makes every game run smooth and look awesome.

I don’t know what to say because I didn’t get to use it but it looks pretty good and the quality was great.

using this in a b550f rog strix motherboard with a 5600x and 32gb of ram and I am pushing 150 frames on my 1440p monitor very smoothly at default settings with no overclock. If you buy it by august 31, 2024 you will get four free video games from AMD. Space Marine 2, Lies of P, and the other games are actually not worth owning, but these two games are really high quality and a nice way to justify an upgrade.

It’s a great gpu. Only issue is if you leave Google open and switch users without logging out, it will cause your system to go to 99% memory usage. I may have setup something wrong for all I know as it’s my first pc build, but 99% of the time it works wonderfully

Upgraded to this card from a Gigabyte Radeon RX 5700 GAMING 8G (rev.1.0).The performance gains are impressive, to say the least. Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora plays so smooth; even more so after enabling FSR 3.0.Extremely happy with this purchase.The fans are considerably louder than the RX 5700 while under load; just keep that in mind. I have no issue as I’m always playing with a home theater setup, which overpowers the dB output of those fans. You may end up tweaking the fan curve.For 500 bucks, there’s much value given considering next-gen memory at 16GB.You can feel confident in cranking up all settings to highest settings possible at 1440p; you’ll end up having a blast.Doing so at 4K resolutions will result in between the 40s & 50s in terms of fps. That in itself is rather impressive, considering this is a 1440p card.This chiplet design is paying off, and it shows.AMD is killing it!

I don’t have a huge amount of graphics card experience, but have used a few. The rx7800xt is the most powerful I’ve ever used. Can state so far it runs flawlessly, zero crashes (after initial motherboard bios update on the systems first startup). Only time it has gotten hot was Ark Ascension on Epic settings. Plays games at 1440p with ease. I got it at $499 in Oct ’23. Seems the price went up as I post this

Excelente rendimiento en 1440p, igualmente maneja excelentes temperaturas, únicamente hay que tener un chasis con un adecuado flujo de aire. Se desenvuelve en todos los juegos AAA que he probado sin dificultad alguna. Recomiendo una fuente de 750w o más para estar seguros por el consumo, suele llegar a 290w en máximo rendimiento.
