Bad Quality Control
Even though the seller was excellent and very helpful I didn’t have a great experience with the product. After going through customs my package arrived by UPS. It was a severely damaged box. The entire simulator frame was missing. All that showed up was the leatherette seat. I immediately contacted the seller and he was great. He has the replacement parts shipped the next day. When that package arrived it was in much better condition. I opened the package and checked to make sure all the parts where there and they were.As noted in other reviews the assembly instructions aren’t that great but with a little patience the job gets done. As for the quality of the product I was not impressed. This product was definitely built offshore. The silver finish on the frame was marred with what looked like light green paint and was not removable spoiling the finish and making the frame look cheap. Worst of all the seat frame was not drilled for the locking nut and bolt that hold the left and right control mounts in place. The control mounts fit but flop around without the lock assemblies to hold them in place. Clearly there is no quality control in the factory that produces them.For the money I’m very disappointed with the quality. If I’d known then what I know now I would not have purchased the product. I would have made my own and had better quality for a lot cheaper price.

Every thing I expected it to be! I set this up with three monitors and it works great. It Is built good, easy to put together and I could not be happier. Have had several hours of great fun. I am a retired Commercial pilot and rarely get to fly the real thing any more, but this is a great and realistic way to stay in the loop!

Everything I expected
Arrived as described and shipped quickly. Assembly was very easy and looked niced when completed. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a quality simulator.
