Best budget gaming laptop, hands down.
Two year update: Laptop still works great, battery life hasn’t declined. Laptop fan noise eliminated after taking the bottom panel off and cleaning thoroughly.Still a dust magnet, requires regular cleaning. Invest in microfiber clothes and compressed air.Update after one year of use:Still performs well, no major defects despite heavy usage, keyboard and touchpad remain like new. Only exception is that fans are much louder despite regular non-compressed air dusting. Computer collects dust in huge quantities, invest in a soft brush for dusting and electronic wipes.Battery life remains excellent. Case has no damage despite extensive travel.Original review:This review is for the 4800H + GTX 2060 + 16GB ram.Fit and finish is nice, despite everything being pure plastic. Don’t drop or abuse it.Bought it MSRP at $1099, and the price has since risen to over $1300, although I did see it at mid $900 during Prime day. Time your purchase right, and don’t get price-gouged.Other reviews have mentioned the quiet fans even when gaming. Absolutely true and a real treat to have such low fan noise compared to the alternatives. Very little heat generation as well, so far.The low unit weight is also nice, very portable and easy for the couch. The port placement is also good, one USB-A port on each side, then the rest at the back.Battery life is supposedly 5 hours on low load, and that seems to be fairly accurate so far.The monitor is bright, contrast is nice, response times are pretty good for an LCD.At the price point, it seems like it will be perfect for the 3-4 years of gaming you’d expect from a mobile device. The keyboard layout is very good, but the keys feel “budget.” The surface of the keys is nice to the touch, but don’t expect a premum/mechanical feel to the key action. At this price point, you’re simply paying for the CPU and GPU capabilities, so don’t expect it to deliver all the bells and whistles. Also, don’t buy a cheaper version with worse hardware. You’ll only disappoint yourself. Buy the best hardware they offer for the year or you’ll be missing the real reason to purchase this slick little budget laptop.Lastly, Lenovo thankfully didn’t bundle too much trashware into the OS. Setup was fairly quick and only McAfee “Livesafe” and Lenovo’s “Vantage” in-house software was preinstalled. There’s the usual trashware that microsoft bundles, of course, but that’s not Lenovo’s fault. This review will be updated at a later date after more thorough use.

A really powerful unit
I’m a casual gamer, really like to play but mostly old games and also like a powerful yet not so flashy laptop for work. I was a bit biased on Dell, not the best as every know but they have interesting things in this budget and my last Dell laptop did work for good 5 years (with bad thermals and underclocking the intel cpu), but Lenovo got my attention with this combination of Ryzen cpu and Nvidia gpu. This unit is extremely powerful and well done. Seems that Lenovo is doing a really good job with the thermals. The laptop is pretty functional, sturdy, not very heavy and a very good screen, mouse pad, connectors, without being too flashy on the design. I usually use a secondary screen so the laptop is mostly working as a desktop unit until is time to leave. Is a bit “big” on the back, where are most of the input/output connectors, but I’m starting to like this setup. No thermals issue ATM, no screen issues and when you need raw power the unit totally deliver. Fans are a bit noisy but is expected with this little nuclear reactor cpu.The only missing parts that i would like to have is the Thunderbolt 3 connector for possible eGPU in the future AND also a rear hatch to access hard disk and ram. Some benchmarks with ultra setting at Full HD:- COD Warzone: between 75 to 100 fps.- Borderlands 3: 60 – 90 fps- Ghost Recon Wildlands: 85 fps average.- Forza Horizon 4: 100 fps or even more.- Dirt Rally 2.0: is a very badly optimized game but usually something between 65 and 90 fps.- Windows and software performance is fast as you expect on this kind of configuration.I know UHD and 4k is the new way to play but for me FHD (1080p) is more than enough at this time of my life, would like to upgrade to some rtx 2070 or new 3000 series but for now is fine.

Fast gaming laptop, updated review.
The laptop shipped quickly. It appears pretty sturdy, though a bit plasticky. The keyboard is great, much better feel than my work laptop or my older samsung laptop. The screeen is bright and sharp. I’m impressed by the system speed. Proper dual channel 3200MHz ram, fast 4800H cpu. While running a few quick tests, the system was running 4.09GHz all core for the cpu-z stress test. The fans are quiet and the keyboard and deck area were cool during ~20 minutes of gaming. There are always better products on the horizon, but overall I’m pleased with this laptop.Update 5-10-21: I continue to be impressed with this laptop. It runs newer games very well and older games at ridiculous frame rates ( Portal and Talos Principle running at 200+ FPS). The cooling system works very well and the integrated graphics can run many of my games at reasonable frame rates. The battery life isn’t that great, but long enough to watch a movie. Very pleased for the price.

Great gaming laptop for the price
The design is beautiful, the keyboard feels nice to type in, gaming experience is great (although I recommend disabling Hybrid mode on the Lenovo Vantage app to get higher fps), fans get loud with high demanding games but is not noticeable with headphones, battery life is okay and what you would expect from a gaming laptop, I like the option lenovo gives for having the battery charged until 60% for preserving battery life (for me it’s perfect since I always have it plugged in). The only thing that disappointed be a little was the screen, which when I compared it with my previous laptop had some of a yellow tone in it (it was not night mode since I checked it was turned off). I had to configure a color profile for getting it to a normal tone, although this decreased the max brightness it can give and also some green pixels appear in the screen here and there which I have not figured out yet what they are, but they are not dead pixels. Apart from that the laptop is great and the shipping was very fast, I think it is a great value for the money you pay. Would definitely recommend.

Performance per dollar is probably the best you will find!
Solid laptop for the price. I am an engineer and was long overdue for an upgrade. I needed something smaller and lighter than my workstation laptop. I had been eying up thinkpad laptops for the industry leading keyboard feel, but the price for one with a workstation level or gaming level graphics card seemed extremely high. I use Fusion 360 and solidworks daily, so I have some conflicting requirements. Fusion plays better on a gaming graphics card and solidworks prefers a workstation card. I can say, without a doubt, the rtx2060 handles solidworks fantastically. Great benchmarks, no problem running high display quality in either program, and totally blown away at how much better this little laptop performs over my older workstation and gaming desktops, as well as my older workstation laptop. The ryzen processor is blazing fast. It ate up benchmarks landing in the top 10th percentile at nearly half the cost of the laptops that beat it. Sure I would have loved a rtx 30 series, but not for an extra 1000 dollars. For purely engineering work, 32gb of ram will most likely be necessary, and I already added a second 1tb m2 drive, and I am eying up the 80wh battery upgrade for the few times i get stuck doing field work and may not have a plug available. I havent tested total battery life, but I would expect 2-3 tops doing my normal work. For the price. Unbelievable value and performance.

Excellent gaming laptop
Laptop shipped and arrived in a little under a week which was pretty fast. No defects such as dead pixels or loose parts that I could find, overall a solidly built laptop. Gaming performance has been great with anything that I throw at it and the fan noise is nice and quiet compared to other laptops I’ve used such as the hp omen. Max temperature I’ve seen when playing witcher 3 maxed out was around 85c and average temp hovers around 70-80c which is very nice. Screen is nice and bright, crystal clear and smooth at 144hz. Only con I can think of is the battery life is pretty lousy, but that is usually expected with gaming laptops. I got around 3 hours browsing the web out of the box. Set power saver to always on and enable hybrid mode in the Lenovo app, then in the windows power settings set the integrated video card to forced when on battery power. This added about another hour to battery life. Great for gaming and overall performance, but make sure you keep it plugged in when you want to do anything that requires more power.

Will Play Whatever You Want it to Play
Excellent laptop. I have had it for about a month now and it has met all expectations. For internet and streaming, it is as quiet as can be and the screen is fantastic. Playing older games like Left 4 Dead 2 and the Batman games on Steam it stays quiet also. Biomutant is the only new game I’ve used it on and it gets loud and warm but not remotely as bad as the “jet engine” noises some people talk about. The keyboard is super responsive and doesn’t get too hot while gaming. The speakers are nice as long as the fans aren’t at full blast, which they won’t be as long as you’re not playing a high end game. The battery life is a bit lacking but that is to be expected. Played Biomutant for a little over an hour before the battery was around 35%. .. just keep it plugged in. All in all, for the price, I can’t recommend anything better that this laptop right now. It took me a long time to pull the trigger on this but I’m very glad I finally did.

Great budget gaming laptop
Able to play any game I throw at it. I’m guessing it’s gonna have trouble with the new ones coming out now. The only game I’ve had looking like crap is the new Jedi Survivor but then again that may be on the developers.I mostly use this like a desktop anyway. I have it set down and all my peripherals plugged in. Never had any probs with over heating or such. Good for the money.

Great laptop BUT lookout!
This is my 1st gaming laptop and I did a ton of research before pulling the trigger. For the price, it’s a beast. Unfortunately mine is defective and drops 15-21% of frames in high resolution video playback. I bought it for 4k video editing as well as gaming so this is a BIG issue. I’m now wrestling with Lenovo to get it fixed or replaced. I ‘d like to return it but at this point I wish I had researched the seller a little. Please don’t misunderstand, their price was great, shipping was very fast but their return policy is so harshly rigid its clear they do not actually accept returns. Words of warning: if you order from them, keep everything associated w your package and keep it in perfect condition. If you try for a return(good luck!) repack everything so that it looks as though the box was never opened, if not it will be rejected and you are paying shipping both ways. I will update this review once my machine is fixed or replaced.

Great product for the price.
I had purchased this laptop at <$1200.Comparable to other laptops in its class it was a great price. The Ryzen 7 and 2060 was what i was looking for in a laptop and it was hard to find. This model only has the white backlit keyboard, no RGB, but that doesn't matter to me.THE ONLY ISSUE I HAVE : Buying from AntOnline is really a purchase and you have to stick with it. They require a 30% restock fee on any open box products, if i wouldve wanted to return for any reason they wouldve kept over $300 for the restock which i think is pretty lame.BUT, I guess that might be why its cheaper than others?Either way, great laptop for the price and I'm 100% satisfied. I suggest when gaming at Ultra settings on something like Apex, get a laptop cooling pad. It does get quite warm, temps arent anywhere to be concerned about that for hardware, but warm nonetheless. 5 people found this helpful

Amazing Product, Price, and Delivery
Hesitantly bought this Lenovo Legion for a gaming and work laptop. The price was really low, questionably low. Reviews for this third-party seller had some very positive and some very negative posts. Was promised 2 week delivery.Laptop that arrived was new in box, product was as described (and functions amazingly). Shipped first business day and arrived 2 days later. The Lenovo Legion computer itself has great layout, design, and features that make it ideal as a gaming laptop, ideal as a student / work laptop, and features that make it easy to switch between the two. Lenovo seems to have knocked it out of the park, especially at this price point. The seller sold it at a great price and got it safely to my door sooner, much sooner than promised. All in all, highly recommend.

this is one the best gaming laptops you can get right now in the 1000$ to 1200 $ range right now.
love the design not only is this laptop a beast at gaming ,but also looks and feels sleek and doesn’t just look like a gaming laptop. The main games i play are rust and modern warfare , they run amazing at high settings. The fan noise isn’t to bad either i have owned a older laptop before hand and that one was much much louder. screen is a bit small for me for gaming ,but thats because im used to a 27 inch monitor from my desk top. The only thing i can think about disliking is the 512 ssd storage ,but you can always just unscrew the 11 screws on the bottom and plug a 2 tb ssd right next to it so not really a big deal. If you need a portable ,fast ,sleek gaming laptop this is the one for you.

Great laptop for a lower price.
This is a great laptop. I have been gaming on it for near 6 months now. Temps stay reasonable for a laptop CPU ~66-80C. This is the 115W 2060 video card. Seller increased the price since I have bought it, but so has everyone else. I’d recommend getting the 3060 version at this point, but this is also a great laptop.

It’s a steal considering what the hardware is ….honestly the world is in a console and gpu shortage and this beast offers next generation capabilities ….like ray tracing and 60+fps …….not to mention xbox game pass and steam …..also folks if your thinking well that’s a small screen …..ok I get it buy two more things and you’re good a wireless keyboard and mouse combo and the wireless adapter for your controller of your choosing and bam…put the laptop in place of your console and remove its hdmi cord and plug it into the laptop and return to your chair because the gaming gods are about to smile upon you my friends ….

Best RTX 2060 laptop you can get
This laptop has everything you need to game. RTX 2060 115W variant? Yes sir and also a chasis and cooling system good enough to handle it. AMD Ryzen 7 4800H? 8 cores and 16 threads? 4.2Ghz core speed? Oh yeah, best mobile CPU of 2020, yeah Intel i7 10750H can turbo 1 core to 5Ghz and gains like 3-5 FPS more, but its a 6 core CPU with heating issues unless you undervolt. So yeah 10/10 laptop.PS: Delivery time for Antonline said 2 weeks, it arrived in 4 business days, they send you the UPS track number to your e-mail.

Best Purchase I’ve ever made
Was a little worried because it was such a killer price, turned out to just be the best deal possibly available showed up in perfect condition and I’ve been using it daily for 3 months since. Make sure you understand the return policy is strict, but I would never return this masterpiece. Rated battery life 5 stars but I’ve never used it unplugged so I’m unsure, pretty standard battery life from what I’ve looked into, with 3 different performance mode so for different battery usage

Best Price for all this hardware in the best brand!
I cannot believe how much more powerful this is over my previous Legion Y540 with a I7 9750h 1660ti.Which I paid a lot more than I paid for this laptop. This is the best price you are going to get for this hardware! Look around for any other legion priced at this price with a AMD 4800h and a Gtx 2060. The Rtx 2060 is way more powerful than I thought it would be. And yes it can run Ray tracing.

Great budget gaming laptop!
Purchased this laptop for gaming and school work. Kicks ass at everything I throw at it. I would give it a 4.5 star if possible; only downside is the touchpad sucks, at least for me. I use a wireless mouse 99% of the time anyway. Make sure to upgrade the storage ASAP, keep that boot drive clean.

Fantastic Gaming Laptop
I purchased this laptop after extensive research. I am VERY pleased with how this laptop performs for gaming. I would highly recommend this laptop for anyone looking to play mostly any game you want. This particular model will last you for years and years to come with the RTX 2060 GPU.

Shipping was insanely fast
Laptop came factory sealed and in perfect condition. Beast Amd 2060 115w!*1 month update*I’ve traveled with it and used it pretty heavily and can say that this thing is amazing. Games run smooth, cyber punk on ultra with rtx on dlss on balanced I get about 55 fps, no rtx I can get 70+ on ultra. Temps are ridiculously low, gpu never goes over 70c at 97 to 99% performance. I’m coming from console so I was very skeptical of gaming on a laptop but I’m pretty sure I’ll never buy a console ever again. After playing on ultra in a few games trying to play games on ps4 looks awful, I understand why pc players never turn back to consoles. This laptop provides the same games with better graphics at higher frame rates and its portable!

Fantastic all around. (IN-DEPTH REVIEW)
I’ve been looking to get into PC gaming for sometime now, but I never had the budget nor the time to justify getting one and making use of the purchase. I was debating between a desktop and a gaming laptop. But decided to go with a laptop because of the size of my desk space (very small unfortunately).I’ve been looking for a PC that would have an AMD CPU and an Nvidia GPU because that has shown to be the best combo you can get on the market. Intel has fallen behind in the CPU game, yet still has Nvidia leading the GPU department ever so slighty. There may be a day when I get an all AMD setup but that’ll be awhile from now. My budget was also $1100. Anyway!!! Sorry for the delay, on to the review:Things I love:+ CPU performance: I have no idea how this laptop isnt more popular. Its frankly odd. Im in California. I watch a ton of US and Canadian based tech reviewers talk about laptops all the time. Yet……I havent seen ANY of the most popular ones ever talk about this particular configuration of the Legion 5. I’ve seen countless videos of the Legion 5 with the Intel i5 and 1660Ti but never with 4800H and RTX 2060. I’d go as far as saying theres actually no argument that the latter combo is without a doubt better in every respect than the former. This CPU chews through all tasks without a problem. Web browsing, office documents, and media consumption dont even make it flinch. And even rendering 2k footage from my gopro has been pretty damn fast. The Ryzen 7 4800H might be a “last gen” CPU with the new 5000 series literally just being released within the last month, but its probably the best laptop 2020 CPU on the market. Dont settle for intel i5, when you can get a Ryzen 7. (check+ GPU performance: Again, its really strange. I cant find MAINSTREAM videos of this laptop and I dont know why!!! I see plenty of videos of it from random people all over the world, but most dont have over a few thousand views. The mainstream tech youtubers only feature the 1660ti version…..but not the RTX 2060 version?!?!?!? Comparatively, the RTX 2060 is just marginally better than the 1660ti (gpu.userbenchmark.com), but it is better! I play games like Hellblade and Control: Ultimate Edition and Assassin’s Creed origins all on high settings (with some things ultra like textures and foliage) and with RTX on, and I get about 80fps which is pretty damn good for a laptop. If I wanted 100+ fps, I’d have to drop it down to low, and I dont want to do that. I like enjoying the beauty and details of games, even if means a little less FPS. But anything under 60 would be unacceptable to me. So the fact that Im getting well over 60 is great. Argument here is simple: if you have the choice between a 1660ti and an RTX 2060 for the difference of about $100, just get the rtx.+ Cooling: I want to preface this that Im not including NOISE in this section. I’ll get to that later. Anyway. Because of the AMD cpu, the mighty fans, the great cooling system design, and plenty of air vents, this thing is FANTASTIC in terms of thermals. After about a 3-4 hour gaming session, I checked my temps and Im at about 74 avg on the CPU and 63avg on the GPU. All on high settings too!!!! Now granted, my laptop is sitting on a vented laptop stand and right by an open window, and its winter. Theres been nothing but freezing cold air blowing in my room all day (I like it cold), so that may play a part in it. But I can’t complain. Those are incredible temps for a 3hr gaming session. When Im just doing nothing like right now (8 chrome tabs and a 4k video playing), the GPU is at 36 and the CPU is at 37. And the fans are silent…for now (more on this later). Also the quick Fn+Q settings to change from normal to performance mode is nice.+ Screen: 144hz 320 nits. I mean how can you complain about that. Do I wish it could get to 400 nits? Yeah obviously, brighter would be better. But the high refresh rate is awesome for gaming and everyday tasks feel much faster.+ Keyboard: If you know anything about Lenovo laptops, you know that they always seem to know how to do keyboards on them. I never really liked the old IBM lenovo thinkpads because of their looks, but one thing I did always appreciate about them were their quality keyboards. This keyboard is no different. The key travel is nice and the click actuation is satisfying and I can type at pretty high speeds. Short of a mechanical keyboard, Lenovo laptop keyboards are some of the best on the market.+ Speakers: Now hear me out….let me just say that NO laptop speakers are ever good, especially not on Windows laptops. Apple somehow knows how to get great sound out of a laptop, but even then, an external speaker or headphones will ALWAYS sound better. That being said, the sound coming from these laptop speakers is better than most of what I’ve heard (which still isnt saying much, so take this with a grain of salt). It doesnt get all that loud, but the sound is pretty full for not having any dedicated subwoofer. All in all, if you just need to listen to something quickly, these will do just fine. If youre trying to bump music or game with laptop speakers…….why? Stop doing that. Get some headphones or an external speaker.+ Look/Design/Build quality: I really hate so many “gaming” laptops needing to be laced with bright red accents or a bunch of unnecessary RGB lighting. Im a minimalist at heart, and the “business-y” look of the laptop is nice. Its sturdy with very little screen or chassis flex. The main branding on the outside of the laptop is the word “LEGION” with this multi-chromatic matte reflective finish that looks actually really nice because it changes color, but also is muted enough to be subtle in a work environment. The I/O ports are mostly in the back as well which is nice for cable management and keeps the sides of the laptop free. One USB on each side though which is also nice.Rapid fire things I like:+ Full size ethernet+ USB-C display output (more on this later)+ Full size HDMI and 3 USB type As+ High quality headphone jack supports Dolby Atmos+ easy upgradeability (only 10-11 screws I think to access drives, ram, wifi card, battery all upgradeable)+ One finger hinge opening (if you’ve never had a laptop that can do that….trust me when I say youll appreciate it)Things I wish were different/Things to note:- No SD card slot at ALL: C’mon lenovo. How you gonna give this laptop all this horsepower, a color-accurate high refresh screen, a great keyboard………..but not a fullsize SD card slot for content creators? Not even a microSD card slot?!?!?!?!? Bruh. That’s a major oof. I have a USB adapter that I can plug in, its just a lot less of a bottleneck to plug it in directly to the laptop. Oh well. If you were planning on transferring a lot of files via SD card, I’d look elsewhere unless you dont mind using an adapter.- Fans get LOUD on performance mode: I mean yeah, I get it. It’s performance mode. But…..theyre pretty damn loud. I’ve actually heard louder laptops, like the HP omen 15, but the Omen 15 has a less high pitch whine than this one. Like I said, youll want headphones when playing or at the very least, speakers loud enough to drown it out I guess. Not a big deal in my opinion, Id trade loud fans for better performance anyway.- Beefy power brick: obviously with an RTX card, this thing needs a lot of power. And the power brick lets you know that instantly. Its quite a THICC boy. Not sure how much you want to be carrying this around with you, and youll need to because……..- Battery life: You CAN upgrade this battery (bought separately) to a 85Wh battery I think from the 60Wh that it has. I dont game on the go and I dont really use it away from a wall plug. BUT there are times where I just wanna bring my laptop with me on the couch or a different table. The battery life on this thing kind of sucks. If youre trying to game, youre looking at about 70 minutes. Without gaming and just regular usage, youre looking at maybe 3 hours with reduced brightness. Not very good. Im sure the 85Wh battery would really help with the nongaming usage, but until I get that, I wouldnt recommend this to people who like to use laptops untethered.- Big and Heavy: keeping with the same story of portability, this laptop is about 5.6 pounds and the entire chassis itself is almost the size of a 17inch laptop because of the cooling system. Therefore, this laptop does NOT fit the 15in laptop sleeve that I already had for my Dell XPS, which sucks. Cuz now I have to buy a bigger one. And its also just heavy as shit to lug around in a backpack. So again, not the most portable laptop but I dont really use it that way anyway, but it is something to keep in mind for people who do want to be on the move.- No Thunderbolt 3: This one actually pisses me off. How is this a Q3-Q4 2020 laptop and it DOESNT have thunderbolt 3??? The USB-C port is just USB 3.1 or 3.2, I dont even know. It doesnt matter what it is, because its NOT thunderbolt. I guess that would add about $100 more to the price to have a thunderbolt 3 port? Which is sad. Im pretty damn disappointed that this 2020 laptop doesnt have it when my 2017 Dell XPS had a thunderbolt 3 port. How does that make sense.- Trackpad/mouse: Shame that Lenovo has such great keyboards but cant get trackpads right. The surface is glass, which is always appreciated and Im really glad they didnt go with plastic. But the clicking isnt anywhere NEAR as good as the XPS or HP omen. The surface feels fine but the clicking isnt nice. I use a wireless Logitech gaming mouse anyway so it really doesnt bother me. But I try to avoid the trackpad as often as I can. I actually enjoyed using the XPS trackpad. I will never enjoy this one.BOTTOM LINE:Despite all the dings I just listed, the upsides of this laptop completely outweigh all of those things. This laptop performs amazingly, stays ultra cool, looks and feels great, screen is bright and beautiful, its fun to use, and it was all under $1200. I got this when it was listed at $1099 on December 28, 2020. As of right now writing this review (Feb 6th, 2021), the price is now $1250. And the stock is running very low. If you can find this for around the price that I got it. It is an absolute steal and I highly recommend it!

Amazing Gaming Laptop! Tech Reviewers Weren’t Kidding!
This laptop is honestly unbelievable for the price I payed. Not only was the shipping fast (arrived in only 3 days), but the product is just as premium and powerful as reviews have said.Design: The rugged plastic that is used is super sturdy and clean in design, there’s little to no flex and the hinge is super solid. It’s a muted look with a slight iridescent shimmer in the legion icon for the O which is a nice and subtle touch. I really like the ports mainly being on the back with prominent backs for the cooling (I’ll get to that later).Screen: The screen is a gorgeous 1080p 144hz screen with a a buttery smooth response time. It’s also 100% sRGB which is awesome. I have no issues with light bleed or other screen problems. It gets pretty bright at around 320+ nits.Cooling: The laptop has a prominent back to exhaust air as well as exhausts on the left and right side. The computer running Monster Hunter World at Max settings in 1080p was running smoothly and was super cool, the fans weren’t even super audible some say they can. The thing stays extremely cool and I was pretty impressed. When just browsing and watching YouTube videos the it on balanced mode (which is what I’ve left it on for everything), it’s pretty much inaudible and remains cool to the touch.Typing, Battery, and Sound: So here’s the thing. They’re laptop speakers, they aren’t terrible but they aren’t MacBook Pro level, they get the job done adequately but that’s about it. It could be worse though so keep that in mind. The keys are very comfortable to type on (True-Strike I think they’re called) and the fact that they were able to put in a numpad and full size directional keys without making the keyboard deck feel tight and cluttered is a great and welcome feat of engineering. The battery is alright. It’s 60whr and it’s sufficient for me, but I typically game so I have it plugged in whenever I’m using it with a battery profile to help prolong it for my type of use. I did order an 80whr battery online (Lenovo brand) to install soon to give it some extra oomph if I travel or take it to places where I don’t want to plug it in.Overall this computer is well built, well designed aesthetically, has an excellent screen and cooling solution, and has extremely comfortable keys. All in a super fast and powerful package under $1200. It honestly can’t be beat. Definitely the champ of this price tier of gaming laptops. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a gaming laptop that doesn’t exceed this price category. Well done Lenovo, Well done.
