Book4 pro has amazing display, light, perfectI had Macbook pro late 2016Now my phone and tablet are also from Samsung.No regretIf you are not sure which to choose, Book4 or Book4 Pro? Go with Pro because it has better display and faster refresh rate (120 Hz)

Pretty good hardware, bad linux support
I’m going to be returning it mainly because it is poorly supported on Linux. Webcam and speakers don’t work out of the box. If that doesn’t apply to you, then I could still very much recommend this laptop (especially on sale, I got a few hundred off).The hardware is very nice. The screen is pretty and I’m just totally spoiled on smooth high refresh rates. Battery life is acceptable, though still doesn’t really match Apple silicon. There’s an extra M.2 slot inside, which is actually really nice. If you need more storage, don’t bother buying the overpriced 1 TB upgrade. Just buy any M.2 SSD you want and slap it in. Speakers are not quite as nice and thumpy as those of a Macbook Pro, but I mean who is really out here trying to get a high quality media experience on laptop speakers.

On surface awesome, but lots of issues
I have always liked Samsung products. I have a Samsung phone and watch and love them both. So the specs on the laptop were great and the price was good. Despite seeing a warning of lots of returns on this laptop, I purchased it. It is a very thin, light, and powerful laptop but had so many issues, sent it back. The BIOS was faulty as it did not recognize the TPM and thus Windows had issues. It kept asking for the BitLocker code after ever reboot. Then every time you click Shutdown in Windows, it just rebooted so to shut down had to do a hard reboot. I am in IT and spent hours troubleshooting all to no avail and sent it back. Great product, but just a fair warning on the consistent quality and usage.Update, there are places on the Internet, including Samsung’s site, that says Windows 11 Pro will work on this laptop – it does not. It requires TPM 2.0 and this laptop does NOT have TPM. I confirmed that with 2 Samsung engineers today when Windows 11 Pro would not install.
