Awesome!
I personally like it. Like all consoles, they throttle their speed but Xbox (at least this one) seems to be a lot faster than Playstation. And I love Playstation! I’m giving Xbox a 5 out of 5 because of everything. Its light weight (not too light to where you think its China junk). Its fastN its reliable, it has a lot of room, its priced fairly and if apps like HBO MAX are slow (like mine is on my BRAND NEW smart TV), just download it on Xbox and its ultra fast again.It can hold a lot of games. I currently have all the HALO’s (including Halo 5 separately), GTA5, FORZA, DYING LIGHT, ACE COMBAT 7, JUMP FORCE, MORTAL KOMBAT X, PAYDAY 2, ROCKET LEAGUE, RUSH, SEA OF THIEVES, SUPER TOY CARS, TRACKMANIA, TRACKS and K2. I Still have around 200GB left and it handles perfectly without any glitches and without over heating and without any lag.I also have multiple apps installed like Netflix, HBO MAX, Prime, Hulu, etc.Its really a good console and with my 4k TV, everything is always in 4k…as long as its supported prior lol. Anyways, 5/5 because its just awesome.

This item arrived 2 days earlier than expected and in perfect condition! The controller included was drifting a bit during play- I contacted the seller and they immediately sent a replacement! Would definitely buy from them again! Excellent service and item!

REFURBISHED UNIT
After reading prior reviews, I was a little hesitant about buying a refurbished X Box One as some of them were real horror stories like parts were broken or the unit had to be cleaned up, etc. When I unboxed this one i found none of that. The unit and its controller were in excellent condition, and no parts were missing. Install and setup were relatively easy as I had gone online and watched setup videos from You Tube. I set about making sure everything was working properly. I played a blueray movie to make sure that function was working, no problem! I played a disc game on it and it was fine. Graphics were great! THe only glitch I found was that the HDMI OUT port seemed not to work which should have allowed me to play my cable set top box through the X Box, but this port wasn’t recognized by my TV. No big deal for me as I don’t watch much on the cable anymore. When I do, I have to unplug the X Box from the TV and plug in the cable box. All things considered, it was a very good buy. i would buy from this seller again.

Oddity Confirmed
It says that the internal HDD is 850 GB. Thought this was an error.Heads up, the XBOX Firmware consumes 90 GB and 40 GB Swap. So, my friends where did the remaining 20 GB Wind up…Reserved for XBOX Account and Update Info.Well, I guess there’s always external storage as well.

Bought for my son’s 9th birthday
The console looks to be in good condition. It plays the same as my bfs. I had to updat it 2x before my son actually opened it.I’m not sure why but this console is constantly updating and reinstalling games…. anyone else have this issue?? How do you solve it? It updates multiple times a week and takes anywhere from an hour to all night, everytime. My bf doesn’t do this. It happens so often my son will just start crying if he turns it on and it starts updating because he knows he won’t get to play it that day. He only plays about 4 hours a week. I’m really starting to question if I should have bought it.

Backing popping
The backing probably got taken off for the repair however, they did not secure it properly. It pops and sticks out, tried to correct it and the other side popped out and the teeter totter begins…

Surprisingly dirty
The console appears to work fine. When I turned it on the screen said I am the first user. I assume the factory reset was done however. The unit itself was filthy. I assume by the shape of the gunk I cleaned off the top of the unit. It spent a significant amount of time with a Nintendo Wii setting on top of it. The description started by saying it would be cleaned and restored to factory settings. And was listed as like new. As long as the unit continues to work I can overlook the cleaning. Just disappointed in the listing.

xbox arrived 1 day early
My Xbox arrived 1 day early, it was a nice surprise to be honest. However the controller is garbage, i am surprised at the poor quality. LB button was jammed into it’s housing, had to pry it out. Also RT constantly fires weapon and when you shake the controller it sounds like a baby’s rattle. As unhappy as i am about the controller, the Xbox itself is in amazing condition and that’s really what matters here.

Works (now)
Worked flawlessly for a day then my son heard a popping noise, and it went dead. I was very upset until he informed me that this happens quite often to the X series. I ended up purchasing a $50 “FUSE” for him to fix it. I works for now.

The media could not be loaded.
The amount of games i have gotten for under 100 bucks is insane, the console is a powerhouse too so it runs like a white chick after taco bell. dont hesitate just get it, especially if you were thinking about the series x but it was too expensive. This is a perfect alternative and i am looking forward to hundreds of more hours on my journey through the lands between… Praise the Sun

The console itself is good, but the controller that came with mine is very bad; stick drift, sticky buttons, the back of one of the handles is coming off. If you’re buying a refurbished console, do yourself a favor and get a new controller with it

Initial problem but they fixed my issue
I ordered an XBox One. It arrived on-time. I set it up and it worked. On the next day it started making a loud noise like the fan was straining. The Xbox shut down four or five times over the next few days. I contacted the seller and they provided me information about potential cures for the issue. I tried several but when the Xbox shut down again, I asked for a new one. The process for returning was easy. They provided a paid shipping label and I could track it online. I received the new one within a week and it has worked fine. I would do business with this company again. The customer service chat was responsive and helpful.

Consider before buying
I have two issues that I will address. I’ve never really written a review but I felt I had to for this. First I would like to say this. I have a sort of the OG Xbox one console in white and I started having some personal preference issues such as turning on randomly and slow loading and gaming times. It works great though. But I thought it was time to upgrade so I looked into the one x. Price wise it was a lot so I came across renewed. Long story short I did my research and bought one SOULY FOR THE CONSOLE. HOWEVER there are two main issues with my purchase. Number one is the controller. I understand it’s “used” but the controller I received is trashed. Sticks are down to the plastic, buttons barely work, it’s disgusting in terms of like gunk on it and I’m not happy. And secondly shipping could have been a lot better. I simply received it in a box and the console wrapped in bubble wrap. Could have easily been thrown around and broken but luckily it wasn’t. Overall the console I received was in decent condition better than I expected and so far I have had 0 issues. Came with hdmi and power cable which look brand new. Overall I’m fairly happy but just keep in mind… there USED
