Everything I wanted and more
May not seem like it, but going from my old EVGA 970SSC to this 1080ti SC was a pretty big bump in performance.3.5gb to 11gbPerformance has been everything I’ve wanted and more. Being able to max out gorgeous games and lock 60+ frames has been a treat.Temps are within reason as well under load. Highest I’ve had in this card was 58c while playing Shadow of the Tomb Raider on maxed out settings using the auto fan curve. No boost or secondary OC. Noise is pretty good too, but can get a little loud depending on fan curve settings. Isn’t a deal breaker for me as I wear a headset most of the time anyways though.I decided to buy this earlier this summer instead of waiting for the 2000 series. Glad I did.

Great graphics card!
I bought this graphic card to upgrade my gtx 970. It was worth it. It came in a static proof package wrapped in bubble wrap so it was well taken care of.

Tearing it up!
been running this card now for 8mths can say without a doubt the finest card i have owned,as always running games when others are having troubles due to the fact of keeping rig clean and always using intel paired w/NVidia.this combo works!! using software to keep fans at a constant 60% this keeps the card at cool temps hardly ever exceeding 65f.and 11GB of VRAM need i say more this things fast.also like the fact its smaller than my 980ti classified fits a mid tower very well.trouble free and tearing up the gaming world.IF YOU WANT TO MAX OUT EVERYTHING YOU PLAY then look no further.i run 2560×1440 @144hz on ultra everygame.unless bad optimization prevents this not card or rigs fault.

The best of the what you SHOULD buy
This was such an impulse buy, it’s not even funny. Damn miners making everything so expensive and therefore, out of my reach price-wise, I didn’t bother upgrading my computer for at least a year. Anywho, I always buy EVGA branded GPU’s; I just love the piece of mind from them. So far, as one would expect, this card shreds through games like a hot knife through butter. The Witcher 3, GTA 5, Final Fantasy 15, all just pieces of cake for this thing. This system will last me quite some time. Not that my 2500k paired with a 980ti was a slouch, its just that its been 7 years in-between computers. Definitely time for the upgrade.

Love this thing
I’ve always used evga when it comes to my gpus. Got all my friends hooked on them to. I’ve had a 1070 ti for about 2 years now. I thought it was time for an upgrade and one of my friends wanted my 1070. I play a lot of vr and this sucker makes a big difference!!

Very good performance but…
After using msi 780ti/980/1070 i went to evga 1080 ti beacuse i like its shape and how 1080 ti lights gave my setup good look , but i’d like to mention the fans are really noisy in 100% usage and the heat over 65 compared to my msi gpu’s super quiet while full usage thanks to zero and twin frozr and the heat never ever passed 60 but overall the gpu Had a very good performance and good look thanks

EVGA makes a nice card
I am admittedly and ASUS fanboy owning a Strix 1070, Strix 1080 and a Strix 1080ti but when I was building out another system I picked up the EVGA 1080ti SC black edition because it matched the theme of the build. This card runs neck and neck with the Strix 1080ti and even though its only a dual fan design on the cooler the card runs cool and is quiet. No worries at all gaming at 2560x1440p or 3440x1440p with Veryhigh and Ultra settings. I will definitely be looking at EVGA when I decide to throw down on a 2080ti

Great card with fantastic performance
It’s expensive, but you get what you pay for with blazing fast performance. The card had no trouble taking on any game I’ve thrown at it. Only Osiris: New Dawn and Ghost Recon Wildlands (3440×1440) with max settings kept it between 40-50fps.Only real negative is the card runs hot (upgraded from a 290X!) with frame rate uncapped which is easily fixed using EVGA Precision XOC. Unless you run a monitor over 60hz I don’t foresee heat being an issue when gaming with this card.

Absolute BEAST of a card
I upgraded from a 1060 to this and man, am I glad I did. This card is amazing. Makes all of my games look incredible and easily runs them at 60+ FPS at the very minimum. Installation and installing the drivers was easy and didn’t take much time at all. The card is very quiet and only reaches about 50-60 degrees heat even when playing an extremely demanding game such as Total War Warhammer 2.My only nitpick really was the packaging it came in. I can tell that this card was used for bitcoin mining recently which I don’t really care about since the card works great for me. However, it looks like EVGA just threw it back in the box and put some tape on the package and passed it off as new. I’ve heard of this being a problem with other buyers of the 1080ti but I guess I was one of the lucky ones that didn’t get a broken card. Would prefer if EVGA labeled the cards as Used, rather then New to not mislead people into what they’re buying.Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this card to anyone looking to upgrade their GPU to one of the best cards on the market today.

Fantastic card.
If you want a playable experience on modern AAA titles at 4k with a single graphics card, this is your best option right now. I play Battlefield One avidly and my GTX1080 just couldn’t handle my new 4k monitor, so I sold the card to a friend and bought this one. I haven’t tracked actual frame rates yet as I just got it today, but gameplay feels smooth with very few hiccups. I think the 11GB of GDDR5x makes the biggest difference – my 1080’s 8GB of memory was always pegged while this card gets to around 80 percent and system memory usage while gaming dropped by about 6gb, probably because this card can store more textures instead of swapping them. My card boosts to over 1900MHz, so I definitely agree with other reviewers that you will be rewarded for keeping them cool with higher speeds. As far as acoustics go, the card is quiet and barely audible under full load, but I think my MSI GTX 1080 with three fans was a bit quieter. The fans stay off when the card is idle. Also, I have no coil while whatsoever with this particular card, although this seems to vary from card to card. My 1080 was awful for that.I’ve only had it for a day, but I’ve already thoroughly been enjoying it. If you can hold off for a while longer, you may want to wait for the 1100 series Volta based cards at this point, but if you need the best right now, this is a solid bet.

World’s fastest GPU uArch at the time of this review
Absolute beast when it comes to 1080p-1440p gaming. Example: The Witcher 3 1080p Ultra settings with Hairworks enabled + max HW AA x8 and fps is around 105 Avg with highs of 174fps and lows of 89fps.The most surprising thing about it is how cool it runs even under heavy loads. Max 65C for brief moments and usually within 61-63C. The backplate is most definitely not for show although it does look classy, the thing really gets hot to the touch implying it is able to draw heat away from the critical components. Legendary EVGA build quality right there.Another outstanding feature of the uArch in particular is its ability to run the clocks down significantly along with lowered core voltages when running slightly older titles that are locked to 60fps. The amount of power being pulled is substantially low, in the 80-90W region. Under full loads the power draw is as expected at around 250-257W.I am no fan of Nvidia’s business tactics and their general strategy with GameWorks but this thing is just peerless. The real shame here is that they have no competition from AMD in the Ultra enthusiast space. I got tired of waiting on Vega with the mediocre performance it had to offer versus what Nvidia had already in the market. The mining cancer was the final straw but I don’t regret getting this card one bit, it is just that darn good. I was calculative enough to see the mining plague spreading well ahead of time before it affected higher end cards like the GTX 1080Ti so I am very happy to have got this at $749.99. This card should serve me for good 3-4 years before I even begin to think of an upgrade.

Runs cool under 4K heavy loads.
Runs incredibly well:Been using for about 2 weeks with no issues, running all kinds of games at both 1080p 144hz and 4k 60hz, games like FFXV and The Witcher 3 at 4K look incredible, made my own fan speed curve as the stock one ran too hot for my liking, at 75% fanspeed 4k gaming, temps wont go above 72C. Overclocking this card is easy and, while other models have higher clocks, stability and warranty are key for longterm use, EVGA’s warranty is so much better than competitors its not even close. If you can score this GPU at a good sale price, say below MSRP don’t even think about it and just get it.

Awesome Gaming Card!!
I purchased this card to complement my custom build and am very happy with the purchase. Yes the cost was a bit much, but the ROI (return on investment) will be forthcoming over the years. This gaming card I am able to get Ultra/High settings for all games that I run. Currently WoW (World of Warcraft), Black Ops 4, Forza 4, Overwatch, Far Cry 5, Shadow of the Tomb and Destiny 2 with no game lag at all.The lowest FPS for some of the graphically intense games played I have seen is 90 FPS. I have a G-Sync monitor that is overclocked at 165Hz and will see frame rates to that setting. I can overclock the card but have not had to with the games that I have been playing. The card stays cool and can game for hours at a time without issue. I had considered the RTX 2080 card, but will wait for more games to be written for the Ray Tracing technology.Even while streaming, I do not see any degradation of video or loss of FPS. I am really happy with this purchase.

Card failed with less than 2 years of moderate to light use.
Bought this card in September of 2019 and it failed a few months ago due to some unknown power failure in the card, computer runs fine after swapping out the GPU for a backup.Worse is EVGA who is often worshipped for their warranty and customer support is refusing to honor the 3 year warranty on a card that still falls well within that time frame and would rather give excuses as to why they won’t and act like Asus and MSI instead of acting like a decent self-respectingand ethical company. Won’t be buying from this company again since my only reason for buying from them is apparently null and void and I now would receive the same RMA experience from every major brand and it now makes no difference who I buy from.Oddly enough you can find verified accounts of them RMA’ing cards that fall well outside of warranty, have no proof of purchase, and have suffered some kind of abuse between sellers and buyers. Yet a card that should fall well within standard warranty periods is not and has no clear faults other than that of the assembly and manufacture at the factory.1/5 for gaming, because it’s dead.5/5 for noise because it’s dead and can’t make any.1/5 for tech support because it might as well be nonexistent and is as dead as their card.

Black sheep of the group
Bought this SC Black as a no-frills powerhouse to replace my 1080 FTW (ACX model). The early models of the 1080 FTW were prone to cooling issues and faulty voltage protection, mine was no exception. I stayed with EVGA because they honored their warranty in the matter.(Beware, opinions ahead!)For the 1080ti I wanted the ICX cooler without all the over-the-top sensors which added to the cost (just to clarify, this model is technically the same as the SC2 minus the added thermal sensors). I really do feel like the added sensors are a gimmick to put customers at ease after the ACX debacle. If the card has a cooling problem then no amount of sensors is going to fix it, nor will it fix or warn against faulty voltage protection. In my opinion most of the cards nowadays are turning towards aesthetics and excessive monitoring at added cost, leaving no option to buy a less expensive but similar performing model if you cut out all the LEDs, fancy shrouds, and overkill sensors. To each their own though, I’m sure all of these cards perform unbelievably well and each owner will buy a model to suit their needs. My argument is with the manufacturers.I didn’t buy a FTW3 or SC2 because they felt unnecessary, it was also the reason I strayed away from other really great manufacturers. This card is the black sheep (pun intended?) of the group and it gets the job done at a great price. That and the cost for performance vs the FTW3 isn’t justifiable, not with the performance of the 1080ti. Even without OCing, good lord this card is unbelievably powerful.

This thing is BRUTAL
Rating a product like this is difficult. A 1080ti is a 1080ti no matter the brand. Also, I bought this EVGA for my new build, but unfortunately it came DOA. The store that helped me put my PC together for some strange reason decided to replace it for an MSi 1080ti Gaming X at no cost, despite I didn’t buy the parts from them. But anyway, like I said, a 1080ti is a 1080ti, so I will review the nvidia chipset instead of the brand of the card. This GPU is an absolute beast!! About a year and a half ago I upgraded my old rig from a GTX970 to a GTX1070. That rig is fairly decent, with a cheap set of ddr4 modules for 20gb (don’t ask me how I got it to work) and an overclocked 6600k. The difference between the 970 and 1070 was so massive I didn’t believe a GTX 1080ti would make that much of a difference. So I build a new rig with a 1080ti, paired up with an overclocked 8600k, SSD and a proper 16gb 3000mhz G.Skill RAM kit… This card is an absolute animal. Even with a 165hz monitor, it will surpass the refresh rate in some AAA games at Ultra settings. This is at 1440p.If the 1070 was performing phenomenal in my old rig, this thing blows it away by far. Nvidia created a freaking monster. I’m good for now, even with the 11 Series around the corner. No more upgrades… At least not until they make 250hz+ G-Sync gaming monitors more mainstream.

Very quiet under heavy load; night and day difference coming from a GTX 970.
I upgraded to this card (EVGA GTX 1080 Ti SC Black Edition) from an EVGA GTX 970 SSC. The 970 was a bad purchase on my part — it literally sounded like someone was running a hair dryer when the card was under load due to gaming or when I tried to mine cryptos with it.The 1080 Ti has been a win so far. This is the most I’ve ever paid for a video card, and I did so for a few reasons. First, I was sick and tired of the noisy and now relatively outdated GTX 970. Second, while i normally buy cards in the “70” lineup since it’s the sweet spot for price, the crypto miners have driven prices up unreasonably on the GTX 1070 and 1070 Ti, and I figured that if I paid just a “little” more ($250 roughly) that I’d get to enjoy having a Titan-class card and could mine cryptos on the side for a few months to make up for the price differential. I’ve been running the card for about 2 weeks now and it’s on track toward that goal.If you want to splurge and are looking for some excuses to help justify clicking the “buy” button, maybe my experience will encourage you to do so.Sorry I can’t comment on its gaming performance as I haven’t gamed with it yet. But there are plenty of tech review sites out there and youtube videos that showcase what the 1080 Ti can do when it comes to gaming.

Great boost to “plug-ins” used in video rendering
Video cards have an indirect impact on video rendering. The CPU does the heavy lifting and GPU does ancillary work with plugins, color shading, effects etc. I’ve always found that when the newest version comes out, nothing is really threaded for it. For example the 2080Ti which is just out. It has specifically made advertising claims about ray tracing. No computer games, at the time of this post, fully support ray tracing in the way the designers adevertise…yet. For video rendering on most “home systems” the 1080Ti is a significant boost in rendering tasks such as “frame-averaging”. This is a process of stacking frames (for example taking 10 video frames, averaging them together to create 1 better quality frame with wider dynamic range and hopefully increased clarity). In frame averaging using an intel 5960x which is an older 8 physical core processor with hyper-threading; frame averaging went from 43 frames per second using a 980Ti to 81 FPS -Which is a significant boost. Going with a larger CPU is better of course for rendering, but that means rebuilding an entire system from the ground up. Being that the system is already overclocked and water cooled. This was the best “bang for the buck”. A solid card with a 2 year track record.

but I suspect that would probably tax it a good deal more
I bought this GPU not too long after buying an Aorus Gaming 7 Mobo and an Intel i7-8700K. I had an Nvidia GTX 970, and it basically choked on AC: Origins – it was unstable even at medium settings. So I bought this card, which is an absolute beast – and it oughta’ be for nearly a grand. I can assure you that it can run AC: Origins with everything maxed at 1080p (haven’t tried 4K, but I suspect that would probably tax it a good deal more…). My frame rates average 75fps. I have no complaints about this card, aside from the price, which is absolutely exorbitant. The installation was easy, though I did need a new PSU. Bear in mind that you’ll need one with both a 6 pin and an 8 pin PCIE power connector to run this thing. You can buy adaptors (and I think the card actually comes with these), but my feeling is that if your PSU doesn’t already have those connectors hard-wired into the block, then it’s probably not powerful enough. You’ll probably need at least a 700 watt PSU to run this card.

& Superposition Benchmark and just love the results
I had two EVGA 780’s SC in SLI and I upgaded to the 1080ti SC Black and ran benchmarks. This card is a beast!! I ran heaven, & Superposition Benchmark and just love the results. You can leave everything set to ULTRA but if you want even more sick frames disable AA and watch the frames jump!! There really is no need for AA anyway.I love EVGA and only buy EVGA products. I love their customer service which I hope I never have to use.If your on the fence about buying this card don’t. I wanted a new card since November but with all the bitcoin stuff going on prices rocketed.I payed $750 in installments of $150 a month.I just sold my two 780’s for $100 each so I really got this card for $500.Forget about doing SLI with these it makes no sense grab yourself a nice 144 or 165hz monitor and you’ll be really good to go. That’s what I’m doing after I pay off this card.

Yes to EVGA
After owning 5 different EVGA cards, I finally had a chance to submit one for warranty work. Heads up here, I had 3 days left on the 3 year warranty and EVGA handled it like a Champ. They replaced my card with no questions asked, I like that.Upgrading from a 980 ti to this card, I can see some improvement. While the 980 ti could run my games at ultra, I usually ran on high for better performance. No need with this card, it can run ultra just fine on what I play – fo4, pubg, and others. Having said that, if my 980 ti had not gone bad when it did, I would have waited for next gen to upgrade. EVGA does include some software to over clock the card, but I haven’t used it for anything but the in-game overlay to display it’s temperature while playing games. So now that I am an EVGA fanboy, I do recommend you buy EVGA for outstanding product and warranty service.

Great Card! Bad production?
The card preforms as expected (extremely well) and the fans seem to keep quiet, but I also payed $720(USD) and it came curved/ bowed. For it being one of EVGA’s top end cards you’d expect there to be no imperfections, however this doesn’t seem to effect performance. overall I’m impressed, but wish they would put in more care.——————————————————————-I know for a fact this is bowed, because I took multiple levels to the back plate and next to the pcb and found it to be uneven. I had an EVGA 960 4gb ssc graphics card and that didn’t have this problem for a seventh of the price.——————————————————————-Pros: Quiet(ish) Great performance Adequate temperaturesCons: Lack of production quality Some possible reported problems from other consumers (I have not encountered these)Hopefully this helped inform you! 🙂

Watch out for the fan cables! They dangle!
Good performance… too bad it could have self destructed out of the box. The fan wires run under the blades and (in typical orientation) hang down toward the fan blades. Before I even plugged it in I spun the fans to make sure they moved freely and – yep, clipping the wires out of the box. They were held in place by 1 zip tie, and not nearly tight enough. To remedy, I took off the original zip tie (which was not adequately tight to even hold the wire in place as intended) and replaced it with 3 more ties of the same size and gently tugged the slack over toward the power connector end of the card. Other than that, works great.Photo shows where i put the 3 ties. Tedious to route the ties without disassembling.

Monster!
This lil beast is like that dodge challenger grandad had, shes an old sexy beast that still runs the wheels off the new stuff, beats almost all the new RTX cards or is atleast as competitive for way less money 🙂 this particular one they dont label is the black version which is also overclockable. 100% buy this.

Update: Human Error, Awesome Card
Fried in a couple of months, while it was working it was working great. I didn’t even overclock it much which is what really baffles me. I tried different PCIE slots just to verify it wasn’t the slot.Basically what happens is I turn on the PC and it starts alarming, open up the case to physically see what’s going on. Turn the PC back on, notice there’s a quick blink in the 1080ti light graphic on the side as if there is a power flux, PC beeps, fans stop. That’s it. Unfortunately I don’t have another PC to try this in to see if it’s my motherboard, but I did test all slots with my 980ti and they all work. So I’m calling this card dead and fried. If there is ANYONE who might know something or I missed something please let me know, I really don’t want to spend another $700-$800 on a card so soon.Update: Human error. Issue fixed! Awesome card!

Very clean – but crashed when gaming – unusable – easy refund though
I was so excited to get this for $230, but it was too good to be true. I wanted it to work! After it crashed every single time, even while playing Dave the Diver (2D low poly game) I knew something was wrong. Removed and replaced with my old 1070 and everything works fine. I’ve built pcs since 2000, so it can assumed it was not a power issue, my 1070 actually has 2 more pins than this did. 3 year old EVGA Supernova 750 Gold PS.The refund/return process was very quick and easy, and they appear to have a good infrastructure regarding support. You’re rolling the dice at this value, put it on a credit card in case you have to return it like I did.

What a BEAST of a video card
I’ve been using this video card for almost a year now and wow, this thing is a monster. It handles everything I throw at it without breaking a sweat. Video editing, whatever game you want to play and looks amazing during Virtual Reality with my HTC Vive.If you’re looking for something that will run your games for a long time, look no further!

Buy it while you can!!!
Blazing fast GPU. It’s an amazing GPU with even better temps. The highest temp I’ve seen is 65C with a nearly 2GHz overclock. I can play whatever games I want at the highest settings with a 3840×1080 resolution. I miss the RGB on this card, but the white backlight of the 1080ti letters makes me forget about it because it looks so good in my case.

Works great
I have been running it about 9 months straight, no issues so far. I am considering getting a second one and diving into sLI to see what all the hype is about.

Works… looks used
I bought it used and and looked used. It works hence 4 stars and I’m using it as my second GPU so temps stay in the 40s. For that price tho I would expect no bent fins etc.

Amazing if you can afford.
Amazing graphics card if you can afford it. I’m pairing it with the predator 1440p 144 hz gsync monitor and I can run most games at 144 hz stable after tinkering with the settings. Gsync makes lower frame rate games feel stable too, such as Hunt: Showdown. I get about 40ish FPS last I played and it feels like 60 FPS.

A really good Pascal era board
Great for gaming (obviously lacking the RTX functionality). fan can be a little noisy. Also NB the board has clear film over the heat sinks that must be removed for good stable operation

Simply awesome
This card runs anything you throw at it at max settings without breaking a sweat. I am not sure how is stacks up against the RTX cards, but I have read they are 15-25% faster for triple the price. In 5 years when Ray Tracing is a thing, it will be time to upgrade.

Really Impressed!
I replaced 2 GTX Titan X SLI with a single 1080 Ti and this card really delivers. It took both Titans maxed out to run Far Cry 4 at Ultra graphics in 4K. But this single card doesn’t break a sweat with that, its temp is only about 65c compared to both Titans at 80c. I was curious if this single card could beat 2 Titan X. Looks like that answer is yes.

Keeping this card cool will yield the biggest benefits
Consistently boosts above stated “boost clock range” – 1,923 MHz in most games. Keeping this card cool will yield the biggest benefits, although at 1,900+ MHz, there isn’t much room left in Pascal even with water. IMO, this is one of the most solid Pascal 1080 Ti products out there given the premiums asked for more exotic solutions that yield marginal performance gains vs. this.

Solid Card
I’ve got a relatively large ATX build with lots of airflow. This card runs hot which is one drawback if you have a tight build. Otherwise I run all games on max settings with good frame rates. I also use this card for rendering in Lumion 9.0 and it goes super quick.

Good card, meh cooling
The card runs great, and I recommend purchasing it IF you can get it at the MSRP of $699. My only problem with it is the cooling, with only two fans it can get kind of toasty

Good things till the Fire
Let me start by saying I absolutely love the card. It decimates every-game Battlefield 1, Playerunknown Battlegrounds, Killing Floor 2, Grandtheft Auto 5, and many others.I am deducting 2 stars however because the molex to 6-pin adapter CAUGHT FIRE when the PC turned on. I have always chosen EVGA cards over everything else. Hell this card is replacing my EVGA superclocked 980. But after that I don’t think I will ever buy a EVGA card again

Great card, until mine died.
Great card louder then I was used to with my Strix 1070. But got the job done until it died a few months later. Contacted EVGA. And they took it in for RMA and they ended up sending me a 2080. Still miss the 11GB VRAM

Look no further.
Had this for about 4 months now and I Love everything about this card, it’s runs at extremely cool temps even after gaming upwards of 8 hours at a time. Have had no problems and very easy to install. Like and feels like very Hugh quality materials.

Good card if the price is right.
Good card for the price I paid. I have seen this cardgo from 749 which is what I paid to 950, which I wouldn’t pay. Runs all titles, VR and 2D with no issue at 1440p and some in game settings turned down, such as shadows, AA, reflections….

Very sturdy card with solid housing
Very sturdy card with solid housing, quiet fans, and a lighted logo. The deal I got came with a 750W power supply. The power supply itself is very sturdy (physically larger than the standard one that came with my Dell PC) and comes with several very nice cables.

Had it for 2 years
Got it 2 years ago now and I have not had a single problem at all. I love it. Still costs as much as it did 2 years ago though lol.

My box is fairly tight but the card went in without a hitch.
This replaced a 980 Ti which was doing fine but struggling with some particle effects and frame rates. Lots of elbow room in the gpu and card ram. I have never had problems with the dozens of EVGA products so expect the same out of these.

Value
This is probably the best purchase that I have ever made. I honestly recommend this to anyone who wants to upgrade the GPU. this will last you years on end and there is no need to ever buy any other GPU unless it burns up.

Slightly more compact card, good for waterblocks
I immediately tore off the heatsink and threw on an EKWB FE block. Mine can’t really get past 2000MHz core clock even with temps below 50C.

Efficient heatsink + Liquid metal = FTW4 edition
Received card, pulled off heat sink, replaced stock thermal paste with liquid metal. Boosts to 2ghz on its own, threw on a 2.2ghz oc for fun on stock power. Fans never go above 35% keeping card at 70c under extreme load even with 75f ambient.

Great high end GPU
I used this for my first gaming rig and man oh man I picked the best gpu to use, handles any game I throw at it on 4k 60fps with no issue. Barely makes any noise and I couldn’t be happier with it.

Great all around card.
This is the best card for mining when it comes to power consumption, temperatures and performance. They can each be overclocked by 150 GPU and 600 memory, stay in the low 50’s and love to run at 85% power.
