Desired adjustments needed (UPDATED Due to EXCELENT CUSTOMER SERVICE)
UPDATE:I had to up my stars due to customer service reaching out to me to see if they could help resolve some of the issues I expressed in my review. They definitely went to the next level with their customer service. I wish I could give it 5-stars at least 4.5-stars just because of the customer service, but in all reality, there are still things with the chair that needs to be adjusted. I do like the chair and it is fairly comfortable even after using it for a little time but my detail small issues are below.Thank you for the great customer service and for going above and beyond my expectations.*************************************************************************************************************************I do not write many reviews but this was purchased after reading many reviews and considering the price, I purchased.I just finished putting the chair together and my first impression before even sitting in it was impressed by the sturdy build and the look.I need to add a disclaimer on the build though. There appeared to be everything I needed to put this together but to my dismay when pulling out the bolts for mounting the bracket to the seat and backrest, even though the packaging of the contents said the Allen Wrench was a 5mm, well, it was not. Luckily, I had a 5mm on hand. The Allen Wrench that was in the package was 6mm. I was unhappy about this because the tools looked and felt pretty nice but could not use them.On to the chair and after first sitting in it. All movements seemed smooth and was fairly happy. Found out there is no adjustable lumbar support. I probably overlooked thinking it had one with all the different chairs I was searching but the back mesh lumbar support seems to be at the right spot for a 6′ person like myself. In the full-forward and locked position, if you put your shoulders back to the chair, the lumbar seems to put additional strain on my lumbar area but in the unlocked position, which seems to allow the lumbar pressure to be less because the back of the chair moves a little back from the pressure and weight of leaning back. The unlocked position is where you can move the chair from the fully forward to the reclined position and back, moves pretty easy, and adjusting the strength of how much weight or force is pretty easy to adjust.Locking the recline into certain positions, there are only 3. The 3 locked positions are fully forward or somewhat leaned forward from my body feeling. The second locked position is, I am guessing, 4-5 inches from the full forward position, it is an almost ideal spot but feels it needs to be a little more forward and right between the fully forward position, and the second locked position would be a better location for the next locked position or having a total of 4 locked positions. The armrests move with the back of the chair and in the second locked position, the armrests are angled a little back and get to feeling a little uncomfortable while typing, that is if you leave your forams on the armrests while typing and with that being said, could be a little closer to each other for this task. If you do not care about the armrests, you can fold them up, which is a great feature, and I use that feature so I can slide the chair fully under my desk but cannot if they are down. It would have been nice if the armrests were able to go a little lower when they are fully in the down position. The seat seems to cup your butt and as of right now, has a firm and little give to the seat. If you are wider in the butt or hips, the hard plastic that the mesh is attached to might become uncomfortable. This chair is not for shorter people as my feet are perfectly flat and thought the gas lift might go down a little and I was wrong. This chair does go up a good distance. This is just the first day and first few hours but will try and give an update in a few months of my thoughts and feelings.

Very supportive
I needed a better desk chair for WFH. This chair was pretty easy to put together and is very supportive; a vast improvement over my old $100 chair.

Amazing chair
I’m thrilled with my Gabrylly chair! It’s incredibly comfortable and stylish. Assembly was quick and straightforward. Gabryly even included a free set of rollerblade wheels per my request to protect my wooden floors🥺 I can’t thank the Gabrylly team enough—this was the best purchase I’ve made!

Great chair!
I love this chair! It went together like a snap, and it has been a great chair for over a year now. Keep the tool for the chair because the bolts get loose, and you will need to tighten them from time to time. Highly recommend.

Incredible back support
This desk chair has so much back support it’s more than I could have asked for. I’m guilty of slouching over my desk, but it’s so easy now that I have this chair to sit upright while I work. It’s not the comfiest material so a seat cushion or blanket can help a little with padding, especially when wearing shorts, but if sitting upright is the most important thing for you like it is for me, this is an amazing chair that I recommend! And while assembly took time, as to be expected, the instructions were very, very clear and they gave you all the tools you needed. Painless process!

5 Stars (for the price)
I’ve been using this chair for over 10 months now. It’s the most comfortable chair I’ve ever worked long periods of time at a desk at.Some negatives from a 6′ 200+lb office worker:I can’t tell if this thing was designed for someone taller than me or someone shorter. There’s evidence for both. I had to stuff a pillow between the seat and backrest: the gap between them was so big it made me feel like I was sinking into the chair. Is that for larger body types? That’s kind of odd because the back rest hits me just at the bottom of my shoulder blades in an uncomfortable way if I lean back, so I would expect a smaller seat or taller back rest? And the head rest is so far back it’s basically useless unless you’re already reclining. Plus the arm rests don’t adjust as much as I would like: even at the lowest setting my arms are kept slightly above parallel at an uncomfortable level when I’m sitting up straight. If I had anything positive to say, the mesh is the perfect mix of firmness and hardness while being breathable and cool to sit in for long periods of times. And it’s kept that firmness for more than 10 months now, so it was definitely worth the investment.Since I don’t use the armrest or headrest when I’m working, I can ignore most of the problems. And since I know I’d have to pay a lot more for a chair that fits me better, I can highly recommend this product.

High Quality Chairs at a Great Price
The chairs are great. I purchased 12 and they were easy to assemble. The only issue I ran into is that one of the chairs was missing wheels, but customer service sent me the missing wheels as soon as I contacted them for help.

First Class Service!!
The GABRYLLY office chair is incredibly comfortable. Thanks to the easy-to-follow instructions, assembling it was a breeze. I emailed GABRYLLY to inquire about a lumbar support pillow and received a response the same day, asking for some additional information. Shortly after, I received another email confirming that the pillow had been shipped and would arrive within 3 to 5 days. It arrived today, and I found it to be very supportive and comfortable as well. This company’s customer service is excellent. Their helpfulness and friendly tone set a standard that all customer service departments should aim to achieve. Well done!

Chair Engineered for Larger Folks
Nice mesh chair with 400 lbs capacity. Assembly instructions clear with provided hardware and tools. I reached out to support and received prompt responses with additional questions before purchase. Enjoy the back tilt and adjustable headrest. Would definitely recommend and buy again. Multiple colors available. I got the black frame with black mesh edition.

Right. Professional and prompt customer service first comes to mind. Indeed so. The chair itself offers comfort, functionality and sound construction, Must say, quality received is surprising given the customer-friendly price of purchase. On top, it bloody looks good in my studio. Well done! — Mark A Hubble PHD

Awesome chair for the price
Really nice quality chair for the money. This feels better than the Office Depot chair that I spent double the price on. The ergonomic are nice with plenty of lumbar support. Would be nice if the lumbar support was adjustable, but as is, it’s pretty supportive. The headrest is nice and has lots of adjustment points. The mesh fabric is a little rough on skin that isn’t covered by clothing, but overall it solved the problem of my old chair, which made my tailbone (coccyx) hurt after sitting in it for several hours. Now I can work comfortably without issue. The mesh is also very breathable and cool which adds to the comfort.I also really like the adjustable armrests. I can fold them up completely and have them out of the way or I can adjust the height of them to maximize my comfort while typing. The parts and materials of the chair feel strong and durable, and I don’t think that there will be any issues of premature wear or breaking. I feel confident in the longetivty of this chair so far. It was also very easy to assemble and it included a nice Allen wrench with a t-handle to make assembly easier.Lastly, the manufacturer was nice enough to send me the roller blade wheels as well when I reached out to them. I wasn’t able to find them for purchase on their store front, but would have happily paid for them if it were an option.Overall, I’m really happy with this new chair and I’m looking forward to using it for years to come!

Excellent Value
I recently got around to assembling my chair and it was incredibly simple — everything necessary comes with the chair, as promised. The holes, hardware and heavy plastics were all correctly drilled / machined and went together without any issues. I didn’t even need to oil the screws, like I have to with most home assembly furniture I order. As a Hawaii resident, I’m used to boxes from the mainland arriving torn open and battered like they owed someone money. My chair box was, indeed, quite battered and showed signs of having been kicked or shoved by several different peoples footwear before arriving and there were gouges in the corners where I assume it had been roughly shoved into and out of vehicles. The box is made of ‘double layer’ and incredibly stiff cardboard, enough so that the interior layer was not damaged at all. The box is currently being requisitioned by my wife to provide shelter to local strays when the weather inevitably turns, as it always does. The product was in perfect condition. Pristine. The chair, once assembled, sits high enough my daughter (5’6) can barely touch the floor with her toes at it’s highest setting. The arm rests are satisfactory, but not especially comfortable, so I’ll likely leave them folded up going forward, or look for a cushioned sleeve for them. The mesh material is coarse and isn’t especially comfortable to lean back on without a shirt, which is a serious issue for people in tropical climates. In board shorts or pants the seat is comfortable and springy, but once again, if you’re keen to wear short shorts or want to lounge around in your underwear in the evenings (or during mercilessly hot tropical afternoons), it’s going to get very uncomfortable, very quickly. I’d imagine it will be intolerable for ladies in similar states of undress. The head rest is a nice idea, but the arch of the chair makes using it a bit problematic without some very fine tuning. If you’re tall enough (I’m 6’1 and it works, barely), you can use a kind of “V” setup (you’ll understand when you look at it) to get it far enough out you can make use of it.If you’re shorter, say… 5’7 or under? You’re probably not going to need to bother connecting it to the chair at all, due to the arch of the backrest and the design of the headrest. That said, it’s an excellent value, especially on sale. The instructions are in a proper booklet, well-written and easy to follow. The warranty is in it’s own stiff envelope. I was able to re-package the spare hardware and key-tools in the package in came in, to store in my cabinet. The construction is solid (remember to re-tighten after two weeks of use!) and feels very much comparable to the $1,400 chairs we have at the office, save for the mesh not being nearly as luxurious (or luxurious at all, being coarse plastic).I’d recommend it for anyone looking for a solid office or gaming chair, but not if you’re planning to spend a lot of time lounging around in it to watch videos or similar. If you’re in a tropical climate, be aware that it will not accommodate your being in any state but properly dressed. If you’re like me and spend most of your time at home wearing board shorts and nothing else, you’re gonna wanna find a nice cover to throw over the back seat.I’ve got one of my wife’s airy sarongs thrown over the back to take advantage of the trade winds, while avoiding the scratchy mesh.I’m quite happy with my purchase.

Good chair, very comfortable, go ahead and get it
Review is for GABRYLLY Ergonomic Mesh Office Chair, High Back Desk ChairI was a little concerned about this chair being that I am only 5’4″ and according to the description, this chair is meant for a taller person.Don’t worry, it fits fine, without issues. I can easily place both feet right on the ground, even being a “short” person. I use a foot rest anyway, so I see no issues if you are shorter using this chair. This chair is quite comfortable to sit in, with the back being very straight up. This is good and bad. You get lots of support like this, when you want to sit completely straight, but can easily lean back a bit for more comfort, when needed. You easily adjust the tension by the front knob that controls how hard you need to push back to adjust the back rest like most chairs that recline.Speaking of reclining, this chair reclines pretty far, and is very comfortable. The head rest you will need to fiddle with to make it custom fit for your head. This is the first time I have used a head rest of this type, and surprised at how comfortable it is. Putting the head rest on, while assembling the chair is the hardest part, and its quite easy to do.As some others have said, the seat mesh is a little “scratchy”, but you get used to it.I have found that I like using a cushion on the seat for extended sitting sessions, but you may not need one. The mesh seat is quite comfortable, and sometimes I switch between using a cushion and sometimes not using one. You will have to see what works for you.One big reason I got this chair is the swing up arms. I prefer these type arms, since you can easily lift them up out of the way, where as other chairs you can’t do this. This makes it easy to push in the chair very close to your desk, saving room.Customer Service. One word, OUTSTANDING!I have hard floors at home, and carpet at work. My work place bought me the same chair, so I bought one for home use. I emailed the company and asked about purchasing the roller type wheels for my home chair, and they offered me an additional set for the at work chair, which I didn’t need. They were willing to ship me two sets for free! I declined the one for work, since its carpet and didn’t need a set. Thats great customer service, which is rare now a days. Keep this in mind when shopping for a chair…there are lots out there, and this company stands behind their product.Assembly – standard for a chair like this, very easy to do, and they provide a simple video to watch. Maybe takes 10 minutes to put together, and you can do it yourself. If you have trouble lifting, you would need some assistance.Shipping – Chair comes very well packed in a sturdy box, no issues there.Quality – I did not have any issues with this chair. Very well put together.Chair options – It leans back pretty far, and with the included head rest, it is quite comfortable to lean back when you are tired for a quick rest, or even a quick, nap. (shhhh…don’t tell the boss) You can lock the angle of the back to exactly where you want it, if you don’t like having to push back to lean the back rest.So far I am quite happy with this chair. I have never had a full back mesh type chair, and think that this will last quite a while, even with daily use. I think you will be pleased with this purchase. While you may be able to find a similar chair for maybe a little less price, to me, the customer service you get with this purchase is really worth it. You know that they will stand behind your purchase and your being happy with your purchase of their product. I don’t think you will be disappointed.*update*Its been 3 months since I purchased this chair and I can tell you 100% no issues with the chair at all. Its quite comfortable, and I would purchase another one, without hesitation. I can be sitting in this chair for long periods of time, with no issues. I do use a small seat cushion, just because I had it left from my previous chair, so might as well make use of it, but its not really needed for this chair. I am completely pleased with this purchase. No chair is perfect, but not being able to get into a chair and sit in it for yourself, shouldn’t sway you from purchasing this. Its very comfortable, and even though I am 5’4″, its perfect in size, and the head rest is great too. Easy to lean back when you are tired and take a quick nap. WFH…shhhhhhhhh….!!*Update #2* 4/24I tend to give good reviews for products that I really like, and give updates to those products. This chair is one of those products that you need to know about. So far I have been using this chair everyday, for hours a day. This chair is top notch. Comfortable. Arms swing out of the way if you want…etc. I am really happy with this purchase and I think you will be too. Its hard buying a chair without trying it first, but you can be assured of the good reviews of this product. No joke. This is a good chair. I think you will be pleased.**Over 1 year later update**This is a great chair and probably one of the best I have purchased, but not the most expensive I have purchased. It is holding up just great, is just as comfortable as when I got it. ZERO complaints.I use it for hours everyday for computer work and gaming. Its a very comfortable chair and it seems it will last a good long time. Don’t be on the fence any longer, you can stop looking now for a good chair.BUY IT. You will be pleased.

Best desk chair I’ve ever had
(90 day review) This is much more comfortable than a similar looking mesh chair I used to have. Both have a horizontal bar under the hamstring area, but you can’t feel it in this chair at all. It took about a week to break-in and after that this chair was amazingly comfortable. I spend around 6 hours on and off in it each day and it’s been perfect. I don’t feel any uncomfortable pressure points—and that’s been an issue with every chair I’ve previously owned. The fold-up arms are a bonus because I do a lot of guitar work while sitting. I initially didn’t think I’d need or like the head rest, but I quickly grew to really like that feature for quick tilt back moments of relaxation. As for the mesh, I’ve never had an issue in any chair with getting hot, but I’m sure it’ll keep most people cool. Also notable: the box was brilliantly packed and assembly was easy (about 45 minutes solo and in a cramped space). Quality: very sturdy and definitely feels like an upgrade over cheaper models.

Ten Stars!
Superior in every way–aesthics, function, design, sturdiness, ease of assembly, comfort, packaging and instruction booklet. Attentive customer service as well. Fits me like a glove, especially after fitting it with a gel pad on the seat.Comparable to a Herman Miller at 1/4 the price.Assembly took only 20 minutes. Great 3-color instructions. Extra bolts, just in case. Well-written, large typefont.I had to return another brand after wasting time researching, assembling, disassembling, repacking and shipping it back to the unresponsive seller. What a difference!

Nice chair, but if you are of the wide side, beware….
My Beautyrest soft and ultra plush Office Chair finally had it’s last seating after 4 years, and it was time to move on. I am not going to compare that chair to this one as there is no comparison. Hands down that was the most comfortable home office chair I have ever owned, however, I did not like the pleather and how much you’d sweat just by creating presentations and technical support documents. I wanted something breathable and forced me into better sitting posture. Talked to my wife, and we decided to spring for these during prime day. We both wanted new chairs for the home office, so of courseKey Stats –I am 6’2″ / 250. Tall and wide. I do not have a large rear.-My wife is very petite, not tall, not wide. Not even 5 feet. She too does not have a large rear.Pros:-Fantastic packaging.-Easy to assemble-Love the arm rests and how they adjust and swing up to allow you to slide chair under a desk-It’s a good looking chair as far as chairs go.-Reclines and raises well-Forces you into better postureCons:- I know the chair details state it can handle 400 lbs, and I am nowhere near that number, not even close, but I do not think something primary made out of plastic will last. The gasket, screws, and the wheel axial is metal. Everything else, plastic and mesh.- The seat, you know, where your rubber hits the road, is just OK. The mesh is fine. But the actual plastic seat ‘shape’ just digs into your outer thighs like you are sitting in a bowl or bucket. I had to get up a few times to let the blood flow back into my legs. I never sit with my knees touching. If I did that, I’m sure I would be golden, but if you sit with your legs open just a bit, you might feel like this is not a chair for you. Now, I probably should have asked questions and really looked at the shape of the seat, and that is 100% on me, not to be held on the manufacturer, but I wanted to at least save folks from possibly doing what I did, and picked a seat without actually sitting on it if you were of a similar build as me.My wife loves the chair, so I am sure this is purely a body type item vs a quality issue.

Outstanding chair!
This chair solves a few different problems for me.1. I am a software engineer that works remotely from home 3 to 4 days a week. A few times a year I will work remotely for up to a month at a time. So, I am sitting a lot. This chair promotes good posture better than my two previous chairs. The last chair I purchased I spent almost double the price this chair is at.2. I have a bad lower back, neck, and right shoulder from a vehicle crash. This is the first chair I have been able to sit in for extended periods of time, pain free. I did not get the lumbar support option with this chair as I wasn’t sure if I would need it. I don’t. The way my hips are positioned on the seat, combined with the curvature of the back of the chair have my lumbar region perfectly positioned. Normally my lumbar region is shaped like this ‘)’ in a chair, instead of this, ‘(‘. This chair has it corrected.3. I am a musician. I have a couple rooms at home that have been remodeled into a home studio. It’s the same space I will work out of when I am working remote. I love that the arms fold up out of the way, so whether I am playing guitar, mandolin, or anything else, I can sit correctly without having to adjust myself into bad posture to avoid the arms.I couldn’t be happier with this purchase, and I would recommend it to anyone. Assembly was easy, and the instructions were detailed with actual images. If I had to pick one thing to change on this, it would be the headrest. I’m not unhappy with it, but I am tall, and it can’t go higher than my neck. That’s not the fault of this chair in particular, I struggle with that no matter what chair I purchase. If you’re not 6’3″ or taller, it wouldn’t even be an issue.

Supportive and sleek office chair
This chair is overall great. It looks sleek and clean in my space, has fantastic lumbar support (without needing a pillow), and I love how much it can safely recline without feeling like you’re falling. The customer support once I got in touch was helpful in sending out blade wheels but they havnt been necessary on my rug as my chair is currently smoothly rolling and operating. In the future I think those wheels will come in handy. The arm support and head support is sturdy and I like that I can hang a sweater on the back of the chair.I’m giving this is 4.5/5 though because the mesh material of the seat is pretty rough on skin (so if you’re wearing shorts or a dress you need to put down a blanket like you see in my picture so as not to irritate skin). It is breathable and comfortable on my back!

Comfortable Chair that is Reasonably Priced
This chair is quite comfortable. The back support as well as the sitting support is excellent. Of particular note is the quality of the chair. I particularly noticed it while assembling the chair. Having put together quite a few chairs in my time, this one was easy to do, but obviously built sturdily with plenty of screw in bolts. I liked the T-shaped allen wrench which was particularly useful. All-in-all, an excellent chair.

Good Value
Nothing matches my Herman Miller chair for comfort but this one comes the closest. It’s very heavy duty, was easy to assemble. Headrest is redundant and unnecessary. Very comfortable. The armrests are not as soft as a Herman Miller but passable. Two other chairs I tried the armrests were just too hard for comfort.Overall a very good value for the price…definitely a close second to a Herman Miller as half the price.

Great chair for a great price
After dealing with back pain and overall discomfort from using “gaming” style chairs, I finally decided to swap over to an ergonomic style chair and I’m glad I did! This chair is far more comfortable than any gaming chair I’ve used and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Gabrylly customer support is also fantastic, providing me with a lumbar support pillow and warranty for the chair at no charge after contacting their support email.

Great chair.
This chair was very well packaged and very easy to put together. T handle Allen key is included to make assembly easier. It’s a very comfortable chair and very well made. Great value, as it’s half the price of comparable chairs. Great for music production / guitar playing. Customer service is very responsive.

Really good but not quite perfect
I’ll go over each part of the chair with details. (For reference: I’m a man, 5’6”, 173 lbs.)The Base: The rubber tabs on top of the wheel base to rest your feet on are a nice touch – both functionally & visually. The Seat: So many “mesh chairs” actually only have mesh “backs”. One of the reasons I got this one was because the seat was mesh too. I was a bit apprehensive though as my previous mesh-seat chair was very hard – to the point that my butt would go numb after a short period of time. I hoped this one would have some “give” or elasticity to it, & thankfully it does. This mesh material is much more comfortable. The Back: Works for me.The Head/Neck Rest: I guess the company had complaints about it being too short, so they made a taller one & that’s what is being shipped with the chair now. I experimented with this for quite a while to get it adjusted. I finally got a good setting, but I wonder if it would have been better if I had received the shorter version of the headrest. (Remember I’m only 5’6″.)The Tilt Function: I didn’t see any other reviewers address this, so I’ll mention it in case someone else wants to know like I did. There seems to be three types of tilt available in office chairs. 1) The seat & back keep their relative position to each other as you recline. In other words, imagine a capital letter “L” as the seat & back. As you tilt, the whole thing moves together, keeping the same shape. 2) Only the back tilts & the seat doesn’t move at all, staying parallel to the floor. 3) The seat tilts, but not as much as the back. Probably a 2:1 ratio – the back moves twice as far as the seat. The tilt on this chair is type 3. I prefer type 1, but at least this is better than type 2.The Armrests: According to the description, these were supposed to be padded. I thought maybe foam filled & covered with vinyl or something. However, they are solid, moulded, & pretty hard. At least they’re not that SUPER-hard plastic like some chairs. While I was expecting softer armrests, & I wouldn’t go so far as to say these are comfortable, the material isn’t UNcomfortable either. Obviously, being able to flip the arms up out of the way for certain tasks is great. Plus I found an unexpected perk of the flip-up feature that is helpful for me. I’m a musician & my current music desk is pieced together & not an ideal arrangement. My laptop is awkward to use as it has to sit too high. But I can PARTIALLY flip up the right armrest at an angle & as long as I don’t put too much weight on it, it stays there giving me enough support while using the trackpad on my laptop. I also like the ability to change the armrest height while in the down position. One negative aspect to the height adjustment though is raising them up also moves them forward. It’s like a 45-degree angle movement – not straight up. The problem with that is it creates a large gap between the armrest & the chair back. A lot of times I sit in my “thinking” position (hands folded at my waist & my arms against the back of the chair – which in my previous chair puts my elbows on the back of the armrests). But now there’s just a gap there & no support for my arms. Yes, I can lower the armrests when I’m in that position. But since I change between my “active” & “thinking” positions a lot, it’s annoying to have to constantly adjust them. If only they were a couple of inches longer in the back. The other thing about the armrests is they just don’t seem to “fit” me in gereral. I can’t put my finger on why. Not always, but a lot of times I feel like I’m tensing up my shoulders to hold my arms up instead of resting them on the armrests.Well, I didn’t mean to end on a negative note. True, the armrests aren’t perfect, but they also have some pluses, & everything else about the chair is good. Bottom line: I’m happy with my purchase.

Good Ergonomic chair for home office
It is a decent ergonomic chair for the price. The customer service was very good, they mailed me a lumbar pillow for back support when I asked for. Overall it is a good chair and good experience.

Very comfortable chair
I work from home, and had a different chair for my office with a solid seat. It became uncomfortable as the day went on, plus became too hot due to no air circulation.I ordered this chair with the hope that the mesh seat would be less hot and more comfortable throughout the work shift.Luckily, it is!Easy to assemble.Very story.Easy to adjust. The swing up arms are a welcome feature.Very pleased with this chair.Thank you!

Don’t Let Other Reviews Sway You!!
This chair was a different kind of chair that I am used to because of the mesh. I really wanted to try not only the mesh chairs, but the ergonomic ones as well. I stumbled on to this chair and took the risk and bought it. It arrived in a smaller package than what I was expecting. When I opened the package, man oh man these guys and gals deserve an award for how insanely well it was packaged. Everything was wrapped up nicely and secured. The setup was by far the easiest setup that I have ever done. The instructions were clear and even had pictures with arrows showing you how to do each step. I will be buying more in the future. If you have any sort of back pain, this chair is for you. You can adjust the chair multiple ways and even recline. It’s so comfortable that I will have to be careful not to fall asleep in it. I would give this chair 100 stars if I could. It’s released my back and butt pain immediately. For height comparison, I am 5’10 and about 220 and is perfect for me. You can raise the headrest up if you are taller to fit your needs. I am throughly impressed and will update this review once I have had it for awhile longer. Thanks for taking the time to read my review and thanks for the company for making a great chair!

Does the important things right
I ordered this office chair because I have back and shoulder injuries and work long hours at the computer in an old office chair. There are not a lot of adjustments (e.g. seat bottom tilting or moving front/back) but it has all the important features and does them well. The back support is excellent and the max chair height is higher, helpful for my new adjustable desktop which makes my computer higher even adjusted all the way down. I wish the arm height adjustment could go lower but these do allow me to move the arms up and out of the way, useful for playing the guitar. There is also a little bump where the mesh bottom has foam under it only at the front. However, this smooths out in a couple of days as the foam breaks in. The best part is the way the back can be adjusted to support firmly when upright and recline only when you want to with even support with the adjustable headrest.

Comfy chair with great warranty and customer support.
I’ve had this for a couple of years and it’s a solid chair in most respects. It’s comfortable for entire day use and the mesh material is nicely supportive and doesn’t cause overheating. The only downside is lack of built in lumbar support, but GABRYLLY offered a free lumbar pillow when I inquired. In addition, the chair has a very solid 5 year warranty and I was able to get the arm rests replaced with a quick email to GABRYLLY who were very responsive. The items were promptly shipped after that discussion and easily replaced.Overall, a solid chair backed with a very generous warranty.

Love the chair and love the company!
Love my chair! I have been through a few the last several years, all within the same price range. None have been comfortable for more than an hour or two. I work from home, so it’s important to be comfortable. I recently stayed at a hotel with a very similar chair that I loved, it was a Herman Miller chair. Quite comfy. So I went online to buy that chair, and whoa way to expensive! I do not have $600 for an office chair, my groceries are like $100 every time I go there lol. So I intensely started looking for similar chairs with great reviews and found this chair. I love the height, the slight flex in the chair for my bodacious booty, the curve of the back, that the arm rests lift up, and I can rock it a bit when my ADHD finds me in a dull moment of mindlessness. This chair is the same as the Herman Miller chair. Very comfy and looks quite fancy. AND when I messaged the owner about getting the rollerblade rollers for the chair, they sent them promptly and they were very courteous about it. Love the chair and love the company!

Comfortable, well crafted, and as described in the ad
I have sat in office chairs all of my adult life and usually for a full work day. I had never had this brand before so was a little apprehensive whether of not it would live up to the description in the ad. It was easy to assemble and came with a few extra parts, clearly marked as extra parts, which I appreciate even though I didn’t need them. Sometimes a part is missing and it can be quite a disappointment and hassle to get the extra part needed. It was moderately easy to put together and went much smoother with a power screwdriver, although it could have been assembled with the tools provided. the chair is comfortable for long stretches of time and I have no complaints whatsoever, no aching body parts after several hours in the chair. This one ranks among the best I’ve sat in and I will remember the brand name for the next purchase as the value is there for the pr ice!

Most comfortable chair and GREAT Customer Service
I received this chair quickly and unpacked everything! Checking to make sure we had everything, we always count the screws, nuts or any small pieces as several times with different orders, the package with small parts opens and they are spilled in the box. Everything was here except on arm for the chair. I called the manufacturer as requested on the box, and after a few questions answered with a picture or 2, I received the missing arm I needed. Everything went together easily. I didn’t know that the pneumatic tube thing (that makes the chair go up and down) can wear out in a few years, so rather than having to buy a whole new chair, we can just order the tube and put it in the chair! This company really cares about its customers and after sales support is better than any I’ve seen before. I love that the chair can tilt, yet more of my craft work requires me to sit straight, yet occasionally reclining to stretch out my back always feels great! Everything is easily adjustable which is a great bonus! The size and quality of the chair means it will last a long time! The support I get from this chair feels wonderful and no need for additional pillows! Once I’m completely recovered from spinal fusion surgery two months ago it’ll be perfect!

Great
Exactly what I was looking for. I got the white, asked for the rollerblade wheels, the building was kind of hard because I went off the words when they had no pictures and mis interpreted what they wrote despite reading it like 7 times (mostly user error). It’s comfy, only gave 4 stars because I wish the instructions had more detailed pictures or the instruction video actually had someone building it showing where the screws go, and also because I wish the seat was a bit more adjustable with the backrest as I feel it’s too stiff to push back unless I’m using core strength and when it’s in its neutral position it is a bit uncomfortable on my back for a long period of time. Looks nice, it feels pretty sturdy, would buy again. Company very nice.

Great chair and support
I’m sitting at the desk for 8 hours a day and this chair made all the difference. At a quick glance, it doesn’t look like it would be comfortable for long but it somehow managed to do the impossible. The customer support was also great in answering the questions I had quickly.

Seat not the best for wider hips
I’m 5’9 270lb. Been using this chair for about a month now. I have wider than average hips and the seat is discomforting, I basically sit on the edges of the seat frame. Which is unfortunate because everything else about this chair is good. Chair has definitely made an improvement on my back. The head rest is easy to adjust and my head rests on it comfortably. The position locking is good.

Best bang for your buck gaming/office chair that you can buy.
My wife and I have gone through 3 different off-brand GT-Racing style “gaming” chairs and they are all cheaply made, not very comfortable, and last us about a year before things started breaking or the padding wore out. This time around we decided we just want a comfy office chair. After tons of research we found that the Gabrylly ergonomic chair checks all our boxes for comfort and just so happens to look pretty awesome in our PC gaming room.As a bonus, Gabrylly will send you free rollerblade caster wheels to protect your hard wood floors if you simply email them and ask for them. I asked and got them in the mail a couple days after the chairs were delivered.Pros:- Great for bad backs.- I’ve sat in it for well over 8hrs without my butt ever getting sore.- Super comfy when reclined with the headrest attached. It eases you into the recline position so you don’t feel like the chair will fall backwards while also not requiring you to push very hard against the chair to do so (I bought a foldup camping footrest for watching movies at my desk, it’s fantastic!).- The standard wheels that come with it are honestly really nice if you don’t have to worry about hard wood floors getting damaged. (I uploaded pictures of both types of wheels)- The chair is noticeably made of high quality materials. I think the frame is all metal.- The height adjustment doesn’t slowly lower itself under your weight over time like all my past chairs have done for me (I weigh just under 200lbs for reference).- Well worth the price tag compared to slightly cheaper “gaming” chairs.- Durable against cat claws so far.Cons:- The mesh texture isn’t as soft as cloth or leather is capable of but it is softer than I expected.- If you get the roller blade wheels it does raise the chair up a little higher than the standard wheels do which might not be ideal if you have shorter legs or a low desk.

Comfortable and great customer service
I have had a few office chairs, but this one has been my favorite as far as comfort and keeping me cool.It did have a couple of issues over time after about a year of use. But in fairness, I practically live in this chair. However, their customer service was extremely quick, kind, and professional in getting me replacement parts.Once I got everything fixed up and working properly, I remembered just how awesome this chair is. Highly recommended.

Breathable. good size.
Stars off as I did not get a correct part upon initial receiving and had to wait ages to receive the second part, and it took long enough that if I didn’t like the chair, I might not have been able to return it. But…I received my arm and have been using the chair, so far so good. The head rest is a bit high for my height (5’1″) and it makes noise when I roll the chair, plus I can’t adjust the lumbar which originally, I’d thought I’d be fine, but I do slip back a bit if I lean too far; other than that it’s served me well.Update: The company asked if I could up my stars if they sent me a lumbar pillow, which I said I might if the pillow is good. It just arrived, it’s decent. Kind of has a chemical smell from being in the bag, so be aware to air it out. So far, so good.

Comfortable but with Flaws.
i was looking for a chair that can take my Larger Male size. 5’11 235lbs my last chair rated at 250lbs did not hold up. so For almost 200$ this chair is a comfortable chair its base is wide enough and the build feels sturdy and Solid. it does not squeek or wobble after assembly. this chair has its flaws tho. 4 Issues. 1st the mesh. it will catch on certain types of clothing so sitting down or adjusting when sitting ur shirt i will ride up since the mesh is not a smooth surface. 2nd the Headrest. its there. it moves u can adjust it. although its so far back the only time you will use it is if you are fully reclined so i’ll never use it. 3rd the levels of Tilt. the 1st level is almost useless its literally just Straight back i mean who actually sits like that? the 2nd lvl is probably my most used but between the 2nd and 3rd level there is a large gap i think there shoud be a level between 2nd and 3rd. My 4rd Issue is what actually makes this chair go from a 8.5 to a 5-6 is the Arm Rests. they’re too far back. AND its not mounted on the Base its mounted on the Back of the chair so if you Tilt, The arm Rests also Tilt. thats not where my arms are seated when sitting. its probably the most uncomfortable thing for armrests. Terrible design. might as well not even have the armrest theyre useless imo i have the armrest tilted back out of the way like a chair without armrests… if you want a solid chair for your Bum to sit in and need one thats rated for over 250Lbs and dont care about the armrests. then you can buy this one. its OK. 3.5 out 5 for me.

Solid Build
This chair is very thing that it claimed to be. Solid and well built. Assembly was pretty easy. Would give it a five star except for two changes I would make to the design. First, I would attached the armrests to the seat rather than the back. Second, I would make the backrest adjustable front to back. This would not keep me from purchasing this chair again. A good value and best buy!Update: I still like the chair, but I am 5’5″. Short side for chair height! Armrests are too height even when depressed to lowest level.

Good support and ergonomics, great customer service, kinda chilly
I’ve been wanting to get a mesh support office chair for a while, and when this one came up on sale I jumped on it. The packaging was adequate, consisting mostly of sheets of cardboard and components wrapped in thin bubble-wrap. Assembly instructions were clear, and I’m pretty handy with tools so not too difficult to put together. Keep in mind you will have some effort to get all the parts unwrapped, laid out, and assembled. I appreciate the T-handle Allen wrenches, vs the normal kit tools, and inclusion of extra screws in the package. After assembly, I found that the chair was a little difficult to roll on my floors, and sits a little too high for my legs. The assembly instructions said to contact the seller for support, and after letting them know my issues, they mailed me a set of rollerblade casters, and a shorter gas piston for the seat lift. They’d also mentioned that additional lumbar support is available and they mailed me a strap-on pillow for my back. It has a couple elastic bands to hold it on the chair.Installation of the casters was straightforward and I was able to swap them out by hand. The gas cylinder, on the other hand, gave me fits! The video clip included in the support email showed someone gently hitting the base with a mallet. I got my rubber mallet and after tipping the chair on its side, banged on the base for a while with no success. I eventually had to turn it upside down over a couple bins, then use some squeeze clamps and a wooden block to push against the bottom of the gas cylinder and was able to get that off. Separating the top of the gas cylinder piston from the bottom of the chair mechanism was a trial in patience. I hit the bottom of the chair with my mallet, I hit the piston on the sides to try to loosen it. I removed the seat mechanism from the seat, and hit that with the mallet. I put ice-packs around the junction, then hit it. I put the ice packs back, got everything cold, then took my heat gun to try to warm the seat steel and then hit it. I clamped the piston in my wood vise and tried to pry the bottom off with a crowbar (and blocks of wood to keep it from scratching). I tried a pipe wrench to twist the piston. Finally, I opened my vise jaws up, rested the seat mechanism across it and my bench, then took a hardwood stick, put it on the shoulder of the gas cylinder, and hit the top of the stick with a hammer. A few whacks on either side and it finally came loose.Reassembly was straightforward, and the chair now sits low enough that my legs are properly resting on the seat cushion with my feet on the floor. It’s about an inch taller than my previous chair, but that’s likely the result of the rollerblade wheels. The only other comment I’ll make is that this is a MESH support chair, without the usual seat cushion/back. As the weather has started to cool down where I am, I’m finding that it’s quite a bit more chilly to sit in than a traditional office chair. This would have been quite welcome in June, but now I’m thinking I’m gonna need something to keep my backside a little warmer as Fall and Winter pass!

Love this chair and after market service went above and beyond
I sweat a lot. 15 minutes sitting in my old office chair would have my back and butt soaked. So I went looking for an office chair that I thought might solve that problem.Of course, it also had to be reasonably priced. (I call it being frugal. My wife has less endearing terms for it)So, this is the chair I settled on.To start with, I really enjoyed the assembly instructions. They are clear, make sense, and it came with the specific tools needed to assemble it. A thing I really appreciated was the stickers they added to the components identifying which part of a component was ‘front’, etc. After purchase I did upgrade the wheels to ‘roller blade’ wheels. In retrospect, I think the original wheels are fine, and the upgaded wheels are marginally better. I’m not sure whether you would consider the improvement worth the price. The first thing I did was take the headrest off. I don’t much like them on office chairs. This was super easy to do. After all, they provided the tool to deal with that. The next thing I did was remove the chair arms. These are perfectly acceptable. You can keep them in place or rotate them out of the way. This allows using the chair as one with or without arm rests. My issue with them is the my ‘office’ environment. I don’t have a true desk. I use a side table like you find in a foyer with just enough room for my legs to fit under. Ergo the need to always keep the arms rotated out of the way. The other problem, is that my office space is so tight that the arm rests added about 4 inches to the width of the chair. I did this feat of de-engineering myself, not realizing how good the after market support of these folks has proved to be. I suspect that had I contacted them, this would have been much easier than I made it.Bottom line to this point, is that the chair feels great, fits well, and I not longer sit in a puddle of sweat. What follows is a review of the company’s esteller after market support.I own and ride a Catrike Expedition trike (think 3 wheeled recumbent bicycle). Love the thing. Don’t love the stock headrest. I’ve made several attempts to find something better with marginal success. I got to looking at the headrest that I took off the chair compared to the stock one on my trike, and yep, this story goes right where you think it is going. I took off the stock headrest and replaced it with the chair headrest. This did require a bit of rigging on my part but the result is phenomenal. The best part, is that I can actually keep my head resting on the headrest while riding on bumpy roads. That, right there, should dazzle trike riders everywhere. So what does this have to do with company aftermarket support, you ask.My wife also rides her own Catrike, and was so pleased with my modification, that she wished she had one too. I contacted the company and explained what I had done with their headrest and asked if they would be willing to sell me just a headrest. Their customer service rep replied that they would be happy to send me one if I supplied name and address; which I did. And they did, price never mentioned. Their only request was that I post a review for them.I wonder if it wouldn’t behoove them to contact trikes@utahtrikes.com and see if there is market that can be developed for an actually decent headrest.
