Nice Chair
I struggled finding a chair that was not for large, big and tall people. I gave up and ordered this one because it had most of the things I wanted in an office chair.1 thing I would change if I could. Again, this is a big and tall chair so my change follows more of a chair fit for my size. 5’4″ 150 lbs, female.1. Wish this went lower down, I cannot get it under my desk. I have a desk that rises so I am making it work. One thing I love about this chair, is that it makes me sit properly. Not saying I cannot sit oddly. But it encourages proper alignment when used properly.I hope more chairs are made that are for my size, but with the attentiveness and design of this one.

For Larger Individuals
I am 6’ 240lbs and this has lasted me nearly a year before problems arose. Arm rests are wide set, which is perfect for me, but I imagine smaller folks might find it uncomfortable to spread their elbows to reach the rests. Tilting function is great and footrest is comfortable (when I remember it’s there haha). As I said, it’s been nearly a year since I ordered this, but have been waiting to review so I can speak to its longevity. The chair had begun to squeak when shifting my weight back and forth, so about a week ago I decided to WD40 the bearings and tilt mechanism. That solved the squeaking issue, but yesterday the noises came back with more of a “knocking” sound. I took the base apart and think the issue comes from a degraded rubber washer above the bearing.Long story short, I’ll need to replace the chair’s base, but considering the nearly 2000+ hours I’ve worked sitting in this chair (as a heavier person no less), this is a pretty decent value. The “leather” material has also held up surprisingly well. Recommending this to larger folks who need a fantastic short-term chair. Might start falling apart after a year though.

I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS, THIS ONE DESERVED IT
I have a desk job like a lot of us do, and it is very hard to find a comfortable office chair. I am short and most of the chairs cut me off at the legs wrong and my legs constantly fall asleep. Not only does this one help with the numbness, it is super comfortable. The chair is very study, but very soft and comfortable in the right places. I would highly recommend this chair to anyone. I am also a plus size woman and it works great for my larger assets.

Uniquely Comfortable Office Chair With Great Customer Service Behind It
The unique look of this chair drew me to it, and the great value sealed the deal. While it is not high end leather, the materials and workmanship of this chair is more than acceptable and exceeds what you would find in an Office Depot or Staples store. The recline feature is great, and the ability to lock it in recline is also a nice feature. Arm rests do not adjust but the size and placement is just about perfect. My office has hard floors so I immediately contacted customer support for the roller blade style wheels. Support was prompt with sending the wheels same day and have even followed up to make sure the package arrived and that I was satisfied. You can’t ask for more, really. At 6’5″ the chair is more than adequetly comfortable and I can sit at my computer for hours without discomfort or pain. It really is surprising how comfortable this chair is for the price paid. If I were to suggest any improvements I would ask for an extended leg rest for taller people and adjustable arm rests, but of course this would affect the price. All in all this is a great purchase for my office and if I get a few years of use out of it I could see myself purchasing another.

A Great Office Chair!
My previous chair was a Lazy Boy and this chair is easily better made then that one was, and costs way less. Its similary as comfortable, even if I personally would like a more/thicker bottom cushion, but its still very comfortable for long sessions. The arms are very solid, more so then even my previous Lazy Boy, even if you can’t adjust them at all, which I dont really care for anyways. It can recline pretty far and the foot rest is very nice as well, though it doesnt go out as far as I would have thought, but that was a very minor gripe personally. The height it can adjust too is pretty high which didnt bother me as some other reviews have said because I have a stand desk and can just adjust as necessary. They offer a free smaller gas cylinder if you want a shorter max height for the chair, They also offer free rubber wheels if you contact them which is very nice if you dont want the plastic ones. It might take a bit of time to put it together but that was whatever to me. Overall its easily a better chair then the Lazy Boy I had, its better made, and costs way less then that did. Would definitely recommend it for people who sit for long periods of time!

Awesome Chair! Highly recommended!
This chair is amazing! Very comfortable. Easy to assemble. Comes with a looses lumbar pillow you can position to your liking. It also has a comfortable pull out cushion for your legs.(Unfortunately, I forgot to pull it out in the photos🫣) However, you can get a complimentary upgrade on your wheels and cylinder. The cylinder makes the chair go the lowest if you like, otherwise it can go a little lower with the regular cylinder. In the Photo is just the regular wheels and cylinder. But would definitely recommend getting this chair. Customer service about switching the cylinder was top-notch. 👍🏽👍🏽

Good follow up
This is an updated review to a poor review based on a chair part failing.Loved the chair until the hydraulic quit working. Customer service contacted me and tried to resolve with a repair but I was not able to do it, so they sent me a replacement chair within a few days. I was unhappy that it quit working but customer service was nice and tried to resolve and did so very quickly. I appreciate their kind efforts and resolution to the issue. I love the color of the chair and the functionality.

Big and Comfy
I’m about 260lbs and like to sit in various positions. The pull out part allows me to do that, and I’ve just added little cushions to where my knees press against the armrests (little wrist pillows with elastic-y bands that fit over them – just thought to do so for extra comfort.) Plenty of room for me in this chair! It’s not very purple, looks more grey in my apartment lighting – just noting since I paid a bit more for the purple and thought folks may be considering as well. I don’t regret it but FYI. One of the side panels is a bit of a different size than the opposite which bothers me a bit but not a dealbreaker, I just try to ignore it as best I can. It doesn’t affect function at all. I also believe I purchased some insurance thing for the chair since it’s my first new chair I’ve had and I want it to last. I’ve also got medical/disability stuff so I got a CushionLab cushion to sit on as well and I love the material. I was also able to modify further for my needs by hanging a cat scratching thing (meant for arm chairs) and wrapping it around to help prevent my cat from going at the chair and that’s been a lovely addition. I’m very happy with my purchase and to have a new chair that suits me so well.

LOVE this chair.
I’m only 5’2” and weigh about 115lbs and this chair is perfect for me. I am in school in have been using a regular chair ottoman at my desk. There are times I’m sitting for 4-6 hours so I need something comfortable that I can reposition myself in. The size of this chair shows me to do just that, I can stretch out using the foot rest, I can sit with my legs crossed and laptop in my lap, sit sideways, my chihuahua can even sit near to me. I will say the bottom is very firm causing my tailbone to hurt at times. I live that it reclines back, the side arms are perfectly positioned and the extra pillow provided for your head &/or lumbar is great! The wheels move easily on tile, not sure if they would on carpet, but wood and tile perfect!

Manufacturer helped to solve some of my issues
UPDATE: I’ve been in contact with the manufacturer, they provided me a shorter cylinder to alleviate some of my problems. They genuinely seem like they want to make a good product. I have updated my review to reflect these changes. The chair is too high even at its lowest setting, so it makes the foot-rest uncomfortable to use while at the desk. Also the arm rests jut out too far so I had to take them off to actually be close enough to my desk. The rest of the chair is fine and comfortable, but the rest makes it hard to recommend.

Good chair, accommodating staff
It is a good chair. I was able to put it together myself but it might be a good idea if two people were available just because it is big and heavy and bulky to handle for one person (specially an older one with arthritic hands). I asked for the shorter cylinder and the person who answered me was very kind and accommodating. It looked like there would be a problem shipping it to Hawaii but they went out of the way to ship it anyway and it got here within a few days. No other merchant ever did that for me… usually I just do without. So this merchant gets highest marks on support. I ordered the orange one and worried that it would be too gaudy but the color that came was a deeper color more like mahogany. It looks good with the rest of my stuff.I would suggest if you think you might need the shorter cylinder you request it when you order the chair because it is kind of hard to switch them out once you put your weight on the chair and jam the parts together. They do include a video that is helpful with getting the old cylinder off. I don’t think there are a lot of companies that have parts you can ask for to custom fit the chair to your particular needs. So far it is good looking and very comfortable. Knowing that support is willing to go the extra mile to help is a real big bonus.

Good choice for remote workers but don’t expect the footrest to last
________UPDATE:I have now had the chair for 6 months, and the structure remains solid. It is still comfortable, moves effortlessly between workstations, and is still in good overall shape. The seat is not flat (like some of the other reviewers have mentioned) and the material still looks fantastic. Shortly after writing the original review, I reached out to the company about the rubber washer issue I was having, as it caused the footrest to slide out randomly, and they happily sent me the replacements. Twice, actually. But the replacement washers were eventually lost as well, so there’s that. But as far as the rest of the chair goes, there is a problem: the foot rest is now broken. The bolts that hold the bracket to the underside of the seat just came loose and fell out, with no way to fix it for the time being, so now the foot rest is nothing more than a bulky and cumbersome paperweight and I am back to using a separate footstool.I say this in frustration, because one of the reasons I got this chair was for not only the sturdiness and the reclining features, but also for the ability to raise my feet up, as the majority of my day is spent on this chair.Needless to say, I am disappointed.Unfortunately, I think that this is an ongoing and inherent flaw in the design of sturdy office/gaming chairs with this feature- that without any additional (and bulky) hardware (like what a La-Z-Boy has, for example) they simply can’t do what they say they can do. Well, not for very long, anyway. So be advised- the footrest option, if you use it regularly, has a lifespan of 6 months. The chair itself, though, is quite comfortable, and continues to work well for me.______________Original Review:I did a lot of research before buying a chair for my home office. I had bought gaming chairs in the past, only to find that they were poorly made and wore out in less than a year.So far, though, this chair doesn’t disappoint. It is comfortable, really sturdy, and has enough features that I can adjust myself several times throughout the day without any problems.A bonus is that it looks really expensive without the price tag. My family was impressed, and my brother and father are considering buying one for themselves now.The only issue I have had is that the rubber “gaskets” on the footrest legs didn’t stay on for more than a week. Not a deal breaker, though; I just have to be aware how far out I pull it, or it comes all the way out and then I have to reach down to put it back in. This can be annoying, especially if I am in a hurry to get something done, but frankly I am just really happy to find a chair that supports my plus size legs and frame like it was made for me.A suggestion to the company would be to include an extra set or two of these washers with the assembly.

Why didn’t I buy this decades ago
I now realize that life is too short to not have an awesome office chair. For 40 years of adult life, I have always bought the cheapest office chair with thin cushions and a short seat and a low backrest. I was a young naive fool. This chair did not cost much more and is awesome in every way. And their customer service followed through on sending the rubber wheels and shorter shock absorber riser thingee.

One year on and still AMAZING!!!!!
So here I am a year later from purchasing this chair and here is the great, the good, and the bad.The Great-this is the first chair I have ever bought that the cushion support is still intact. That’s amazing. I am 190 lbs and I use this everyday for long hours. Absolutely love the fact that it has held up. The recliner function still is tight and allows for fine adjustments. The locking mechanism still locks just like new. Every part of the chair performs like new. A problem I’ve had with other chairs, is the screws that they use to attach components fail. This chair did not. A year on and everything is tight as the day I put it together. I haven’t had to tighten anything. The good-the lift cylinder did start to give out a bit. However, and this should go in the great category, I reached out to the manufacturer Efomao, and they sent me not only a new cylinder, but also some of the really REALLY nice rollerblade wheels. Now the bad-the only thing I don’t like is the pull-out foot rest. But I don’t like them on any chair so it really doesn’t have anything to do with this one other than this has it.So in conclusion, this chair gets a 9/10. If I’m being picky, I wish it was overstuffed. But that’s just me. I didn’t add any extra cushions or anything. The only alteration I did, was I removed the arm pieces because it wouldn’t fit under my desk that way. So, are you still here reading this? You should be in your cart after adding this chair going through the checkout process. So what are you waiting for? It’s not only worth it, your body will thank you.

Big, comfortable and looks great!
I’m 6’2 and 245lbs and this chair is plenty big and comfortable. I contacted them and got the free rubber wheels that look nicer and helps it roll smoother without worrying about scratching the wood floors. The leather is soft and the cushion they include is perfect for my back. I’ve had different brands like Lazboy and Sealy that seem to be more snug and hug the back more, but this one looks 100x times better and is adequately comfortable. The seat and back are on the firm side. It’s a keeper!

The quality matches the price!
Is the chair a little spendy? Sure. Is it worth it? Absolutely. I spend a lot of time at my desk, so I needed something comfortable but supportive. This chair is that! A lot of chairs are marked as ergonomic but this one actually fits the contours of my neck and back. The lumbar pillow is great, as it’s not attached so you can place it to your liking. The wheels are very sturdy and roll quite easily on plush carpet, unlike the cheap black plastic ones on most office chairs. It was also a breeze to put together!

Support response is 10/10 Super comfy chair too
Originally when I was looking for chairs I was reading all kinds of reviews of some people saying the chairs were too tall for them. (I’m 5’2″) So when I found this chair and read reviews of people with similar height as me having success with the option of a smaller cylinder I jumped right on it and bought it right away.I contacted support immediately for the smaller cylinder and was greeted by amazing customer support. The process of asking for the part was simple and straight to the point. The only issue I had was FedEx who was shipping the part but that’s completely out of the seller’s control.Either way if you need a chair like this and you’re a shorter person, please contact them about the smaller cylinder so you can enjoy this chair too. The chair itself is very comfortable and the color is just as advertised. This is my first office chair I can actually have wheels on and still touch the ground with my feet. The building process was pretty straightforward and took me maybe 30-45 minutes by myself. I have no complaints about the chair or support both, have been amazing for me, genuinely 10/10. Very nice people selling a very nice chair.

Office Chair Review: A Game-Changer with Upgraded Wheels and Perfect Seat Height
I’ve been using this office chair for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed. The standout features for me are the upgraded wheels and the adjustable seat height, both of which have significantly improved my daily work experience.**Upgraded Wheels:** The wheels on this chair are a massive upgrade from the standard plastic ones you often find. They glide smoothly across any surface—whether it’s carpet, hardwood, or tile—without any resistance or noise. I no longer worry about damaging my floors or getting stuck in one spot. The wheels feel sturdy and durable, making the chair easy to move around, even with the slightest push. This is a huge plus if you need to shift between different workstations or just want to reposition yourself during long work sessions.**Lower Seat Height:** One of the biggest issues I’ve had with other chairs is that they always felt a bit too high, even at their lowest setting. This chair, however, offers a much lower seat height range, which is perfect for shorter individuals or those who prefer their feet to rest flat on the floor. It’s been a game-changer for my posture and comfort. The lower height allows me to sit more ergonomically, reducing strain on my legs and lower back.**Overall Comfort and Build Quality:** Besides the wheels and seat height, the chair is well-built and comfortable. The cushioning is supportive without being too firm, and the lumbar support is just right. The materials used feel high-quality and durable, suggesting that this chair will last a long time.In conclusion, if you’re looking for an office chair with exceptional mobility and a seat height that accommodates a wider range of users, this is an excellent choice. The upgraded wheels and lower seat height have made a noticeable difference in my comfort and productivity. Highly recommended!

It’s fabulous!!
This was a gift for my husband, the chair he had was uncomfortable, now with this chair, he comes into the office and the first thing he does is oo and aah as he sinks into his chair, and can’t stop thanking me for getting him this chair. Before he would come into our office and stay for a few minutes, now he comes in, does his work and then takes a nap in his chair; should I say that he loves it??? YES!!!

Super Comfortable

I love this chair I like everything about it. I love the color, the size, the shape, the feel of the chair and the design. I love the flexibility of it how easy it was to put it together. It moves easily in my carpet and it spins. It was just the right height didn’t need to order anything extra. I’m using it for my office space/school fits perfectly under my table and the corner that I set for myself. I’m just really pleased with this chair. I feel like it was definitely worth the money I spent for it, and it does everything that they showed in the video. Definitely recommend it is stable on the seat which I like kind of firm yet soft on the back. I love the lumbar pillow and I definitely love the leg rest so this was a great buy for me. Ergonomically it works for my back shoulder neck head injuries feels like I could actually go to sleep in it.

Good value for a Sturdy Chair. Expeditious Customer Service response.
I’ve been using this chair as my primary remote WFH office seating for the past few weeks. Very comfy as many others have commented. No issues or complaints for sturdiness and support of my 250 lbs. Fairly easy to assemble with necessary tool(s) included. Good value when compared to others with similar construction and features.Highlights:- Customer Service was remarkably responsive when I requested the available hard floor casters. Had them in hand within a week. Assuming the same would’ve been true for the also available extended lifter.- Fully padded arms. They’re not adjustable, but the padding more than makes up for that..for me.- Firm, supportive seat bottom isn’t as cushy as it appears to be but feels like it will stand up over time.- I’m not intending to use the footrest but it looks sturdy enough. It’s kinda short for me, @ 5′-11″ it hits on my calves.- Recline feature worked well for me once I got it adjusted to the right tension level. I only use it as a slight rock-back recline. Not sure how long the springs, etc. would hold up under constant full reclining.- Seat materials are soft & supple. Hopefully they’ll hold up over time. I need to consult with the manufacturer regarding conditioning and care for this type of material.- The loose lumbar pillow was okay as-is other than being loose. I repurposed and attached thru the mid-top cushion to serve as a headrest (see photo). This works great for me and brings needed relief from the neck fatigue and stress I sometimes experience since my cervical spine surgery.

First impressions good, differs from normal chairs
This chair is quite nice, solid and seems decently made after assembly. The seat is stiffer and firmer than it might look by design, but it ends up being pretty comfy for a heavier person because of that. Arm rests are comfy, and surprisingly (for me at least) the back is more than tall enough to actually rest my head.Biggest thing for buyers to know; This chair does not tilt like a normal office chair, at all. The seat is permanently level with the ground. Instead, the back reclines, which is a very odd feeling for an office chair, but not a problem or a con. Just really different. The lever that controls the height can be pushed in to lock the reclined back at specific angles, and unlocked to recline freely when leaned into. This makes it feel very odd, like some mid point between an office chair and an armchair. Still getting used to it, but I don’t consider it a negative, just noteworthy. The chair is high compared to most chairs. Even at the very lowest it can go, it’s a quite tall chair. My previous chair could fit under my desk, but this one cannot due to the significant height. This is nice with the high back, as most chairs have nothing behind my head, but the arms and seat are super high off the ground and I have a preference for low chairs. It’s not so high that it’s weird, but if you need a chair that’s low or can get very low, if you have short legs, etc, then this chair might not work out for you.I haven’t had it long, but overall it’s very nice for the price point. No clue about how well it will endure with time of course, but overall good.

Awesome Chair. Very Comfortable.
I ordered this chair for my home office.. I work from home about 50% of the time, and I had been using a gaming chair for a few years… It was comfortable, but was wearing out and not quite as “comfy” as I wanted.. I’m a 6’3″ guy, weighing in about about 265, so a slightly bigger chair is important for me.. After doing some searching, I landed on the Efomao Office Chair. It had very good reviews and looked to be just what I was looking for.. To be honest, the “foot rest” seemed to be more “gimmicky” than anything else and figured I wouldn’t be using it anyway, so no worries… So I decided to order..So a few days later, my new chair showed up.. I will say installation was pretty easy.. Took about 30 minutes from start to finish.. As stated earlier, I wasn’t planning on using the foot rest, so I almost didn’t bother attaching it.. However, I figured that since it would easily slide under the chair when not in use, I’d go ahead and attach it and just not worry about it.. I did request the upgraded “casters” the same night as installation.. I have hardwood floors in my home office and have had “cheaper” casters from other vendors scratch up the floor and didn’t want to take any chances.. The new casters came in a couple of days later and I popped them on (very easy) and was ready to try out my new chair..So when I first sat down, I was impressed.. Very comfortable back cushion. The “full” sized armrest are fantastic.. I was a little underwhelmed with the seat cushion though. It seemed a little stiff or hard for a big “cushy” office chair.. Well, after a few days, the seat has softened up and is extremely comfortable.. Then came the big surprise… So in my home office, I also have a TV hanging on the wall that I will occasionally watch a little or play on my Xbox on… So the first time I turned on the Xbox with the new chair, I figured I’d give the footrest a try.. Well, let me tell you, it was frigging AWESOME!!! It turns out the one thing I figured was a gimmick is the thing I like the most… I love that it flips up very easily to use and can slide in and out to get to just the right placement. I find I really enjoy flipping up the footrest and keeping it close to the chair and then slightly crossing my legs to be a very comfortable position when playing… Who knew?!?!?So all in all, I’m very happy with my new chair and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a very comfortable office/gaming chair…

Love this so far
I got the purple one, it’s pretty subtle so it’s not hard on the eyes. It was easy to build, did it by myself in like 15 minutes or so. Seems really sturdy so far. The seat has plenty of space and the back is nice and high, so it’s extra comfortable. I did have to get the shorter cylinder after purchase because my desk is just a hair too short for the arms on the chair. That was super easy to request though. The support is nice and the recline is also nice, it doesn’t go extremely far back though like other chairs. Seems stable so far, I’ll update if anything changes!

Most Comfortable Office & Gaming Chair – Big Back Certified
I would like to start this review off by prefacing that I am 5’7 and 275lbs. This chair gets around 13-16 hours of use, almost every day. Half of which is when i’m doing office work from home and the other half when i’m relaxing & gaming with friends. The build quality itself is incredibly sturdy & durable, while the actual padding of the chair feels so soft and buttery smooth at the same time. There is no squeaking or noises even after the use it has already gone through, which is a testament to the quality of the materials. Which on that note I will also say this chair only took about 30 minutes to put all the materials provided together, the ease of assembly was great but the last bit of attaching the back of the chair with the iron bar to the seat is definitely made easier if you have a friend to help hold it steady. As for the shorter cylinder and upgraded wheels (included pic) that I read from other reviewers, I decided to reach out to the seller’s customer support email that was provided in the packaging. Customer support reached back out to me much quicker than I anticipated and I have to say the whole experience was fantastic. They shipped out both the shorter cylinder and upgraded wheels soon after and provided me with tracking numbers as well.If you may be close to my size like mentioned above and fear you may not be able to sit comfortably, as maybe you’re use to criss-cross, fear not because that’s exactly how i’m sitting in it right now writing this review and have plenty of room. Pulling out the slide-out leg rest and leaning back is very comfy as well. I have used various office and gaming chairs throughout my life, i’m definitely happy that I chose this one after extensively looking at different chairs for over 2 months before making a decision, this chair is more than top tier. If you made it this far, I think you know what to choose already.

Fantastic chair and customer service!!
This chair is very comfortable. It was too tall for my desk but as they state I emailed customer service and they sent out a short cylinder which makes it perfect for my desk!! The lumbar pillow is a perfect addition, I have a heating pad hooked to my chair that is fabulous on back relief. Love this chair!!!

Check width of seat
This says it supports up to 400lbs, BUT believe that you should check the width to your girth! I am 320lbs and I just made it! Otherwise, the comfort and arms are made well, DOWNSIDE, the footrest is not comfortable and doesn’t adjust to your legs, unless you are 3 feet tall, if I had to I would shop around before buying and building this chair, there should be one better, I hope. -4StarRating🥴👎👎👍👍

Support is nice
My old chair is in the background for reference on scale. I had the old chair since college and wanted a change since I’ve been working from home full time for the past 4 years.FIRST IMPRESSIONThe seat cushion isn’t as soft as I thought it would be, but it’s supportive and the base is wide enough for my behind. I have a big butt so it works well lol I like the back support, my lower back has been hurting lately and the support is great. I’m in love with the footrest.ASSEMBLYThe heavy black base was an absolute nightmare to put on. I kept thinking I was using the wrong screws, because it seemed like it didn’t quite reach the threads. After sweating and swearing at the chair for a few minutes while trying to balance the parts on my couch, I figured out that you have to make sure each hole lines up PERFECTLY to be able to screw it on. That was the worst part of the assembly process. I’m sitting in the chair now as I write this review.I have to hide this chair in another room because I don’t want my cats to tear at the leather.

Looks Comfortable in Pictures, but it is not.
Seat has about 1/4 inch of padding a hump in the middle. The back is not padded really. Wheels are really cheap and will not last a month. Going to see about a return.

Recline function broke at the 1 year mark update* company provided new chair
UPDATE: WE RECEIVED A NEW CHAIR FROM THE COMPANY. SO FAR ITS WORKING. WE HOPE THIS ONE WORKS OUT I bought this chair for a work from home job where I needed a way to recline to elevate my feet due to swelling issues. I needed one that could hold a big guy, I’m 6’1 320lbs. This chair says it can hold 400lbs but in my experience it can’t. The entire time I’ve had the chair I could never get it to stay in the upright position if I put the weight of my back on it, I would always here a loud pop and it would recline even when locked, so I just learned to not put my full wait on it and that worked till this week when the bolt that controls the lock completely broke in half as seen in the picture and now the seat back won’t hold any amount of pressure so it’s like there isn’t even a back rest on it at all. I will have to buy a new chair now because I need back support. Chairs should last longer than 1 year, very disappointed

Most functional Desk Chair I’ve owned.
The struggle to find a comfortable office chair is difficult. This chair checks all of the boxes. Customer service is exceptional. Assembly is about an hour. The additional foot rest is a nice add on, which my wife loves. If you are a large person or someone who just needs a roomy office chair to keep you comfortable for many hours at a time, you won’t find a better chair than the Efomao Desk Office Chair.

Amazing well worth the price
The chair arrived earlier than expected and was well packaged. I was very worried that the seat pad itself would be too bumpy or too hard but it was surprisingly very comfortable and felt a bit more cushiony than a regular flat chair seat pad. It does not give me a cheap quality feel and appears easy to clean, very cushiony. The head part perfectly touches mine and I don’t have to force myself to place a pillow there just for the sake of leaning back like most chairs. I can sit crossed legged with the foot rest out perfectly which helps so much for someone who often changes positions while sitting. 🙂 over all would recommend and would purchase again.Cons :1. The color is VERY grey green rather than a light mint green if I were to purchase this again I’d get another color, it reminded me more of a silver barely hint of green which was disappointing when I’m mostly going for a mint and light green color scheme. I put reference to a very silver green blanket I have in my room that I disliked comparing it be the same to the chair color.2. I can’t appear to move the back forward and it instead only allows me to move behind which is unfortunate.3. The arm chairs aren’t the greatest for gaming on console since they’re too far apart but are great for a movie.

EXCELLENT SERVICE
First, I’d like to say that this seller has restored my faith in that there are sellers out there that still deliver EXCELLENT customer service. In an age of bots and endless runarounds to get customer service from most vendors, this seller delivers excellent delivery and individualized customer service. I emailed them with some questions and they promptly returned my emails within hours along with fulfilling my request for the short cylinder and wheels. The chair itself is of very high quality. The faux leather has a luxurious look and feels great to the touch. Since I use my chair in my personal office ( man-cave LOL), I prefer a very soft chair and the ability to lean back and fall asleep on occasion. So I use a soft pillow as an extra cushion to sit on and I also use the little pillow as extra support for my head when I am reclining. Check out the photo I’ve attached to see how I have my chair set up. The only suggestion I would make for the seller is that they should consider selling an optional matching seat cushion and extra lumbar pillow for customers that like me that would like to purchase them for extra comfort.

Comfortable!!
I play competitive games on my pc, and I had a basic hard office chair from IKEA before this one caught my eyes. I recently struggled to handle sitting in any chair cause I had a c-section for my second baby to be here. This chair is beyond COMFORTABLE and sturdy as heck! I am a plus size woman, so the patted cushion makes it comfortable cause it is wide. You can even criss cross your legs comfortably if that’s how you like to sit! The back support is another level and doesn’t make you feel like you’ll fall back at all when you recline it. The tilt function is strong. Just how it looks comfortable, it is and like I said before sturdy. If you want a fluctuating lasting chair than don’t look any further ! Oh and the functionality of the wheels is top tier in my opinion cause they glide smoothly across carpet and I have a semi-thick carpet. Also. 0 noise as well when using it or relaxing.

Sleek, comfy and great customer service!
I have been using this chair for over a month now and while I definitely had to get used to it, I can say now that I really like it. Assembly and instructions were simple and it would definitely be easier with 2 people because the chair is quite heavy. It tilts well according to your preference. Back support could be better if it was built in to the chair, but I appreciate the pillow that comes with it for support. The chair looks modern and sleek and I have been loving the foot rest for meetings. The seat is wide and is a little firm, but after awhile I got used to it and find it comfy now. Customer service is top notch 👍🏼 fast response and I was able to get the replacement wheels and short gas cylinder within a week of contacting customer support. Overall happy with my purchase!

Great for big girlies!
I’ve never bought my own office chair and this one was a great purchase! The color is perfect for me, a lovely, soft pink (the pic doesn’t really do it justice). I’m always worried that a chair won’t be wide enough for my hips but this chair is wonderful, I fit nicely in it and I can still put my leg underneath my body if I want to. This chair is gonna take some getting used to as I’ve never had a decent chair, but I love it! The assembly was relatively easy, the video attached with the manual was very helpful and the whole assembly took me, personally, about 45 mins, but I’ve never assembled a chair before..lol. My only concern was the footrest was a bit bent when I got it, but I was able to easily straighten it out and put the chair together. The best thing overall was the customer service. I emailed them after I received the chair, asking about the short cylinder and rubber wheels, and the responded to me very quickly! I sent them the information they needed and the immediately sent me back that they were shipping the parts to me! They even gave me some helpful info. I wasn’t sure if I should already assemble the chair and swap out the parts later but they mentioned that if I had already put the chair together, to NOT sit in the chair much, because the cylinder could get wedged into the chair and you won’t be able to easily replace it. The shorter cylinder was a good choice, I have a shorter desk and pretty big thighs and I fit nicely underneath, obviously the armrests hit the desk, but that’s fine. The rubber wheels are also lovely, I have longer carpet and the chair rolls nicely over it.So far, great purchase in my opinion! Definitely worth it!

Technically, I give this 3.5 stars
Overall, the chair is comfortable enough. This was my first reclining chair. In the past, I always preferred chairs that didn’t recline, but after a recent surgery, it was hard for me to sit straight up so I had to be able to recline. It reclines just fine, but I was expecting only the back to do the reclining, not both the back and the seat. It’s somewhat uncomfortable to have the seat go up. In addition, while I knew the armrests weren’t connected to the back of the chair, from the pictures, the gap looked fairly small, so it seemed acceptable. Unfortunately, the gap is pretty significant, and I find myself having to stick pillows on the side to give my arms extra support. Lastly, the chair sits so high up that I’m unable to fit it under my desk, so I’m sitting too far away to reach my keyboard properly and to rest my arms comfortably (which causes some strain). I don’t dislike the chair, but it could use some improvements.

Easy Assembly, Comfort Awaits
This is a day 01 review, if I can remember I’ll try to update this in the future after I’ve had it for longer:Got here in two days! I assembled it myself with no extra hands, took me maybe 45-60min? I forgot to time myself, but to be fair I did that alone and took some short 5min breaks here and there since my apartment is currently without AC and it’s hawt in here but I digress.Definitely think you’ll be ok when it comes to assembling this on your own but having one other person would probably make it easier/go faster. The trickiest parts to me for doing it alone were putting the chair arms on and connecting the back and bottom of the chair together. Not impossible, just a little trickier without the extra help, I’d definitely recommend using your surrounding to help you (we have some bar stools for example, so I had the bottom of the chair resting on the seat of the stool while I connected the Back support to the joint piece.) The instructions were pretty easy to follow! Loved that they supplied extra screws too.The cushions are pretty cushiony, but I think I was maybe expecting them to be a bit more plush. They’re comfy, but I’m not sure yet how long the plushness will last. Sitting in it for the first time felt like a hug which was nice. The lumbar pillow is pretty nice as well. The chair height is also great for me, I’m 5’ 4” for reference and when lowered all the way this chair still fits under my desk.Only reason I’m making this 4 stars at the moment instead of 5 is for a couple of reasons. For one, the box arrived already open, which concerned me at first. Everything I needed was still inside the box, but it was a little alarming to see that. The other thing is I’m not sure yet about the sturdiness of this chair. The locking/unlocking mechanism for the recline feature is a bit finicky as well, seems like I’ll lock it and hear what sounds like it locking but then I’ll keep reclining? And then if I’m in recline mode and want to go back to sitting up, the unlocking seems to take a few tries to get it to work. But reclining and using the foot rest is very comfy, so maybe there’s just a trick to locking/unlocking I need to figure out.All in all as of right now I’d definitely recommend this chair! Assembly was decently easy for doing it by myself and it’s a much comfier chair than what I had before!

Amazing Chair Regardless of Price
I bought a different chair during Prime Days and was disappointed. I decided to spend a little bit more hoping to see higher quality and greater comfort. My chair arrived today and THIS CHAIR IS GREAT!!! The leather is soft and feels real. The padding is almost perfect. The general build quality is great! The chair felt so good that I literally jumped on to write a review. I wish the chair had adjustable lumbar support so I could dial it in perfectly but the existing lumbar support is very good. My biggest area for improvement would be the footrest. It is common for all chairs at this price range to have this less-than-ideal footrest. The footrest is held on by two plastic holders screwed in with screws that are nothing special. It is clear the people who design this need help understanding leverage. It feels like if you put more than 10 pounds of pressure on the footrest it will break off. If they spent just a little more time thinking about they could have designed a quality footrest that would easily hold 60+ pounds of pressure and kept the price low. That is minor compared to the great feel the chair has overall.

Decent, but comfort doesn’t last.
I’ve had this chair for one year. It was so comfy and esthetically pleasing when I first put it together, but the comfort isn’t lasting. After around 6 months, I noticed a significant difference in the softness of the seat. One year later, it’s hard without added cushion and support. For the price, I would’ve expected a bit more durability. So, if you’re looking for something to use frequently, I might pass on this one. If you’re looking for something that looks nice to use occasionally, this may be a good fit.

It’s a beautiful chair! Great Customer Service.
UPDATE: Their customer service is amazing. They really want their customers to be happy. They reached out to me and offered to send me a shorter cylinder for the chair. They sent it out immediately and I got it in a couple days. The cylinder was easy to install, and it completely solved my issue with the keyboard tray. They also included upgraded rubber wheels for the chair. I’m so glad that they reached out to me and helped me resolve the issue because I love the look and feel of this chair.PROS:The chair is beautiful. I got the grey one because I read that its more of a taupe color and that is true. I love the color; it goes with everything. The leather doesn’t feel cheap. I also love the different features like the leg rest and how you can lock it when you lean back. I love that its tall enough to where I can rest my head. The chair is wide so I can cross my legs.I am very satisfied with their customer service and feel so much better about my purchase.Original Review:I really really really wanted to like this chair. Especially since I had to convince my husband to get this one instead of an ugly ergonomic one or a gaming chair but I think I might be too short for it or the chair is just too tall.PROS:So first off, the chair is beautiful. I got the grey one because I read that its more of a taupe color and that is true. I love the color; it goes with everything. The leather doesn’t feel cheap. I also love the different features like the leg rest and how you can lock it when you lean back. I love that its tall enough to where I can rest my head. The chair is wide so I can cross my legs.CONS:The chair is a bit firm, but nothing a cushion can’t fix, I found a cheap one here that’s perfect. The only thing that really bothers me is that I cannot pull out the keyboard tray that is attached to my desk because it crashes into the arm rests. The chair is too tall and that really is a problem for me. So I am not sure if I will keep he chair.I am 5’3 and weight about 110 lbs. I didn’t see many reviews for people my height and weight so thought I should add that.

It is good for the price.
I have had the chair for over 2 months now. Overall I am happy. 6″4 350lbs to my 5″8 250lbs is good.I do wish the seat cushion was better. If you are bigger you can feel the metal just like some of the posts mention. For me that’s OK I can fix that myself and the chairs overall style, quality, and price is worth it. Also, it is nice and wide.Assembly is best with two people. Plus, if you type in name of chair + assembly instructions into youtube there is a video with easy step by step instructions. Why I gave it 4 stars? It is because the chair’s arm rests are low for the both of us. If the arm rests were higher or adjustable this chair would be pretty perfect. My other half wishes it would recline further too. For me, it would be nice but not necessary.

Decent Chair
Its big and comfy. I’ve tried a few chairs over the last year due to some lower back pain and nothing has really helped. This one is the most effective so far, but I do still need to put a throw pillow behind me to get full support because the back reclines a little on its own.It rolls easily, which is nice. The material is soft and looks good. The main pitfall is the darn thing squeaks and creaks so loud. I purposely bought a chair with a limit almost double my weight to avoid this. I’m about 250lbs, 5’8″ tall, and every time I move the chair has something to say about it.For the price, it’s ok, but it feels expensive for the problems it presents. I think this chair would be much more worth it if it were $100 less.

Finally the perfect chair
Over the years I’ve bought every chair you can imagine. DXracer race car chair (padding locks you into one sitting position so your punished if you move), steelcase gesture ($1400 back hurts cause theres not enough padding), executive office chairs (more cushion but arm rests are too low and not adjustable for fps gaming). This is a review for the Black-L chair that costs $400. I’m a 5’7 guy, but this chair is large enough for big boys as well. I can sit legs crossed, upright for gaming, lean back with feet on the table while I watch youtube or play on my phone and I will feel comfortable all day. The bottom cushion is SUPER thick and you don’t feel any wood underneath you. The adjustable arm rests are soft on the arms and have padding on the sides so if you sit cross cross your legs don’t dig into metal or plastic. I’ve never had a pop out footrest before, but it’s awesome because you don’t have to awkwardly tuck your legs into the seat that your behind is occupying. I can’t comment yet on the long term durability of the chair (it feels solid right now, but will it start leaning or making sounds, will the leather start to peel, how many years will it last). I need to use it longer, but I’m thoroughly impressed with this chair so far and recommend it over everything else I’ve wasted money on. Also, in case you’re wondering, the chair arrived in only 2 days and took about 20 minutes to put together, without a single issue, nothing damaged during shipment.

Great support
I have had this chair for one year. Around the 1 year mark the wheel mount broke from the base of the chair. I was really hoping to not have to trash the chair so I reached out to the company for support. They were happy to send me a new base, wheels and cylinder to get my chair back to good as new. Thank you! chair is great!

So comfortable!
I love this chair even more than I thought I would! It was just as pretty as I thought it would be too! It was very easy to put together, the instructions were clear. I may have had trouble if I didn’t have a second person, but still super easy. It feel sturdy as well. I contacted customer service to het the rubber wheels because they will be better for my floor. They were very responsive and have shipped them out! I have back issues and this is the first chair I have had that I can sit in for several hours and not be in extreme pain when I stand up! I love it and 2 of my friends are already planning to order one for themselves!

Easy Assembly!
This product arrived extremely well packaged and the instructions are very easy to follow. Purchased this chair for my wife’s office and she absolutely loves it. She wasn’t aware of the purchase, so as showed her the features she loved it even more. I realize that this chair is for a “Big&Tall” person, which she neither and at 5’2” it lowers enough to make it perfect for her. The biggest surprise was the leg rest, she tilted back kicked up her feet and she was sold!!!!
