Awesome super comfy and supportive office chair!
This is THE office chair I’ve been looking for. I work from home and didn’t have a real office chair and was hesitant to invest in one. But this chair is worth every penny! It is very well designed and sturdy plus it is so comfortable and supportive for one’s back and neck. My upper back has been killing me with a chair that was not meant for working from home in front of the computer all day. So I am so glad I invested in this chair. I love how everything is adjustable too. One can adjust the arm rests, height of the chair, the reclining position and as a great added benefit it has a comfy foot rest that slides out. I can’t say enough positive things about this office chair and how comfortable it is. All the parts came well packed too with simple instructions and one can view an assembly video too if that’s more your thing. Not only is this a great sturdy comfortable office chair that looks great too, but the customer service is also amazing. You can request a wheel upgrade and shorter gas cylinder which I did and received a cheerful message letting me know it had shipped. Plus they gave me a one year warranty. I find it very rare nowadays to not only find a great product that is reasonably priced but to have great customer service on top of it. So don’t hesitate to get this office chair especially if you work from home and need a sturdy supportive chair as your base of operations!

On the fence??? Don’t be!!
I’d been looking for a comfortable chair for a long time and I was between choosing this and the hefty price of a Secret Labs chair. Luckily, I was able to get this one for a discount as well. The pastel purple is truly so beautiful in person. In the photos, it looks kind of grey. But seriously, it’s such a comfy chair. I herniated a disc in my back last year so comfort with some lumbar support was really important to me.I’ve had the chair for about two days. I spend a lot of time gaming on PC and studying for school and this chair hasn’t disappointed me yet. I love the leg rest, which is a nice touch. Truly feels like I’m sitting on a throne when I’m in it. I can sit criss-cross and be super comfy. The arm rests do adjust. They go higher and lower. It doesn’t feel flimsy to me at all.Very easy to assemble. I did need a second person to flip it onto the cylinder, but otherwise, so easy to put together. The reclining feature is smooth, not stiff to push it back like other chairs I’ve encountered. It’s very easy to lock it into place.I love that it came with two magic erasers to clean the surface in case of any clothing leaving any stains. And I did reach out to customer service to get a lower cylinder and rubber wheels and they responded immediately asking for address so I could receive them.10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for something truly comfy. I almost fell asleep in it last night! Don’t wait any longer! Just buy it!

Beauty and Comfort
I recently purchased this chair after debating and looking at different models for over a month. I work from home and I usually spend anywhere from 10 to 12 hours per day on the computer so ergonomics is extremely important to me. I also wanted a chair that was large enough for me to have a decent amount of room to maneuver around freely. This chair has everything I have been looking for. It gives great support. I feel like I’m sitting on fluffy firm pillows. A major issue for me that I have ran into with previous chairs I purchased was the inability to roll smoothly on carpet and as you can see from my pictures I have an extremely thick shag rug that sits right in front of my work area. I was very concerned if this chair would easily roll over the carpet as well as roll easily while I am sitting in the chair. I reached out to the company about my concerns and they actually offered to send me a pair of wheels especially made for thick carpets (free of charge). The customer service rep responded very quickly to my email and immediately shipped the wheels. I actually received the wheels before the actual chair. The rep even followed up with me to make sure I received them. Overall I am very satisfied. The chair is beautiful, well made, extremely comfortable and very quiet. Everything is functioning perfectly. I also love that the chair arms are large and adjustable. Lastly, one of the most important things for me were the simple but detailed instructions included for assembly. Believe it or not being sent good instructions by the company is not always the case and then you are left struggling attempting to assemble a product without adequate guidance. My chair was assembled and ready for use in less than 40 minutes. Overall I’m very pleased with my purchase. I highly recommend this chair as well as the company I purchased the chair from. If you are in the market for a new office chair, I think you would be very pleased just like me. Great experience all around.

Back issues and achy everything? This chair is a MUST
I have suffered from chronic pain and horrible back pain after sitting in a desk chair for more than 20 minutes. Since my husband and I started our new business, I have to be the chair almost all the time and the chair I had wasn’t getting it. I would have to stop frequently and take a break, my back hurting so bad I was in tears. So we thought we would take a chance on this chair after watching the videos on it. I have absolutely NO REGRETS. It is extremely cushy and comfortable. The back of the chair is nice and tall to provide good head and neck support when you’re working in a more relaxed position. The upper side areas on the back of the chair seem to hug you as you sit back. The seat is thick and supportive. It has a smooth and easy tilt (which is totally adjustable if you like a little less movement). The armrests are also very cushy and are height adjustable. The hydraulic lift is smooth and goes up to a nice height and then some. I have long legs and I hate it when the chairs are too short. The pull out foot rest is great too. It extends far enough to support your calves so your legs aren’t just dangling like noodles. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I wish the back would lay down flat so I could take naps in it. That’s how comfy it is. So this cranky ol’ lady with the bad back is at last comfy when I’m working. Now if could just make me smarter…

On the fence? This chair is worth it!!! AND I can sit cross-legged *chef’s kiss*
This chair is so comfortable. I started out with a smaller chair with no support and suffered for a semester of school and swore I would find a chair that would allow me to work on my assignments and not walk away with sore shoulders and a sore back. After looking and reading hundreds of reviews on traditional looking office chairs, gaming chairs and everything else in-between I found this gem! I was originally hesitant about the cost of it but decided a well made chair wasn’t going to come cheap. I have not been disappointed! All the details below. There is 1 pic that shows the standard wheels, the rest of the pics have the lumbar pillow and the replaced wheels and cylinder.Pros:+ Comfort & Support+ Adjustability+ Foot/Leg Rest+ Sitting Criss-Cross Applesauce!+ Customer Support/Service+ Lavender Perfection!+ Soft, Smooth MaterialCons:- Damaged Box- Lumbar Pillow Doesn’t MatchThe chair is comfortable and supportive. The material is buttery soft and smooth. I live in FL and when the house warms up in the day where I sit by the windows looking out I don’t find that I get sticky or sweaty in the chair. It is breathable, which is so important for me, as I tend to either run hot or cold…there is no in-between. So I really wanted a chair I could sit criss-cross applesauce in and the pull out footrest makes for perfection!! I pull it out just enough to sit flush to the chair front and rest my legs right in front of me. The chair is still plenty big and deep enough that I can fold my legs in tighter and sit with them using only the chair seat. (Important note – I am 5’6 and 180 lbs…so it’s not like I’m folding a tiny body into this thing.) It’s roomy while still being cozy. Forget those “viral” unsupportive and uncomfortable chairs that only have one thing going for them…you can sit cross-legged, but you’ll pay for it if you sit for anything longer than a brief email check, or the gaming chairs that are tiny in width unless you get an extra large one and then you are stuck with those dang linkage arms or arms that are hard plastic…no thanks.I contacted customer support right after I ordered the chair because I knew I would need the polyurethane wheels and shorter gas cylinder, plus I wasn’t going to turn down an extra lumbar support for those late nights of churning out papers. They responded within 24 hrs, were incredibly friendly, and quickly fulfilled my request. The package was sent out, postage paid by the company, right away and an email with the shipping update and a tracking number. Once it was delivered the same customer service rep reached out to check in with me. Top notch customer service! I feel that if I have an issue they will respond and make things right, which is an uncommon thing these days. The chair itself arrived early. UPS was not incredibly careful with it as it arrived partly open, so maybe a little extra tape would be helpful; however, everything is packaged so well and protected that the box being a mess didn’t effect the chair itself. It was all still in perfect condition. The directions are clear and all parts/tools you need are provided. The directions do advise that 2 or 3 people is best for putting the char together and with that many people you can knock it out in 20-30 mins. When something I have really wanted arrives, waiting on the boyfriend to get home for assistance seems like an eternity. I’m a pretty handy person and got to it. I would say 1 person can easily assemble 95% of it. I did have to get creative and use our chaise when securing the back and seat together. Also, when you put the chair on the wheel/cylinder base that can also require a little creativity and some strength. This chair is NOT light, it is substantial, which is why it’s so supportive and comfy. So this might be the part where an additional person would make it a cinch if you aren’t prepared to be creative or uncomfortable holding/hovering a 50 lb chair while aligning to the cylinder, then grab a friend for help. It took me about 40 minutes to put the chair together, including making final adjustments to things like the exact width of the arms (which you can remove completely if armless is your style but they are soft and adjustable).Changing out the wheels and cylinder are easy enough. There are 2 quick youtube videos, one showing wheel removal (literally just pull them straight out) and the other for the cylinder. (I recommend watching the video about cylinder removal with a guy demonstrating, as his directions are far simpler compared to the first video in search results that comes up with a lady.) If you have a pipe or monkey wrench this will be a breeze. If you don’t own those, find yourself a very strong friend and an adjustable or pliers wrench. There may even be a few times they look at you like you are a crazy person and why were you evil enough to ask them to flex like this in front of you. Be prepared. After a couple muscled turns it pops right out.If you made it to the end of this review, you are already seriously considering this chair. Just do it. You won’t regret it.

Incredibly comfortable, high-quality, easy to assemble, great all around
This chair is 100% worth the money. It’s extremely comfortable and I love that you can adjust the recline, armrest height, and chair height all independently for a perfect fit. I am not “big and tall” but wanted an extra spacious chair since I sit at my desk for 8+ hours a day. If you’re not on the taller side, you will likely need to contact them for the shorter cylinder in order for your feet to touch the ground, but they are very responsive and sent it over quickly. Overall, extremely happy!

It’s So Comfy!
I got this initially because it was marketed for larger folks. I’m on the larger side and wanted something more comfy than my previous chair. This was absolutely it. I love that the armrests have cushion wrap, as I set my arms there fairly often and my old chair ground against my arm bones. The set is perfect. The first day my back was a bit sore, but I think it was because of how I’d been sitting in my old chair. It’s been perfect every day since. I spend 8 hours in it five days a week. No give, no breaking down. Every time I sit in it, is the like first time. The reviewer who compared it to your favorite recliner was spot-on. The foot rest is nice, I’m not worried I’ll break it like my old one. My tailbone is perfectly cushioned in this too. It doesn’t hurt at the end of the day anymore. Don’t ask me why a squishy person like myself would get tail bone pain anyways, it makes no sense to me either. Regardless, nothing hurts in this chair or after I get out of it. This chair welcomes you every time you sit down, like a hug. It’s beautiful, super comfortable, and I’m SO happy I bought it. Worth every penny. I raved to all my co-workers and now my daughter wants one for gaming. It came crazy fast too. As did the replacement casters I requested since I have a plastic floor cover. I like how far back it tilts. It doesn’t lock on tilt, but I don’t need it to do that anyway. I prefer to be able to lean back when I want and sit up when I don’t. The height is perfect for me. I’m 5’8 for reference 225 lbs. I had my husband try it out and he’s 6′ 2 and around 300 lbs. He likes it just as much as I do. It’s quiet when changing positions or leaning back. I can’t recommend this chair enough.

Great for back pain!
I don’t know that I’ve ever given anything a five-star review, but this chair (and the company) deserves it!I work from home and am in spreadsheets for hours. I can sit for 4 hours straight and never move, it’s a gift and a curse. The curse being, it is clearly not good for the body, and I have been experiencing terrible back pain from the top of my neck to the tip of my tailbone for months. Obviously, there is more to my recovery than just a chair, but I am shocked at how much of a difference this chair has made. I started with a desk chair that had a mesh bottom, and that had zero support. I switched to a chair that had a cushioned bottom but a mesh back, also zero support. I decided I should stand, so I stood for ~6 hours a day, with a mixture of walking on my treadmill and leaning on a stool. Now I have sciatica. I decided to bite the bullet and spend a little more on a good chair. I figured a gaming chair would be a good solution since gamers sit and never move for hours. This chair is like a giant pillow surrounding your body. The bottom is so supportive, my lower back pain is nearly gone. The back is tall and allows me to rest my head back, the sides have a lot of cushion that frames my sides and holds me in place. The footrest is AMAZING. I sit cross legged for an hour or so, then I kick up my feet. Sometimes I push it all the way out and prop my feet up like a chaise lounge. Now this chair is meant for taller people, and I am only 5’4, so I immediately sent in for the short gas cylinder. This is where their customer service shines. I had sent my email and received a response the next day. They collected my info and immediately sent off a new cylinder. They shared the tracking with me and we waited. For whatever reason, FedEx delivered it to the wrong address. and took me a couple days to realize it. I had tracked the package, and the picture showed some porch I didn’t recognize. I desperately tried to report it missing with FedEx, but their site was awful and kept throwing errors every time I tried to report it. I went back to the seller, and they told me not to worry and immediately shipped me a another one. a few days later this one actually arrived, and I was thrilled to try it out. My legs dangled A LOT with the original lift. It took a little finagling with a rubber mallet to get the old cylinder out, but we got it done and re-assembled and I’m much closer to the ground. Unfortunately, my feet still don’t sit flush so there is a little “dangle” in my legs. I don’t know that I’ve ever had a desk chair that went low enough for my little legs, so I don’t discount that against this chair. I just use a floor footrest for when I want to sit normally.A couple of notes depending on your home and desk situation:-Pets: This is a hair magnet. I have two rough coat border collies, and their hair gets EVERYWHERE, including this chair. It’s the struggle we face as pet parents, and this chair is no exception.-Mouse: The armrests go really low for a desk chair, but depending on your body frame, your keyboard might run into the armrest forcing you to raise your keyboard tray higher than is ergonomic. This is something I have experienced on every chair, so again not something I discount against this chair.I am still going through multiple therapies for my sciatica, but my other back pain caused by my past chairs is gone. That coupled with the care put into supporting me and my request for the shorter cylinder has earned my five-star rating. 100% recommend this chair.

Much better than expected
TLDR: Chair is comfortable and meets my expectations. Minor “problems” are subjective to me, and can be quickly fixed by seller.Long story:I’ve had this chair for a few months. The main reason being that I needed an upgrade since I work from home and have noticed pains related sitting on my old chair for as long as I do daily. I also like to have some room to sit criss-crossed sometimes. I’m average height and a bit more on the slender side. This chair has the room for me to bring my legs up if I want, and is very comfortable. Sometimes, I flip the leg rest out, then push it all of the way back to the chair to give it a bit more space in front of me for my legs to rest on in a loose criss-cross. I usually don’t like leg rests that come built into office chairs, or reclining office chairs (blame all of the times I lean back on two chair legs in school), but this one feels nice and secure. Reclining back does tilt the seat part of the chair back a bit, which feels more ergonomic than ones that remain flat. While it doesn’t beat a couch or a bed, I’ve definitely dozed off, and just reclined back and slept on it for the night instead of getting up.This chair, out of the box, isn’t perfect FOR ME. It does come with the typical plastic wheels (as shown in the listing), but I already have the rollerblade style of office chair wheels, so I put those on instead of the plastic ones. The height of this chair is just a tiny bit too high for me, but I had suspected it would be from the details in the listing. It is a “Big and Tall” chair, after all, and I’m neither. If I sit all of the way back, my heels don’t touch the ground at a normal seating position. Honestly, since the rollerblade wheels do add a bit of height, I probably wouldn’t have the height problem with the plastic wheels. Both “problems” are subjective and very minor for me, however, in the assembly manual, in decently large text, it tells you to email them if you want a complimentary shorter cylinder and nicer wheels. After a few months of use and seeing if the height issue bothers me enough, I’ve decided I do want the shorter cylinder just to fix that tiny “issue”. I shot them an email, and received a response pretty quickly.Assembly is pretty normal for an office chair. I’ve had to put a few together (of different types) in this past year, and they all kind of follow the same “formula”. Not much to report there. If you’re not the kind of person to put furniture together, maybe get a friend.Overall, I enjoy this chair. My body is very glad I got it, and my pets try to steal my seat every time I get up.

Better than a gaming chair but not amazing
Such a well rated chair to be a little annoyed. It looks nice but some issues annoy me. My armrest has a black line across the top that will not come off. The lumbar support is a little much. Lumbar is a lot, which is making my back hurt more than helping. The head area has no actual headrest or sufficient padding and is far back so with the thick lumbar you can’t really lean your head back. Rolling is very loud. The chair also doesn’t go down as far as I would like. The footrest does not have any way to stop it from pushing back in when your legs are on it which is a bit annoying since I have to keep pulling it back out. I also heard a loud noise when I bent down while seated but thankfully do not see anything broken. It has only been an hour so who knows if it will last more than a few weeks. It is better than the gaming chair I have been using for work the past 2 years, but for the price I wish I would have gotten a better chair for a hundred or two more. Overall I will make do with it, hopefully for a year or two, and hope the wood doesn’t snap anytime soon.**UPDATE – I have changed my review from 3 to 5 stars. Customer service has reached out to me to address these issues. They will be sending me a smaller cylinder so my chair can be lower as well as rubber wheels so it will roll quieter. They also are addressing my popping chair noises. I appreciate this level of customer service and I do believe with these adjustments this will be a 5 star chair

If your TALL, get it!
If they just made a few minor changes to this chair, it would be perfect. IF it had an adjustment to do a forward/backward tilt on the seat – (to make the front of the chair tilt toward the floor more) along with the lower cylinder AND a lumbar support adjustment = Bingo! The seller really should just ship this with the lower cylinder and upgraded wheels standard. The 1″ thing makes no difference at all. If you’re under 5’8″ ish…just be aware you may need a poof or some kind of small stool for your feet, unless you like kicking your feet in the air and loosing circulation.*My old chair has 5+ adjustments on it not including the arms. I thought it was time for an upgrade as it was peeling and I was sitting on a Tempur-Pedic pillow with a lumbar pillow wedged in the back area. Of course, then you need something to hold everything together, which you can do with a car seat cover, yes it does work great. I haven’t given my old chair away yet as I might have to revert back to it if this one doesn’t settle in right.**I personally want my feet squarely planted ON the ground and my core engaged first thing in the morning! I don’t want to sit like a sloth at any time.Cons:1- It hurts my back and puts it at an awkward angle2- It spreads your thighs/legs/knees outward, which also contributes to a bad back situation3- Chair is still too high with the 1″ lower cylinder (1″ really?)4- Adjustments seriously lacking5- PITA to put together and then go, great…need the lower cylinder. Do NOT sit in it after this discovery as it will add to more frustration when your new cylinder does arrive in a week or two. You will need a hammer and a pipe wrench to remove these pieces. I don’t have a pipe wrench thanks to someone who kept all mine, so I had to use channel locks. U-tube has tutorials on this procedure.6- Can already see a butt dent forming in the cushion (no, I’m not heavy)Pros:Great color (why I bought the chair in the first place)Great seller and communication. The extra cylinder and upgraded wheels are shipped immediately from China (yes, your package will be gone through, arrive 2x taped and messy)Chair isn’t peeling…for nowAbsolutely encourages me to get out of the chair and walk around or do something else (a bit counter intuitive eh)Overall:Meh, it’s better than the chairs at the office stores. Time will only tell if it settles in without compromising comfort, doesn’t peel itself away and have dents in the seat and arms.If I can manage to get this lower somehow, I will keep you posted. And if the seller has a matching lumbar support pillow…I WANT ONE PLEASE!

Comfortable and sturdy
This chair is VERY comfortable. I’ve been working in a make-shift home space since 2020 when we quarantined for Covid. The other day I realized there will be an at-home work component of my job from now until I retire, so why don’t I just get a desk chair that will make my life easier? Enter…EXCEBET! This chair is the bomb! It was easy to assemble (though it does help to have two people for certain parts of the process). I’m also not “big and tall” which it advertises that it will suit, but an average-sized person can appreciate its amenities. The arm rests are adjustable–the lumbar support hits in the exactly the correct spot–the wheels roll nicely. I did take the company up on their offer for a lower cylinder and upgraded wheels, which they immediately said they’d send my way. Overall, I’m VERY happy with this purchase. The color, the material, the sturdy nature of the chair…it’s all beyond great!

Exceeds Expectations
I recently purchased the Plus Size Office Chair, and it has completely exceeded my expectations. As a plus-size person, finding a chair that combines comfort, durability, and style can be a challenge, but this one truly delivers. The first thing I noticed was the generous seat width and depth, which provide ample space without feeling cramped. The thick, high-density foam padding is incredibly supportive, and I no longer experience discomfort during long hours of sitting. The seat is firm yet cushioned just enough to maintain comfort throughout the day.The adjustable armrests are a standout feature, offering a wide range of motion and support for my arms and shoulders, which has significantly reduced the strain I used to feel. The backrest is high and ergonomically designed, providing excellent lumbar support, which helps with posture and alleviates lower back pain.Assembly was straightforward, and the chair feels solid and well-built. The heavy-duty base and smooth-rolling wheels make it easy to move around, even on carpeted floors. I also appreciate the sleek design, which doesn’t sacrifice style for functionality—this chair looks great in my office.Overall, I am beyond satisfied with the Plus Size Office Chair. It’s the most comfortable and supportive chair I’ve had, and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a reliable, ergonomic chair that offers both comfort and durability for a larger frame.

Not high end, but decent
[1Nov2024] After three weeks I concluded this chair can’t work for me. When I sit, I nearly bottom out which means the front of the seat puts pressure into the back of the thighs behind the knee. It becomes intolerable after four hours. Yes, the frame can handle 400lbs, but the cushions fail beyond 200lbs. I returned it.[Original] My 15 year old Steelcase chair was falling Apart, and because I sit for 8-12 hours a day I wanted something decent to replace it. I’m 6’2”, 255lbs and needed a Big&Tall chair. The Mesh Black Excebet Chair seemed like it could work.Assembly was easy and it was ready in less than 20 minutes. The height of the chair is perfect for me and I didn’t need the optional rubber wheels. The seat cushion is softer than I anticipated; I nearly bottom out when I sit. (Yes, I’m heavy) I’ll give it a few weeks to see how it feels then.Adjustability is a disappointment. You can raise and lower the seat, but you cannot adjust seat depth nor seat tilt. This is a deep seat, and while my legs fit someone shorter may have issues. There is no lumbar support, adjustable or otherwise. I can see this chair will require an external Lumbar pad, which for an over $300 chair is a bit much. I reused the one from my old chair. The Arms can adjust up and down easily. Any adjustment on arm width or tilt must be made by loosening then tightening the mounting screws for the arms. While not hard to do, not many people will think to do that. It took two tries to get the arms where I think I like them, which is time consuming. The arm cushion seems to be soft memory foam. The seat back can be somewhat tilted or locked and works smoothly. The footrest is a cute gimmick but not useful for those of us with long legs.Overall, this is a standard Office Supply story quality chair. Don’t expect much at this price point. I can see replacing this in 2-3 years and maybe I’ll spend the $1k+ for a good chair then.

A Perfect Addition to All Office Spaces
I’ll update this in a few months’ time, but the first 24 hours with this chair have been nothing but fantastic and I wish I’d have found this company much sooner. The three positions (upright, slight recline, full recline) are all comfortable and supportive, I’m absolutely loving the built-in foot stool as someone who likes to sit cross-legged/with my legs drawn up to get comfortable at times. My back and neck feel very supported while also being comfortable, the padding for those who have less thigh/butt padding than I do is a game changer, and it didn’t take long to put together at all- my more instruction manually inclined housemate threw it together on his own in about 20 min tops. With two people, it’ll go in about half that time. This is my office and gaming chair combined, as I need to be at my keyboard much of the day for the former and recreationally for the latter. It’ll even be a comfortable reading/relaxing chair too! If you’re worried the price won’t be worth it, please give it a shot. The base isn’t cheap metal and the quality of the faux leather is VERY nice to the touch w/o overheating you as well.

HUGE Comfy chair!!!
I find myself buying an office chair every year before they give out, so this time I said no more bs. I’m investing in a good office chair that’ll last. I looked and compared for days and finally settled on this one. I’m sooo glad I did! The back of this thing is HUGE and so padded!! (Put my 40oz hydro jug for size comparison) I love the soft leather so much better than other chairs I have! It’s like a soft matte leather if that makes sense, plus comes with a really classy stitch design that I love. The arm rests adjust up and down, thank goodness. My last chair they were too high and hurt my shoulders. These armrest have multiple heights you can use. Also the saddle shape in the front is SO nice!! Very ergonomic. I use a saddle stool for when I work (I’m an artist) and it’s a must for sitting down extended periods of time. This is the only office chair that had a saddle shape. Annnddd (most importantly for me) it has a spring loaded seat!!! So it won’t bow in over time or get flat. Yessss also the seat it’s self is so wide. I was amazed how big the chair was all together! Bonuses, foot rest!!! So awesome for chillin. And it reclines and you can lock into place so you can chill and watch tv or something. So bomb. Oh also the customer service is so bomb! They give you free upgrade wheels if you request them and they are the best wheels I’ve had for anything! If it’s too much for you budget, use Klarna or affirm. It’s soooooo worth it! Yayyy!

Very comfortable and supportive
I’m very picky when it comes to my chairs/ recliners. My office chair of 8 years finally broke and I’ve tried several since. 2 traditional office chairs and 1 swivel recliner that I thought would be perfect. I’ve had lower back pain from all the chairs I’ve tried recently and even started standing up while working. Sometimes I’m in a chair all day doing paperwork and some days I’m out in the field all day. I needed a large sturdy chair with lumbar support. This chair is the answer. Now I’m 6’4″ 260 and I find this chair just a little too high. Perfect when I have shoes on but just a tad lower would be perfect. My back pain is nearly gone while using this chair for a few days. I would recommend to anyone. Even my tiny wife is jealous of it and is thinking of getting one in pink. Only downside I see to the chair is the footrest isn’t very strong. I’ve used it a couple times but I don’t need it and feel like I’m going to break it. Company is great and is sending me a lower cylinder. Will update if for some reason they don’t.

Customer Service
I received a chair that was totally malfunctional.I attempted a return and customer service told me no way. The cylinder isn’t working, the chair creaks and all around is not helpful. Not what I expected for the price point.Update: after leaving my review, the seller responded to me directly. I was issued a full refund because I no longer had the chair that they were going to replace the parts for.I only left it at four stars because I had to go through this Chaos. Perhaps this will change the way of the company initially works and leave contact information available for consumers who have problems. Aside from that the response from their team was happy, friendly, and very efficient.

Super Comfortable, Feature Packed and Excellent Customer Service
1. Very comfortable and Supportive with extra padding everywhere. If you’re on the shorter side (around 5’7 and below), reach out to customer service for a shorter cylinder so your feet can reach the ground at the lowest setting. They will also send you rubber wheels for a quieter mobility.2. Feature Packed including adjustable arm rests, leg rests and reclining function. Others around this price range for some reason don’t all have adjustable arm rests.3. Excellent Customer Service with great communication and swift assistance. Considering the price of this as my most expensive office chair ever purchased, I was hesitant to spend. But it is often reassuring when a company stands behind their products no matter what to make the situation post purchase as reassuring as possible. We will see how the chair holds up especially for someone who works from home and spends most of the working day on or around the chair.

So comfortable!
First- I ordered this chair and it arrive 3 days early. The box it arrived in was a bit damaged from shipping but the contents were fine. It was well packaged to prevent issues. The directions were easy to follow so the assembly was easy. It took about 15 minutes to put it together. The chair itself is so comfortable and the material is soft. I don’t need to get up and stretch because it really is that comfortable. My chair does sit a little high for my desk but I did contact the customer service for the lower pedestal and wheels so it will fit. They were very responsive and will be shipping out the new parts. They even activated the warranty for me. I didn’t realize it had a warranty. I would order from this company again because of their customer service.

Love this chair!
This chair has fixed my back pain so much. I did request a lumbar pillow, clear wheels, and the lower gas cylinder and they are sending it out. The customer service is top notch! It took me about 15-20 minutes to put this together by myself with a toddler attached to my hip. I couldn’t be more happy with my purchase and so excited to receive my extra goodies. I promise you will not be disappointed!

Buy it
My father is 6ft and 250lbs, and most office chairs are a joke when he sits in them. This chair looked like a good fit for him, so I bought to replace a gaming chair he’d been using. Never has he looked like a guy sitting comfortably in a chair before this chair. It literally cradles him. The seat adjusts to go up higher than normal office chairs, the arm rests are adjustable, and the spine of the chair is a solid metal rod (most chairs are built with lots of plastic and break over time). This chair feels very sturdy. The price is worth it for what you’re getting. Also, there’s a QR code in the manual if you struggle with assembling furniture. Since my dad was a handyman before he retired, he didn’t need it, but I thought is was nice to include it.

Wonderfully comfy chair
I went back and forth trying to decide which chair to get, and decided to go with this one. I am petite, short, and way too small for this chair, but I wanted something big that I could sit cross-legged in and something that had tall back support because I don’t like chairs that only come up to mid-back. I spend a lot of time writing, so I am in the chair a lot, and it is super comfortable. The adjustable arm rests were something I didn’t know I needed and they come in handy! The foot rest is also a plus. As someone who likes to move around a lot and change positions while sitting, this is a great way to stretch out your legs. The seat reclines nicely, raises very high, and the quality of the leather is great. I also went with the upgraded wheels by emailing the seller. We have stained concrete floors, so the upgraded wheels are a plus, and glide smoothly. The chair is great for “big and tall” people, like it’s made for, but it’s also great for small petite people who want an oversized seat with lots of wiggle room.

Good size and good customer service
I wanted a chair that I could sit cross legged in while playing games or watching movies on my desktop. Even with the arm rests attached, I can sit cross legged pretty comfortably. I also asked customer support for the lumbar support pillow, rubber wheels, and shorter cylinder, so that the chair could slide under my desk (~42in tall) and it fits with no issues. The extra items were also delivered quickly. At first the chair padding felt stiff, but after use, the material gives more easily and feels better to sit on now.My only complaints are that I was sent a different color lumbar support pillow (black) compared to my chair (green). Also, the foot rest extension is a little flimsy.

Great chair!
While the cost may seem a bit high, I definitely recommend this chair. I used to need extra support for my extended hours sitting for work (I work remote). With this chair, I quickly found I didn’t need any extra supports. The customer support was also super responsive and eager to help me with my needs. Definitely recommend this chair and the company. We will likely buy another one for my wife soon.

Almost perfect
Almost perfect, but not quite so.I’m 5’7 and skinny fat (160lbs). So I’m not a big person per se. The chair is fairly comfortable and I would recommend for those that are taller and heavier than me 100%. For those that are not take the following into consideration:- Chair is super tall even at its lower setting. I have to use a footrest or my feet are dangling in the air which causes back pain.- The lower back support is less than I anticipated. An update to this chair with adjustable lumbar support would make it ideal. Will contact them to see if they can provide something to help in this regard.- The chair can get “hot” if my air-conditioner is not on, causing me to sweat from my back.Other drawbacks I noticed:- I’m not sure how I feel about the bottom of the chair being curved, kinda like some racing seats do. I think I would have preferred it being even and having memory foam accommodate to the shape of my butt.Other than that I love that I can recline it after I’m done working and listen to music from my speaker system.Attached is a comparison picture with my older mesh office chair that has served me well.

Great chair and service to match
Looked for a larger size chair with a cushioned seat and lumbar support for months. I have been reading review after review until I finally found a chair that fit all my criteria and had the reviews to match. I was always worried that getting a chair without having the opportunity to sit in first would end up just being a cycle of returns. After seeing reviews for this chair about the company helping to solve individuals issues I decided to give it a try and am very happy I did!I had the chair for a few days before I contacted the company to inquire about the shorter lift cylinder since I was not sitting low enough for my legs to be at the correct comfortable angle. Accounting for the difference in time zones they answered me next day, are sending the part and offered some other suggestions as well. Happy to finally have a home office chair that is comfortable for lengthy work days.

The best of the best!
This chair arrived quickly, it took me about 15 minutes to put together, the instructions are very clear, and it came with all the tools needed to put it together. When we were finished we both took turns sitting in it, we both said, “oh wow, my back feels instantly better, this is amazing!”The chair is soft, yet supportive, it instantly makes you feel relaxed and instantly relieved pain. I didn’t want to get up, I could literally sleep in this chair and feel refreshed! The best thing about it that made me purchase this chair and not the hundred others we looked at, is that the arm rests are adjustable! I need my armrests higher and my husband likes a lower armrest, now we can both use the chair and adjust the armrests without issue.I’m 5 foot 5 inches, my feet don’t touch the floor when I sit in it, I emailed the seller and they bare sending out a free lower cartridge to allow the chair to go lower. They also said they are sending free wheels, but the ones that came with it are just fine, but they were more than happy to send the free ones! Changing the cartridge is going to be easy because it was easy to install the large one.The quality of the faux leather is superb, much better quality than our old one that we paid the same price for!The value of the chair is good because this chair checks all the boxes we were looking for, it succeeded our expectations! I’m very happy I bought it, and would definitely buy another from this company! The only thing that would make this chair better is if the headrest adjusted in the reclining position to allow us to slightly recline and watch TV. But that is not a deal breaker, it’s still 5 gold stars, they sell pillows for that, so it’s really not an issue. It came with two magic erasers because the chair is white and any dirt or mark can be easily erased to keep the white chair looking brand new. This chair has a weight limit of 400 pounds, we are not that weight, but I noticed the armrests can be adjusted extra wide when installing. I installed it just wide enough that the padding doesn’t touch when adjusting the arm rests up and down. But it’s good to have the ability to flip the chair over and make the armrests wider to accommodate a larger sized family member with big hips. The footrest is well thought out, I like to sit with my knees bent and put my feet up against the footrest in the “gas pedal” position as opposed to laying my legs flat on the footrest. As you can tell, we absolutely love this chair and I know you will too!

Post-Op/Sciatica Relief
Update: I had an impossible time trying to replace the shorter gas cylinder. I thought I needed to buy a new connector bracket because I couldn’t get the tall gas cylinder out. I contacted the company and explained the situation and they were fully prepared to send me another! I recruited a strong friend to see if he could help and we had success! I contacted the company to let them know I no longer needed the part. Their customer service is first class. This chair is wonderful. It’s so comfortable that I barely notice my sciatica or spinal flare ups. I was hit by a truck in 2020 resulting in bulging lumbar discs and cervical spine surgery. I don’t take pain medication so my levels stay between 9-10 daily. This chair has given me so much relief while working from home. I could actually cry I’m so happy. I took a few photos so you could see the chair fully elevated up and down with the stock gas cylinder. I reached out to customer service and requested the shorter cylinder and the polyurethane wheels, which they provide and ship for free. I’ll update my post with the new wheels and cylinder was I’ve installed them. All features work perfectly. All parts were included. I assembled this chair within 35 minutes with no help. Word of advice: don’t try to hover the assembled seat portion onto the center gas cylinder. Lay the seat on the ground, match up the wheelbase and cylinder first, push in the cylinder, then bring the chair to a vertical position, and gently push the chair the rest of the way onto the base.

Amazing chair for the value, and comfortable!
I used HM Aeron for my entainment room for two years, and due to home office now, I need to move it to my office room and need a second chair for gaming room. This chair I will say amazing for the price range. Took me about 20 mins to put everything together. The cusion is so soft and comfortable, the added footrest make my gaming time like charm. The Gas Lift may be too high from the package, contact the customer support and they are happy to send me a lower gas lift as optional. Highly recommended this chair for someone who is looking for a comfy chair for entainment.

Definitely a keeper!
At 6’5″ 320lbs, I needed a comfortable “big guy” chair for my desk. After using hand-me-down and “gaming” chairs, this was my first “expensive” chair. Being so tall, the problem usually lied in chairs didn’t go high enough and led to knee pain. This chair goes higher than any other one I’ve used and in the 2 days I’ve had it it’s so comfortable! This thing is definitely sturdy and supportive of any person who needs it! The wheels aren’t bad for rolling around but I did swap them for Rollerblade style wheels which also raised the chair by 0.5″.If you are on the fence about spending the money, don’t be. Hit add to cart and get it shipped!

Hands DOWN the BEST Chair & Customer Service ever! *Tip for short ppl*
The media could not be loaded.
First off, this chair is sooo easy to clean and is literallly the best office chair Ive sat in, ever.Im about 275, wide hips and pretty short 5”4.ONE HUGE TIP- If you have short tibias and your feet usually don’t touch the floor when sitting in chairs, make sure to request the shorter gas lift option and don’t put the chair together until you have it. Once you have both gas lifts, put some grease on the ends to swap out and see which height you prefer.Customer service was very very very helpful in sending replacement parts for setting up the shorter option though ideally it is best to put the right gas lift on from the beginning. Once the gas lift is on it is hard to remove from the base. The best advice is that the regular gas list that comes standard with the chair will work on any human who’s feet dont swing when in the lowest level of a chair. If you are a shortie, order the shorter gas lift. It will still allow you to go up and higher, but at least go low enough to accommodate a shorter person. That said, the leg rest is a luxury and the fact that my thighs are not sticking out of the chair like any other is an immense plus. This chair is well worth the money. Treat yourself, don’t cheat yourself. My lower back pain is improving exponentially since I bought this chair and customer service is superb!!

My back is screaming for JOY!
I didn’t realize how bad I needed a new chair until I received this one. This chair brought instant relief to my entire body and I can’t believe I spent 8+ hours a day, 5 days a week, in anything other than this! The chair was very easy to build by myself and took me about 25 minutes. I highly recommend this chair! It has now become my gaming chair as well and revitalized my gaming abilities LOL.

Comfortable
I replaced my old home office chair with this one recently. This new chair looks good, is comfortable, and sturdy. The footrest is an added bonus when you want to relax for a little while. Good Chair, Great Customer Service
I ordered this chair to replace an older office chair. I was having trouble finding a chair that had padded armrests and was built for people with a larger frame that wasn’t super expensive. I also have some health issues that required support for my back.I’m not tall – 5′ 11″ on a good day – but I have a large frame for my height and have spent about 30 years lifting weights (I’m about 215 lbs). This chair would easily accommodate someone even larger as well.I like that I have room to move around on the seat and also put my feet up. The foot rest doesn’t really work well as a recliner – even at my height – but I do use it sometimes.I had some issues at first with my feet not resting on the floor comfortably because the chair is so large. I emailed the company’s customer service, and they sent me a shorter cylinder and upgraded wheels at no cost. They even sent me links to videos on how to replace the parts. They got here in less then a week, and fixed my issues. It also helps that I really think the chair looks nice, and I was able to get a color that matched my home office well.If you are shorter than me, you will definitely want the smaller cylinder. But I can easily recommend this chair. One last note – I was able to assemble this myself, but do yourself a favor and have someone help you. The final steps require lifting the whole chair up, and it’s heavy.

Great chair, excellent customer support.
This is a really well-made chair, slightly taller than my table. I reached out to the seller for their customer service email, and they followed through on their promise by sending a shorter gas cylinder and rubber caster wheels for free. Replacing the cylinder was a bit tricky, though, since I only had a regular wrench instead of a pipe wrench. It took me about an hour of hammering, wrenching, and some WD-40 to finally remove the old one. If you’re sure you want a shorter chair, it’s best to wait until you have the shorter gas cylinder before assembling it.

Comfortability
I recently purchased this chair, and I have to say, it’s one of the comfiest chairs I’ve used to date! From the moment I sat down, I felt an immediate difference. It Makes long hours of sitting so much more enjoyable. The cushioning is perfectly balanced—not too soft, yet supportive enough to keep me comfortable all day. I love how adjustable it is; I can easily find my ideal position, whether I’m working at my desk or relaxing.Overall, I highly recommend this chair to anyone looking for comfort and style. It has truly transformed my workspace!

WOW
I purchased this chair as a home office chair replacement. Upon arrival, I was very impressed with the quality of packing. I had zero concerns with any damage. Upon opening the box and reading the assembly instructions, I was pleased at the simplicity. 10-15 minutes and it was complete. Now, the quality…This chair is sturdy and COMFORTABLE. I could roll this into the living room and watch tv for hours. And for its size, the base is less cumbersome than our previous chair, rolling in and out from behind the desk easier than its smaller predecessor.I may be replacing my own chair with one of these soon!

First week
I am very happy with the chair. I have requested a shorter cylinder from the vender. They were quick to respond, thank you. Hopefully, the shorter cylinder will be delivered quickly. Right now I’m using a riser for my feet. I have severe spinal stenosis requiring frequent position changes. This chair is working great. Seat a bit firm but doable.

Amazing chair! Definitely worth it
I was looking for something on the larger side as a friend recommended looking for 400 pound plus chairs as they are strong and comfortable. I am 6 feet tall and 240 pounds. This chair is extremely comfortable and fits my body perfectly I honestly say my back feels better now that I have this versus my old IKEA office chair. I’ve also had many super expensive chairs at work before. I would put this as a smidge less comfortable than an actual La-Z-Boy while still giving you the support you need to work very comfortably. It is well built easy to put together. I did it myself and under 30 minutes watching the video the box it comes in is actually built specifically to help you put it together. I also already emailed it to get the rubber wheels and was already responded to within one day with a tracking number. Customer service is great chairs, insanely comfortable. I am incredibly happy with this purchase.

Amazing chair
It’s a really great chair worth the price, I bought it on sale and it’s already paid itself off. The foot rest does seem a little finicky, as if I could break it off easy, but I didnt buy it for the foot rest. Im a really large guy and there’s a lot of room left for my thighs when sitting down. The lean also feels secure enough to not fall back. Would recommend to any one big and sitting for large periods of time.

So far so good
This chair is comfortable! It feels sturdy when you sit in it. The paper instructions were ok but the video was extremely helpful! I was afraid I was going to have to find someone to help me put it together, but then I saw the person in the instructional video use the box it came in to help support the pieces during assembly – which was absolutely genius!!! Following the video, it took about 30 mins to put together with no help.

Excellent customer service!
I wanted to amend my original reciew based on my excellent customer service experience. I increased my review up to 5 stars even though the chair didn’t work for me.After my review, I was contacted by the company to see what happened and if they could assist me. I had already shipped the chair back because I didn’t anticipate a response so soon. I received my refund and they assisted me and they are also helping me purchase another chair that will accommodate me better! Overall I really liked the chair, I just needed a heavier duty base.(Original review, removed some verbage just due to length.)(I got the chair and I was very pleased with some of the details put into the design. For example, the armrests had one inch holes in the base so you could bring the arm rests in or out an inch on either side before you tightened them up. This gives you some extra width or the ability to have them closer if needed. It was extremely comfortable and well cushioned.I had it for a week seated in the upright position only, then I found the online videos and realized the chair did in fact recline, I just couldn’t feel the bar for enabling the recline option. When reclined, the leg rest worked very well, although I wish it was just slightly wider. In the reclined position, weight was distributed better for the leg rest and your legs were elevated to a comfortable position.I am a large guy, 350 lbs, and I felt very secure in the chair.Unfortunately, after a week of using the chair in the reclined position, I started to feel as if the chair was not steady and suddenly I fell over backwards onto the floor. One of the legs on the base had bent in the fallWhile I don’t think it can accommodate up to 400 lbs as it claims, I would gladly recommend this chair to someone up to 250 or so. Heavier than that and you may have the same issues I did.Overall, good design, but to truly accommodate up to 400 lbs, the base needs to be seriously upgraded.)

Family approved
We all love this chair! For context, my family includes a cat who likes to perch on high places and a 6’3 man. Both are very long and fit perfectly in this chair. The lumbar support is excellent for both the tall and short members of the family, and it is sturdy and comfortable. The chair’s material is plush and soft, and when we sit on it, the cushion is soft enough that it just feels like sinking into a cloud. We put a blanket on top of our chair to prevent the cat from scratching it—he’s currently in love with sitting there while we work! Color is as described as well, and it was easy for me to assemble it on my own within about 20 minutes. I did contact the manufacturers to see if I could get some parts to make the chair shorter—it’s too high for our desk. They responded promptly and extremely kindly, and sent the parts over immediately. I highly recommend it!

Truly for the big and tall, extremely comfortable!
I’ve been looking for a nice office chair to replace the one I had to leave behind when I moved, and it was really a struggle to find something that was both comfortable and durable. Other chairs I had tried were too stiff without any lumbar support, or didn’t keep my back in a good position over time, and as someone that’s 6’6″ and 265 lbs, I can feel the quality of the craftsmanship in the design.I’m incredibly happy that I bought this chair, especially after reaching out to the manufacturer’s customer service to get a replacement set of wheels and a smaller hydraulic cylinder.Edit: They got back to me right away! They just needed my address to know where to ship it.I wholeheartedly recommend this chair, I feel like this one is going to last me a long, long time.

Comfortable
With a 5 star rating of just less than 90%, and most of those people were on about the comfort of this chair, well they’re not wrong…Though for clarification, I am 6-6, my previous chair I had to scrunch down a little when I leaned back, so my head didn’t hang off the top edge. This chair not even a issue. I can sit all the way back in it, and this thing still goes another 8″ past my shoulders…I think we will get along fine, assuming nothing breaks on it. It’s rated at 400, and I am 310.Time will tell, time will certainly tell….

Comfy but footrest NOT for tall people
Two weeks in with this chair and so far so good. I was pretty sore after the first day and thought it was going to be a bust, but it just needed a couple days of breaking in.My only complaint is with the footrest. It barely extends past my knees so it’s super awkward and uncomfortable. I don’t think I would trust it enough to put weight on it anyway because it’s kind of flimsy. It’s pretty standard for these kind of chairs so it’s not necessarily a surprise, but I was hoping an “extra wide” chair rated for “400 lbs” would have a footrest more suitable for bigger/taller people. Alas, it was not to be.I recommend the chair overall. I’ve never been willing to deviate from the usual Serta or other name brand chairs for fear of getting stuck with something uncomfortable, but decided to take a risk on this one, and other than the footrest – which isn’t a dealbreaker – I’m happy with the purchase.

Even better than expected
I was a little nervous buying something as important as my main office chair online without even sitting on it first, but I’m so glad I did. Sturdy, comfortable, versatile, and stylish are some of the highlights, but don’t even quite capture how happy I am. I was having persistent back pain (lower, mid, upper; just awful all over) for over a month. Through a lot of work and appointments it had been improving, but this beauty was just what I needed. One day and I’m over the hump. Obviously we all have our own issues, and a lot of mine appears to have been that I had the wrong chair. So glad I found the right one. While I’m neither big nor tall (5’8 and 190 lbs), I can say that this chair is much better built and higher quality than I expected even at this price point. I believe them when they say it’ll support much bigger people than I am. I went with the mesh, so can’t speak to the faux leather, but it is definitely comfortable fabric and looks sharp. I enjoy the chair equally as much while working as I do while relaxing. The way the footrest stores and deploys is a clever design and having it really is what makes this baby sing.I am requesting the replacement cylinder and wheels to better match my height, and thus far the customer service agent has been responsive and pleasant.Highly recommended!

Easy assembly and very comfortable
When I first took everything out this rather large and heavy box, I was actually intimidated by all the pieces. It took me a few days to actually sit down and put it together because I thought it was going to take a long time to assemble. But I was done within 30 minutes. I’m pretty good at following instructions but when I laid everything out on the floor it felt really intimidating. This chair is exactly what I needed. The armrest truly adjusts so that I can lower them for an ergonomic experience. My prior chair the armrest were too high and I was having a lot of shoulder pain. The starting position of these armrests are low enough for it to feel comfortable for me that I’m not contorting my shoulder. Plus the seat raises and lowers to a height that’s comfortable for the height of my desk. The seat is wide and very comfortable. The seat and back are supportive. Definitely happy with this purchase. It was a worthwhile investment in my overall physical health as someone who works from home.
