Price Gouging 101
There is no way they should be selling this for anything over $400.00. Like a lot of others have said, the graphics are what you used to see back in the 80’s. Fun game to play, but not THAT fun.

Love this!
We use this all the time and love it. Others complaining about the graphics don’t seem to understand that this was the level of graphics at the time this game was made, ha. They are fine for what it is. Track ball works well and everything is great.

Glad I bought it!
Nostalgic, very nice quality for the price, compact size but doesn’t feel like it when playing it! Nice add to the game room with the light up marquee! Only negatives, graphics could be a little better and freezes up on occasion but fine with quick restart. But for the cost, still give it 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Well worth the price!
The graphics are obviously dated (which is to be expected), and there is a bit of a learning curve to catch on to the aim, spin, and putting. That said, this is an excellent game that only gets better the more one plays it. It plays quickly and is just a blast!

Poor graphics
I would give this 5 stars but the graphics are poor for todays technology. The screen is capable as you can see when the unit is first turned on. My TV games deluxe Golden Tee has better graphics. Also disappointed there is no backspin button. Overall though the game plays well. Edit time! You have to be on top of this game every second. you don’t have time to pee, grab a beer or stir your chili without getting a penalty stroke and shortly after that the game times out. Come on people ! This is a home game and not at a bar !

Straight back to the Carbones Pizza in 2000…
I love this little guy. Put it on the riser and it’s a comfortable play height while standing. If you leave it off the riser, it’s good for sitting at. Graphics are notably Golden Tee ’99 level, but this is a perfect replica of the old game play. It would be cool for it to have a backspin button (it doesn’t), but all in all you can’t beat this for 7% the price of buying a real, updated, HD graphic version. $400 vs $5600. You can see why it doesn’t have all the bells and whistles. But it’s awesome. Accidentally played 8 games on day one…

Im sure about this one.
. Graphics/ games are kind of fuzzy looking. Also not a fan of the cabinet or riser….it doesn’t match the others. Keyboard is slanted not like the other arcade1up games that are straight across so if they are in a row this ones an odd ball. On the plus side it comes with a keyboard protector. So with the lighted marquee, protector and ugly riser I still don’t see it being an additional 200 bucks…..ok so I did change my rating…this is now 5 stars after playing it for the past week and by far now my favorite as most of the others are more kiddish to me. I LOVE this game !!!

Awesome!
Love this! Got it for our Rec room and we play non stop. 4 players can play at a time which makes it good for competitive play. Easy to assemble, took about half an hour, clear instructions. Good graphics and sound

A ton of bang for the buck!
I’ll be honest – at this price my expectations were not that high – given the cost of a “real” arcade machine. Man, was I surprised! This Arcade 1Up Golden Tee is a blast to play and a ton of fun for the money. Can you spend a lot more for a better machine? Sure, but why? This is a great product – from packaging, instructions (pretty easy, by the way), build quality to operations. Can’t wait to order PacMan! Nice job Arcade 1Up!

Perfect for a man cave
I have enjoyed this game a lot with friends. Only concern is the LCD screens placement vs the rolling ball. Often, unless you are overly careful, when rolling the ball you can make contact with the screen. Otherwise, it’s the classic game quality and a great addition to my at home bar!

Fun for the whole family
Like all the others have said the graphics aren’t that great. However, once you start playing it is a lot of fun. My son and his girlfriend come over to play it while doing laundry. My nephews come over to play whenever they can. My great nephew (3 yrs old) had his mom face time the other day so he could watch me play. It’s been a huge hit and I would buy it again.

Great home machine
The information available is so limited when it came to reviews so I was a little apprehensive but I am so happy I went for it. The machine is solid and with the riser is bigger than I was expecting. I use thumbs and not the one hand with follow through and it feels great. Play it almost daily. I remember playing these versions back in the day so am really happy with the purchase.

Husband loves this thing!
Husband has a lot of fun with this, as do the grandsons (7 and 10). He says it’s good quality with fun and challenging games. It IS smaller than a game you’d typically find in an arcade, so check the dimensions to be sure this is what you are expecting. We have it in the garage, and it fits our little nook for it perfectly.

90’s Fun at home

Granddaughter loves to play it
I used to like to play this in bars a long time ago. I hated to have to keep pumping quarters into it, though, so I had to restrict my play. Now I have this and I love it. Bought it for Christmas 2019 when it was on sale for $349. It didn’t come in time, but that didn’t bother me. Knowing that it was coming was enough. I would like the graphics to be of a higher quality, but I would be concerned if it was, then putting might become so difficult, it would detract from the fun.My son thought I was crazy, but after he played it some, he came around. His seven year old daughter, though wants to play it as soon as she comes in the door. At first I assembled it without the riser so the kids could play it, but I found I play better when I stand than I do when I sit. So now they have to stand on a chair. They don’t mind.

Great Addition to the basement “fan cave”
I ordered this after having it saved in my wish list for a few months, the assembly of this was pretty simple with easy to follow instructions (the riser could use better instructions but we got it together). I wanted this to put in our basement “fan cave” and thought it would be fun for when we have friends over. This thing in my book gets 5 stars alone for the fact that it got my 14 and 18 year old sons off of their Xbox…lol. I have seen some people complain about the graphics, but to me they are fine when you think about the fact that this is not the same system that you would see in a bar, it is a home game system and for that it works out just fine. The lighted marquee is an added bonus for sure.

this game is great and plays perfectly. Track ball works impressively well. I bought the for $325 which I think was a good price for this game seeing it has light up marquee and custom riser. Honestly anything more than $350 for this game would have been probably too much to pay, so I’m glad I waited on the price. Yes it has 4 games…But honestly the games are almost Identical including the character that represents you swinging the club in the sam blue shirt…Just different courses….same exact qraphics for all games. Only if this game included the early to mid 2000 games which are comparatively more detailed and have tons more commentary….then it would be worth more of the 4-500$ dollar range.Overall with what I paid, I’m happy with it for sure.

Honestly I was skeptical about purchasing this cabinet because I didn’t have a lot of information and arcade one up has done a piss poor job of promoting it. With that said I’ve pulled the trigger absolutely do not regret it . I have played this thing to death . It is super fun . It’s not like hard-core golf it is arcade golf ! Which makes it simple and fun for everybody . I find myself playing for hours just trying to do better but more importantly see myself getting better .!! The trackball works great. I have five arcade cabinets and this one is my favorite and I’m not even a big golf fan .My only regret is I didn’t purchase this day one .

Came broken. No fixed and works as expected.
This unit game with a broken power supply which we determined by using a tester. Once replaced with a new power supply which we purchased it works great. I reported the power supply being broken on arrival to the company and they just sent me a boilerplate response of I can return the entire unit for 30 days or call to troubleshoot. Not helpful at all. If you purchase this and it doesn’t work, be prepared to purchase a new power supply. Also, the track ball could be bigger.

Pretty good
Put together and video did not work, just sound. Everything was connected and done right. Opened up silver box on back and white plastic connected was not pushed in all the way. Went down a mm and then video worked. Game is good, just like arcade, only no backspin button. That’s a shame, game would be so much better with it.

I love this game – well worth the money.
Arrived in 2 days, was very easy to assemble (I actually enjoyed the process) and Golden Tee is still golden after all these years. 4 editions of Golden Tee, each has 3 courses to play. It’s pretty much what you remember from the pubs and bars in the 90s. LLGT!

I love this game. Golden Tee is one of my all time favorites.Arcade 1up didn’t to disappoint with this at all. Ive had it for a week and I play it all night. So many courses to play on. Very addicting.

Worth the money
So far this has been one of the best things in my basement. Very durable. My wife and I play it a lot. Be careful not to hit the screen. That could be bad.
