The good and bad
Wow was the delivery rough (see pictures). I cannot believe that the actual product was not damaged. The table itself has been so much fun to have in the house. One thing that is going to need to happen is a bigger block for the middle when the table top is on so it is sturdier.

Not terrible but could be better
The media could not be loaded.
Looks nice is sturdy table tennis plays well table top in nice as well. Issue is the table is bowed with a level in center you can push down on either side and change level accuracy balls rolls straight down middle but sides favor bumpers if not for this would be 5 stars. The benches are very sturdy and well made with about 20 bolts holding all together.

Two box delivery
Very easy to assemble and nice sturdy table. When table was delivered it was best to have someone to there to help lift table. Only problem was that one out of two boxes was delivered and I had to call dispatch number a couple of times before I could get anyone to answer the phone. When someone answered they said they would have to look for the item in the warehouse which would take about two hours. They never returned my call and I called back and spoke to a lady that actually checked the warehouse while I was on the phone. Long story short they located my 2 box and insured it came out that same day.

The cloth is a mess it’s cheap
I got this for my husbands bday but the cloth material is bad it’s peeling and breaking in pieces I reached out to the company I bought it from and no one has reached out to me I spent $1700 for this pool table but I won’t recommend this to anyone

Great….except one thing!
It’s definitely sturdy, well built, packaged extremely well and looks great. The only let down is that the pool cues have no tips on them. Needless to say, we were pretty disappointed and now I have to wait for my order of tips and glue to arrive. I would have given it five stars if we were able to play a game of pool after it was built.

Great product but horrible delivery experience
At check out, it was definitely specified the table would be delivered into my house and nothing more. The delivery guys tried to drop it in my driveway. It was a fight. Wound up saying we would refuse it which made them finally call their office, along with my husband calling also. After hemming and hawing for about a half hour saying the two workers couldn’t bring inside, they wound up bringing it in. It is extremely heavy and my husband even offered to help them, there was no need to make it the problem that they did. Now I LOVE the table, am very happy to have this in my new house. Looking forward to entertaining.

High Quality!
I’m so happy! I got exactly what I paid for and my husband agreed with me that it is a high quality item! We decided to get this table instead of the traditional one. We were also worried as many times you don’t get what you see when you buy online. Super easy to assemble, it is heavy though, make sure you have some extra help. I totally would recommend it. We are loving it! We put it in the basement and we used it to eat pizza and it’s so comfortable! We cleaned and opened to have fun and played for hours!

Great product. Issue with rail bounce
Great beginner set. Everything is sturdy and well built. Was missing a screw but not a big deal was easy to get one from my garage. Assembly was challenging trying to get hands into small spaces but wasn’t impossible. Building it upside then flipping it requires two people so you don’t snap a leg.Ping pong side. Strong and sturdy table. Great surface. Solid net. Very sturdy. No issues with play at all. Very well built. Only issue is no true place to store the top when not using it.Pool table side. Table is great. Easy to make adjustments to make it level. Biggest drawback and possibly reason not to purchase are the rails. They have no bounce. Balls hit them and die. Almost no rebound.Pockets are also really cheap compared to rest of table.Benches. Benches are amazing. Was surprised how nice a quality they are. Thick cushions and very sturdy with built in storage space. Took this product to a new level in the bang for its buck.Overall extremely please with product and looking forward to many years of fun playing with my kids on it. When they are older though I’ll upgrade to a batter table with truer bounces of the rails. If these rails had more bounce this product would be perfect.

Great buy!
Updates:We have had this pool table for over a year!We have taken it through a move, and I have to say I still love it.The surface is smaller than standard regulation of course. So when you go to play pool on a larger table you have to readjust.We have the ping pong side up during Christmas so we can hang our lights! We actually use it as our dinning table. It’s a great piece.Best purchase for our house. We use this as our dining table. So much fun and great in an open concept home. We entertain all the time

Great family dining pool and ping pong table!
Agree with other reviews – HEAVY, but worth it a lot of fun multi purpose family fun dining entertainment hobby study table!Be prepared, it’s loaded on a pallet, packed in a ton of cardboard, 2 separate big boxes – one is the table top and the others are the benches and legs. Have at least 2 other decently strong people ready to helpin delivery day. That being said, after unpacking assembly isn’t too bad, about an hour for all. Note our table top was damaged and one of the benches too but a quick call to customer service had new replacements delivered in a few weeks! 5 star customer service! The table has screw in levellers on legs to adjust for a level playing surface. Comes with 2 cues, balls, ping pong balls, net, paddles, pool cue chalk. Ok pool cues very basic and blue chalk for a red table? No. Buy ur own better cues and red chalk. Ping pong paddles basic too but usable. The play on pool is fine for casual. Ping pong table great too. If you’re looking for family fun with a multi use table, nothing beats this for the price. A pleasant surprise is the benches are upholstered with a dense quality foam all the way across the seat, very comfy! Benches for easily 3 grown adults across or 4 kids easily. Dining is great. Put a few end chairs and you have enough for 8-10 with room for all the food and plates on the table. We use a nice tablecloth on top and the wood is nice and sturdy, will hold a turkey dinner for Thanksgiving with all the trimmings no problem. Gave 4 stars rating because some parts damaged but they did replace them. As far as pool, ping pong and dining it is great for all of the above! We are very pleased with this product and friends enjoyed it and want one too!

Pleasantly surprised
I was scared it would be delivered damaged and would be too heavy to handle. Both fears were not justified.1. Excellent, excellent packaging! I am impressed. It arrived very efficiently packed in 2 boxes but the pieces were incredibly well packaged.2. Lots of people reported breakage. Nothing like that for me. It was expertly packaged and I’m guessing well handled. It took me about 20-30 minutes to pick up all the cardboard :)3. It’s heavy but once you open it, you can handle it by sliding the pieces around, mainly the main table.4. The legs are easy to assemble. But if you have a better hex wrench, use it. The included one broke during the installation of the first leg. Fortunately I had a longer and better one.5. As others say, the legs are empty, the table looks to be made not from solid wood, but it’s still plenty heavy and sturdy.6. The dimensions seemed fine but in reality, somehow it looks smaller :)7. The top doesn’t secure to the rest of the table; you just lay it on top. I wish it was secured, but at the same time, it’s pretty heavy so it shouldn’t slide unless someone pushed it hard.8. Finally, it’s a good entry table but feels a bit cheap for the money. At the same time, solid wood ones are at least double (and look non-modern).Delivery was great (and in time for our holiday break!)

Awesome product!!!
Absolutely love this product. All the pieces fit together very well and had it together in less than an hour. Very good quality. We had a little issue with a couple spots on the black surface of the table top looking like melted and peeling but the issue was resolved quickly. Pool table didn’t require any leveling.

A must have..
The delievery was very professional. A very nice huge piece, very sturdy wood. Only down side is the top cover/ping pong are very heavy and large to keep removing them so we can play pool. The benches padding/leather looks like it will wear quickly. When seated on it leaves imprints for a while. But other than that a beautiful piece. Make sure you have the room for this 7ft beast.

We are very happy with out table and benches
We are very happy with out table and benches. Assembling was a lot easier than we thought it was going to be. I think the description should include details related to the delivery though. It was delivered by an 18-wheeler on two pallets. Also we had to have 4 guys to help the delivery driver unload it and get ti to our door.
