Unfortunately, we had issues with some connectivity. Called Tech Magnet for assistance. Lalith was FANTASTIC! Walked my wife through the set up process with ease and patience. We did end up needing to send the tower back. We received the new one fast and it worked great. We also talked to Jack at Tech Magnet for additional assistance with shipping info. He was very kind and helpful as well.
