I got the grey one. I love it.It’s thick and sturdy, like a chair should be. You’re buying a chair to sit in, not a bed. I would even argue that this chair would make an excellent bed. The cushion is thick and the material is soft. The almost horizontal recline angle is hard to beat. And when you put it in the rocking position it practically is horizontal. The chair is awesome. Thick and soft.The metal feels very sturdy and I have no fear of falling over in the fully reclined position with the rocking motion activated. It’s hard to find a chair that reclines this far and feels extremely safe.The material does not stink. It’s like buying a new car. Or fresh clothes. It smells different, not bad. It’s clean smelling. I have zero complaints.The arm rests are like future technology. They move forward, backward, up, down, and twist in and out. You won’t be disappointed. The recline lever is also super easy to access and locks in place really well.The wheels are nice. Not great on carpet. But if you want wheels for carpet, then get wheels for carpet. They pop in and out for easy install. This chair is advanced enough that you could leave the wheels off and sit it flat on the floor. Ignore the carpet complaints. It doesn’t move well on carpet, but that’s why you buy other wheels for that purpose.There is plenty of space for blankets and pillows to fit around you while in this chair. You can lock it in recline and stick a lot of warm objects around you.There is enough space to put a leg up on the chair pretty easily. But if you’re a criss cross apple sauce type then you should go for a bigger chair. If you have any inkling that you want to do that then invest in a bigger chair other than this one. If you’re a small person it might work. I’m 5’10 and can manage putting a foot up if need be.It came in a box. Assembly was super easy. There is a ton of one piece foam in the box that helps protect the goods. It’s a lot, but better safe than sorry. The fast delivery and availability can’t be beat. Get it.(Put on a movie and sit in it when you’re done.)You can rock this chair like a rocking chair. And turn it off. Very satisfying after assembly. You’ll have a big sigh of relief once you sit in it the first time.I didn’t want the pillow at first, but boy was I wrong. The pillow is awesome. And super memory soft. When you recline and want a pillow behind your head to look at your phone it’s super dope.The pillow and arms are magnetic. It’s like future technology. Strong and you don’t even know it’s there. You can swap out the entire top table part of the arm rests for different colors. It is magnetized so it’s super easy to do. And the arms are actual arms that don’t swoop down like other brands for no reason. Very practical. Get this one. You need the versatility and experience of moving the arms up and down.The holes at the head area are cool. Very helpful during assembly. The overall chair is low key in appearance, but top tier chair material.Long story short. Get this chair.If this is your first chair. Get this chair.If you’re eyeballing secretlabs chairs. Get this chair.

Nice quality, multi-adjustable & fairly easy to assemble

I work from home and spend many hours parked in front of my computer. A fellow artist showed me his chair and I liked it.I love the Orange color. It’s very on-brand for the company I work for 😉. The adjustable arm rests, magnetic neck pillow and stability are hi-light features.It was fairly easy to assemble and comes with a very detailed manual. This just has a solid, quality feel. Definitely made with decent materials and craftsmanship. Took me about 25 minutes by myself to put together. I’ve cussed a whole lot more assembling much less, so I consider it a win.The seat cushion is firm (I mean, it’s on day-one out of the box) & we’ll see what the break in period is before I need an extra butt-pad (that was the problem with my old chair).Looks great. Feels great. Got it on a sale so there was a bit of a price break too. For something I use no less than 8 hrs everyday – I need a sturdy chair and this one is my new best bet.

Great gamer or office chair!

This is my first PC chair that is truly comfortable! The seat on this size large chair is spacious, thickly padded and has plenty of space around the sides and hips. Padding is firm enough to last but still comfortable also. I am 5ft 11in, 195lbs. and if I sit back as far as I can go the seat goes right up behind my knee bend area. The seat back is padded well, has a very nice magneticlly attached neck pillow and lumbar with up, down in and out afjustment. The arm rests adjust to almost any angle and are very wide.So now for the improvements it could have (me nitpicking for perfection).The arm rests on this pro version are not padded and that causes discomfort over long sessions to me especially with it slight upcurve at the elbow area. This could be easily remedied with padding if they provided such. Personal preference here but, also with the arm mounts in the back most position toward the seat back I still feel like these large arm rests keep me away from the PC desk and farther from keyboard and mouse. Like they need to be further back by 2 in or so. Mounts where arms could be slid back or have 3 mounting positions would be nice to fit more people. Lastly the seat does not go quite as high as I thought it would. With the seat fully raised and the arms all the way up it still does not raise as high as my old cheap knock off chair but I think I have it positioned well now. Just had to keep trying until found my groove.

Misleading Weight Limit

For the nice things about this chair, it is amazingly easy to put together. Armrests are already mounted to the seat bottom, the hinge for the mechanism side you slide the back into, magnets for the armrest pads and side hinge covers, and everything below the seat is the typical easy part of assembly of any other rolling chair that requires assembly.A minor problem I have is with the magnets in the headrest. They honestly don’t feel like they are able to hold too well. I would imagine if it wasn’t for the friction between the headrest and seat back material, it probably would be on the verge of sliding down on its own.Now for explaining the title. I purchased the L size, not the XL, since dimensionally this would be more than fine for its use, and spending the extra money to just go to the XL for the added weight limit, just didn’t seem right. So allow me to explain. Last year I purchased a different chair in the Andaseat line, the T-Pro II (no longer available) as I wanted something that had a good weight limit on the chair. It was listed at 400 lbs. After looking closer at the pictures, first comparing my current chair to the L size, I noticed the wheel base and wheels looked to be the exact same style. Both list the same class 4 gas strut. Then I started comparing between the XL and L to see what could be seen as different, and honestly only the seat base seemed to be the difference. So I decided to take a chance on the L size. After it arrived, I compared the construction between my T-Pro II and the Kaiser 3 L…Everything below the seat bottom was exactly the same. Then I compared the steel frame underneath that the the tilt mechanism mounts too, they too were the same size for the steel frame. Needless to say, one of the listings had to be wrong between either my T-Pro II or the Kaiser 3, and since my T-Pro II has held up fantastically for full year I have had it, and I am weight about 280, I am inclined to believe that there is just come confusion when they decided on the weight limit for the Kaiser 3, which even on Andaseat’s site is confusing as it more seems to imply it is recommended weight as they also have the recommended height range as well.Regardless, I would definitely buy it again if I had to do it over, so try not to get too caught up with the weight limit unless you are large enough to need the extra seat depth or slight additional width of the XL version.

Perfect Condition, Amazing Quality 5/5

The shipping was pretty fast for a 70lb box. The box was banged up but don’t worry because the chair is heavily packaged. Everything was in perfect condition and just as listed. Honestly the best chair I’ve ever owned. It was an investment in the health of my back as a programmer at a desk 8-12hrs a day. You won’t regret it because the quality is unmatched.

انصح فيه و بقوة, لي فترة ابحث عن كرسي للقيمنق و التصفح و لقيت اجانب كثير يمدحون هذا الكرسي و هذا الكرسي حرفيا الي كنت ابغاه من زمانالكرسي واسع و جدا مريح ودمج بين الراحة و الصلابة و ينفع للقيمنق و مشاهدة افلام و تصفح و نقدر تتربع فيه بكل سهولة وتقدر تخليه ثابت ولا هزاز متى ما بغيت, التركيب كان سهل و اخذ حوالي 20 دقيقة فقط و تقدر تركبه لحالك بكل سهولة مساند اليد تقدر تتحكم فيها بسهولة وافضل شي انها مغناطيس هي و مخدة الرقبة مرة سهل انك تفكها و ترجعها متى ما بغيت. دعامة الظهر السفلية رهيبة افضل بكثير من المخدات الي في الكراسي الثانية و تقدر تتحكم فيه بسهولة و تخليه خفيف ما تحس فيه اذا بغيتفقط عيب الكرسي السعر لو تلقاه عليه تخفيض اشتريه وانت مغمض, و نصيحة الي يفكر يطلب الكرسي اطلب نوع القماش الرمادي ولا الاسود افضل بكثير XLمن الجلد بالنسبة لي و ما بتعرق, اذا طولك فوق 180 سنتي ولا وزنك فوق 120 كيلو انصحك تطلب نوع ال

Changed my sitting life

Sturdy, comfortable and fully adjustable, will let you find the best setting for you – includine seatpad inclination, which very few office or gaming chairs offer as far as I’m aware, at least at this price point. The neck cushion stays firmly in place which is impressive. It would be ideal if Anda commercialised cushions of different sizes separately. Assembly was easy and smooth except inserting the screws in the backrest through the bracket, especially on the left hand side. At one point I was nervous I could be damaging the chair as screws need to be inserted halfway on the right hand side first – but with some perseverance and caution everything worked out fine. £400 may sound like a lot of money, but it’s much better value than chairs that cost 100 or 200, but don’t offer anywhere near 1/4 or 1/2 of the comfort of this chair. It will take the shape of your back and support you fully, I never felt the same comfort on any chair, except some who costed around £1400.One thing to be aware of: the box is VERY heavy, it may be challenging even for an adult man of average dexterity to carry it up a staircase, and assembling it could be easier if done by two people (expecially when inserting screws in the backrest, which would best be kept in exact aligning position during the operation) but still feasible by one single person with enough patience and determination.

Good chair, great customer service

Bought this chair from Merchant Group Inc. There were a few problems along the way with shipping and some missing part. But the seller was very professional, polite and took care of it promptly. I’m happy about it and would definitely buy from them again.As for the chair, it’s very sturdy and costomizable. My husband weighs around 177lbs and 5’11 in height and he sits comfortably in it. Color is good, the pvc leather feels nice. Over all good chair.

Very well thought out, sturdy chair, nice quality

Just to come out with it. I did not get this chair on this site but I do get lots of stuff on here and wanted to leave a review.Was very impressed with the packaging, This is well protected and you can tell thought even went into how this was packed to give a good user experience.Assembly was easy. Literally 8 screws, Even the screws had a very nice finish to them and very thick screws at that.The magnetic side covers and arm rests make for easy install and swap out and upgrades.The chair is very cushy ( Main reason I did not go with Secret Labs were reviews saying it was too firm)There were some reviews of this chair that said the magnetic head pillow did not hold well. Not sure what they were doing because it holds very solid and secure for me.I feel like this chair will last, my last one was bonded leather and fell apart with very few hours sitting.Very happy with the purchase

Great lumbar Support

I suffer from chronic low back pain and I work from home. I spend, at the very least, 8 hours a day seating in front of my computer. I also have more pounds on my frame that I care to have…The chair is firm, sturdy and extremely comfortable. The backrest has a lever that controls various positions, and it allowed me to set it how I need it at the moment.The head/neck cushion stays in place with a magnet and it’s so easy to place in just the perfect position. I am impressed. Even the quality of the materials is beyond expectations. This brand just got a new customer for life.

It’s a good chair. Possibly not THE highest quality for the price.

I am very happy with this purchase. When we got the chair initially, it was somewhat damaged because of how it was packaged and delivered. After getting in contact with the seller, however, they didn’t hesitate to solve the issue. Not only did they respond quickly, they sent us an entirely new chair in perfect condition. Because of the customer support, the chair gets an easy five stars from me.The chair is quite good overall. It’s sturdy, comfortable, and has everything one needs in a gaming chair. The only worry spots are the armrest levers––they snapped off in shipping so I’m not entirely sure what that means for long term durability.In addition to that, there was a part of me that was leaning towards a four star rating; I get the feeling that the chair is slightly overpriced. The chair is not low quality, but there are likely chairs of similar quality for cheaper. I say this because my housemate has a nice chair that only cost him about $250. That chair is more aesthetics, just as comfortable, and even includes a massage pillow.I will reiterate: I am happy with my purchase, and if you have any issues at all they will be happy to fix them for you. I love this chair… do not hesitate to purchase it if you are worried about customer service––that worry is surely misplaced.

This chair is is comfortable and solid. I did a lot of research and decided on this chair. Im so glad I did! the packaging was incredible, everything was so protected. assembly was a breeze (Fantastic directions) This chair is so awesome, very sturdy and very well constructed. Great chair!!!

I got my Kaiser 3 a few days ago and all I can say is WOW! This thing has all the bells and whistles that I was looking for. It’s super comfortable and I love that I can adjust it to fit my needs. Sometimes after sitting for several hours my back can start to hurt so I love the support that the lumbar device gives me. It was a breeze to put together (it took me and my son 25 minutes) and the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. It’s a bit heavy so I would advise having a partner when putting it together. Bottom line is the Kaiser 3 is at the top of the food chain and well worth the money.

Great chair, heavy packaging, well constructed, simple to put together.

Ordered mine, and just put it together. Box was very heavy, but protected everything. I’m still going to give it 5 stars for overall quality, however I do have one issue with the top armrest pads, they wobble a little bit, and that just feels a little cheap. I wish there was a way to tighten them down. I’m also waiting for the magnetic table top, but customer support says they have no time frame on it (even though it says June, it is past that now.Now to look for a chair cover that I like to further customize it.

Pretty good looking, solid build, painfully uncomfortable

Very sturdy (and heavy!) chair, nice finish, and seat cushion very comfy. But two issues :- Checked all measurements before buying except for seat height, foolishly assuming that all chairs would rise to a fairly consistent height range. Wrong! At highest position the seat base is only 50cm above the ground, which is less enough than my old chair to be too short to comfortably use at my desk. Result was my arms being slightly angled up and the desk edge cutting into my forearms. Got around that with a thick cushion, but which then meant that the nice supportive seat base was pointless.- The backrest is TERRIBLE. The lumber support feels like it’s made of metal and has no cushioning at all, just the material of the backrest over it. This chair arrived this morning, I had it assembled in no time and used it for the full working day. No matter how I adjusted the lumber support, it felt like a scaffold pole against my spine. Even at it’s lowest position and wound in as much as possible i.e. least protruding from the seat back, sitting back resulted in the constant feeling of leaning against a metal handrail.I bought this chair simply because I fancied something new, I have no existing back issues which I hoped to address with this chair, but after a day of using it, my back is sore and red from where it leant on the top of the lumber support which simply could not be adjusted out of the way.Maybe I could have addressed this second issue with another cushion… But a £400 chair should not need a bunch of extra cushions to make it comfortable! Now dismantled, boxed up and awaiting return collection.

bought too seats and both magswap armrest pads don’t fit

Update : contacted andaseat and they sent working replacements. Dont contact amazing seller…the armrest pad is too tight to fit in the place where it should be. I tried both chairs and they both have the same issue.the chair itself is good but what’s the point if I have no armrest?
