    Amazing

  2. Terry

Monster card but also monster performance.

  3. Vincent Van Cleave

This card is amazing. The heat is no problem and no jerky movement while moving in the game. The terrain is very Indepth. WoW!

  4. Arrie69

Does the job pretty well. Very happy

  5. twitch.tv/therealezkills

Running Linux and playing games. Works fantastic.

  6. PersonPerson

It’s very big, PCPARTPICKER said it wouldn’t fit in my case (Lian Li A3), it did, but had to tie stuff down, getting over 100 fps in 4k gaming with no stuttering or screen tearing, has my seal of approval

  7. Nino Brunori

I picked this up in an emergency when my GForce died. This has more than enough memory and handles 100% everything I throw at it and runs 2 monitors with ease with space for two more directly on the graphics card.At first I thought it was broken because my GForce had screaming fans to keep it cool while this, the fans never came on while playing Days Gone. The reality is that it was always cool. The fans came on when necessary. This card was cheaper and has twice the memory as my GForce and if AMD keeps this up I will not go back to NVidia. You put way too much into bragging rights about what your rig can do with the LED’s and Over Clocking.I would rather play the game instead of showing off the PC itself.Unless it breaks down, I highly recommend this card. But I’ll tell you now, get it directly from the ASUS website. When you can buy it cheaper directly from the manufacturer then there is an issue. Especially when they cost over a grand.

There are some things needed to be done in order to get it functioning without driver crashes etc such as ensuring integrated graphics is disabled in the bios.Other than that, once those minor issues are sorted out it works good. AMD need to resolve their graphics drivers issues.

Being an nVidia fan for a very long time….my latest system build called for new considerations. Adding the Samsung Neo G9 57″ meant I wanted a GPU that could drive Display Port at 240Hz refresh rate. The RX 7900 XT OC 20G not only does that but is also over clocked and boasts 20GB of GDDR6 video ram. I am primarily a linux and this GPU is fully supported (@ 240Hz refresh rate) with kernel 6.8 and above. Radeon is supported at the kernel level due to AMD’s support in linux! In windows, after a metric ton of driver installs and driver updates, etc, etc, it just works as it should! This GPU is excellent. It runs cool and drives anything I need without even breaking a sweat! It looks great in my new chassis and gets along well with my Asus ROG Strix B650E-F motherboard w/Ryzen 7950X CPU, ASUS ROG Strix LC II 360 ARGB All-in-one AIO Liquid CPU Cooler, 64 GB Corsair Vengeance DDR5 RAM, and finally the dual SAMSUNG 990 PRO SSD 2TB PCIe 4.0 M.2 drives. Everything just works flawlessly! NOTE: this GPU is massive so measure your case and allow for it! I also bought a support for the far end as can be seen in the photo.I spent a LOT of time researching for this build and do not make decisions lightly. I cannot say enough about how happy I am with this purchase. Once again, ASUS delivers!! You cannot go wrong with this GPU.Oh frame rates? I’ve only so far played Call of Duty – Modern Warfare III on windows and with basic non-overclocked, non-optimized settings, I was getting around 90 fps at 240Hz refresh rate at 7680×2160 resolution. On Linux I played a little Nexuiz, Alien Arena, and OpenArena and in all cases without optimizing any settings on the GPU but setting the games to maximum everything, hit well above 100 fps.Perhaps it’s my setup combination OR just this GPU is steller. Either way….it rocks!!!

I’ve had this card since Nov ’23 and up to this day I haven’t had problems any games. I’m playing todays STALKER with no problems maxxed out. The only hiccup I had in the beginning with this card was a driver problem giving me error messages of it hanging and timing out. Drivers fixed that problem and haven’t had no more of those errors. Solid performer with any game. Water cooled by Bykski water cooled GPU block. My cpu Ryzen 9 7900X3d, motherboard Crosshair x670e Hero.

Absolutely great mid range card. If you’re looking for a good gpu for a first build or even just an upgrade this card is very ideal. It’s very low noise and its size is not as big as you would think either. Most games I play at ultra or high settings and consistently hit over a hundred plus fps. I tested this card with black myth wukong and call of duty black ops 6 at high an ultra settings a get anywhere from 90-160fps. I’ve read reviews that some have experienced coil wine a crashes but I’ve had yet to experience this, the card for me has been very stable. Overall if your searching for a solid gpu the price to performance is hard to beat.

  12. Victor Marmie

I am a Linux user, got tired of Nvidia’s problems and decided to switch to team red. No regrets, plug and play and runs smooth like butter.

First things first this card is large and in charge, it barley fit into my case. It might be large but its quite, I got this card to replace my RX 6750XT. And to say I actually ran into a bottleneck with my CPU, now my CPU is no slouch it’s a R9 5900X. Was well worth the money. Now the card looks great with the grey shroud around it, installing it is a breeze. Two screws and it comes right out, and it offers an anti sag brace which is nice because this card is HEAVY! I also haven’t had any stability issues at all, but you would expect that from the big two GPU makers! I encourage you to buy this card!

  14. KristenB

Crazy better than my 3060 TI. This card is priced well and runs cooler than the 7800xt and the 7900xt. It frame rates between those cards. It is like a 7800xt with the 7900xt core. About 5fps faster and 10 degrees cooler than the 7800xt. The Asus Tuf build looks nice. You can over clock to a 7900 xt performance for cheaper.

  15. Narom Sieng

New built , ASUS GPU RX 7700 XT pair with AMD Ryzen 7 7700x , B650 AORUS PRO AX Mother board, G skill Ram Cl30, It’s working great nice and quiet, I encountered similar problem to the other post , cannot boot to bios and there is a redlight on MOBO indicated 4 Hardware may cause CPU, RAM, VGA, BOOT, it turn out is VGA , if you cannot boot and NO HDMI connection, First thing you want to do uninstall GPU, remove Board battery and put it back after 30 Seconds, connect your HDMI to MOBO port then it will boot to bios now you can set to boot to USB installation win 10, after you have OS now you can installed YOUR GPU is plug and play just make sure you plug in your network cable .

  16. jaxnavynuke

its overpriced as all graphics cards are. still it plays xplane 12 at 4k goid enough.

  17. Matt

Great value for the price, came sooner than expected!

  18. larry Moran

Unfortunately it didn’t work with my setup , but Asus makes solid products..

  19. Chris J Gray

Purchased for a SIM Racing Rig build. I chose to go with all AMD, with mostly Asus brand major components. I am impressed with the performance and the look of this GPU.

    Buen producto

If you want to play modern titles at 4K/60 in ultra, the 7800XT is the currently the best mix of performance and value available. That being said, 2024 has been a pretty bad year for GPUs, and the 7800XT is not really an exception to this. I paid $440 for my card and comparisons are relative to that. Written Jan 2025, and prices referenced are the lowest I could find at time of writing.** Compared to current generation cards:- 15% faster than the 4070 (~$450).- 10% slower than the 4070 SUPER (~$550).- More VRAM than both the 4070/4070 SUPER (12GB vs. 16GB. Some modern titles use more than 12GB of VRAM at 4K ultra, and in this case the NVIDIA cards will be bottlenecked.- Under load, ~25% more efficient than the 4070 SUPER and ~20% more efficient than the 4070. Pulls half the power (15w vs. 30w) when idle and computer is not asleep.** Compared to last generation cards:- Similar performance to last generation’s 6900 XT (~$400). ~10% lower power draw under load, similar power draw at idle. No longer being manufactured so availability is bad.- 5% better performance than the 3080, ~15% lower power draw under load. Pulls half the power at idle.** Miscellaneous:- Temps hit 80C under sustained load on the bench with no overclocking.- Fits nicely into my SSF case.- Performance/eco hardware switch is a nice feature that adds a bit of value.- FSR (AMD’s upscaling technology) looks a little worse than DLSS (NVIDIA’s upscaling technology) IMO, but I think this is probably preference.** Final thoughts:Overall, it’s a fine card.If you are OK with downgrading, Intel’s B580 ($250) is currently the value king and is capable of playing most titles at high in 1440p. If you are set on gaming in ultra at 4K/60, then the 7800XT is probably the way to go.The current generation of cards are not great (the fact NVIDIA has released the 4070, a 4070 SUPER, a 4070 TI, and a 4070 TI SUPER instead of adding a new SKU should be some indication of this), so being the best of the generation isn’t exactly the highest praise. New cards are likely going to start hitting the market in early Q2 2025, so hold out for a few months if you can.But if you need a new GPU and can’t wait… well, then you take what you can get.5 stars only because it’s the best compared to it’s competition, and not because it’s a card that will be remembered fondly in 10 years time.

    good

  23. JakeJake

This Ryzen 9 5900x and 7800xt GPU combo runs cool even on high loads on different games! I get between 50-60°C average. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS GPU!

  24. Daniel

Great performance out of the box with the default settings. Unfortunately a bit of coil whine with my unit but your mileage might vary.

  25. Garvin Francis

just got it and graphic are amazing. using for my first build.

  26. Brian

Works as advertised. Needed to delete drivers and reinstall drivers to work correctly.

  27. Patrick

I bought this as an upgrade to my old 2060 Super, and yeah, the performance difference is obviously noticeable. Switching from Nvidia to AMD was a breeze—just use the DDU software, install the AMD drivers, and you’re all set. The biggest difference I noticed was the temperatures. My 2060 Super was always sitting at around 80°C at full load, but after switching to this 7700 XT, my temps never go over 60°C, and it’s super silent as well. If you’re looking for a mid-range GPU and reading this, well, you’ve found it!

  28. David Smith

This thing is huge. Looks good, works great.

  29. Great fit, comfortable, and good quality. I work in food service and work 12 hour shifts so comfort was a must, love it! I own like 8 of these!

Great product on sale or not but try to get this while on sale. You won’t regret getting this. Plays online first person shooters on max settings, beautiful graphics, and beautiful graphics card added to the tower.

  30. CLU55

Everything about this GPU is a monster! You better have a ton of case room and be sure to utilize the included stand support! There isn’t a game made that this GPU won’t eat up and spit out! It even does well with Ray Tracing! Very satisfied with this top quality Beast!

  31. Ivan Rangel

Love the product. It definitely delivers on quality, aesthetics, and performance. The packaging is absolutely fantastic!Noise is what you would expect if you ran this card OC. It will handle anything.

  32. Munch

Great card for a few hundred dollars

  33. juan mezajuan meza

El paquete llegó prácticamente en perfecto estado, la grafica funciona bien, llegó nueva, con todos los sellos, una buena grafica para jugar en 1080p.

  34. Beni

Good card and has good shipping, but I wish they would send it in a shipping box and not use the original product box only. that is the only issue I had, it came in the original product box without any shipping protection. but everything works and I had no issue with the installation and activation.

  35. McDaniel

Team this up with a 7950x3d, 32 gigs of ram and a nice ssd and the system will scream

  36. Jefferson Dang

Upgraded from a rx 6600 8gb card to this card. Love it. Every game from Call of Duty titles to Cyberpunk on the highest settings (without RayTracing) is +100 fps. Paired it with my 5800X3D CPU.

  37. James

For what I use it for it works, but it lags behind many cards with similar price points. If in the market for a GPU and you skew towards Radeon over nVIDIA then it’s just fine to compete with GPU’s like the 3080, however for $500, you are just as well saving a buck and getting the 4060ti, or prehaps a 4070 for just $50 more. This GPU is above all else, fine. It isn’t better or worse then any of it’s competition, but you should be aware that better options do exist for the same, or better price. And honestly just get a 3080, you’ll be much happier.

  38.  Customer

I usually buy invidia but thought I would give this a try. Works with no issues, never a problem with speed or performance issues. Runs games like Diablo with no problems and never any heating issues.

  39. Joshua

I am very happy with this card. Running it at 2800mhz and it never goes over 70c

  40. mac

This is a good price for it, for comparison, i had the 12GB version, it was about an Inch and half longer. 16GB is the bare minimum if not the base recommended for most games today.

  41. JNEGOJNEGO

facil de instalar, buen rendimiento .

  42. Horry forbid

I got this gpu for around 465, it arrived a days later and has no issues performed as expected.

  43. Kevin Albers

Just installed it and it is working fine. The 3 star rating is for the package shipping. It did not come in a Discrete double box but in the original box that would be on the store self. Letting every one know what it was. Who sends a $340 item in a non-descrete box.

  44. Eduardo

Quiet, super fast and looks great!! Buenisima

  45. Bagehi

Went from a 5700XT to this and the performance difference is very noticeable. Power consumption is minimal outside gaming. Even in gaming, it barely tops 100W.

  46. ChristianChristian

I think this is a beast of a card for pure rasterization especially at 1440p I heard that Amd cards usually have bad drivers but who knows this one doesn’t 100% worth the money but if your looking for a gpu with capable rt performance and upscaling that’s good go with Nvidia.

  47. Shawntee Fleming

If purchased on sale, this card is perfect for an updated budgeted rig. Mine is silent even under load, never goes above 72 degrees Celsius. If you don’t wanna jump at a pricier card then this is your friend. Efficient and still powerful.

  48. Karel Espinosa

Thanks to AMD for this amazing GPU ????????????????????

  49. Nicholas ForaderNicholas Forader

I’ve thrown a lot at this GPU. I’ve done stress and bench tests from top to bottom. I’ve run modern titles at max graphics at 2160p and I’m getting great results. You can see the countless numbers from others on the internet like I did but this thing is a proper beast. At the price tag it absolutely should be! I’m very satisfied with this card. I’m actually in love with it!

  50. Matthew Woolridge

This GPU is awesome I’m using a Samsung ultra wide 49-in and it holds up no matter what game you want to play I played it with an AMD CPU and an Intel CPU and it performs with each good product
