Very versatile gaming chair
First of all, this chair is very heavy out of the box. So if you’re looking for a lightweight chair, this is not the one. It does move around with ease still, so it’s not a problem at all here. I got this for my son who’s a heavy gamer. He says it’s the best chair he’s had yet.It wasn’t extremely hard to put together, but not super easy either. As long as you have mid level assembly skills, you’ll be fine. I like that just about everything on it is adjustable. Even the armrests move to almost any positions you like. The material on it is solid and easy to clean. It’s comfortable to sit on for long periods of time as well. The manufacturer did a good job and did their homework on this one. I definitely recommend this for any teenagers and adults.

Nice chair
This chair works well, looks nice and is comfortable. It was a little bit of a pain to assemble but other than that great purchase.

Updated? Absolutely Amazing!
Unboxing: 5/5Great unboxing, arrived in a box with cooler master decals all over. Everything was easy to take out the box, and was packaged so securely.Looks: 5/5This chair is beautiful. It’s lined with a lavender stitching, the logo is sharp from the front and back, and there’s no exposed machinery anywhere. The leather looks expensive, and the chair looks powerful.Quality / Durability: 5/5Here’s where I was initially worried. There was so much backlash to this chair for its quality, especially concerns with the plastic, or pieces being scattered in the box, but I had none of these issues. The chair is amazing quality. I think they updated it, because I can’t find any issues with it. It’s extremely comfortable, the material is smooth and ventilated.Function: 5/5This chair works perfectly. You can sit in it for hours. The seat is massive, you can cross your legs, and you don’t feel cramped. All the adjustments are all you need to make it comfortable and ergonomic. I’d recommend it, because I believe they did fix it.Value (for the listed price): 5/5Overall: 5/5

Incredibly comfortable, hard to put together…
If you truly want long term comfort from a chair, get a gaming chair. Not these “executive” chairs from the office supply places. Get a chair designed for a person to sit for hours on end. That’s what you’ll get with this chair. The mesh backing provides fresh air flow and the bucket style seating keeps you nice and cozy while working during the day and gaming at night. Word of caution, the assembly was surprisingly difficult. There were a few pieces that didn’t align just right and there was some force needed to get things to fit properly. Once you get past that, it’s an absolute pleasure to sit in.

Super comfortable! Both the seat and backrest are amazing for me.
I am coming from a secret lab titan chair, and I’ve got to say, this one absolutely blows the titan out of the park, for me at least. With the titan, the seat was WAY too firm and whenever i’d put my back on the chair, I could feel some kind of bar digging into my back. So I was honestly pretty hesitant buying this chair reading how most chairs are made by the same manufacturer and just rebranded or whatever. I think I’m a bit odd when it comes to chairs because I don’t really look for ergonomics and good posture, I mainly just want to sit in whatever position I want, and be completely comfortable. Anyway, I just went on a whim buying this, and 100% don’t regret it. Also, in no way am I saying that this chair has bad ergonomics. It comes with the lumbar support, which is actually really neatly attached to the seat (can be removed) and can be moved up and down. I don’t have mine on, however, just because I am more comfortable without it. I am super satisfied with the seat cusion. I don’t feel any metal bars or anything when i sit down and it is not too firm. The seat is also pretty wide too so if you want to sit cross legged, you totally can. I usually sit with one leg under my other and it is super comfortable. When i lean back on the chair, it is well cushioned as well, nothing digging into my back. Even if i try pushing my back into the chair, i feel nothing but cushion which is amazing.I’d say the only complaint i have about this chair is the headrest. I tried using it and it was just too hard for me, I just swapped it out with my secret lab headrest/pillow though so it’s not too big of a deal.So yeah, this chair satisfied the 2 things i was worried about the most when looking at chairs. The seat is cushiony enough for me to sit in it all day and not have my butt hurt. The backrest is comfortable to sit back in. Also it’s not $500 so there’s that too. I’d say give this chair a shot if you’re looking for comfortability like i was!

Comfy, but too high – FIXED
Received the chair three days ago.Assembling the chair took about 30 minutes, using an electric impact driver with an Allen wrench bit. Assembly using the provided multi-tool would probably add another 30 minutes to assembly. The only step which I found confusing, was Step 2 in the instructions. It sort of shows the attachment of the armrests in this step, but not clearly. Attachment of the armrests needs to be finished prior to installing the handles on the tilt mechanism. The chair is extremely comfortable for most tasks. The only drawback to this chair is that the lowest setting of the chair is higher than the usual chair. The armrests do not go low enough to fit under the edge of my desk, and the height of the seat makes driving with a wheel and pedals feel like every car is a truck. (This cost one star.)The previous aside, this chair is very comfortable. Both the seat and the backrest are a very firm foam, giving a comfortable yet supportive surface, similar to a car seat. The seat fabric is of a seemingly high quality, and the PU leather on the back looks natural. The tilt mechanism operates smoothly, and the included lumbar and headrest pillows add to the comfort.EDIT: I solved the height problem; it’s the wheels. I replaced the oversized wheels on the chair with wheels from a “retired” office chair. It doesn’t seem like it would make a significant difference, but it did it for me.TLDR: Very comfortable, but an option for smaller casters would make it almost perfect.

Comfort and support – not just for gaming
I got this chair as a replacement for my home office chair which was no longer feeling comfortable – I would be in pain within a few hours of work. Putting the chair together was relatively easy. I opted to put the chair together on top of a stool (flipped the seat cushion upside down and put it on top of the stool), which made the process easier for me. I’ve been using the chair regularly for a couple of days now and find it to be comfortable and supportive with zero pain. The lumbar support is particularly helpful for me because I have low back issues.I haven’t tried reclining in the chair so I can’t speak to how that works.Overall, I am very happy with this chair and how comfortable it is for work (and play).

Pleasantly Surprised by the QUALITY
I’m not a gamer. I ordered this chair for my home office, and office chairs are way overpriced for similar features in a gaming chair. I was really surprised to see the quality of this chair FAR surpass office chairs for much much more money. This chair is solid. The base is strong, heavy, and well built. It’s super comfortable. The material is NICE, the look is cool, and the feel is literally cool – in that I can sit for hours with no hot spots or discomfort. It reclines all the back. My only complaint about this chair is that I’m 5’7″ and the neck pillow doesn’t easily slide down far enough for me, but I adapt. Oh, also, easy to assemble.

Why Did I Wait So Long?
This chair has been a game changer for my work from home setup. I’m not sure why I hung on to my old office chair for so long (maybe because it was free). But this thing has proven itself in a very short time. Really from the first couple of working days I could tell a difference in how my back felt. This thing has great support for the lower back, sides, and neck (especially when reclined a little bit). Helps my posture and focus throughout the day too. Something about sitting up nice and straight helps me be more productive. Seat feels a bit like I imagine a nice sports car driving seat would feel, with comfort and support from all angles.Putting it together, I was a bit skeptical that it would work as well as it does, but once it fit the top to the bottom, I could tell how beautifully it was going to glide.Wow factor for me: the full 180 degree recline. Go into it easy, but be prepared to be wowed by how well the chair balances your body at that angle.

Hybrid 1 = great chair
Six month update – I still use this chair daily and it’s still very comfortable.First impressions is the chair is spacious and the back mesh makes for a great breeze. After getting it all adjusted its a very comfortable chair. I am tall and somewhat big and I fit with room to spare. It was packed well and nothing missing. The tilt on this chair is much more forgiving than any other “gaming” chair I have had. I just got this so I will update after a month of use since I work from home that should be plenty of hours to give a longer term review. For now, I am happy to have found this chair.

Very good chair
I have had this for awhile now and it is very much worth the cost. It is solid and well made with good support even if I spend a long time working at my desk. I have had a few chairs over the years and this one ranks up with my wife’s Secret Labs special addition for feel. I would buy it again or recommend to anyone.

Very easy set up, Very comfy
My only Con which isn’t really a con is that the chair is heavy. However that lets me know that it is a great quality chair! it only took me 15 min to set up, after I sat down on it I immediately felt the comfort and support in this chair than my old one! I would 10 out of 10 recommend you getting this chair!

Had a tear from shipping
Something in the box was rubbing on the back of the chair and wore a hole in it before arriving. I contacted CoolerMaster and they offered a cup holder and $20, seems pretty low for a $300+ chair was that was damaged due to their negligence, but at the end of the day I didn’t feel like packing the chair back up and waiting for a replacement.

Nice chair for the price
This is a nice chair for the price point, especially compared to some others that are much more expensive on the market. I use it as an office chair when I work from home and so far so good.

Nice chair, but came broken!
While assembling the chair, I notice small tears in the head rest and side of chair. Also the plastic covers were broken. For the price, it should not come broken.

I purchased two of these so had my fingers crossed.
Not only comfortable, these look very stylish and updated in our home office. I’m hoping they wear better than the faux leather ones we replaced which began peeling after a few years.

Frankly, Love it!
Packaging: Sturdy packaging, smart packing, and ample protective material ensured the chair was received unscathed.Initial Build: The instructions were very easy to read and follow, the build took about 20 minutes; if you’ve never built a chair like this before, set aside 30 minutes from box opening to cleanup.Comfort: CoolerMaster has created a chair for gamers of all builds, with a mesh back and breathable seat to allow for long term use.Aesthetics: This is a good-looking chair; the black with purple inlay was a subtle touch to add some flair to an already sleek looking design.Functionality: From the oversize wheels that allow for smooth movement across all flooring surfaces to the adjustable lumbar support and armrests; there are a lot of customizable settings, including a very generous range of height settings

AMAZING chair!!
This is such an AMAZING chair! So comfortable for everyone of any size – even the dog! My husband has taken to sitting in this instead of his old ratty recliner. LOL Completely adjustable – height, reclining, and the ability to lean back. One thing we noticed is on the headrest – right out of the box – there were tears in the fabric. If this was a $80 chair I wouldn’t bother to say anything but for this price the chair should have been PERFECT!So in the end, I wouldn’t spend this much again on a chair but the construction and durability of materials IS worth it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND 👍😁👍 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

All parts arrived regardless of Transit issue, sturdy chair, comfortable enough for all day use
Nice oversized gaming chair, sturdier than most of the office type chairs I have gotten previously. That being said, a complete pain to put together due to it’s size and the way the arms lineup with the chair, even had one hole for an arm completely covered with leather still so had to find that by poking around and than piercing the leather. Box it came in was a complete disaster and looked like it had popped open at one point during transit, but surprisingly everything in the box was still all in order and all the parts where there thankfully especially given the price of the chair.

Very nice, challenge to assemble.
This is a very comfortable chair. It fits even bigger people just fine. It is easily adjustable for height, recline angle, arm rests, etc. It rolls easily on the double wheels. The mesh back keeps you cooler. Assembly was not so easy. The instructions were not always clear. The hard part is getting the bolts lined up where the back attaches to the seat. We actually had to use a bar clamp. Once assembled it is an excellent chair. It is very comfortable. The purple stitching really sets it off.

Very nice quality
This chair is great quality. I’m very impressed. I got it for my son and am very jealous lol. It’s black and has purple stitching. Super cool looking. The seat is really big and comfortable. Tilts back really far and the arm rests are adjustable. Lower lumbar support that adjustable. It was alittle difficult to assemble and get the bolts in the holes. Kinda messed up the zipper in the process. Finally got it though and super nice looking. It’s really heavy which I’m guessing means good quality!
