Its just ok. minor backlight bleed with significant vignetting on left and right sides.other than that it functions alright. gsync works.Colors need some tuning out of the box otherwise it might look too yellowish/tinted.The vignetting on the left and right sides is noticable even on the desktop with a background and icons. Not only a solid white image. its not as visible on camera as to the eyes. so its a smidge worse than the example I showed

incredible value
for only $200 this monitor is an insane deal. the build is very high end and hefty and the performance is top tier. for me the improvement from 144hz is pretty big. the stand adjustments are very good and allow for any position. if you’re considering purchasing go for it.

Good but not for fps
This monitor is being sold as a gaming monitor and its more of an all around monitor. For gaming fps this is not good its slow at response time. I came from a TN panel 144hz and i immediately noticed the difference the colors are good on this and thats about it return it after a few days going back to my tn panel

Great monitor
Worked well for my pc and ps5 never tried the Xbox series x on it but I’m sure it would’ve been a great experience. The colors look great and 240hz is very nice in competitive games when I used my computer. I switched back to my 27 inch 1440p 144hz and use this for my grandpas gaming computer and he enjoys the monitor also.

Color is off when scaling to 100%
The recommended setting for this monitor is 100% but the color is way off and dull at 100% scale. At 125% scale the color goes back to normal but the size of the monitor is effectively reduced due to the blown up scale. This may be great for gaming, but not for everyday use.

The stand is perfect on this monitor, lots of options and very secure and the height adjustments are amazing to have and very useful. Definitely would recommend 👍, brightness was a little low, but after configuration its perfect now. Love the colors too.

Good monitor for a good price
This monitor has very good specs and I bought it for my newly built game PC. It works great and as expected. I do want to point out if you want mount it to VESA mount, this monitor is not friendly. Its design is stupid and you have to spend quite sometime just trying to figure out how to mount it up. The design is not flat as other monitors to fit into the VESA mount. You are warned here. Took 1 star of prodcut because of this VESA mount issue

After recent price drops and less wanting 1080p.Would recommend for someone who’s looking for FPS 239hz guarantee.CS2 rank is 20k roughly in season 1. Could a 1440p monitor maybe enhance my ability in fps.. sure, but it isnt worth it if you’re on a budget tbh.

If I could return it I would.
The monitor is good, it’s alright. It felt great when I first got it, my first decent monitor but gradually I started noticing the image quality was just… Not the best? I don’t really know for sure still until I get a new monitor. For the price at the time was quite expensive, now though? I’d highly recommend getting this monitor if you want a cheap 240HZ 1980x1080p monitor. Just because of the price it currently is though, if it were my choice I’d get a refund and look elsewhere for something with better image quality.

A bit dim. Yellow-ish tint?
Out of the box it’s dim as hell. After tweaking Brightness to max, and contrast to near-max, it’s a bit better, but there’s a yellow-ish tint when comparing side-by-side with my two Acer monitors. So I tweaked red and green gains a bit down, and it’s better now.The control program for this monitor is kind of useless, so I just use NVIDIA Control Panel instead.Overall pretty good, just make sure your game can hit around 240fps, otherwise you won’t be able to squeeze the value out of this monitor. That also means probably no Ultra graphics setting, unless your GPU is ultra beefy.

Settings can be complicated but overall a good buy
For the price I paid, I’m happy with a 240 Hz monitor here. I used to use a BenQ 144 Hz monitor that was a bit too clunky and it also didn’t have DisplayPort for some reason, but this monitor doesn’t have those issues.Unfortunately, my monitor came with a dead pixel that it lime green on certain colors. Luckily, it’s barely noticeable and the effort to send back the monitor and not use a main monitor for a few days just doesn’t seem like it’s worth the payoff.

A Steal at it’s current price
Bought the S2522HG as I recently switched to a smaller desk and wanted a 24-25 inch monitor to replace my current 27″ Dell S2721DGF. This 25″ looks remarkably similar to the 27″ but the stand is slightly smaller and has downward lit rgb lighting. It’s simple to assemble the stand and is packaged well as I’ve come to expect from Dell. I’ve seen other reviews here stating it doesn’t look as good image wise as the S2721 of other panels. Maybe it’s the panel lottery and I hit the jackpot but my panel looks incredible. Every bit as good as the S2721DGF only with 1080p resolution. I play shooters mainly and it feels slightly smoother and is much easier for me to track enemies. Very impressive panel for it’s current priceEdit: Droppedy rating to 3 stars as the monitor started getting intermittent white lines on it when in use. Swapped out all of the connected cables and the issue is still there. I’m sending it back and just going to use the S2721DGF. It’s been rock solid for me and I did get it at a incredible sale price

I was forced to buy another monitor after my 160HZ HP decided it was time to go after 5 years of hard use and this was the perfect replacement. the IPS panel is a game changer when you want to do literally anything on it other than gaming. the screen brightness is solid and the colors are very good. If you have an Nvidia graphics card do some color correction with the built in software to get the best results out of this monitor. Cheers!

the 1ms gtg is not good at all without freesync if you want a clear picture please use freesync to get the best of the gtg. but overall is a good monitor for competitive pc and console gaming.

Yellowish tone to the display
Monitor looks too yellow with the default profile, with and without included ICM.The Solution I found:Go to custom profile and change the gain. Turn Red and Green down by one. Compare images on your phone with your PC monitor to make sure.Over all, this is a great monitor and looks better after some calibration, no further complains.

Color and refresh rate are the most surprising.
It is well known that the color management of dell displays is the best. I am a designer, and the main reason I chose this monitor is its excellent color, which makes me very excited. In addition, the high refresh rate makes me have a great gaming experience in my spare time. If you want to buy a design monitor, this is your first choice.

Happiest I’ve been from a monitor purchase.
For the discounted price I got it around $220 I am extremely satisfied. The response time for an ips panel is outstanding, I have a hard time distinguishing it from my friends tn panel in motion. But on top of that, very vivid colors. The gsync compatibility works magnificently as well. Would love to reach out to Dell to tell them how happy I am with this purchase

Dollar Per Hz
This is a bang for your buck monitor. It’s a wonderful monitor if paired with the right pc or if you just want the accessibility to get 240hz. It’s so smooth to use and the picture quality is near perfect. It’s no 4k nor 1440p but it’s a wonderful 1080p high refresh rate monitor I’m sure many will be pleased with.

Yea I use this for my PS5, I play Rainbow Six Siege in 120fps and Apex Legends in 60fps. Rainbow is smooth af, if you not a loser and looking for pixel tests or whatever then go somewhere else but I like the monitor, and when I switch to pc I’ll have a 240hz monitor ready to go.

Great monitor for competitive gaming especially for the price
The monitor has great colors, and is extremely smooth.I’m coming from the asus 27” 1080p 280hz which is a great monitor as well but the pixel density on a 27” made things blurry.The 24” is only slightly smaller but provides much better clarity. Text is crisperColors were pretty accurate out of the box but did some adjusting and got them looking nice and inky.This monitor can get bright

For $250 and under just buy it!
I got this monitor for under $250 and it was worth every penny. It’s pretty much the Alienware AW2521HF but without the markup. I believe this is the cheapest 1080p 240hz IPS display you can find right now and it’s great! For those who want to get the most out of FPS or racing games on a budget this monitor will do the trick!

GREAT MONITOR FOR GREAT PRICE!
This monitor has fulfilled all my expectations! I received it very quickly, it was handled with care and packaging was very nice. Fair warning, if you aren’t home to pick up the package, have someone grab it for you or put it somewhere because this doesn’t have a brown box covering it, just the actual box and could be stolen easy! It took 2 minutes to put together and it was good to go. It has nice cable management and is built very well. The display is clear! If you want a brighter display turn up the brightness but stock is awesome in my opinion! It’s a steal for being a dell monitor and only being $209 for a gaming 240hz monitor is an insanely good price. It also comes with a little under glow on the monitor and it looks clean! Really great monitor!

Is this really a budget?
First off, it’s on sale and you need to get it. I like how it doesn’t feel cheap. It comes with a display port, HDMI cable, and a USB C 3.2 gen 1. (Many options to choose from). It also has a blue backlight on the bottom to make it more aesthetically pleasing. (I turned off mines because I have anxiety about power consumption). It is mountable and light so you can take it to travel, use it as a Frisbee, seriously I envy how light it is because I wish it was me. Let’s talk about the hertz. It’s definitely 240 hertz and very great with FPS games. It is slightly better in terms of the response time and a little advantage that you’ll have. The quality is great even though it’s 1080p. Give it a try, adjust your settings, and color calibration.

Perfect all-rounder monitor for gaming and productivity. For $200 this monitor is an absolute steal I suggest you get it now before its gone, I would even go as far as to say it is a great monitor for sub $300 price range. A great 240hz FHD monitor with up and downstream USB 3.2, with plenty of connectivity and a VESA mount. Most definitely a great bang for your buck jack of all trades monitor. I would jump on this deal if you don’t mind getting a monitor under 27″. It was exactly was I was looking for.
