Great display effect and USB port, but with light beeps when on standby.

It has a great display effect and a USB port. But I can hear small beeps when on standby. The beeps disappear when connected to my Macbook. I put the monitor in my bedroom, so I have to unplug it during the night. That’s why I give it four stars. In addition, the price is a little higher than on the Dell website, but the delivery speed is much faster, so I don’t mind the slight difference in price.

    wow!

I have a MacBook Pro on my desk for work. Along with the laptop, they also shipped it an LG UltraFine 24″ monitor. This was 3 years ago and I still remember turning that monitor on the first time and was just in awe of how beautiful the picture was (and how much my personal monitors were not).I’ve been working with that LG as my main monitor and the MacBook propped open beside it for these three years. I do a ton of data work and always have a billion windows open. I finally asked if I could expense a couple of replacements if I kept it reasonable. Go for it.After much back and forth, I picked the Dell S2722QC 27″. Grabbe a pair of them for less than what that LG 24″ is currently selling for used on eBay. What an amazing deal they turned out to be!I have one plugged into the one of the USB-C ports on the left side of the Mac and the other on the right side. It is a 2019 MacBook Pro and it fired them both up without any effort whatsoever. The monitors power the Mac, so these are the only two cables dangling out of it. The monitors act as a USB hub, so I’m able to plug my external HDD and Logitech dongle directly into the monitors and not mess with a USB hub plugged into the Mac.The picture is absolutely great. I placed the LG up in the attic and haven’t missed it at all. Side by side, the LG would probably win a “pretty picture contest” but not by much. I think it was able to reach some deeper blacks than the Dells, but I most definitely didn’t plug these in and have buyer’s remorse about the picture quality. It really is a pretty picture. For the price, it is a gorgeous picture!Very very happy with the choice I made here!

    Monitor was delivered as advertised

Purchased a heavily discounted S2722QC monitor. It arrived in the original packaging with only very minor damage to the box. All contents were also in original packaging. There were no scratches or dings. Monitor took less than 15 minutes to get working using my MacBook Pro with the lid closed. I am extremely happy with the purchase.

    Great option for the price

I bought this monitor to get with my PS5. I read a lot of reviews leading up to the purchase and was honestly on the fence about going with this vs another monitor. I have to say, I’m very pleased with this monitor, but it isn’t without it’s flaws. It says it supports HDR content, and while it does, it’s only HDR10 and honestly it’s pretty washed out with HDR turned on. It is very striking in SDR though. The contrast is deep, the colors are very vibrant, the display itself is very sharp, and the response time is perfectly fine. Now, if you’re looking for a pure gaming monitor, then I would say look elsewhere. It’s only 60hz and doesn’t have HDMI 2.1, but I’ve got my PS5 running through an Elgato HD60x so anything above 60hz is pointless anyway as it doesn’t support above 60 fps at 4K on pass through anyway. If you’re a console gamer, I think you’d be very happy with this monitor. If you’re only doing productivity type work, this monitor will more than suffice.

    Great productivity monitor

I’ve been using this mostly for productivity tasks like coding and the size and resolution give lots of usable space and sharp text. The USB-C connection works to charge my MacBook Pro laptop, which is a nice convenience and means no adapter is required. I’ve used a VESA mount for it, so I can’t comment about the stand it comes with.

Works great with Mac book pro, 1 lightning cable does all include charging and display your MacBook, I got a little magnet connector for easy disconnect without any wear on the connectorsLove the screen, not glossy like the MacBook Pro, This has anti glare screen, Works great for me,I did a little calibration to match the screem of the Mac for color , tint and brightness, Nice monitor

Great for a quick WFH setup!

I needed a larger monitor to replace my current one. This monitor suits my needs as it’s the perfect size. It was easy to setup as it came with an HDMI cable. Great for work but there’s better if you’re looking for a gaming monitor!

    A perfect companion monitor

I already had one of these, so buying another to double my screen real estate was a no-brainer. They work great in tandem (with my windows desktop stretching across them). The resolution on the new one was a little weird initially, but they’re exactly the same now, so it’s like having one giant monitor.

    Nice buys for the price

Bought this to replace a 23″ monitor of a slightly lower resolution. What I like about it:1) Bigger but not so big that it gives motion sickness, eye strain, or too much peripheral width.2) Resolution is good; I am actually running at 2048 x 1280 which is the highest my graphics card supports; there is actually a higher resolution for the monitor, but I think if I used (which I can’t) that resolution would be too small anyway.3) Monitor has some nice peripheral ports usb, usb-c etc; it also has the vertical 90 degree monitor flip, though I have not used that.4) Good price; I have seen this down to $237; u can get it for that +/- near shopping/sales events. The one thing is not so great that others have mentioned as well are the speakers. I have them at 100% and they are still not loud during conference calls. They are convenient to have for things like youtube videos, but you probably still need the hookup for external speakers. Still if compare to the next series up from this you are paying $200+ more, and not getting that much benefit IMO.

Works well with 2024 iMac 24″

I was worried a 27″ monitor would look too big next to my 24″ iMac but the height of the Dell adjusts and lines up quite well with my Mac. The screen resolution is similar too (after some adjustments). Using an HDMI to USB-c cable, I had trouble getting it to connect to the Mac. I figured out the monitor cable needs to be in the first USB-C port, so I moved my other cables over and plugged it into the first port and it worked no problem. There is about a 5-10 second delay for the monitor to wake up from sleep. The Mac wakes up right away, the Dell takes several seconds to wake, but once I realized that’s just the way it is, I got used to it.

    Love this monitor

It’s sturdy and has good image quality. It bends, I can regulate the height, turn it vertical etc. the only down side is that it keeps charging my notebook whenever I connect it to the screen.

    Office Quality

I was always envious of the monitors we were provided in the office. When these were available as a deal, I bought two. They are very nice indeed. Allows me to get a bit more real-estate on the screen (due to the resolution) without buying a huge monitor. My laptop lid now remains closed.

Great except for putting the Ports on the bottom.

Good quality monitor with a fast refresh rate. Good colors as well. The only major gripe is that they put the ports on the bottom, which is a huge pain during set up as you cant see the ports without lifting the monitor with the stand.

    Great monitor – poor speakers

This is my first curved monitor and I was skeptical but it is great. The quality is solid and on-screen appearance is great. I would give 5 stars but the speakers are useless, barely speaking volume. They would be better off removing them and saving the cost.

Discoloration on edges with gray color.

I received this item brand new and it was working but the screen had a defect somewhere in the panel with. I noticed on the edges when it came to the color gray there was discoloration. I ran a color test all other colors seemed fine except gray. I Googled around and on Dells official site someone else had a similar issue and it appeared to be a hardware defect. Anywho I didn’t take that might screen had that issue and I issued a return. I hope the next one I get doesn’t have this issue. I’ll update the review as I go.

Pretty good, but ghosting is quite annoying

This is a pretty decent monitor for the price, the colors are indeed very accurate especially when paired with the rtings color profile. The built in speakers are also better than I was expecting, dunno why everyone else here complains about that. However I’ve found the ghosting on the monitor to be more than I expected, even with the response time at normal. Just something I wish I knew before buying.

Solid monitor all around, but room for improvement

The build quality and picture quality are good. I was able to use the CRU Windows program to overclock the framerate to a steady 95hz (not quite the advertised 100), so everything feels pretty smooth and responsive. I have two complaints. First, it doesn’t get quite as bright as my previous Dell P2425H monitor, which does hurt visibility in a bright, high-glare office environment. But the difference isn’t too severe. And second, the included stand doesn’t go as high as the P2425H, so my viewing angle falls a little short of where I want it. I put it on a little riser, but that was an additional purchase that shouldn’t be necessary.Still recommended if you’re not too picky and can get a good deal.

Beautiful display upgrade for my new MacBook Pro m3

I upgraded my 2015 MacBook Pro to a 2023 macbook pro m3 and wanted a 4K monitor upgrade to go with. This is perfect. (I am a software engineer.)* 27″ is perfect size for working. It feels large without being overwhelming. I’m glad I didn’t get a bigger monitor* The usb-c cable included is all that connects to my laptop. I leave my laptop closed all the time.* I use the two USB-A ports for an external webcam and microphone* I plug in some cheap Logitech external speakers (sounds better than built in)* Display is super crisp and easy on the eyes. I have it set to 2560×1440 @60Hz with HDR enabled.* There may be technically better monitors on the high end, but honestly they are probably incrementally better and most people won’t notice. I never am thinking if only this were more vibrant, etc.* Someone else mentioned that sometimes the screen shows “unable to connect USB”, etc. when waking up the screen. This does happen on occasion but all you have to do is tap your mouse or trackpad and it is back on instantly.I’m glad I didn’t buy the more expensive Dell monitor. However, you should consider it if you need more ports are want to share the monitor and plugged in peripherals between another system using the KVM functionality.

    Game Changer for productivity

Coming from an “almost 4k” monitor with 1440p, this was noticeably sharper for text and drawing reviews which I do for a living. The gentle curve makes the entire screen readable edge to edge, whereas my old 32 inch monitor was fuzzy at edges because it was flat and outside my field of view. HDMI cable was appreciated, and USB-B to USB-A cord for enabling the hub on the monitor was also appreciated (even though I don’t need the latter). Plug and play was also appreciated. Sound quality of onboard speakers was acceptable, I’ll likely buy a separate soundbar but not necessary at moment. If you’re looking for an affordable 4k monitor for work and detailed viewing, get this monitor. You’ll be pleased

I really wanted to love this monitor

I finally decided to upgrade from my Samsung 28″ 4k monitor which I had for 4 years. These Dell monitors are very well constructed and modern looking. The curved look seemed cool so I decide to get two of these Dell 32″ and mount side by side on retractable arms. I soon realized that since the panel was not IPS that you pretty much have to be centered at a focal point for optimal viewing of the curved screen. The colors were also vibrant in the middle and washed out at the edges. The three hundred nits of brightness on these Dells is only good in a pitch dark room. I love how they look, when off, as desk jewelry. But as an everyday workhorse, I leave that to my Samsung and Lg Oled screens. For video and gaming I imagine they are great monitors, but for text and everyday use I prefer flat screens.

    Great picture

This is a great monitor for work. If you work remotely from home and have to have open several different programs to do your job this monitor is what you need instead of two monitors. Great color adjusts up and down and can tilt it also…. Overall it’s great if you’re looking to get rid of two monitors. It’s a game changer for sure.

    Great 32″ Monitor

My previous setup was 3 Dell monitors that my workplace provided all landscape (24″, 24″, 21″). My work is mostly building and proofing Excel models, Powerpoint, and research, and I was looking for a big central monitor to have a wider view in models as well as having a model and a presentation up on my central screen. My setup now is a 24″ monitor in landscape (wide, normal, whatever you want to call it) orientation, this monitor in the middle, and a 24″ monitor in portrait (tall, sideways) orientation on the other side for email, document scrolling, etc.Monitor had everything I needed right out of the box: monitor, stand (very easy to attach), HDMI, USB downstream, and power cables. Initial setup was straightforward as well. Initially the colors were very muted, but I was able to find a good preset for my liking. I connected to my work computer docking station via HDMI and connected my personal computer to the second HDMI input. Pairing a monitor that easily switches between devices along with multi-device inputs makes transitioning between them incredibly quick and easy. I remapped the Easy Access button (the right-most button on the bottom left) to be an input switch so I can hit one button to flip between the two inputs. I have an MX Master 3 mouse and Keys Advanced keyboard from Logitech, so it’s almost seamless to entirely switch between the two laptops.Colors are bright and clear, connectivity is great, and setup was super easy. The curve is noticeable but not dramatic which is what I was going for. The only aspect that I wish were different is the ability to raise the monitor up higher on the included stand. The highest possible level the monitor will raise is just a few inches from my desk, but I could always put a riser of some sort under if needed.Overall, would definitely recommend this upgrade if looking for a work/play monitor with a slight curve. Bought on Prime Day so I snagged it at a good discount, but it’s probably worth the list price based on my experience so far.

About as good as the much more expensive Dell U2720QM monitor (I own both)

I have external monitors at home and work so I can just plug in my M1 Macbook Air and have plenty of screen real estate.I bought this monitor 6 weeks ago to replace an aging 24″ Dell monitor that had served me very well. But 4K monitors have been getting better and coming down in price, so it was time to upgrade.Last fall, I bought the more expensive Dell U2720QM monitor for my office at work. That one cost about $550 (and often cannot be found for less than $650). This one, the Dell S2722QC, costs about $380. I will be comparing them in this review, and – spoiler alert – this monitor, the QC, is pretty much just as good as the more expensive QM.Both the QC and QM models are 27″, 4K, have nice bright screens, and accurate vivid colors right out of the box. Both have wonderfully adjustable stands: there’s the usual tilt & swivel, and you can slide the screen up to a higher position (useful if the screen is plugged into a laptop and the laptop is directly in front of the screen on your desk) or to a very low position where the bottom of the monitor is an inch from the surface of your desk. But the really cool thing is that stand (for BOTH monitors) allows you to rotate the screen 90 degrees so it’s in portrait mode. That’s really helpful for some of my use-cases. It’s also useful to help you see the ports on the bottom edge of the display, when you’re plugging in cables – otherwise they’re hard to see when you’re trying to plug something in.Both of these monitors can replace a USB-C hub. Meaning, you can plug in several peripherals into the monitor and connect the monitor to your computer using just a single USB-C cable. Your computer will get power from the monitor over the same USB-C cable that your computer uses to transmit data to the monitor. And your computer will see all the peripherals that are connected to the monitor as if they were connected directly to your computer. These USB-C hubs are godsends for people with laptops that only have 1 or 2 or 3 USB-C ports. For this reason, I have used USB-C hubs for my offices at home and work; they’re not cheap, but they’re worth it for me.But the USB-C hubs take up desk space and have some cord clutter. With the Dell monitors, I don’t need the USB-C hubs any more. I donated one to my college and the other to a local church. Both Dell monitors have enough ports for me to plug in my printer, my external hi-fi speakers, my external web-cam for Zoom & FaceTime calls, and an external SSD hard drive. So why does the Dell U2720QM cost so much more than this Dell S2722QC? Well, the QM has one or two more ports (for the USB-C hub functionality) than this QC model. And, on paper, the QM seems to have a slightly better display, according to specs. But I have both, and I can’t tell a difference in video quality. Probably people who do a ton of photo and video editing could, but I have good eyes and I can’t tell the difference, and I don’t think most people will see enough of a difference to justify spending $200 more for the QM model.Oh, here’s one more difference: the cheaper QC model has built-in speakers, the more expensive QM model does not. I have to say, I really dislike the sound that comes from the speakers in the QC monitor; it is very very thin and tinny sounding, almost to the point of being shrill and annoying. My laptop speakers (which are not great) sound way better. And that’s a shame, because if you’re feeding video into the QC monitor from HDMI (for example if you plug a blu-ray player into the HDMI port), the audio goes in over the same cable, so the monitor really needs to have its own speakers otherwise it’s difficult to find a way to hear the sound.Bottom line: for most people, this $380 QC model is every bit as good as the QM model that costs $550 or $650 or more, even though both have a gorgeous 27″ 4K display and both have very useful USB-C hub functionality. And the stand’s flexibility is really useful.Highly recommended!

Nice monitor, but it is lacking..

The S3221QS 32 Inch Curved 4K UHD Monitor is a reasonable good monitor. Ok on the specs, but it lacks a height adjustment. I would give it a 3.5 for that, but it deserves better than 3 stars. It is not a gamer’s monitor for sure, but it suffices for business, which is what I use it for.

I have read all of the negative reviews and I believe those customers had was not with the monitor itself, but they are not computer savvy or will not reach out for help; as all of those complaints could have been fixed in the COMPUTER SETTINGS. *Almost* got it right

On the positive side, the image was bright and crisp and the blacks were dark. I was pleasantly surprised by this when comparing against my older LCD monitors.Unfortunately I received 2 monitors in a row which had a fair number of dead pixels so I moved on to another product. My only other complaint is that the stand is not sturdy enough. When my desk moves even a little bit, the large monitor wobbles distractingly. If you have a sturdy and stable desk or will be using a mounting bracket perhaps it won’t be an issue.

Poor Sound Quality and bad port placement.

Love the Monitor for the great picture quality.Hate the internal speakers. Sounds like a cheap transistor radio from the 60’sLove all the extra ports I get with the Hub but hate where they a located. You have to turn the monitor upside down of face down to plug anything I not it.Buy one without the hub and speakers and save some money.

4K clarity at an affordable price

I had resisted the whole “curved monitor” craze because a) I’m not a gamer and b) figured it would mess with my brain. My primary use is for my remote work-from-home office and had been using Dell UltraSharp U3223QE which costs about 3 times what this monitor costs. I had another 32″ monitor that crapped out and had to replace but didn’t feel like dropping another 650 bucks so thought I would give this a shot.Out of the box, it is so easy to attach the base and set up. You can plug in and test it without completely dismantling the packing materials which is important to me since monitors can be so delicate in transit. I was able to use the cords from my old monitor (power cord and HDMI) so I didn’t even have to unpack the cables provided in the original box.I’m using an M3 MBP that my company provided and it works flawlessly. Absolutely no flicker. Colors are decent (though out of the box, it looked like it was in “night mode” with a yellow tinge — but was able to find a setting that looked more like a “true white” during the day. The text is clear as can be. The curve is subtle but does seem to draw you in more than the flat screen. For the money, I never expected to have the quality of a monitor that costs 3x the price but if anything, I prefer this to the more expensive monitor. It is all I can do to swap out the other flat panel to have a matched pair.Build quality is also very solid. I have had monitors where the stand is built upon a plastic base so that if you “type with purpose” (I use a mechanical keyboard and play piano so definitely have a tendency to pound away!), the whole monitor would wobble which is really annoying and distracting. Not an issue with this monitor AT ALL!If you have limited funds but want/need a 32″ ultra clear monitor, this is AN EXCELLENT choice.[LCAR]

    Great Coding Monitor!

I got this to use as a primary monitor for my work-from-home coding job and I’m loving it so far! The monitor looks great and the text is crisp and clear. It’s wide enough that I can work with two windows side-by-side, which is why I went with 32 inches. I’d never used a curved monitor before but I had no trouble adjusting and I do feel like it makes the size a bit more manageable. The only downside I can think of is that the colors are a bit dull compared to my other monitor, which is an IPS panel, although doesn’t really matter for office work. Overall this monitor is a great value for the money. For coding work I don’t think you’ll find anything much better unless you absolutely must have an ultrawide.

    Great Value

I bought this for $250 dollars new. I love the monitor and would buy it again. I gave it 4 stars because the contrast of the picture (in my opinion) is one step down from the more expensive models. However, It was just such a bargain, I can happily live with the tradeoff. The built in speakers work so well I got rid off my external setup. Great overall workhorse monitor, no blurring or lag.

    Good for coding

Edit (5/7/2023): Okay so after owning this monitor for a week or so, I’ve found that the flickering issue is still intermittent. Changing the color profile to RTS did not mitigate it, nor is changing it to any other profile (both on the monitor or in the Mac System Settings) . This appears to be a common issue with Apple’s M1 chips and 4K external monitors (there are plenty of threads about this). I did not know about this prior to buying this monitor and I could not find a definite solution for this. I did not have this issue when I had a 2K monitor with my M1 Macbook, both Dell U and S series 27 inch 2k monitor, and a Viotek Ultrawide 2K monitor also.I’m still debating if I should return this or not and downgrade back to a 2K monitor.I’m leaving it to 5 stars since it’s not the monitor’s fault, it’s the M1 chip.Just a few notes/tips:- I downloaded the BetterDisplay App for the Mac. The license is only $15 and I’ve applied the license to two separate M1 macbooks with no problem. This allows you to enable native resolution scaling, which helps with the scaled resolution clarity somewhat, along with additional fine tuning configs. If you don’t know, Apple has scaling issues with 4k Monitors, refer to YouTube videos for more info.- Setting the color profile to Generic RGB Profile really makes the color pop and the darks darker. So making it closer to the Macbook’s native color vibrancy. This is set in the System Settings > Displays > Select the Dell S3221QS > Set color Profile to Generic RGB Profile (of course you can try out the other profiles too).- Setting the response time to ‘Extreme’ should reduce ghosting (Just found this in some YouTube video)—— Previous Review ———————————————————————Sharp display for coding. I’m a software engineer. I initially made a mistake of purchasing a 2K 32 inch monitor. The text was somewhat pixelated, I knew it would cause eventual eye fatigue. Then, I picked this one up and the texts are very sharp even at 3008×1692 resolution (higher than 2k, less than 4K) which offers more screen real estate than 1440p. I’m happy with it.All I care about is the text sharpness, I don’t play video games nor do I do any kind of video/photo editing, so I can’t comment about the vibrancy and/or color accuracy.Only con I found is that with the standard preset mode, I saw that the backlight flickers when scrolling rapidly through some webpages. But once I changed it to RTS, it went away. Idk, maybe it’s a specific issue with my monitor (I purchased it used).Anyways, no regrets. And to think I was considering picking up the Apple Studio display. Definitely saved me some funds 👌🏽

    Very pleased

Dude, you got a …. monitor. It’s a very nice 4k monitor that has an amazing response time, alright built in speakers. (could be louder). I use external speakers so no problem. The curve seems to help with glares because i have none. All in all it’s fantastic and worth the price. I say get it.

Great 16:9 4k, but Mac needs special cable.

I love the monitor. It is a great price for a 4k if you want a 16:9 widescreen but don’t want an ultrawide. However, when I received the monitor I was disappointed because it flickered. The problem is the cable included does not work with a Mac. **** If you learn anything from my review – be warned that the HDMI cable that ships with this monitor does NOT work well with a Mac. When I first used the Dell monitor cable that came with the monitor, I had the annoying flickering problem that many people have commented on. Moving screen windows, changing color settings and lowering the resolution/refresh rates makes it go away temporarily (or permanent if you really turn the settings down – but who wants a 4K monitor running at 1K???).The solution is a high quality thunderbolt-to-DisplayPort cable. The same blog that gave me that advice also wrote that you can use a certified fancy HDMI cable if necessary but advises against it. I have not tried that. But the standard HDMI cable included does NOT work for this monitor with a Mac (I tried another HDMI cable from my TV, it also didn’t work). So make sure to order a special cable or you may be disappointed.***** The cable I ordered that fixed the problem was a “thunderbolt/usb-c to DisplayPort” cable that was rated for monitors up to 8K monitors. It fixed the flashing problem and I now love the monitor.P.s.: Dell, I would have given this monitor 5 stars if the cable included worked for my computer, or even if the instructions had mentioned/warning that a Mac needs a special cable.

Absolutely Fantastic Picture quality but the Included stand has issues

I got this monitor for a 4K security camera setup but decided to first try it out next to a 2019 Viewsonic 4K Pro-Monitor using some 4K Planet Earth III videos. All I can say is that technology has come a far way! The 2024 Dell just blew the ViewSonic 4K away when it came to details, shading and color. The only problem I had with the Dell is that the included stand interface is dangerous!DO NOT just clip the Monitor into it and lift it up as there is a good chance the Monitor will fly out of the clips and hit the ground. I thank another reviewer for mentioning this after his hit the ground. There is up down lever next to where the Monitor Stand clips in and the Lever does not go back to the correct position properly. If you are putting the stand on and it clicks into place you need to lift the lever Up with your finger until it is level with the surrounding plastic (See Pictures). Even then try to tug at the stand and make sure it wont come off before you lift the monitor off of flat surface. The other issue is if you want to remove the stand the same lever cannot be pushed in enough to get the stand out without some amount of force that might break the plastic clips in the monitor. You need to wedge a small screw driver into the hinge section of the lever and gently pull it down just a bit more until the stand pulls out easily. (See Pictures)Lastly if you are getting a VESA mount please note that the space between the screws and the recessed back that holds the plate in is very small. If you have one of those Multi Size VESA stands, it’s mounting plate may not fit into the sunken square back plate on the Dell Monitor. (See Picture)Even with everything done correctly the Monitor wobbles on the stand when moved.I just got a VESA wall mount and ditched the stand, the Stand is the only bad part of this system.Once gone the monitor is perfect. Excellent picture with 2 HMDI Inputs and a Display port input.Very small Bezel and the Monitor physically looks very nice and is packaged very well.

    These Dell Monitors look great

I put 3 of them side by side, the curve makes then not sit completely even with one another without wrapping around too far on the desk, but overall quite happy with them.

    Perfect for my new Chromebook.

Single wire solution using the USB-C cable to keep my Chromebook charged and direct all appropriate signals between the two. Great monitor for my needs (not a gamer) but not very impressed with the speakers. I should also note that it could really use more USB ports.

Great monitor – maybe a little expensive

Love the actual monitor, curved design and dell reliability. Did feel more expensive. Overall a good buy.

    Sharp images

I initially bought a 32″ monitor with 1200×1080 HD display but that resolution was just not adequate for a 32″ monitor. Replaced it with the Dell 27″ 4K display and the image quality is great!

    Beautiful screen

I use this monitor on a Mac, mostly for light creative and productivity. It’s bright but not harsh. Text is crisp, and whites are “soft,” for lack of a better term. It’s a matte screen, which is perfect for a sunny room. I returned two monitors prior – a Samsung which had major problems, and an LG, same price range. I’m glad I didn’t settle. The speaker is nice to have in a pinch, like a conference call if other audio sources aren’t available. You wouldn’t want to play music through it – that’s not what it’s for.

    Curved monitor

Works well. BUT make sure you understand it is 1920×1080. Still nice and bright. Use it as a work monitor and it has plenty of real estate to work on.

    Fantastic monitor

This monitor has been a tremendous asset to my day to day work. I am able to make it work for me in many more ways than I had with two separate screens. If you have considered a large, widescreen curved monitor, I recommend this Dell model.A quick top: If sharing your screen on MS Teams, you can avoid sharing the whole screen by sharing a “window” and then you have the rest of the screen to keep references open and still see if others have “raised their hand” during a discussion.

Great space-saver & excellent video quality

Highly recommend. I have two (in different locations) & have grown dependent on being able to have multiple legible windows open simultaneously in the same screen, rather than having to shift my attention from one small monitor to another & another. Terrific for CAD & design work. Gorgeous video quality & also good audio, meaning I don’t have to mess with extra, space-hogging speakers. No problems with either monitor in the year+ I’ve owned them.
