Take a Trip in a Delorean 1980’s Here We Come
This is a 5 Star review despite one problem and a couple glitches. Why because first off Doc & Pies Arcade Factory takes care of their customers and secondly the Table Top Game is Amazing. I was quite the kid gamer playing on one quarter for hours on such games as Phoenix, Galaga, and Donkey Kong. I was quickly transported back in time and was addicted after only an hour. There was a problem cosmetically which I’m sure was FedEx fault for how they handled the item. Because despite the incredible packing job my machine suffered some ugly damage right in the front at the base. D&P not only immediately answered me ( within 2 hours) but they offered a fair credit because of the damage. Huge plus and high fives to them on superb customer service.I do have 2 pieves ( but considering the amount of games, the video quality, the exact accuracy of the games from play mode to sound it’s really not a biggie) they are simply the Joystick movements do not support the movements needed to play QBert so that game is lost and the sound I do think it’s nuts that the volume button was designed to be found inside the back of the machine after removing plates and screws. But again the heck w it cause everything else gets a huge huge thumbs up. I highly recommend this seller and their product.

Retro Style action like you remember
Really enjoy this. For those that don’t know you can hold down the player 1 button and it will give you an option to return to the main screen. I found this to be very well made and it has all the classics that you grew up with. They play the same as you remember. Sped up Mrs. Pacman and Packman are favorites. I have been enjoying this for almost a month now. Well worth it over an Arcade 1 up that only has 13 games.

fun distraction
games are lots of fun. Whole family is enjoying playing the games we played in the 80’s. The knob does come loose-plan to put plumbers tape on as others have suggested. The screen was loose in the box and we plan to attach that as well. There were a bunch of loose screws in the box which we have not figured out where they are supposed to be. Also…. in the menu of 412 games, there are about 11 spots that don’t have an associated game so it is actually about 401 games. Not a big deal for us as there are sooo many games and most we don’t recognize anyway. It is a fun distraction during this covid isolation time!

Great Arcade!
Arcade came in faster than expected … they shipped the day I purchased! I have had the arcade only 3 days and have not played many games yet … I have been obsessed with the pinball action game for some reason. Love the arcade and if you spent many hours in an arcade in the early 80’s, you will too. The volume was way to loud for me … but might be perfect for some. We had some difficulty finding the volume control (instructions said on the right of the box and it was finally found underneath the box) but once found volume control was an easy fix. Don’t let age keep you from purchasing an arcade – I am in my 60’s – because it is great for all ages. This is a great item for the Corvid19 quarantine and I’m sure the kids and grandkids are going to love it, too, when they are free to move about the world.

Lots of fun!
Feels like a regular sized arcade. Lots of games. Volume control is possible but requires taking off back of machine. Big snafu with FedEx delivery, and the company was very nice and responsive. My husband couldn’t be happier.

Works Great!
The machine’s games & controls work just like the original arcade versions, Super. Wish the marquis was lit, and would have been nice if the controls deck had a plexiglas overlay, but these are minor complaints. A bit pricey compared to others but you won’t have to do any upgrades with this machine, monitor, joystick & buttons, everything is commercial quality.

Have to turn completely off to switch between games
Other than that and that I can’t control the volume, I would buy it again! Great way to entertain or just paaa the time. I couldn’t sleep one night, got on and played pinball for about 15 minutes, and ent back to bad and knocked out! I would say, relaxing and fun.

Too much fun. Period.
This machine is way too much fun. Other than a problem with the stickers coming off (easy fix with a little spray glue from 3M), this machine has exceeded my expectations. Big display, sturdy build, and truly authentic game play.

Strong construction, great centerpiece!
As a techie I’m really happy with the interface and the controller boards, everything is so sturdy. I have two, one for my house and one for the office and they’re a great centerpiece for conversation and group fun. Games run smooth, overall I couldn’t be happier.

Love this machine,,,412 game has all the classics. You just have to remember it’s slow it’s the 80’s not the 2020 with a high speed processor or a SS drive. Only negative is the volume adjustment ,wish it was on the outside where you can turn it up & down. Can not play and others watch TV it to loud. Sound set for being in an arcade … other than that I’m enjoying .

Great games but WOW on customer service
If you like the old 80s video games this is outstanding. BUT – the customer service is out of this galaxy (pun intended). Had a little issue and they solved it right away. Dare you to find customer service like this; which is something hard to find these days and that is a shame. Support companies like this!!!

Screen went out after a year. Sent Doc & Pies an email about it Monday night, recieved a call from them Tuesday morning. New screen on the way & simple replacement procedure explained. This machine has its problems,but these people are great!

It is the games you grew up playing
Best old school game system. I feel like I’m at an arcade when I’m playing the games. Volume is easily controlled in the back of the system. Very sturdy and sounds just like the arcade.
