LOVE
This arcade has exceed all expectations – especially for the price. With tons of games our family has had endless fun on the machine. My 4 year old is obsessed! It’s been so fun to share these games with my kids. I would highly recommend the arcade and the company – they were great to work with – and they were ACTUAL human beings!

Well worth it and GREAT customer service
Got this machine (412 cocktail) a year ago and love playing it! It came well secured and easy to assemble. Had a minor issue with a power supply a year later and the customer service representative on the phone was super helpful and courteous. The service technician walked me through the troubleshooting to diagnose the issue and they are shipping out a new part with instructions (easy) to correct it. Again, couldn’t be happier with Doc and Pies on this, I was very worried that I would get a machine and be on my own if anything ever happened … not the case!
