Extremely comfy & easy to put together
I recently needed to upgrade from a dining chair to an actual computer chair now that my daughter is doing homeschooling and doing zoom with a friend who moved away as well as getting into gaming. Previously the small amount of work that I had to do for my business on the computer didn’t need anything fancy. Since the computer is getting used a lot more and for 2 to 4 hours at a time, it really really needed to be ergonomic and comfortable. I also couldn’t spend a crazy amount on a $400+ chair. After spending hours reading reviews and looking at listings and getting thoroughly confused, I finally turned to a Facebook group I’m a part of that has a lot of gamers. I asked them what they used and if they like it or what they change. I got three recommendations, and this was one of the three. The person who recommended it to me said it was the best and most comfortable chair that they had ever used. They liked that it had a nice wide seat because she would cross her legs in the chair, and I liked that because I am a large person. She also said that the footrest was actually functional unlike a cheaper chair that she had gotten previously which just would not stay up when using the foot rest. The chair came today, and I have to say it is very cushy. It took me approximately half an hour to 40 minutes to put together, and that includes me using the wrong bolts in one section and having to take them out to put in the proper ones. My daughter also interrupted me a couple of times to ask a question, so it’s entirely possible I could have gotten it done in 20 minutes. I did have to lay the back/seat down once I got it assembled in order to set it on the base with wheels because it is fairly heavy once you get it all together. I’m not entirely a fan that the piston just sits in the wheeled base and then the seat and back just sit on top of that, so there is no permanent attachment at all for those specific pieces. You can simply lift the chair off of the base and then lift the piston out of the base. Hopefully that won’t be too much of an issue, but I could see it being irritating when moving it or something like that. Otherwise, it feels pretty sturdy as well as being well padded. It rolls very smoothly and easily. The adjustments for the arms were easy and smooth. I think my daughter might have a little bit of trouble reaching the recline lever. I’ll try to remember to amend the review after we’ve been using it for a while, but so far I’m very happy with the purchase.

I wanted to love this chair…
After reading all the positive reviews on this chair I decided that I would try it out as well.I’ve had this chair for 3 months now and I use it everyday for at least 6 hours a day. At first this chair was the best chair I’ve purchased to date. Though it didn’t last long.I will list all my personal pro’s and cons from the perspective of a buyer who’s had 3 months with the chair. Things to keep in mind is that I’m a big girl. I weight 270 lbs. and I’m only 5 foot 3 inches. My boyfriend is 6 foot 3 and 300 lbs.Pro’sThe buying and shipment process was really fast! I didn’t have to wait long at all for this chair. It was delivered to my front door within days. Though I can’t remember how long, I will say it was no longer than 4 days. Either way it shipped really fast.It has so much room! So much. My thighs don’t dig into the arms of the chair and they’re adjustable. It has a high back with lots and lots of cushion. The seat is wide and long enough that my 6 foot 3 boyfriend can sit comfortably in it with no problems. It also has lots and lots of cushion. So comfortable. The pull out foot rest is really, really sturdy. Like I’m pretty amazed by this actually. It’s so good. The wheels are silent and glide pretty nicely across the floor without scratching/scuffing it up.This is a really sturdy, heavy chair. Was pretty easy to assemble by myself. The fabric is durable with no tears or rips in it. There isn’t even any signs of the stitches beginning to do so. It’s made rather well and I’m surper in pressed. The cushions on this chair isn’t going flat. It’s just as fluffy as the day I got it.Con’sI haven’t been able to adjust the height on this chair since the day it was put together. As stated, I’m only 5 foot 3. When I sit with my back flat against the chair my feet/legs dangle. This makes it harder, alot harder for me to get comfortable. I’ve been able to deal with this issue simply by using the foot rest. The back isn’t adjustable at all either. I honestly thought it was but mine hasn’t been able to do that since it was put together. Could just be mine I don’t know. Now onto my biggest con. This damn chair has a really bad “lean/dip” to it. I don’t know what the technical term is called. All I know is that it’s leaning/dipping towards the right and it’s now making my back hurt really really bad. To the point that I need to use a heating pad after every time I use this chair.I’m assuming that because of this “lean/dip” issue, that is making the back of the chair feel “looser”. So, not only is the chair “leaning/dipping” to the right but the back of the chair is also leaning back as well. Not straight up like it use to which made dealing with the height problem and previous “lean/dip” issue bearable.Like I said. I really, REALLY wanted to love this chair soooo much, so so much. Specially after paying the price. This chair just isn’t it, Sadly. :cEdit: I contacted the seller and explained my issue with this chair. They messaged me back pretty much instantly. They’ve offered to replace the chair with a new one in the colors of Grey, Beige and Tan. Sad that Black or Dark Grey wasn’t offered since I did purchase the Black one but hey! I appreciate them at least doing this and I can possibly find seat covers.I will be adjusting the star rating from 2 stars to 4 stars.

Comfortable and very adjustable
Definitely worth the money. I am more of a petite female and I got it to be able to sit cross-legged, but the arm rests also move up and down, the chair is very adjustable, and it is SO comfortable. The lumbar pillow helps me with my posture as I work entirely from home in this chair. I also love the foot rest to be able to stretch my legs out. It is also very heavy.

Awesome Chair
I normally look at reviews when I find something I want. I didn’t find one unflattering review for this chair so I bought it. I was eager to get it put together and try it and all I can say is I am very pleased with the quality of the chair. I sit a lot at the computer at home and some of that time is watching movies, mostly gaming. With this chair I will be able to recline instead of sitting up hunched over, I can’t wait to experience watching a movie.All-in-all I am majorly happy with this. It was easy to assemble, perfect width of the seat for bigger people like myself, no squishing by the arm rests. Just perfect. I highly recommend this if you are a bigger person and looking for a comfy chair to while away the hours in front of the computer.

Just ok
The back is comfy, the back height, seat size and armrests are all great. My biggest issue is the apparent lack of cushion in the seat. I can’t sit in it very long without having to completely shift because my tailbone hurts, which kinda sucks considering I bought It for gaming. The footrest is nice to sit cross crossed without folding my legs super tight but is too small and flimsy to really put my feet up. Again, the main issue is the lack of cushion of the seat.

Comfortable and Great Quality / Poor Shipping
Definitely a good chair to sit in. I very much prefer the fabric material over pleather due to the hot and cold weather. Though it is a bit tougher compared to the pleather version. Putting the chair together took me about an hour. The only complaints I have would be the arm rests not going a bit higher to accommodate criss cross in your legs as you sit in the chair. The other would be how far the chair leans back. My other office chair leans about 15° more than this chair does. It kind of feels like it stops halfway and should go further, but it doesn’t.Biggest issue I had was the way the product was shipped. I received the chair completely open from the bottom. When inspecting the product, some of the components were scuffed and had dirt marks due to the floors it has been moved on. I’ve attached some pictures to show the markings from the shipment.Aside from that, a very well designed chair for its price point. It would have been nice if a chair could tilt a bit more and allowed tall folks to criss-cross while sitting in the chair. Theoretically you could crisscross your legs but I would have to put the armrest all the way down as my legs rest on top of the armrests.

Comfy
I needed a chair that could double as an office chair for desk work, and a recliner for TV watching. I love that it’s fabric and not that sticky pleather. My only complaint is the arms. I love that they go up and down, they’re just too short lengthwise. They need to extend several inches farther back. When you’re in the reclining position the arm rests are so far forward you cannot use them. Other than that, it’s a good solid chair.

Pictures are a little deceiving
It is a great chair I love how big it actually is and it is very sturdy, the fabric is very nice and is one of the best chairs that I have used myself. My only complaint is that in the photos it seems like the back and sides have way more cushion than what you actually get, the padding is very thin and should be fuller for the price you pay!

Very good, especially if you have cats
I bought this because my cats tore up the fake leather chairs and so far it’s working wonderfully. The fabric itself is tough and almost carpet-like. This could be a pro or con depending on what you need it for me. Since I have cats it’s a fairly big pro, but if you are looking for a soft fabric then this really isn’t the product for you.I’ve had 3 different chairs for my computer desk, a recliner that sat rather low, a gaming chair, and this. This chair sits high and I had to actually adjust my monitors because of it. at max height I can basically see over my computer tower which sits on my desk. As for comfortability, I have to say it’s very good. It has a better cushion than my $120 gaming chair I had years ago, and better than my ~200 dollar recliner. The cushion is fairly thick and the supports can’t be felt under the cushion. The chair itself is really easy to assemble having something like 20ish screws with the rest just snapping into place.Overall if I could give it a 4.5/5 I would. Some parts feel cheaper, such as the plastic bits hiding the actual bar that holds the chair connecting it to the wheels. The price is also another big con, as there are probably cheaper options.

Free replacement part advertised for product not being provided
The ad says free 1 inch lower gas cylinder replacement if chair is too high. I have reached out to the seller multiple times to get this but I have not heard back from them. This chair sits up way too high if you are on the shorter side so buyer beware.i updated review to 4 stars. chair is pretty good, still sits a little too high after receiving the replacement part but its a little better.

Good Product, Slow Customer Service
Edit: After a lot of struggle I was able to get this chair together despite the state it arrived in and it performs well and looks great after some repair. Especially after I swapped in my preferred casters. I can’t blame the product team for this screwup, this seems to be wholly on the shipping team. I would still recommend the chair itself, just keep a watchful eye for any screwups. Customer service did eventually offer me a partial refund.Previous Review: I got this item on discount during a sale and they sent me a clearly used and repackaged one. All the screws were already out of their original packaging and placed in a ziplock bag, other than a few. The bottom of the chair fabric was incredibly damaged from previous assembly and disassembly.

Comfortable office chair for 6’5” person
Great value for the money. Got black so it wouldn’t show the dirt. Once you learn adjustments to your liking, it’s great! The footrest is cheesy though. Recommend

I love it!
Easy to assemble, super high quality. I was hesitant to buy it at first as I’m a smaller woman & there were some complaints about height & the size of the backrest, but it’s obvious from the listing that this is a big chair & it turned out to be about what I expected. Super comfortable, great height from the floor, love the footrest. I saw a lot of complaints about the lumbar support pillow as well, which I don’t really care for it much but it’s completely removable so I just took it off. The chair provides adequate lumbar support alone. It rolls really smooth too.I love everything about this chair, & actually searched for a long time & didn’t find anything like it. It’s perfect for what I need, & I’m so glad I got it.

Great product!
For me it’s perfect (I’m 158cm/5’2?) but for someone taller it seems like the neck support is too short. Unfortunately because my boyfriend loved it also and would also like to order it if that wasn’t the case.Easy to assemble but very heavy, so assitance is recommended. And helpful customer service.Would have loved it more if it could be tilted back more but the design seems very thought out. I’ve looked far and wide to find an office recliner that isn’t leather and the material feels great and feels stylish.9/10

like it because it will hold alot of weight in case others sit in it, the seat could be a little more padded if it was perfect

Great chair, sits at a better angle for me.
My job has me sitting longer as standing even with a stand up desk is uncomfortable. This chair plus a memory foam extra cushion makes trading off between standing and sitting better than any other options over the past few years.

It’s a chair.
The back is well padded, the seat is kind of hard. I added a cushion to it.The chair was too tall for me (5’3) and they shipped the shorter insert really fast. You can see in the picture it’s not really much shorter. The higher quality wheels are great, but they are taller than the cheap wheels, so it’s kind of a wash in the height department.I really like the footrest feature. The recline is nice too while sitting through meetings. I’m not heavy so there is plenty of room to move around and sit with my legs folded under me.I’ve had it for about a month and it’s fine so far.

This is the one
I went thru a bunch of chairs to finally end up on this one. After having to trash a super comfortable $$$ chair due to the “bonded” leather falling apart in just over a year, I knew I had to go with fabric. It took me a couple of tries to find the right one, but this one is super comfortable, it’s a keeper.

Amazing chair for leg cross sitting!!
I’ve had this chair for about a week now and I couldn’t be more in love with it!! As mentioned in the description of this chair, “Big and Tall Office Chair 400 lb Weight Capacity”, it is a bit bigger than a regular office chair. I’m 4’8 and tiny to the point that my feet dangle from the seat even while on the lowest setting, which is fine for me since I normally sit in chairs with my legs crossed; and the seat has enough room for me to do so. Add on the fact that the chair reclines enough to feel relaxed and a pullout footrest, is a nice touch. The material of the chair is nice and comfortable enough for me to sit in for my 10-hour-a-day job, plus gaming, or illustrating. I will say, I wish there was a little bit more cushion, but it’s not enough for ME to complain about. The chair does come with a small pillow for your lower back, as extra lumber. Another thing I do love is the customer service is great! I have carpeted floors in my office so the wheels that came with the chair had a hard time rolling without a little force. I emailed customer service about this and they sent me brand-new, upgraded, rubber wheels for FREE! They shipped to me quickly and fit perfectly on the chair! All in all a very solid office chair. Definitely, will probably be buying another one in the future, since my boyfriend also loves my chair!

Great Office Chair
I really like the support the chair gives me. I work from home, and I can say that it works well. The only thing that I changed out on this chair were the wheels. I found the wheels to be difficult to maneuver on. They appeared to be cheaply built. Other than that I would say for the price it is well worth it.

So comfy
Needed a mallet to get the wheels in, but otherwise assembly was easy. This chair is so super comfortable, I like it so much more than I thought I would.Only reason I knocked off a star is because the little rubber rings that are designed to hold the footrest in place have both already snapped and broken off and I have only had this chair for 3 months. I think with the price point, parts should not already be breaking after 3 months.

amazing chair
This chair is amazing, while it is very comfortable, it also helps my posture with its professionally placed cushions. The fabric is very soft, and the seat is super big, so i can sit comfortably. The leg rest is also very soft, and when you dont want a leg rest, it folds away like it was never even there.

Bought another one but the seat foam is not right in this one
I bought one of these in the beige color and love it. It is almost the perfect office chair. I ordered a second one in black and have noticed the foam in the seat cushion is missing in certain areas. Primarily right in the middle front and the rear of the cushion. I am going to email them and ask if I can send back just the seat cushion for a replacement instead of the entire chair. If I can’t do that I am going to bring the cushion to an upholstery shop and have them customize the cushion with Sunmate foam. It is the type of foam used in custom wheelchair cushions and some of the best on the market. They are located in the same state I live in too. If I go this route I am also going to have them t nut the armrest holes 2 inches rearward. The armrests are comfortable if you are sitting up straight but when you recline back all the way they are too far forward to support your arms. Particularly for me when I am holding my gaming controller.I was originally thinking of having the seat foam replaced anyways because it always compresses over time and the Sunmate would make an amazingly comfortable chair that would last for years. They have soft, medium, firm, pudgy, you name it. I am going to make the cushion at least 4″ thick.

Super comfy
I’m 5’11 and 275lbs. This is a good chair. Adjustable arms that go up or down so I can slide the chair under my desk. A pull out foot rest. A lumbar pillow. Adjustable reclining back. Adjustable seat hight. Sure came with a lot of bells and whistles. Also I like the fact that it’s fabric and not that fake leather that will peel. It was easy to build. Let’s say a half hour total. Taking it out of the box, building it and removing debris.

I want to like it, but it’s too big.
***Update: The seller reached out and has offered a refund! I appreciate their quick response and excellent customer service. 5 stars for the seller. 4 stars for the chair.I bought this office chair to be comfortable and recline a bit occasionally. After three weeks, I want to like it, but…It’s too big for me. I’m 5’6″ and there’s a couple inches from my body and the back of the chair when sitting at a desk. I’m in the chair about 10 hours per day. The high-back sides appear in my video during meetings, even with backgrounds. It looks like I have these huge ears and is very distracting. The seat: the way the cushioning is situated and the stitching – there’s more padding in the middle of my sitting area and less on the sit bone area. And it feels like I’m straddling something rather than sitting in a comfy chair. And I’m noticing my lower back having issues since the support isn’t there. I do like the adjustable armrests and the reclining feature with the legrest.Another issue: I’ve gotten rid of the box. So I would have to pay a pretty penny to get it boxed up and shipped back before I get a refund. It would be cool if the seller would contact me and see if we can work something out.

It took longer to get to me
I LOVE the chair! It’s soooo nice and comfortable. The only thing that I would say is that they need to PACKAGE IT BETTER! It’s a white chair, I should not have dirt or anything inside of the packaging of an all white chair. So yes my chair did get a little dirty but I can fix it. Also, it took longer than expected. They kept delaying my package so I ended up getting it 6 days later than the delivery date.

Great price for a great chair
It’s super comfy and sturdy, designed for folks up to 400 lbs. What’s really cool is the high back design and footrest – they make those long hours at the desk way more bearable. Plus, it’s got this ergonomic design that’s all about easing back pain, which let’s face it, is a lifesaver for us gamers/work from homers. And let’s not forget about the style – the white fabric gives it a sleek, professional vibe that’s going to look great in any office. So, if you’re on the hunt for a chair that offers comfort, support, and looks good doing it, the Efomao Fabric Office Chair is definitely worth checking out. 😊

I like the deep tilt on the backrest and the comfort of the chair overall. Loved the leg rest. Only thing that was missing was that the seat cushion itself doesn’t tilt with the backrest. It stays mostly flat when you lean back causing you to slip forward a bit on the seat cushion. Which plays with your arch support. That’s why they give you the small pillow.

its okay for a few hours not 8 plus
I am a software developer, and I spend a lot of time at my desk, I was looking for a comfortable yet affordable chair where I can sit for long periods. When I came across this I loved the style and the chair and also the review wasn’t bad, so I went a head and purchased it. assembling this was easy although it was missing some screws i reach out via email and no response anyway the chair was comfortable for about 2 1/2 hours then I was getting a little uncomfortable. I should of did more research but overall its an okay chair for the price.

Love it!
Chair arrived quickly but the tools, and bolts were missing. Immediately contacted the manufacturer customer support and the response was quick – tools and bolts shipped via FedEx the next day! The chair was super easy to put together, the seat is still a little stiff but the back support was what had me ready to buy! I work from home, 8 to 12 hours a day, 5 days a week and I’m super happy with this purchase!

Truly For the Big and Tall
My husband is 6’5” and 275 so this is exactly what he needed not only for his height but to support his weight. Many chairs say big and tall but the height limitations of the chair won’t support the leg length of a taller person; resulting in discomfort and for the hydraulics in the chair to give out as fast as if the person exceeded the weight limit.I fussed about the price at first but it’s worth it and nearly as expensive as some executive chairs on the market. The padding is soft and makes for a comfortable seating for long periods if required.

Great for fidgeters
Some folks have noted that this chair is huge, which is 100% true. I’m a person who fidgets a lot when working and it’s the perfect size for changing sitting positions. I am 5′ 6″ and can comfortably sit with my knees tucked up to my chin in this chair or criss-cross-apple-sauce.There’s plenty of padding and support on this chair. The only draw back is that assembly is a little trickier than expected; I had to start over a couple of times before everything came together.Would recommend!

Pretty decent chair, and Very good customer service
Don’t know yet how durable it is, but so far so good, The Chair is comfortable, although somewhat tall-ish, but that wasn’t a problem, I contacted the seller, following the instructions that come with the item, and the shorter cylinder was sent to me Literally the next day. It is built sturdy at a glance and the faux leather is good. The only problem I have with it is the footrest, it is designed for average feet and legs, so it’s pretty much useless for me, but this is the case with virtually every other chair on the market, so it’s not a deal breaker for me.

We had encountered some issues with the product, however, the seller reached out to rectify the situation. I am happy with the resolution and the prompt response from the company to fix the concerns.

Sturdy and comfortable
After using the chair daily for over six months, it has shown no signs of wear or tear and remained sturdy and comfortable to sit in. The provided added cushion is very nice either set up against your lower back or as a pillow for your head if fully reclined with the footrest. The customer service team offered to send out different wheels, which are currently on the chair, and seem to work even better than the originals (which worked just fine as is).Overall, a great product for the price. Draping a microfiber blanket over it has helped make it even softer and more comfortable to sit in for hours whilst working from home.

Most comfortable office chair and great customer service
This chair is fantastically comfy! I was tired of the traditional gamer chair with its stiffness and needed something softer. I could not be more pleased with this, even the arm rests are comfy. The cost is right for the chair and my wife loves it so much we bought another to replace hers! It’s easy on the eyes too, it looks nice. The Custer service was awesome too! Got a replacement set of wheels that they shipped for it if you ask them. They were timely and accommodating. Had an issue with the stitching on the pillow and they shipped a replacement no questions asked. Very nice work here!

Comfortable but issues with foot rest
This chair is nice and very comfortable, it was easy to assemble but the foot rest doesn’t have anything mounting it fully to the chair. If it slides out too far it will just fall right out of the holes it sets in.

Very nice chair and comfortable
Very nice good quality chair, assembly was easy, and took about 45 minutes. I like that it is cloth and more durable than pleather, the pillow cover is great support for back or neck, and the cover can be taken off and washed. I like the laying back feature and the easily slide-out foot rest. The color gives it an expensive look and fits in great in my office. The arm rests are comfortable and even after long sitting time, my body feels relaxed. Would definitely purchase again.

Excellent as a lightening deal
At regular price I might take a star off as it doesn’t have very many adjustment options, and the back isn’t as straight up as I would like (maybe because of deep seat), but at the lightening deal price this was an excellent choice! Easy to put together– you won’t need your power tools. Wide seat you might be able to sit cross-legged on. A deep seat that might put the back too far back for some. First time I’ve had one with one of those incorporated foot rests and that is really terrific! So, can’t comment on durability, but first impressions are all good. Seat seems fine, not too hard as others have commented.

Best chair I’ve ever owned
I searched for hours, looking at so many chairs, reading reviews and specs, until I finally came upon this one. Great cushioning, super comfortable, I can sit here for hours upon hours at a time (gaming and working at home) and my bottom doesn’t ache lol. The foot rest can also kinda make it possible to sit criss crossed if you don’t pull it out all the way. I like the reclining feature A LOT. Just get this, end your search here. Worth it.

Comfortable chair, but base doesn’t recline
Overall a super comfortable chair. Definitely fits a bigger body style than a lot of the thinner gamer-style chairs. I also greatly prefer the fabric over fake leather, which is nice. Only drawback is that the chair base doesn’t recline like I thought it did. Back reclines nicely and can be set to preference if you want it static. Good chair overall. Only thing keeping it from near perfect is the fact the seat itself doesn’t recline.

best reclining office chair upgrade
I got this chair because my old leather pu office chair is cracking and peeling. This time I decided to go with a clothe one so I don’t have to deal with that in the future. This was a great choice with adjustability for rear back recline which is in addition to the chair tilt when trying to recline. I was deliberately looking for something like this because it add to the comfort and the leg rest is a very crucial perk as well. The chair is cushioned enough and the feel of the material is durable.i would recommend a cover for these types of chairs since it would be different to wash in case of spills.

Received incorrect color. Satisfied with chair
It’s too much of a hassle to return it for a minor cosmetic error. I got a tan chair instead of grey. So don’t get too attached to the color you pick I guess
