Huge card! But incredible graphics!
I bought this for a nearly 8 years old desktop that I put together in 2015. I’m upgrading from a evga gtx 960 to this card. The difference is night and day. I’m playing Resident Evil 4 remake and I’m just blown away by the incredible graphics. I’m loading up the older Resident Evil 2 remake which I could play with reasonably high graphics with my old card but this card really blows it away. I’m just amazed by the difference in graphics.I choose the evga card because it’s a trusted company for me. I like how easy and supportive the company is and I hope they come back to the gpu market and I can upgrade in the future. I plan to rebuild my pc next year and if evga has a new card then I’ll go with them.Only con I have is the size of this card. My case does not contain it. I actually had to break out the hammer and knock out some metal bars that were preventing me from pushing this in. It accrually popped my cpu fan off and my computer came to a slug speed. I thought I was done for but luckily I caught the loose fan and once I put that back in all was well. I also had to order a new evga vga cable since I had a 1000 watts psu but only 1 8 pin cable. Once I got the new psu cable my pc ran top notch.Overall I recommend this card. I’m not a huge gpu know how so I really can’t say it’s the best but the graphics difference is amazing and so much so I don’t see a big issue. I also think you have to consider the size difference. It’s HUGE and it’s not a joking statement but make sure you have enough room going back and outwards.

Glad i was finally able to get one…
Glad i was able to get it at a discounted price, but it still felt high for its price point, but im happy with the card, it worked “right off the bat” with no complaints, i took the chance and went for it as i wanted to upgrade from my 1060. The card is noticeably loud when under load, but that depends on the game and settings being used. Otherwise its fairly quiet.

I can’t believe I got my hands on a new GPU!
Bought this item with some skepticism given the current situation with the GPU market. Within 24 hours I received notification that the order had shipped and it even arrived 1 day early! The item was in it’s original packaging and there were no signs of mishandling. Aside from making room in my case to get enough clearance to install the graphics card, installation was fairly simple. My games look great and my frames are high. Despite running games on maximum settings, I was very impressed by how quiet it runs as well. The temperature of the unit was 68°C while running a game.The only thing I would say about this product is that if you get a GPU of this size you should install it on a normal sized motherboard rather than a micro. If i ever want to add a hard drive I will need to take out my GPU.

Really Impressive GPU
This graphics card delivers some insane performance, and will allow you to play basically every single game with ultra graphics at a high frame rate. It is very silent, and I could barely hear any fan noise coming out of it (even while overclocked).Overclocking it is very easy with EVGA’s software and was able to get a very impressive oc. One thing to consider is this card has much higher power limit (300W) compared to most other 3070 models (240W)

A good GPU, was able to get it for a good price, did require upgrading other OEM components
I was upgrading my son’s computer from a gtx 2060 to this card. Got it for a good price, works great, though we had to upgrade his computer to a new case and motherboard since the HP Omen 30L series GTX13-0024 did not fully support the card’s length and the proprietary HP AMD motherboard’s designed location for motherboard power connector interfered also with installing the new GPU into PCIe slot. Replaced motherboard, case , and cpu cooler to complete the upgrade.

Nice, clean looking card
Overall very good card.I have had it for just over a month now and I have had no issues at all. The RGB looks very clean, even though I am not usually a fan of RGB equipment. It performs exactly as I expected, easily hitting the 144hz I need for my monitor in almost all games I play (Valorant, Tarkov, R6, Fallout 4, etc.)Very satisfied with this, as I have needed an upgrade from my GTX 1060 for a long time.

R.I.P. eVGA GPUs… managed to snag this one days before they announced they were leaving the market
I’m not sure if you’ll be able to find one of these, as eVGA has exited the market after being my trusted GPU manufacturer for what seems like an eternity, or at least for my last 4 PC builds.But for 1440p gaming, I rarely go below 100fps even at ultra settings. If you’ve got a monitor that demands a good GPU at a higher than 1080p resolution, I found this GPU as the sweet spot between price/performance after careful review/selection of components as I was building my PC in October of 2022.I’ve been very pleased with it.

Big improvement over my aging RTX 2070
Works like I expected. Only drawback is it’s big and heavy. My case is big and motherboard mounts flat, so weight and size wasn’t an issue. I did have to manually flip up the locking clip with my pinky, the GPU sits right on the chipset cover.

well, it runs chill, very chill – something about 63 Celsius fully loaded in my case. lazy overclocking gives me 2070mhz boost (+150 core) and some memory speed (+250mhz). overall, I guess nvidia became crazy with their pricetags and fake FPS, so next time I’ll try AMD.

Great Balance Between Budget and Performance (for a graphics card)
I’ve always liked the xx70 series as they tend to be the perfect balance between cost vs. performance, though that’s not saying much nowadays as they are still getting gouged by scalping (and even the manufacturers are raising the MSRP due to demand/supply).The card runs pretty cool idle, 48-50C on idle, and just over 60C under load without assisted cooling.

Can Overclock to 2GHz+ Boost Clock
I’m your average tech nerd that was finally able to wait long enough before my good ol’ 980ti was starting to have issues.Basically, this card is a beast and can easily be overclocked with MSI Afterburner.2010Mhz Boost Clock8000Mhz Memory Clock~275 Watts average under heavy load (~0.4 kw/h with my system)~80c avg temp under heavy load (you do have to nudge the fan speed up)Still stable after 2+ hours of running Unigine Heaven Benchmark as I write this review.

Great GPU
The GPU market opened up to normalization again and this grabbed my attention. I was timid due to the economic value and state of health of the GPUs when it comes to shopping online and possibly getting a card that was used in a mining op. This card has been pretty outstanding and I would highly recommend one to any of my friends that were using something a slightly better than a GeForce Windforce GPU.

Surprising 4k results
Works well with an old r5 3600 and b450 I had. Threw it in a build for the bedroom and it games well on a 55 inch 4k tv. Really pleased with the thermals despite it being in a moderately ventilated bookshelf. Get it before it’s gone, these EVGA cards will be keepers now that they’re not making em anymore.

heard they were getting rid of these, and i’ve been dying to upgrade for so long. luckily i had enough saved up to snag this before EVGA quits the graphics card for good! what a relic! my previous graphics card was a gigabyte 1650, and this is a massive upgrade. so far, no problems running high quality at 144 hz, and vr looks amazing!

Works great
Helped build a pc using this gpu, and have no real issues. Computer works fine. Plays Forza Horizon 5 on 1080p with far more than 100fps on high. I play on a similar version gpu and get a bit over 100fps at a mixture of high and medium settings on Forza as well. Can’t complain.

Amazing card if you get it at retail price!
This is a really great card for gaming and 3D rendering! Luckily retail prices have dropped and they’re not too pricey anymore. I 100% recommend this card if you get it at retail. The fans are incredibly quiet and I have had no heating issues. It is a 3 fan card so make sure your case is large enough for your card.
