When I set out shopping for my secondary display (which was intended to function as a dedicated monitor hooked up to the EVGA RTX 3080 I was extraordinarily lucky to get my hands on not long after release. In this way, it would ideally need Nvidia-specific display rendering technology, but because my system was setup with dual GPUs, it also would ideally have robust support for AMD graphics too. Oh, I also wanted a display capable of 1440p resolution and 100+ Hz refresh rate.Needless to say this monitor checked all those boxes and then some! At the time I bought it perhaps two years ago it was much more expensive, but I think now that prices have come down, this monitor not only handles displaying a quality, vibrant picture with ease, but it does so fora fair price, too. Most people won’t be using it as part of some complex dedicated VM setup, but honestly, thanks in no small part to the efforts of Steam’s team along with games developers, gaming on Linux is a perfectly achievable endeavor as contrasted with ten or fifteen years ago. I’ve seen some folks saying the latest updates of Win 11 are more unstable than Linux, especially since it’s trivial to find out if a game is Steam Deck Verified and therefore very likely to run fine on any distro (like SteamOS) built for gaming or by installing and configuring the appropriate tools yourself to make it happen.Anyways, Iove this monitor and would gladly buy more for other purposes if needed.

It was perfect the quality was nice has a pretty good curved display has 2 hdmi ports and 1 display port in the back and color accuracy wasn’t great out of the box but after collaborating it it was amazing. The only downside of this monitor is the stand included with it. It is only able to tilt up and down but not able to go up or down I would personally recommend buying a stand to go with it but other then that I would say this is one of the best monitors for the price. If it’s is under 200$ would recommend but if it is not I wouldn’t recommend. And one more thing the size is really good for the price.

Coming from console gaming and playing games on a TV screen, things turn up a level when you have a souped up PC and a nice monitor. This is my first gaming monitor and I’m not disappointed at all. I bought this to replace an old Acer that was only 1080p. Gaming on this LG monitor made my games a whole new experience. I wanted to get the best out of my card and display some I’m using the DisplayPort cable. The screeen is bright and because of HDR and the accurate colors everything just pops! For now I’m glad I didn’t spend the money to get a 4K monitor. It just didn’t seem worth it for how much I game on my PC vs work.

I loved the monitor, for it’s cost I’d say is as good as you can get. There’s and Issue I didn’t see anyone mention and LG support confirmed it for me, whenever you don’t have enough bright pixels the light dims a bit, it’s just annoying at most and on other monitors this wouldn’t happen when SMART SAVING is off, but in this one that setting seems to do nothing.Reallt great though and that’s why I leave 5 start review, LG was honest on their support too.

Once you get the screen adjusted they work great! I love this monitor very well made! No dead pixels! Power cable should be just a little bit longer!

I bought this when I got my new gaming rig and I couldn’t afford to drop 1k or whatever for a top of the line monitor but I wanted something better than my 1080p Asus. This has been so much better. The controls are quick and easy and intuitive, unlike my previous monitor. Excellent picture quality, gaming experience is much improved. The only thing I wish it had was speakers but honestly I don’t ever use the monitor speakers so i didn’t feel it was worth taking off a star. This is the perfect size for me too. The height is adjustable, which it great because I like my monitors to sit a little higher. It can be rotated too but I don’t use that. If you can’t afford to drop a ton of money on a top of the line monitor, or just don’t want to, but still want high quality, this is an excellent choice.

I love this monitor. I know it’s not a high end computer monitor but it works great with my Xbox series s and I would definitely buy another one.

Just received this 27″ LG edge-to-edge display today. Absolutely flawless in display quality. It is attached to my laptop via HDMI. I wanted a larger display. It wasn’t obvious at first how the monitor would maintain a vertical position. But, quickly discovered the weight of the display maintains the vertical position when mounted on the provided display mounting base. I use Linux Mint with the 200% display setting as with the 100% setting the characters are too small. The 200% setting seems to work perfectly for me. Display characters are rendered very precisely. The default brightness is a bit brighter than what I would prefer so I need to find how to adjust that. The display easily tilts front-to-back and vice versa. As well it adjusts vertically very easily. The screen can be rotated by I probably will never use that feature. So far very pleased.

I ended up buying a second one of these because how great they are and have been waiting for sales to buy a third for my gaming computer.

Received the monitor on time, and undamaged. It was very easy to set up and works wonderfully – it is the second monitor of the same make and size that I have purchased.
