This mouse, I tell you.
This mouse is so smooth, responsive and just awesome. Normally I don’t leave reviews, but I had to leave one for this. Save the money if you need to, get this mouse, your wallet may be hurt, but you’ll be happy. Happy with this purchase.

Classic G502 Feel with a Star Wars Twist
As a longtime fan of Logitech mice, especially the G502 series, I might be a little biased, but I absolutely love this mouse! The Logitech G502 X PLUS Millenium Falcon Edition has everything I’ve always appreciated about the G502—smooth tracking, great ergonomics, and that solid feel—but with an extra dose of awesome thanks to the Star Wars design. The LIGHTSPEED wireless works flawlessly, and the RGB lighting adds a nice touch. The only thing I miss is the option for adjustable weights like the older versions had. I loved being able to fine-tune the weight, but even without that, this mouse still delivers in every other way.If you’re a G502 fan or a Star Wars enthusiast (or both!), this is a must-have addition to your setup!Pros: Classic G502 design, seamless wireless performance, awesome Star Wars-themed aesthetics. Cons: Miss the option for adjustable weights.

Reviews say this mouse is great for large hands… I think not
Ok. Logitech. Top notch. This mouse is a good solid performer. Does the job of a mouse. Software is easy to use, sorta. it is comfortable but I have a big hand. If you look up Elecom Large size trackball mouse. Is the one with a pad for your palm. Thats a HUGE mouse. Very comfortable but I wanted to come back to using a more traditional mouse. Reviews from here, from youtube, they all said its great for large hands. Not for me. I have large hands and i still struggle. I wish it was a tad bit longer and more wider. Anyways. I got the RGB one and customization on it is awesome. Very lightweight, long use time per charge, but slippery slime ball. I bought the Pulsar Super Grips for it. The grips made a World of difference for me for this mouse.FYI, i came from using not only the Elecom Large trackball mouse, or other trackball mouse from that brand, I also used Razer Deathadder and Ouroboros before them, and I used the Logitech MX mouses. Hopefully to give you an idea of the size. Ouroboros as a traditional mouse was my go-to, MX mouses come second and last is the Deathadder. If there are Any larger mouses out there! Let me know! Im still searching for one!

Great mouse
For me personally, this style of mouse is extremely comfortable. And I havn’t found one with this many remappable controls in ergonomic areas. If you already have a G502 lightspeed, I’d only really consider this one for minor weight reduction and longer battery life. But if that’s what you desire this is great.

I had originally “upgraded” my wired G502 Hero to the G502 Lightspeed (note: not the “X” Lightspeed, but the older model without the “X” in the name). The scroll wheel on the G502 Lightspeed was too loose. It would rattle when moving the mouse with the scroll wheel in Freespin mode. I returned that mouse and decided to try this newer model.I’m happy to say that the scroll wheel issue isn’t present on the G502 X Lightspeed. I can keep it in Freespin mode without any rattling. The buttons also feel a bit more tactile than my G502 Hero, which I appreciate. The only thing I would change on this mouse is the recessed trim lines where the RGB would be (if this were the Pro model). You notice the recessed feeling in your palm, and it was a little distracting at first. I’ve stopped really noticing it, though, so it’s not a dealbreaker for me.

Great Mouse, Long Battery Life
I LOVE this mouse! The battery lasts for a really long time when used wirelessly. I’ve had it for quite a while now and have had no problems with it at all! I love the look of the white, very slick and nice looking!

First impressions: a little bit mixed
I just received this mouse, and have not had time to properly adjust to it yet, so this review is just my very initial impressions.I have been a g502 fan since I started playing PC games a few years back. I’ve had the g502 hero (the last gen wired one) and the g502 lightspeed (the wireless equivalent.) The side buttons on my previous one were on the fritz, so I decided it was finally time to upgrade to the redesigned one, now I’m not quite sure which one I would recommend more.First, the good,The g502X plus has a nice sleek redesign that looks much more modern, the RGB lighting is very pretty and a massive improvement to the previous version. The inputs all feel quite nice, maybe a bit better than the previous mouse, and the ergonomics are familiar to the design I’ve grown to love. The build quality seems premium, lag is nearly nonexistent, and the various programmable buttons can be used to tailor whatever game you want to feel perfect. However, the downsides, in my opinion, mainly come when comparing to the previous g502 light speed mouse. First, it’s lighter than ever. Mouse weight is kind of a preference thing, but I like a little bit of heft to my mouse. On the previous mice, there was a weight kit that would allow you to make it a little heavier or tune the balance to your liking, but this new one unfortunately omits it. The other problem is that the previous mouse currently is $50 cheaper, which really brings into question if this newer version is worth the upcharge, especially considering that the main sensor is the same exact hero 25k sensor that the previous model used, (and wired versions of the same mouse are like 1/3 of the price.)Overall, if you aren’t already familiar with the previous g502 models, then this mouse is definitely a solid option, however, I would recommend you consider the older g502 Lightspeed as well, as it may be a better value.

A general improvement over HERO
My previous mouse was a G502 Hero (wired), so my review will focus a lot on the differences along with general observations.Design: This mouse is raised slightly higher than the Hero, giving it more of a hump and not as flat as the Hero. I find this beneficial and more comfortable. It is not as drastic a hump as the Logitech MX Master, making it low enough to accommodate different grip styles. A palm style might not find it as beneficial or may prefer the Hero if they like a flatter mouse.Buttons: The extra buttons have been slightly moved and in a way that I find to be more accessible. The DPI shift button is not as in the way as it was before and can even be covered completely, so it becomes a non-factor. If you like the DPI button, the button can be flipped, making it more accessible. The left clicker is also slightly wider, but still on the narrower side compared to a lot of other mice. The clicks are satisfying and although they require a bit more force than the Hero, they feel more responsive and less squishy. My primary reason for replacing my Hero was that the right button started double clicking, so I will update this review if the same issue occurs on these new switches that are supposed to avoid that problem developing.Weight: The weight has been reduced considerably and the mouse does NOT contain a place for extra weights like the Hero does. If you like a heavier mouse, this may not be what you’re looking for. That being said, I had weights in my Hero and have found the lighter weight decreases fatigue while also making it easier to move around; took some getting used to, but within a few hours of use I had adjusted and actually really like how much lighter it is.Battery Life: At full charge the Logitech software estimates about 150 hours of battery life. So far, the estimate appears to be fairly accurate. Will update if any issues with battery life come up.Scroll Wheel: The scroll wheel is much lighter and has a rubber coating. I always found the Hero to be just a little too heavy, but I feel like they could have made the new wheel slightly heavier. That being said, it has definable notches in the locked/line position and spins just as fast in the unlocked/free spin position.Miscellaneous: The rubber coating is different and while I’ve seen some say it is better, I would just say it is different. Not better or worse. The sensor is essentially the same as the Hero and performs just as well. The cutouts where the lights go for the Pro version are surprisingly not noticed when using. I was afraid they would cut into my hand, but they somehow figured out a good angle and size for them that I don’t notice them.Overall, the mouse is an improvement in many respects over the hero.

In my opinion, the best mouse in the market
After using this mouse for around 3 months I can say that this mouse will give you 110% of whatever you expect from it. It’s definitely a mouse on the heavier side, but for me that’s perfect.Although it’s not as heavy as it’s wired predecessor, I think they made it the exact weight it needs to be not too heave but also not light. It has a marvelous ergonomic design that will feel awesome in your hand. When it comes to battery life, it will last several months without having to charge it again, even if you’re like me and you forget to turn it off when you’re not using it.Performance wise it’s pretty much the best you can get. It can be a little expensive but it is more than worth it.

Love The Changes
I had the older version before this one and loved it but it broke so decided to upgrade and don’t regret it at all! Love the small upgrades they made from the old version such as the new grip on the side that doesn’t get as dirty. It seems smoother as well with the updates given to the bottom of the mouse. Love the mouse and recommend

Amazing

So far been great. Has many features standard and can customize it as well. For example, I have copy and paste selected for two buttons for work. You can also set up other profiles (work, gaming 1, gaming 2, etc.). The scroll wheel can be made quick or not. Feels very durable, very functional, and the value for money is great. You can also change the movement setting and how sensitive you’d like it to be.

Pretty good.
The mouse works fine, nothing bad about the mouse it’s self, it is the app that connects to the mouse that’s eh. It is semi difficult with a long load speed to change from 1 profile to another. Say you’re making 2 macros for the same app. But you want 1 macro on 1 profile and the other on another profile. Switching between the two profiles is time consuming, and annoying. This mouse is amazing, and if you don’t care about the macros this is a solid 5 start purchase especially if you have the charging pad for it.

Very happy with the mouse – Good bad real life
Obviously there are two companies to choose from for high quality wireless mice, basically very happy with it and gaming is a breeze. Easy to select different speeds/dpi. Battery life is great. I just turn off LED lighting since that’s more for people that like everything lit up.I would highly recommend this mouse for anybody that’s wanting to use this for everyday driver or for gaming. I would not hesitate to buy this product again. As a side note, the USB cable that comes with the mouse is long and you can actually keep it connected to your computer to keep a charged.I have it set to relatively low DPI which is fine, also set to lower update frequency which saves battery life tremendously.

Great mouse, slight issue.
Mouse works great! However, one slight issue is the dpi button keeps going off. You have to install the Logitech app to disable it.

Good, but
I’ve had many kinds of wireless logi mice and this one’s pretty cool but it lacks some stuff. It only links to one system at a time, like you can’t switch between 3 different bluetooth assignments like the logitech anywhere mouse, which is considerably cheaper. Also, I found out after I bought this that there’s a logi mouse that will just go from computer to computer just by moving your pointer to the edge of the screen. I don’t mean multiple displays, I mean it’ll control several systems fluidly. Now that I have a 2 system setup I really wish I would have got that instead.I don’t see any significant performance between this and my MX Anywhere mouse, other than this is more ergonomic and has a few extra buttons, which of course is nice.

Extraordinary!…except the price
Ok, just right off the bat—this mouse is amazing, don’t get me wrong here. I just think that it is not fully worth the “inflated” pricing of $159. The mouse truly does have a really high build quality, along with the buttons and some of the basic accessories that come with the mouse. However, what I would have liked to see on this mouse would be a Bluetooth feature. Many mice these days (many of which are even under $70) include a USB dongle AND a Bluetooth option, and looking at the price point of the G502 X Plus, I think it would be a fantastic feature. Another thing I do like is that there are some accessories included which as trademarked with the iconic “G” symbol (see image) and are of high quality. Though, one thing I do NOT like about the accessories is that they are basic, and the average PC home-gamer has practically no use for them.Enough constructive criticism. Here is the full list of features and things I like:- 13 programmable buttons (highly satisfying, high quality)- 5 on-board profile slots- G HUB (great customization)- RGB lighting (extremely smooth, adds a great effect)- Buttons are “accessible” and within reach of an ergonomic grip- DPI-Shift Button, reversible & removable- Range extender cable for dongle & for charging mouse- Does not get damaged from “rage-clicks”- Fast button presses- HERO 25K sensor- Regular and “ultra-fast” scroll wheel (one of the best parts of the mouse)- [this list could go on for a while, but that is the “highlights” of the mouse]That sums up this mouse’s capabilities, features, up/downsides, and my recommendations for Logitech. Overall, I do think that this mouse has some amazingly satisfying and helpful features (especially that scroll-wheel) that make me love it, but I only don’t love one big thing – the price point. If, say, this mouse had been 50 or 60 dollars less, it would have been much more popular among the market, and also would have been more accessible and appreciable by many more users.

Smooth, Lightweight, Long Lasting, Comfortable
I recently upgraded to the Logitech G502 X Plus Lightspeed Wireless Optical Mouse, after having the same $15.00 mouse for over 7 years. and I’m thoroughly impressed with its performance and features. Its lightweight, has a long battery life, ability to change DPI on the fly, and simply looks clean.Performance:The LIGHTSPEED wireless technology is a game-changer. I’ve experienced zero lag or connectivity issues, which is crucial for any game, rather it be Stardew Valley, or high precision requirements such as CS2. The HERO 25K sensor is incredibly accurate, offering pinpoint precision that has noticeably improved my in-game performance. The adjustable DPI settings are a huge plus, allowing me to switch between high and low sensitivity effortlessly.Features:The mouse has 13 customizable controls for you to assign shortcuts/hotkeys too for MMORPG gaming, or MOBA gaming. Changing these hotkeys is simply one program away, downloadable on the Logitech Website. Use of this application also allows the user to change the RGB patterning that is displayed along the mouse. The G502X does also feature the ability to use PowerPlay and charge your mouse, wirelessly, with an additional purchase of course.Cons:With anything the cost can be pretty high for this peripheral, especially if you purchase the additional PowerPlay ability, this Mouse + Pad could be fairly expensive.Overall, after 1 month I am highly satisfied with my purchase, the mouse is just so comfortable to use for 8+ hours of desk work, or gaming activities.

Great and reliable
Easy to connect and use right away. The battery life is incredible, so you don’t have to worry about running out unless you forget to charge it multiple nights in a row. Though its slightly heavy, the pads on the bottom are very nice, so it glides across mousepads easily, and feels agile. The buttons feel nice, and the RGB is good. The only issue is that the Logitech Hub app is somewhat unreliable, but otherwise the mouse is excellent.

Great mouse for everything!
I’ve been a long time user of the G602 and G604, but both were heavy, and the 604 replaced the 602, and has since been discontinued and not replaced. So after searching for mice with extra buttons near the thumb but also comfortable with a lot of the features I’ve loved in the 604. While the G502 X didn’t fill all those needs, it’s been a great choice.Pros:- Ergonomic – It just fits my (rather large) hand well in a few different positions, and is so light I’ve found my wrist fatigue has been reduced significantly. Unlike the 604, I can press every button easily without looking for them, particularly the scroll wheel, DPI adjustments, and 3 easy to find thumb buttons is great. It also feels comfortable, which is hard to describe, but the material feel is what I want in a mouse.- Light – I mentioned this in the ergonomic part, but its super light. Apparently it’s around 105 grams, which can be heavy for an ultra-competitive mouse, but for most gamers or folks just looking for a light wireless mouse, it’s great.- Great button feel – The older Logitech mice used to have a weird mushy click and my old 602 and 604 both had issues where the button would stop working well. The new G502 X models have a new mechanical click that feels amazing. Very much like a mechanical keyboard as far as consistancy and feedback. Not every button has the same feel, but they all feel very tactile and reliable.- Great battery life – I can get 3 weeks on a full charge at 1000 hz poling rate. Don’t bother with smaller polling rates, as when the mouse isn’t being used it’s not a power issue, and when it is in use, it’s still not a huge power issue. You might get a few extra days at best, but if 3 weeks isn’t enough charge time for you, I’d be shocked.- USB-C charging – Sad that this is still a plus, but USB-C cables are so much better. Glad we’re finally starting to no longer see Micro-USB cables.- Works Wired – Forgot to charge it? You can use it wired, or use it while charging (Either works).- Great sensitivity – The mouse is so adjustable, I found I could turn it down from my usual DPI and get both great responsiveness and accuracy with a near default config.- Customizable – Logitech G software has flaws, but it does allow some pretty good versatile configurations. Every button can be remapped and remapping can be done on a per-app basis.- Logitech Support – I’ve had multiple issues with Logitech mice long into their service but under warranty, and Logitech has always been easy to work with to get a replacement or help. This sounds like I’m saying Logitech has a quality issue, and I’m not, I know stuff happens, particularly with high use products, so it’s good they stand by them.Cons:- Large – It’s not a small mouse, so if you have small hands, it could be a little large for you. It also means it’s not easily portable, though honestly mice aren’t that large in general, so portability isn’t a major concern, and you can always get a mouse case if you travel a lot and want to protect it.- Logitech G Software sucks – I mean, it does OK, it can auto-sense games, you can copy profiles, but it has several general flaws, including if it detects a new game it generates that game’s default setting that you CAN NOT CUSTOMIZE ahead of time. If I have a known default mapping/DPI setting I know I like in most games, why can’t I make that the default? Also, making button changes and navigation of the US is very unintuitive. Like one of the worst UIs I’ve worked with on a major brand’s software. It also by default likes to spam notifications that is harder to turn off than I would have liked (Otherwise, every time the mouse gets touched, you get a windows notification or 3 about the mouse and DPI changes). Their old software (pre 2015) was easy to use, and worked in the UI was nearly the exact opposite of this. Fix your software Logitech!- No backup gliders – Not a deal breaker, as I know I’ve not had a mouse with glider issues in the past 10-15 years, but it would be nice, particularly on a gaming mouse where if the pads wear it could be noticeable for some. I don’t need stickers Logitech, I’d rather have a replacement pad set.- No pinkie rest – Some mice have a nice pinkie rest that helps you relax your hand a bit. This mouse does not. That’s definitely a personal thing, and honestly most gaming mice have moved away from this due to weight, but with a large hand, I like mice with them.Overall, it’s a great mouse with a lot going for it. I’m enjoying using it, have found my hand/arm feel better after a day of using it vs my old mouse, and love all the features it offers that I can look past any small shortcomings.Who do I recommend this mouse for? Artists who need finite DPI control. Office workers who want a bigger mouse (there are cheaper options, but it’s a solid productivity mouse). People who use their computer for a significant time. Casual gamers. Competitive gamers who want an all in one mouse. It’s a good mouse for a lot of use cases, which is why I’m giving it a 5 star review. It’s not perfect, but very few products are, and it’s strong where it needs to be.

My favorite mouse upgraded (mostly)
For about the last decade I’ve used the same mouse, a Logitech G502 Proteus Core, this mouse’s great great great grandparent. In that time I became accustomed to the particular shape and feel of this mouse, the incredibly intuitive placement of extra buttons, and the surprisingly decent software (which has had its ups and downs over the years but has consistently remained functional for me).I previously avoided upgrades to the G502 Proteus Core because it did everything I needed from a mouse, never broke, never needed a new battery, and was rock solid reliable over USB. But recently I started wondering again if wireless mouse technology had advanced enough to make it competitive with wired.Enter the G502X Lightspeed, my first wireless mouse in over a decade. Overall I like this mouse more than my Proteus Core. The wireless tech has been almost perfectly reliable for me. The only issue I have with it vs a wired variant is that it takes a second to adjust to its settings after waking up from sleep. I’ve had zero dropped inputs or noticeable lag. In this sense, it has been as reliable as I expect a mouse to be and really confirmed the strides there have been in wireless technology. The lack of RGB lights is a welcome change for me. I always kept the blue lighting disabled on my Proteus Core, so to not have any unlit light spots or lighting settings to deal with has been nice for me. Battery life has been great. I use this mouse for about 12 hours a day between work and personal computers and get about 3 weeks between charges. I doubt the battery will let this last as long as my Proteus Core before it needs to be serviced or replaced, but for the benefits of no cord drag, I’m willing to accept that I think. The clicks are a little more hollow-sounding than on the original, but seem to be just as or more accurate. I prefer a heavier mouse, so I slightly miss the heft of the Proteus Core, but I’ve quickly adjusted to the pleasant weight of this mouse which is still a bit heavier than many of its competitors. The slight change in shape is better for my hand and typical palm grip, I can feel the improvement in my ability to reach buttons and in day-long use comfort. The scroll wheel isn’t as substantial, but it still offers a very pleasant endless scroll and a tactile locked scroll feeling. This mouse is a worthy successor to the Proteus Core throne and it does so many things right that its trade-offs are worth it to me. The G502 line continues to be my favorite way to interact with a computer, and I’m glad to see Logitech continuing to improve and commit resources to this great series of mice.

Software too complex and under documented
Former mouse was a MX Master 3 and the primary application is for CAD/CAM (Fusion 360). The MX mouse worked for years on an iMac, but, on a just purchased Mac Studio, was jerky and besides, the comfy padding was coming off, like the mouse had mange. The G502X seemed a great replacement. More buttons with greater accuracy! CAD/CAM’s just like playing a video game, right?tldr; Mouse very good, software too confusing. There is hardly any in app help nor links to on-line references. Documentation hard to find on-line. The feature set, what you can assign to a mouse button, is flexible but the interface make accessing that power too difficult. For simple things like key stroke assignments one should not have to spend half a day poking around (including searching for help documentation). I gave 5 stars to the mouse itself, and three to the G Hub app.The G502X mouse as hardware is very good. Clicks are crisp, moves well, has programmable buttons and fits my had nicely. Works well on MacOS 14 on a Mac Studio. The Logitech G Hub software… not so good. The main problem is the apparent lack of documentation! No “?” or “Help” buttons on the G Hub software. There is a pre-release version andhttps://www.logitech.com/assets/51813/3/lgs-guide.pdfBut not a link to this on the G Hub interface. And it is not documentation on this version of G Hub.So, dongle inserted, mouse charged and armed, G Hub recognizes the mouse. Great. My first problem was, for no apparent reason, the cursor would either be as slow as an irate mule in August or so flighty it just couldn’t wait to flee the confines of the screen.Inadvertent button clicks to the two side top left buttons were the cause. So let’s change that! Open up G Hub. Click on the mouse and you get the Assignments screen. And there are the culprits, in yellow, labeled DPI Up and DPI Down. Let’s change the DPI UP button to “cmd-option-O” (optional open) for a profile. Takes a while to discover the way to do this is Macros (not Keys, duh!). Here are the steps. Screen 0: Click on Macros, click on Create… and yikes: Screen 1: name the macro, ok Screen 2: select type of macro (e.g. “no repeat””) Screen 3: “+ start now” (though I had! click on this) Screen 4: A list of things you can do (“record keystrokes” plus five other things you can do; click on “record keystrokes”) Screen 5: Hold down “cmd-shift-O” and you get “COMMAND ALT O O ALT COMMAND” as the keystrokes. Panic! Too many strokes, delete the last three! Button doesn’t work! Ups, notice the “show key down/key up” check box on upper right… Ok, so click this to get a more typical key assignment looking string (or just ignore the up strokes). Click on “save”. Screen 0: And you still have not reassigned the DPI Up key! Click n drag the new macro to the label and Done.Switch to the app and all seems to work, just keep the G Hub up!Enter problem two, three and four: Default vs G-Shift. The lock next to “Assignments”. Turning on-board memory on.Default vs G-Shift toggles between different profiles (?) assigned to that app. Is this associated with the indicated profile at the top right, eg, “Desktop: Default”. Should I change profiles? Does the G-shift and default profiles get written to on board mem?The lock will “…make assignments persistent…”. Is this the nuclear option, destroying assignments to make all conform to Default? How and why use this?If you quit the G Hub app, the mouse defaults to out of the box, (yes?). Enter on-board memory. Click on the chip icon on the mouse rectangle and it turns blue. Ok, what just happened, other than blueness? Shouldn’t the chip button switch to a screen allowing you to pick profiles? Nope, click on the mouse rectangle brings you to a new screen with a blue box at the bottom asking if you want to enable configuring the mouse buttons. Whaaaat?Hit “X” and remain on the current screen. Click on a label next to a “SLOT x” and select a profile to download to memory. This doesn’t seem to be related to the prior screen with it’s profile selected in the upper right. As a bonus, the label next to the slot uses the name you gave it, not including the app name. So do I go back and rename all the Default profiles to “Desktop: Desktop default” just to make it clear which which is which?Hit “Enable” and On-Board memory mode is OFF. Click back arrow (not the handy mouse rectangle) to go back, click on mouse and make changes. But if you make changes to the profile, go back and click on the chip to make it blue to turn on on-board mem, did this write the altered profile to the mouse? While I’m reasonably sure there are ways to accomplish all the above it should not be such a struggle.mark

Its better than the 502 lightspeed
Ive used a 502 mouse either in wired and then wireless form for quite a while now, it has more buttons than most mice offer in this range and its very comfortable in hand and easy to quickly hit multiple buttons.G Hub is ok, Ive seen better software, but not better hardware. The biggest gripe I had about the 502 was the G7 button, the second one down on the left. It was nearly useless; it was small and short and its position made it hard to reach back with your pointer finger and also hard to hit it with your thumb. It looked like it was designed for looks than actually being useful.Well the 502x fixed that. The 502x plus is the version I got and it immediately feels both familiar and better than the 502 did. Its a bit wider and less arched and the buttons all feel instantly available just like the old 502 did, but the G7 button is now longer and is easy to hit with the middle of your pointer or a tiny reach up with your thumb.Time will tell if the change they made to the switches helped.. Ive had one 502 start doing the double click thing.. hopefully the optic ones are more reliable.Aside from those small changes, all for the better to me.. Logitech left the rest of the mouse alone.Well, they did remove the ability to add weights, but I never saw the need or benefit to add a gram or two to a mouse. Thinking that a gram will affect a mouse seems a bit pretentious to me anyway, similar to the guys that complain about 20db fans being too loud, then happily bang away on a mechanical keyboard that sounds like a tap dance class on a metal roof.anyway..The RGB is basically the same, it looks good and matches up with my logi keyboard just the same.. but I did like the lit up G on the 502, that was neat.Neither of these two minor changes will effect my use at all though.Anymore it seems rare for a company to update a longstanding product and actually fix an issue without feeling the need to totally revamp the product and end up screwing up more basic features than were fixed.Logi managed to do it this time, well done!

This Mouse Lasts Forever and Feels Incredible for Gaming: Logitech G502 X Lightspeed Wireless
The Logitech G502 X Lightspeed Wireless Gaming Mouse is easily one of the best gaming mice I’ve ever used. The battery life is incredible; it honestly feels like it lasts forever. Even with long gaming sessions, I hardly ever have to think about charging it, which is a huge plus.Using this mouse is a pleasure. The LIGHTFORCE hybrid switches make every click satisfying, and the HERO 25K sensor delivers precise tracking, even for the most exact movements. It’s also really comfortable to hold, so even during long gaming marathons, my hand doesn’t feel fatigued. Plus, the wireless connection is completely reliable with no lag at all.If you’re looking for a mouse that’s durable and makes gaming feel smooth and fun, this is the one.

My favorite mouse yet!
I’ve been a huge fan of Logitech since my first real dive with them back in 2005 or so, with a G700 mouse. Probably before that too, honestly, but I can’t remember any models off the top of my head.In recent times, I’ve had the original G502, the wireless G502 lightspeed, a G602, G900, and the blue g pro wirelesss “league of legends” edition. I also have a razer viper ultimate handy, soooo……The g502 is my favorite line of mouse. It’s a little heavier, and that wouldn’t be so great if I were the kind of person that flings their mouse all over the mousepad, but I’m not. What the G502 series brings to the table is a slightly wider body and a MUCH nicer scroll wheel. It also has great buttons and rubber grips. It’s a happy balance between comfort and performance. It also feels great in my hand – and my hands are on the small-medium size for a guy.The G502x changes out the old microUSB port for a USB-C port. FINALLY! I am happy to report that it works well with all of my USB-C cables. The RGB lighting is pretty neat and has animations, and the millennium falcon design looks SO DARN COOL. The thumb trigger button gained a magnetic cover, which is cool because you can flip it around to make the button easier to reach – this was a problem for me before! I don’t have big hands, so it’s nice that I could reach that more easily now.The mouse comes with a regular white rubber USB-C cable. That’s a little disappointing, considering the older G502 wireless came with a braided cable. That said, I use these red braided cables I bought for all of my charging needs and they look fantastic with the red accents on this mouse!I will also add, that as a linux user primarily, I never installed the drivers and it works fine with the stock configuration. On top you’ll find a red button that switches the scroll wheel between clicky and freespin modes, and a light purple button that switches between dpi profiles. There’s also an LED that indicates various things – it flashes red when the mouse battery is low…. but this is actually kinda hard to notice.

Great mouse with Frustrating Flaws
This mouse gets an honest 4 out of 5 stars. It’s incredible in many ways but falls short in just enough to mark it down.TL;DR – Performance and quality is amazing. USB C, finally. Battery is no better than the old one. The status light (battery, profile etc,) has been moved to the front between the L and R buttons that’s quite hard to see at a glance and that honestly sucks. G HUB is still garbage.I’ve had *many* gaming mice over the years, most recently coming from a used to death G502 Lightspeed (first gen) that I loved as my favorite mouse I’ve ever had. I have a bit of a collection of mice for no good reason. Everything from the Corsair M65 and Harpoon and Scimitar, Razer Mambas, Taipan, Deathadders, Steel Series Rival 700 and so many more. Many comparisons will be drawn between the first generation G502 Lightspeed and this G502 Lightspeed X.Quality and Feel:This mouse vs the first generation has a similar feel in the hand but it’s not quite the same. The shape and curves are close enough to feel at home but for any kind of competitive gameplay, it will take a little time to adjust. It is a physically larger mouse being slightly longer, wider while being slightly thinner as well. I do think the first gen G502 fit my large hands a bit better despite being smaller but we’re creatures of adaptation and I have found myself getting used to it just fine. The materials used are very nice to hold for 8 hours a day. The textures in the plastics and rubbers are consistent and not distracting. A nice upgrade is the scroll wheel no longer rattles when moving the mouse from side to side like the old G502 which I appreciate and the whole mouse has a very good sensation of “quality” while in use and looking at it. The clicks are well defined and crisp all around the mouse. louder than the first gen but they may wear in over time. In addition, the right mouse button has more of a ping sound, a slightly lower tone and is louder than the left click (tested fresh out of box). The scroll wheel in normal operation has solid detents and not too loud. When in “Infinite Scroll” mode it’s very smooth but has a sound like it’s rubbing on something ever so slightly. That may be by design to give the user feedback on the speed of which you’re whizzing through your twitter, documents and other web pages at the speed of light.Looks and Design:Even though looks are subjective, I think the G502 X has a newer sleeker design that looks more at place in a modern setup. The LEDs are bright and saturated, well diffused and I personally like that the “G” is no longer illuminated, opting for general ambient accents.I very much dislike the placement of the status light that shows battery and charge status. It’s now between the L and R at the front of the mouse and it’s very hard to catch it at a glance to tell you that the battery is running low. In 3 years of my first gen G502, I only *once* ran completely out of battery, always catching the side indicator when it’s getting low. In just a few months of the X, I have ran it out of battery 3 times because I missed the status light, only catching it when I sit back down instead of when I get up. I also can’t tell at a glance how charged it is without the 3 ticks that existed before so gone are the days of plugging it in till I get to say 33% to finish off the day, there’s no feedback. This is a VERY frustrating regression in UX and design. This could be fixed in software by allowing the ambient lights to show low battery or charging status and really should.Performance:The wireless is still first in class having used other wireless options from Corsair and Razer. Every single time I put my palm to the mouse, it picks up with no perceptible delay in connection from a sleeping state. This is not something that can be said of other wireless solutions. Latency has been tested by 3rd parties to be as good if not better than wired. Even though the solution is the best out there, I do have the occasional issue of occasional and momentary drift due to interference. If you want the best performance, keep the receiver within line of sight and within a half a yard or meter. For the most part, you forget it’s wireless.Battery is no better than the old design, even with the lights off. I actually feel that I have to charge this more often but that could be due to the aforementioned lack of feedback about the battery status.Software:G HUB is not great. I’ve never liked it and getting the LEDs to work in on board memory has been a total pain and that takes off a star right there. I should not have to spend 2 hours to have a profile that has lights and one that doesn’t for battery savings. The lighting is buggy, requiring me to flip between two tabs sometimes to get the changes made to reflect on the mouse. I also wish this upgrade could support usability features like “Dim LEDs at X%” to extend battery while having full brightness for a while and also naturally show the battery level as it drains. Macro support is quite good and you don’t need to have an account, at least.

Fantastic mouse!
Backstory. I have been a gamer my whole life. I am currently as of writing this 34 years old. Yeah not a youngin but not an old man either…. I grew up using OG computers with ball mice. Over the years I had gotten a good feel on what makes a good mouse “in my opinion” and sadly many mice do not fit the bill. Many will SEEM to fit, only to fail later. My very last mouse was the Razer Viper V2 Pro. And what a freaking mistake that was. I swear I have the worst time with mice. I use my computer at least 8 hours a day mix gaming and non gaming. I had given up on Razer for along time, trying off brands, chinese brands, and so on. But, I wanted a wireless mouse, so I gave Razer a chance. FIVE (5) months after use, the wireless side of the V2 Pro just stopped working for no reason. Legit would not connect. Tried multiple computers, over 20 different usb ports and hubs, it was just dead. Googled the issue and sure enough its a “common” issue and everyone with said issue ends up buying a new mouse as replacement. WHAT? I am not going to buy “another” Razer of the same model when it freaking failed. Why, so it can fail again in 5 months? I feel bad for people who keep giving these companies with bad practices money.Turn around and I finally ordered this Logitech. EVEN Logitech, I had sworn “to never use” because they kept failing in terms of left click. They ALL have the same issue, double click error after long use. You can google that too and find many people complaining of double clicking “but Logitech has the best wifi connection so no other brand can compare” thus “they still buy Logitech.” So like Razer, I decided to give them a second chance…. This time around, Logitech has given us optical switches, which IN THEORY should never fail in terms of double clicking…. So here I am, using it.Firstly the mouse movement feel 1:1 vs what I see on screen. No I don’t mean DPI wise. YES, 1200 DPI on this Logitech feels COMPLETELY different than 1200 DPI on the Razer I was using before it. But I dare say this G502 X Lightspeed is more “accurate” and “stable.” No matter how fast or slow I move the mouse, the cursor tracks properly and moves the proper amount you expect. Razer was only “slightly” worse in this regards where sometimes you felt like “I didn’t aim there” when moving. It didn’t happen often, not as often as 3rd party cheap Chinese mice that’s for sure. My go to mouse for a long time was Cooler Master brand, Spawn, Xornet 2, MM720…. I like the wider mouse as I have “bear paw” hands (wide hands with short fingers). But those mice have tracking issues. You move fast and the rate at which the mouse moves is different then when you move it slower. And its a huge variation between each speed you move the mouse. Its bad. This G502 X LS is the first to feel accurate like OG mice from back in the day, like the classic Microsoft Intellimouse which was my go to back in the 2000’s….The battery life is insane. The razer I would need to charge just about once a week. So far my Logitech seems to “last forever.” I ended up buying one of those Soarking Charging Docks for the Logitech mice. Comes with the little POG bottom cover that allows for mounting/charging. And its magnetic. Every once in awhile I just toss it onto that charger while I sleep. I don’t really think of it as “charging” because it charges while the PC is literally turned off. Which is a huge plus. You could argue “that’s why its lasting longer” but “out of the box” the initial charge lasted me TWO WEEKS before the mouse shut off on me. THAT was when I bought the charging dock…. still two weeks vs one week on the razer is double the time….The only downside is that the left and right click feel, mushy? its a short distance and the click feels, well it feels weird. It doesn’t feel like a click, more like a “clock” feel. Its hard to explain really. Its not BAD per say, but I like the feedback of other mice where the click feels like an actual click. Mushy is the only way I can explain it. Its still a sharp feeling but mushy at the same time. I’m not good at explaining it…. again its not bad.The scroll wheel also feels janky. I don’t understand the “free wheel” scroll feature. Why? And when its in the click style turn mode, the “notchy” feel, it feels, mushy. I have to say my favorite mouse wheel has been Cooler Master mice. MM720 for example. Best mouse wheel on the market in my opinion.IF I HAVE TO, I will come back an edit my review if something goes wrong. For now ive been using this mouse for over a months, 8 hours a day minimum, and its been flawless for now.On an off note, my DREAM mouse would be Cooler Master optical buttons, Cooler Master scroll wheel, Logitech Wireless technology, Logitech Sensor, and shape can just have multiple shapes to please everyone, a normal one, an ergonomic one that has a high hump, a wide one like my fav CM mice. That mouse would be the mouse to end all mice in my opinion.

Logitech G502 X Mouse
Using this mouse with a laptop. It works right out the box! I plugged the USB adapter into the laptop and even before the laptop was configured, the mouse worked. I love how the mouse lights up. I also love how the USB-C cable plugs into the front, so it can even be used as a wired mouse while it’s charging (unlike the magic mouse made by others!). The scroll wheel is smooth and works perfect and is a pleasure to use. There’s a ton of buttons, and on a slow day I’ll take the time to configure them. I’m not using the mouse for gaming, but I wanted the responsiveness, look, and feel of this mouse. The way this fits is so natural – the thumb rest, the palm rest, the wheel location, the main left and right buttons – everything fits and acts just like it should. I’m even using this mouse on a fabric couch and it works amazing. I’m so impressed and would highly recommend this mouse. If you want a cheap mouse that gets the job done – this isn’t for you. If you’re looking for a high end mouse that can do it ALL (gaming, browsing, any surface, lights, buttons…) this is IT.

G502 X Plus — A Worthy successor to earlier G502’s for FPS games
The 2022 Logitech G502 X Plus was a very pleasant surprise. It is replacing a Logitech G-Pro that is roughly 80 grams weight on a Logitech Powerplay mouse pad (expanded cover for extra space and non-stop charging), primarily used for Overwatch2. Other gaming mice in my collection include earlier G502’s, G903, Razer Death Adder + Copperhead, Steelseries Rival3 and Rival600, etc. Generally the best performers in FPS games are the lightest units with the best optical sensors, and the G502 X Plus definitely fits that criteria.Pros:-Comfortable ergonomic shape for marathon gaming sessions-PTFE mouse feet for super-smooth glide across mouse pads-The new optical hybrid switches are incredibly fast compared to the G-Pro’s older Omron switches, with a nice crisp click and improved actuation. They will last much longer than conventional mechanical switches and correct double-clicking issues. My last G-Pro’s right rear thumb switch suffered from double-clicking issues since they were the old Omron mechanicals that wore out from constant use.-Nice RGB lighting if you are looking for that kind of bling-This mouse wakes from sleep mode instantly (like the G-Pro series). The old G502 Hero Wireless required a full second to wake up, making the old sleep mode feature extremely inconvenient and annoying.-At 106 grams list weight, the G502 X Plus is a tad heavier for a gaming mouse. However, coming from an 80 gram G-Pro, I notice better aim stability without sacrificing flick aim consistency. With the Powerplay charging puck attached and USB receiver stored inside, the G502 X Plus hits 110g on my postal scale. The G502 Hero wireless is 120g with the same accessories.Cons:-No more adjustable weights like its predecessor G502, but to be fair, the whole e-sport industry has shifted competitive user demand to lighter weight mice for the fastest aim flicks possible.-Battery power drains faster with RGB lighting at full settings. This is mitigated by reducing RBG brightness to 85% and shortening idle-mode entry from 2 minutes down to 1. Using a Logitech Powerplay mouse pad, my mouse battery power hovers around 78% to 90% steady with RGB enabled.-The mouse’s black finish tends to have shiny oil stains and wear marks over time. This is why I apply blue painter’s tape to the areas most prone to this issue. EDIT Feb 2024 – I’ve replaced the blue painter’s tape with automotive carbon fiber vinyl wrap for better visual appeal. Not recommended if you do not like the feel of textured carbon fiber, but it definitely gets rid of those shiny oil stains. Picture attached.-GHub software will not allow users less than 3 DPI presets, and all of these have to be different values at 50dpi intervals. I tried to “lock” my mouse at 1000dpi to avoid accidental DPI switching, but the software would not allow me to do this, so I ended up moving my DPI cycling button to the default profile button up top and removing the up/down DPI adjustment buttons next to the left click. This gave me two additional buttons for other programable functions (like Alt and middle-mouse click since pressing the mouse wheel down can feel awkward). EDIT — GHUB finally fixed this issue. I can now run with just 1000dpi single setting.-The new hybrid mechanical switches have a different click sound compared to conventional switches — not really louder, but definitely more metallic.Yes, this mouse is expensive, but the combination of lighter weight + excellent ergonomics + fast/crisp long-wear switches makes this model very hard to beat. If you are looking for a mouse with more weight and heft, then you may not be happy with the G502 X since the latest model has been redesigned for the e-sports crowd. The G502 X now combines lighter weight with an ergo shape, something that most ultra-light mouse offerings lack.NOTE: If you want the best wireless mouse experience, I recommend pairing the G502 X Plus with a Logitech Powerplay for non-stop wireless charging while using the mouse. For those that want a larger mouse pad than what the default Powerplay size offers, check out “Logitech powerplay mousepad expansion mod” on youtube. I have my set-up displayed in the attached images along with actual weight compared to the old G502 Wireless. Update 4/26/2023: The Glorious XL mousepad is the perfect thickness for this Powerplay expansion mod.EDIT: I just read a few other reviews claiming that the G502 X feels “cheap” because it feels too light. The whole point of lowering mouse weight is to minimize mass, thereby requiring less physical energy / effort to move the mouse quickly and accurately. This is how modern e-sports mice are designed, because a lighter mouse is a faster mouse, while a heavier one is a slower boat anchor that is usually on the losing end of an FPS fire fight. The G502 X Plus is only 10 grams lighter than the G502 hero, yet it is much easier to flick-aim than the older G502 Hero Wireless. Also, if you want RGB on the G502 X, you have to get the Plus edition, other wise you get no RGB. Yet one newer review complained about missing RGB LED’s on his G502 X non-Plus edition. Going no-RGB is still a valid choice since it saves a few grams, extends battery life, and costs less, but just make sure you know what you are buying ahead of time. 😉

Great successor to my 4 years old G502
I’ve been having double clicking issues on my G502 about a year after purchase. I’ve been dealing with this issue on EVERY SINGLE Logitech mouse, so I just learned to live with it.It’s been 4 years with the G502 and other than the double click issue, it’s been flawless. I loved the instant response I got with lightspeed. The mouse was light and fit my hand perfectly. So, when I saw the G502X Plus with the LightForce, it was a must-upgrade feature for me. It’s only been a day since I got this, but I feel compelled to write a review. The feel of the mouse movement has improved, and it also feels lighter, and I love the texture and clicky buttons. I’m hoping the LightForce effectively fixes the double clicking issue. If I ever get the double click issue with this, I’ll come back and change it to 2 stars. But so far, I’m loving the mouse and definitely the worthy upgrade from G502 mouse.

Scroll wheel not working
Just got the G502 X Plus wireless RGB mouse as a gift and had to return it since the scroll wheel wouldn’t work. Fairly sure it’s a physical defect on the mouse because I tried the popular approach and blew out the scroll wheel with compressed air, tried that a few times and it will worked but only for a few seconds each time. Then it stopped working no matter how many times I blew it out. Tried uninstalling the driver, different ports, different PC, side by side with my G502 wired, only the wired G502 worked. I am returning and hoping to try a different device. Will update this once I try the new device.EDIT: Received a new mouse and the scroll wheel works without any issues. So this mouse is great, marking one less star due to the inconvenience of replacing the original mouse.

G502X Lightspeed (Wiressless Non RGB)
I have some prior logitech mouse over the year like g300 (so many of them like one every 6-12month), g700 and others. Didn’t have prior experience with the g502 hero and was always a fan of the 4 top button so I later transition to roccat tyon which is a bit larger and heavier (130gish) mouse that is d/c now. So this would mainly be my baseline comparison.I been debating between all three version and didn’t want to cough up money for powerplay as well for the RBG version so got the wireless non-RGB one. The old g502 lightspeed (non-x) wireless version was going for $80 but mechanical button (not optic) and was more in my price range. The wired version had cheap rubber wire that apparently rubbed against the mouse pad. I have been mostly in the “wired” club cause of latency and battery concern before. Going to transition to wireless club now.Pro:- 144 hours per ghub which is amazing which is 6 full days. If I use it 8hrs a day, that 18 days before I have to recharged. Usage is more close to 3hr on weekday and 12 on weekend so it should last a month for me. RGB version is like 30ish hours and that was my deciding factor w/o powerplay.- Apparently only takes ~2 hour to charge to full- Love the wireless, pretty much no lag at all with the dongle. Simply plug and play, and ghub software download via google.- Many keybinding. I have like 18 keybinding by utilizing the G-shift key (bind it to the DPI+shift button) for office work profile. This is similar to the roccat easy shift which was by the thumb rest.- USB-C charging. Did not even use the dongle extension hub. Will just use my android super charger next to my PC every-25K DPI but who really would use this? I try to set my window sensitivity to lowest with 25k and that not happening. Rolling at window sensitivity 6 with 5500 DPI and 4 other DPI level for shifting.-1000Hz Polling-106g weight or so per description. Felt nice and it is gliding on my old logitech mousepad with those new white padding.-Battery LED in center front of mouse. Can keybind to activate the battery level color.Con:- Coming from the roccat tyon, it was a bit smaller for me and had hand discomfort. Hoping to adjust soon.-Scroll wheel (non-release): a bit louder for personal preference. Like if I’m scrolling down a page, it would go through like 3-4 of the tactile clicks. End up changing mouse setting to increase # of line per scroll to like 20.-Scroll wheel (infinite scroll): I always loved this when I had the g700. This one, is nice for web page scrolling initially but as my finger tend to be on the scroll wheel, everytime that I stop, the page would scroll up a bit then back down again which is annoying.-Keybinded new tab / close tab with scroll left and right. Problem is that, the function is ctrl+T / ctrl+W. This ctrl button + scroll wheel = zoom in/out. As I often navigate through many tab at once, it would occasionally perform unwanted zooming.Neutral-Would like to have button on the top right side as well.-No RGB but I wasn’t going pay like $15 extra for that plus your hand would cover like 90% of the light area.-Still not getting use to the mouse click. With the new optic switch, it supposedly will prevent “double-clicking” issue. Either I am clicking it too lightly and I do get the feeling of “I did double click, but it not opening” since the file is clearly highlighted. Cause it is a bit smaller to my previous mouse, I notice I’m doing more of a claw grip instead of palm grip so my finger are pressing around 3/5 way of the button so this may be the reason.- Content of box: Mouse, USB cable, dongle, dongle extender, DPI shift button cover and bunch of user guide.-I feel like I got cheated a bit as it seems like I may have gotten a new returned and opened boxes. There was no plastic wrap and the box was inside a heatsealed plastic bag and the bottom of the mouse was a bit dusty which came off. I was still impress with the mouse so going ignore the hassle of returning and will be keeping it.Overall: Definitely worth it to get the wireless non-RGB version for me. If you have powerplay then the RGB version may be for you if you want lighting.

Couple small gripes
Overall a good mouse. It’s my first “expensive” mouse. I’ve always just bought the generic gaming mice that were around $30-$40. This mouse is better… I guess. I’ve had no software issues and it does track well and battery seems adequate. The first issue I have is the scroll wheel. With the tactile button engaged, it’s just feels clucky and cheap. And not very accurate. I do like that when you turn it off the wheel spins free with no feedback but it just… Well…. Doesn’t stop. I see the appeal but why keep scrolling? Just stop when I stop spinning the wheel. Like every other scroll wheel. The other gripe I have may be just my ears. The main buttons work fine but make a crazy loud noise when used. Like a high pitched twang click thing. It’s probably just my screwed up ears… But overall I like it. Hope it lasts longer than my last $30 mouse that crapped out after 7 years of constant use. Also it is very light which is easily solved by adding weights. I embedded some in strategic places inside the mouse. Gotta get creative sometimes …

There’s one flaw, but I love the versatility!
I love Logitech products! however, while this mouse is everything as advertised, the customizable buttons, the programmable lights, the high speed rechargable capability, and all the silver bells a whistles that make this a beautiful well designed purchase, but there is a flaw that makes me disappointed. The Logitech hub that allows you to control all the mouse functions has an “off” setting for when you want to save battery and not use the lights. After a week of using this mouse it got really annoying having the lights turn on randomly when I have the settings set to “off”. I also noticed that the battery life will tell you the percentage and how many hours you have left till empty. It would tell me the hours left as if the lights were on instead of off. for example it might say 130ish hrs when lights are off, but when my lights turn on randomly it will change to 37hrs till empty and won’t switch back or update unless I turn my lights on and then off again. If I’m paying good money on a mouse I’d want it to work properly in that regard. I have days when I want the lights on and days when I need to conserve battery. Not a deal breaker since the mouse does charge really fast but again, for the price you would expect the mouse to stick to how you manage the settings. Overall I still love this mouse.

Solid just light weighted for me
I love the feel of this mouse. My hand rests pretty comfortably on it, the buttons are nice and responsive. The battery life is terrific, I forget to turn mine off and have only charged it once since I bought it. The thumbs buttons is my point off because I can’t find a position in which I can use all three buttons without occasionally clicking one on accident. Personally I also which the mouse was heavier. The Millenium Falcon look and custom lighting is awesome.

Very Cool.
One of the better designed options on the market. Good RGB, responsive and loaded with buttons. GHub isn’t great, but the versatility of the mouse more than makes up for it. Can easily pull double duty for office work.

Super comfortable, long battery life, exceptional aesthetics
I bought this mouse under the advice of a friend and I don’t regret it. I bought it as a combo with a keyboard to replace a hyperX corded mouse and $15 Logitech keyboard. Zero regrets.

Great Mouse
Been having this mouse for a while and it does me wonders. Albeit my aim is still dookie, however great mouse to have. I rarely have to charge it as it can last me around 2 weeks. Had to replace it as I had a g302 wireless mouse I had before, and it was a great one as well. However, that mouse had started to have the infamous double click issue. I believe that this mouse suffers the same, but those issues can easily be replaced. Regardless, I fw this mouse heavy. Infinite scroll wheel, those other two buttons on the side of the left mouse, I use it to skip or go back to a track. The one on the side of the thumb grip, I use it to play or pause music. I would advise getting this mouse over the one that has rgb. The reason for that is due to the fact that rgb uses a lot of battery life, especially if it is changing colors. 10/10 mouse no kizzy

The Mouse of the Gods!
The g502 was already the best mouse money can buy. The g502x lightspeed is pretty much the same but with WAY better battery life and a smoother design. I have had it for a month and I’ve only had to charge it once. I use it constantly. If you like the g502 you can’t go wrong with this one.

Awesome
Love this mouse it works very good and the charge lasts for a long while. You can still use it plugged in though so either way you are good. I think it works with charging mouse pads as well but I don’t have one to try.

Great Wireless Mouse
I went with the Lightspeed G502 X as I wanted a wireless mouse with low latency and decent battery life. I initially went with the Plus (RGB) version, since I’ve unintentionally collected a lot of RGB inside and outside my system. That was a mistake as it had janky RGB and TERRIBLE battery life. THIS version, though, has FANTASTIC battery life. I think I’ve had to charge it ONCE in the 2 months I’ve had it.I like that it has extra buttons for gaming/productivity but doesn’t go overboard. Having actual key switches built in makes it feel more sturdy and well built. I can’t say I use the DPI switch button near the thumb (which can be customized for other functions), but it’s also not getting hit by mistake. All-in-all, this is just a solid buy with a LOT of customizable settings via the G Hub software. Maybe wait for a sale like I did and it’s just that much better of a buy.

It’s the g502 Hero without a cord and I love it
This is my first wireless mouse and honestly it’s probably the best thing I’ve bought recently. The battery lasts so long and charges so fast I forget that it even is on a battery. I’ve only had to charge it once so far after having it for about a month. I can highly recommend this mouse due to how many buttons it has and how versatile and seamless it is to use.

Best mouse I’ve had so far.
For me, this is the best mouse I’ve had so far. For gaming/browsing I’ve had a Dell Optical Wired Mouse – “MS116 mouse”, a razor death adder V2 wired, And now this. Starting from June 19 to August 15th this thing has went from a full charge down to 25% now. Usually game about 2 to 3 hours every day, but probably eight hours or more on my Two days off. So if you’re looking for a mouse that has a long battery life, this is a pretty good one.My only problem is that my fat thumb kept touching mouse button number five accidentally. But those accidents has been reduced with putting the cover on the “sniper” button And slightly Adjusting my mouse grip.I love the amount of buttons that I can use. It really helps on Apex legends, And other games where I need easy access buttons. In comparison to the death Adder V2 wired I could feel the weight difference but after a while I got used to it. I kind of thought that it would be stupid heavy, but no, it’s not.But yeah, overall this is a pretty solid mouse. If you can get over that it’s slightly heavier than most mouses, And your thumb isn’t as big as mine lol. You’ll do just fine with this.
