    Good product well constructed

Christmas gift for my Husband he absolutely loves it. It looks solid and built to last. He let me sit in it and it is very comfortable. However it’s hard to gage the value per dollar. I think this product would benefit from a smaller MSRP say $650 especially when you consider the add ons available for purchase like the motion base.

    Rock Solid Chassis

This kit is everything it claims to be and more. Very rigid chassis even with the locking casters. Which is great for moving the entire assembly around. The instructions were solid. The packing of the kit as shipped is above and beyond. These folks care about their products and it shows. Motion Kit is next on the wish list.

    Sturdy

Very sturdy and the casters are a big plus. Can use full extent of braking force for Clubsport V3 Pedals with no flex.

    GREAT Product & Easy Installation.

We had two Obutto R3volution cockpit with triple monitors for many years. Decided to try the Next Level Racing. Rig was easy to install great instructions and heavy quality build. Seat is great and much better than the Obutto R3velution. Cockpit has a cleaner neater feel and easier to get in and out of.

    Good, sturdy quality

Takes about an hour to set up. Provided instructions were lacking and confusing, but combined with video ot was easy enough to figure out. Very sturdy with heavy duty materials ad extra hardware included. A bit pricey, but a quality product. Don’t know if I’d call it worth the money though.

    Solid, fully adjustable, comfortable

Very comfortable sim setupIncluded lockable casters make for easy setup and movement (spares included)As a bonus, this rig is so well built, and rigid, that you feel every bit of of the road thru the rig via the rigid mount of the Fanatec FFB setup in useHeavy is reliable

    Good rig. Crap instructions

Overall the racing seat is great. Comfortable, solid good rig. However the instructions leave much to be desired. It’s ikea style picture only, except ikea pictures make sense. These are too vague and confusing. The video it points you to for help is not any better. Also the instructions tell you to mount the harness in a dumb place that is different from the picture shown, so just wing it lol

Very solid frame. Seat a tad fiddly, but great for the money.

Great for the money albeit the material markup for cockpits must be 75%+. Your paying $900 for $200 in materials and tolerances, but that’s the nature of specialized dedicated cockpits or otherwise.I give it a noble 4-stars because assembly is straightforward, it’s solid, no immediate Flex at the column or within the frame and easy to maneuver with included casters. The generic locking Casters are nowhere near Tool or medical grade smoothness or bearing build quality, but get the job done.Happy with it and though the cost is inflated, it’s less-so than any other Mass-Production cockpit out there.

    Super Sturdy!

This is GREAT. Very sturdy, easy to assemble and adds realism to the game. Had a small issue with seat and Next Level Racing was quick to respond and make everything PERFECT! Can’t say enough, they stand behind their product and make a great product. Only problem I see now that I have this I am going to have to get the monitor stands, accessory mounts (for levers/brakes and HOTAS etc), motion platforms etc., probably a new computer just so I can run the latest sim. Yeah it will be worth it.

    This. Is the real deal

I went all in on building a replacing rig. Actually got two of them including the motion platform v3 and monitor stands. My wife isn’t as happy as I am :-). I have it set up so you can race against the other side by side. The rig is super well built with solid steel beams. The bolts go in perfectly and everything lines up. No need to torque and pull to get it to fit. It took me about 2 hours per unit to put together along with the motion platform and monitor stand. I also went with Logitech for steering and pedals and the butt kicker for seat vibration. One seat arrived with a tear. They responded to me in less than 8 hours and replaced it. Great customer support. If you add the motion platform the configuration is quite expensive but as my Dad says, if your going to be a bear, be a grizzly! That didn’t work with my wife, however.

I was on the fence trying to decide between this set up and a foldable set up.I am glad that I paid the extra money and got this one. I can’t imagine that the foldable set up would be nearly as durable. This feels like it should last for a lifetime

    Solid quality and very rigid.

I have contemplated buying a legit cockpit for years. I built my own from wood and unfortunately someone broke into my house and decided to destroy it so I bought this cockpit and I love it. Going to be adding all the accessories soon. I recommend this for monitor and hard core thrashing. I drift slow cars and it tends to make my inputs pretty aggressive and this setup seems to be really solid.

Good, but could be better for the price.

Here’s a few problems I noticed after I assembled everything:- The slider for the seat does not catch if I push the chair to almost fully extended. I’m 5 foot 11 and this is not an issue, but it may be a problem for people taller than me. It does make me worry about the longevity of the rails on the chair.- The chair stitching is not perfect. The portion of the seat that supports the back of your knees has excess leather on both sides. It’s not a huge amount, but the finish should be perfect at this price point. The overall build is rock-solid and it will last a very long time.

Great Rig for a great price!

After 8 years of sim racing on a Playseat, I thought i was time for an upgrade. The GT Trackis amazing, easy to assemble instructions are very well written. The rig is sturdy, unlike the playseat where you loose the feel of the ffb. While playing i can feel the ffb through out the rig making the driving experience much better.I highly recommend this product, the seat rails makes it easy getting and out of the rig.”buy once, cry once.”

Very comfortable seat, allot adjustable settings make this highly versatile for different products. My only problem was on the quality control. One of the main pieces wasnt lined up like its counter part, causing the base to sit at angle of 1″ difference. Ez cut weld job for $20

    High Quality, Very Sturdy Product

I don’t usually write reviews, but this product was so impressive I felt like I should. Yes it is rather expensive, however the build quality is excellent and you can run just about any wheelbase you’d like, since it is so sturdy and well built. Instructions were also very easy to understand and setup went smooth. I’d highly recommended this product if this is within your budget.

    Highly recommend!!!!

Very happy with my purchase. My first impression while unboxing was they did a fantastic job with making sure every piece in the box was individually bubble wrapped and secured. After completing the assembly of the racing sim cockpit I can assure you that it is in fact a solid and sturdy product.I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a good racing sim cockpit.

    Love this rig. Super solid

Love this thing. Hands down im enjoying the hell out of it. Thinking about upgrading the seat though. Its a good one just looking to get that extra immersion and go with a GT style containment seat they use to sell with the GTultimate. But other than seat preference this this is rock solid.

    Worth It!

This rig is rock solid and I can’t wait for my direct drive wheel to arrive! It was not difficult to assemble and moving it is easy with the locking casters. It is comfortable to race in for as long as you want. Quality construction and packaged extremely well!

    Great choice

Seat is a little low, probably due to the fact you can add the motion to it. Overall it’s very comfortable and well manufactured. Glad I bought this brand and model.

Great sim rig with few cons

Super comfortable sim rig. I felt a little low with the steering wheel but when I lowered down the steering wheel it just gets farther from me with the pedals as far back as they could go. Overall extremely good quality but the steering wheel stand should have a vertical adjustment that doesn’t move it backwards as it lowers.

    Very rigid and moves easily

I purchased this for use with my Fanatec DD1 F1 and v3 pedals, and am extremely happy with the setup. I get no flex from anywhere and was able to bolt on my setup with ease. I play on PC in my room as well as on PS4 in the living room, so having a setup I could move between rooms was desireable. I originally started with the DD wheel stand to do this, which while incredibly rigid was NOT easy to move. I picked this up, and couldn’t be happier. The casters roll smoothly and lock without any drama to create a stable setup in either room. Anyone can push it around, even on our carpet. There are a couple small areas I think could be improved, though no deal-breakers.When resting your foot between races I missed having a floorboard level with the pedals. Your feet go to the ground, which I did not like. Also, I didn’t like their provided mounting location for a handbrake, which didn’t satisfy my desire to match my street car’s positioning. I modified both of these items which you can see in the pics attached to my review. I added an extra pedal tray to create a “full floorboard” feeling between the pedals and the seat, which lets you step in and out – this bolted right on with no modifications (you’d need to order a replacement pedal tray or have access to one to do this). I also used an additional shifter mount (purchasable separately) to create the more street-car style hand-brake mount. I did need to modify the mount slightly to do this. With those mods, I think it’s near perfect, but even out of the box it’s one of the nicest rigs I’ve seen.

    Totally Worth the Upgrade

It took me a weekend to get this thing set up, but it was only a part of my room reorg project (still got some cable management to go ????‍♂️). While there were a lot of pieces, everything was pretty straightforward and the material quality was top notch. I also bought the monitor stand and mouse/keyboard tray (sold separately), which just adds to the experience. It showed up in a giant heavy box that I ended up just leaving on the landing. There is a second box inside with all the hardware and parts, the rest of the space is the chair. Do yourself a favor and just carry the chair and smaller box separately, it’ll save your back. The entire frame is very strong and bolted down everywhere. They also included extra support for the pedals and a lot of extra hardware; this thing is a tank. I would be very surprised if any piece of the cockpit breaks before all of my Logitech gear.I can finally drive without worrying about pulling too hard on things or the position of my seat and just focus on what matters. With none of those small distractions, it’s a much more rewarding and immersive experience to race. After racing and drifting in this cockpit, I have found it to be a vast improvement to my previous mobile mount. I had to move the old one over by my desk, connect everything, and then launch Asseto. Now, with a dedicated cockpit, I no longer have to move or setup anything. I use a DisplayPort switch between the sim monitor and my desk monitor so that I only need to press one button to switch back to desk gaming, and a usb hub to allow my Logitech steering setup to always stay connected. If you are looking to set up a dedicated sim station, I would highly recommend this cockpit. It’s a very solid base to build from. The quality of this company’s products have made me rethink the Logitech steering wheel, as it now feels cheap comparatively; I will probably be upgrading to direct drive soon. This cockpit deserves the upgrade.

    Not perfect, but good.

Good- Comfortable, sturdy enough, arrived on time, packaged well and compatible with my dd1 and sprints.Bad- quality control. Couple of bent pieces that made install take longer but nothing that couldn’t be straightened. Shouldn’t happen for this price.I would probably recommend.

Does everything you want it do

What can I say – super sturdy. This went in a small area that I was a bit worried wouldn’t fit or would cram the space. Not a problem. The rig profile is a good 20% smaller than my old RSeat R1 that I had to get rid of for this reason. It’s every bit as sturdy as that rig was, for about half the price. The castor wheels are money, and it comes with a bunch of extras too. Have the wheels on both the rig and the NL monitor stand and they are easy to move in tandem with a little care, and a cinch on their own.Overall – this seat is only lacking in a few features but am able to make due with the available space on the hub mount for a makeshift mousepad area for the keyboard. KB and mouse tray can be added as an extra. On last little thing – I am carrying a few extra lbs. I’m not hefty, but the regular sized seat does fit quite snug. I actually kind of like that but some may not. Do not hesitate to go for a bigger seat option if there is one if you register as Obese on the fat scale.

    Quality/Assemble

for those that wont read this, its good for beginners, well built, and comfortable, hard to put together though. When receiving the package it was nicely double boxed and no damage to the box, however when i opened it there was some items that could be improved. The chair has strings already hanging from the bottom and has some poor quality areas that i can for see to degrade and fall apart sooner than it should have. The frame is a light aluminum that has what i would say not enough welding done, its solid but the welds are spotty and not filling the entire gap between the bends. The left arm coming up had a broken piece of plastic that literally cut my finger, snapped it off and smoothed it out no big deal. There was also another piece of the metal sticking up that was sharp and again….i cut my finger on it.The assembly is difficult, it took me 3 hours to put this together and im a top tier IKEA furniture assembler. The pieces fit together and then the bolts go through the holes and you tighten it with a nut, pretty simple, the only problem is some of the pieces that are suppose to go around and grip another dont tighten correctly when tightening the bolts. its like if you put a 1 inch ball in a 1.2 inch pipe, it would rattle back and forth. Thats no problem for my hammer though. I had to hit some of the, what i would call “female” pieces so they would hold the “male” pieces tighter and when tightening the bolts it actually stopped the frame wiggle. another issue another solution.Id say that this piece is worth the purchase if your willing to deal with a rough assembly.

Solid rig for its type, great mobility.

The mobility of this rig is the best feature by far.And while you would think that constantly moving the rig in and out of place would loosen the bolts or alter the rigidity of it, it has held up very well for the year I’ve owned it.I’ve got an 8nm FFB wheel base testing the top, and performance brake rubbers inserted into the brake pedal, so it gets a bit of a workout in terms of flex testing. The wheel, maybe not as much as your 20+nm forces, but it handles 8nm with no issue. The brakes though, while the frame holds strong, the seat’s reclining feature allows for a small amount of give when hard into a braking zone. There is enough room for customizability too. I’ve drilled a few extra holes for my button box on the right side dash area, and it has done nothing to the quality negatively.

Good Rig once you get it set up.

It took a little bit to put it together. And definitely a little challenging trying to get everything adjusted right, but once you do, it is very solid. I particularly like the castor wheels which make it easy to move out of the way when not using it. The seat belt is a nice added feature for the immersion effect, but it doesn’t tighten up exactly like a real seat belt and has a tendency to become a little loose. I use mine with a Logitech G29 wheel and pedals and they mount firmly to the unit. Great for use on GT7 PSVR2 on PS5.

    Pricey, but solid

Yes, as many say you could build one yourself for less, but I’m not trying to design, buy, and cut metal. This thing is very sturdy, me at 250lbs and this thing doesn’t move a millimeter. I originally thought I’d skip putting the caster wheels on the bottom as I figured it would make it less stable; but they are incredible, and lock is place and don’t move (I have it on a hardwood floor). It is fairly configurable, but not something you are going to adjust on the fly (other than the sliding seat which is nice). You need to remove bolts, etc to adjust pedal & steering wheel position. An assembly tip: only hand tighten EVERYTHING, until the whole thing is assembled, then tighten up the bolts.

    Great sim cockpit!

Decided to order this sim cockpit after researching features and possible expansion like adding flight sim controls. Overall assembly is easy and only requires one person. I do recommend having two people to move package as it is very heavy. Once assembled it is rock solid. Adjustability is great. Seat can be bolted farther or closer and has sliding rails for fine adjustment. The pedal deck has multiple slots that my pedals can bolt to. The adjustment on the pedal desk is also fantastic with the ability get it right where you want it. The wheel adjustment only has an up and down but moves at and angle. I would recommend adjusting this first before the pedal deck. I’m currently using some Fanatec Clubsport racing sim hardware. I was able to bolt these to the chassis without modification. I enjoy this sim chassis and have already put plenty of hours in it with Project Cars and starting iRacing.

    Great

Great first racing cockpit, very sturdy, thoughnits easy to overtighten and bend the frame. Takes some manual adjustment to get used to. Blue Locktite helps alot because nuts get loose quick.Update: Cockpit is still going strong after over a year of use. Had to re tighten the seat bolts but other than that it has been great!! I am 5’11 260 pounds wear XXL so some assurance for us bigger framed people that this still holds up well which is surprising as i expected the seat to go flat by now

3 Month Update: 10 out of 5 Stars!!!!!

Wow. 3 months in Ive come back to change my review. I had to work with customer service to get a few parts replaced that didn’t work or failed. My ONLY complaint is the lack of follow up from customer service waiter you give them all the info about the problem. I’m NOT a patient man admittedly. While I thought I may have been “ghosted” in the end NLR went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND in replacing / fixing issues. Unlike any company I’ve dealt with TBH. So I’ll forgive the lack of communication due to their final response MORE THAN COMPENSATING FOR MY ANNOYACE.10 out of 5 Stars. Period and /mic dropPS. Thank you Cameron!!!! A Good Starting Point

So it’s not bad. Functions as described, works fine for the hardware I’ve got…. What I’m trying to say, is it’s fine… Not great, but it does the job. Everything I’m about to list doesn’t necessarily affect performance.* It’s not that adjustable* The seat doesn’t breathe and it’s coming apart… But it hasn’t gotten any worse in 5 months* I bent the frame and plates around the screw holes because the sidewalls of tubes are thin* pedal plate flex* shifter plate flexI would still buy it again as a first rig if I had to do it again, but I’m not planning on replacing it with the same model

    Very versatile!

I would never degrade the product with 4 stars. This rig is amazing. Sturdy, adjustable for all sizes and paired well with my thrust-master equipment. I am also using the butt kicker 2.0 in hopes to get the motion platform in the future. I watched my first movie in the seat yesterday with the seat reclined like a lazy boy!The only modification I have done was installed knobbed screws in place of the Allen key screws for faster adjusting. When I drive I move the pedals forward and raise the steering wheel which require removing screws and fasteners. But with the installation of the knobbed screws the transfer between my son (4yrs old) and me is reduced 75%!!Awesome Rig you wont be disappointed!

    Good but could be better

For the price I’d expect no issues with build quality but I have been dealing with the company in order to get my issues resolved. Support takes a while as they ask you to complete multiple tasks in order to diagnose the issues. My issues are creaks in the back rest of the chair and creaks from one of the height adjustment poles. Using a 20 NM DD drive wheel, the caster wheels are a great addition for those without permanent space for a rig.
