Excellent Quality for Refurbished Product
I purchased the Nintendo switch over three months ago. Very durable and have not had any problems with it. For being a refurbished product, it is a great deal and you get your bang for your buck. Love the nice sleek look to it. I would recommend.

Everything included (except the box)
Rarely purchase refurbished items, but I took a chance with this Switch. It was a good bet! Everything works well, was cleaned, individually wrapped. The only missing items were the original box and the documentation that it came with. Luckily, if you’ve owned a Switch before, it isn’t necessary. The only minor issue with it is there’s a permanent stain on one of the joycons. Unwashable. I’m sure it was returned like that – nothing you can do about it. But that’s the nature of buying refurbished or used – you have a chance that your item isn’t 100% perfect. It’s a super minor issue, but it’ll always bug me because it stands out against everything else looking so pristine. Also, I’m wary about the battery life – it drains a liiiiittle bit faster than I would have anticipated, which means they refurbished an older item and didn’t replace the battery. I’m a bit miffed about that. That was the whole reason for me buying a new one – my old Switch battery isn’t doing so great nowadays. Either way, good deal, but you always take the risks with it.

Shipping issues, great product
I initially ordered this July 17th and it was being sold by Sole Providers. I paid for upgraded shipping and it was estimated to be delivered by July 1st. On July 1st I received a notification that I needed to reapprove my order and that my package would potentially be shipped by July 31st. It said it could be longer and it hadn’t shipped I would have to once again approve my order on the 31st. I ended up canceling my order and reordering. The second time it was being sold by Woot, was nearly $25 cheaper and my package shipped in less than 24 hours with standard shipping. Just be wary of who is fulfilling your order, obviously some of these sellers are better than others.The switch itself works perfectly and looks brand new, it didn’t come in the original box but everything was packed appropriately and arrived without any damage. After the initial hurdles I ended up very happy with this purchase!

Best Nintendo Switch that’s out there right now
Upgraded from the very first Nintendo switch to this one, it felt like upgrading from an iPhone X to an iPhone 15 Pro Max. Great screen, I love the rich colors and bigger real estate. I mainly use it on the dock but I got a case that is dock compatible for when I’m on the go or want to move to another room. I definitely recommend a case for it with grips when using on its own. It’s big in comparison to the original and I like the handling better when it has grips. Super fast and easy to navigate. Definitely worth the purchase.The white color is so beautiful to look at too. Nice to see near my white Xbox S in my console area.

I’m satisfied with what I received
The media could not be loaded.
Although it did come kinda just thrown in a cardboard box, and I’m not really sure if it was refurbished or not. It did have some kinda dust from the box, but functionality I can’t complain. Works perfectly in my opinion, it’s my first one so I didn’t really know what to expect, so for the price I’m overall extremely satisfied with my purchase.

Was very happy to find this less expensive, refurbished Switch! Looks brand new & works perfect. The only downside is that it comes in a plain cardboard box as others have mentioned but it’s not a big deal. My son was ecstatic!

I just would like to say I was skeptical about buying such an expensive used system online not knowing if I was getting something beat up or a scam so I took my chances and hoped for the best and I am glad I did, when I got the package I took everything out and I have to say it all was flawlessly perfect!!! Saw reviews saying they didn’t get the OG box or that it was damaged. Mine was scuffed like a normal box would get, but the Switch itself was spotless. Still in its original packaging and the system itself is brand new. Runs great with no issues or damages. Not even any surface wear. Very happy with this purchase

AMAZING!!
The only thing wrong with it is the dent in the box. Other than that small thing that doesn’t matter, the actual switch is in mint condition. Some others were saying it didn’t come in the actual box, which I’m sure is true, but mine did surprisingly. If you’re looking to get one I would highly recommend going for the cheaper renewed option, as I said it’s in perfect condition all around minus the small imperfection on the box.

When I had orderd the item I had no idea it was Refurbished, but was already to late when I realized.But so far I’m very happy, it’s in mint condition, runs grate. Batter has been holding for almost 8-9hrs.Controllers has no stick drift, buttons are crisp 👌and ive been using it for 2-3 days now no issues. Definitely happy with my purchase.

Came in the original box, which was only slightly damaged– nothing big. The console itself and the accessories looked like new, and the only “problem” I could spot were a few small scratches on the joysticks on the joycons included, but everything else looks and works fine!

Amazing so far
Just bought the white switch oled and it works beautifully so far. I bought a control for it already so I don’t have to use the joy con’s unless I want to but they work fine. Do note that the oled may or may not come in its original box mines didn’t but was packaged very good no scratches or damages!

It came a day early but the package was damaged
The console came a day early so far the consol is great but the package was damaged other than that good purchase just would have been great if they where more careful with the package considering it’s an electric device amd it’s not cheap, still haven’t opened the switch to make sure it’s ok cause it’s a birthday gift. I’ll update this once it’s opened

Didn’t come in original box, but I don’t mind. Everything looked and felt brand new, except for there was a slight defect in one of the joycons joysticks, when vibrating sounds loose. Besides that 5 stars.

Just as good as a brand new one
This is my first Switch. I’ve had it for two weeks and it’s been flawless. You probably won’t receive a fancy box, and it won’t have a set of instructions or a single quick start guide (minus one star), but you’ll save $50. My advice is to watch some YouTube videos on how to operate it as you wait for it to arrive.You might as well accept the inevitable and add Mario Kart 8 along with your order. It’s a must have.
