Didn’t get spider and ps5 keeps crashing
I got this fresh out of the box and 1st thing I see when opening it is that it didn’t came with spider manSecondly I set the ps5, hooked up to my tv ready and go and all I get is the Ps5 first start up opening screen crashing and replaying it over and over again. I thought it would be the HDMI cable but it’s the whole ps5 system it self.I thought I got it and a good price for $487.46 plus the tax and shipping but I didn’t get Spider-Man and I got a game system that keeps repeating the first same opening screen over again. I should of bought the ps5 from EB games or at GameStop instead

3 months later controller is shot
The media could not be loaded.
This is a brand new machine. I don’t have kids. I don’t throw my controller. Yet, three months into ownership my controller has unfixable drift.Disappointing considering the amount of money spent. Can’t play any game without this happening.You can only contact PlayStation via their website and there are no returns. I sent my controller back at MY expense they “repaired” it and a week later. The same glitch is happening. I’d like a new controller since it is only 4 months old.

Missing game voucher
Just opened it for Christmas and it’s missing the game voucher. It’s not in the box or anywhere. Playstation not available to try and get it replaced. Son is super upset

I’m 42, never played ps4. Kinda stop gaming in the ps3 years. Bought a ps5. And wow, this thing is great. Games visuals are mind blowing. And the bluray ultra hd works perfectly great sound for movies.Only downside to me is the storage. Come on sony, put an extra SSD in there. Dont make us buy and install obvious thing we will need…

Great Black Friday Deal.
Shipped on time, shipped in a box that did not indicate what was inside. Compatable with my son’s PS4 games. Easy to transfer these to his new PS5. Free Spiderman game was easy to access. My 14 year old son is impressed.

WORTH IT!!!!!
It’s awesome I got the Spider-Man 2 bundle and it’s amazing it’s quiet and the game is really fun and the controller is just speechless the adaptive triggers are very cool and the haptic feedback is very responsive even if the door closes in a game you can literally feel it in the controller. So I’m saying if your a person that likes to feel the game and have the best graphics I think the ps5 is the way to go.

It was delivered on-schedule. Good package. We received the item in perfect condition. To prevent theft, they gave an OTP which should only be provided facing the courier, and we really appreciate this.No issues with the product so far. We are enjoying all the games to date!

It’s a PS5…
Added a brand new NVMe 2TB in the console as extra storage and transferred everything I had from the PS4 to this drive and it’s perfect/fast.It’s a PS5… why would I have any complaints? Plus for the Price… Disk console… Perfect.
