Has held up to my stone hands.

I went through a patch where I went through five controllers in a year and half. Three official xbox series x controllers from Microsoft (thee worst, in terms of lifespan) and two from Power A. My issue, as someone that heavily plays FPS games, was stick drift. I ended up buying this controlle, as I have been pleased with Razor’s build quality on other products of theirs that I own.Knock on wood, it has been a year now and the only issue has been a sticky X button. A little isopropyl alcohol on a q tip remedied this issue though. If you can deal with a wired controller and are seeking something responsive and durable, based upon my own experience, I cannot recommend this controller enough.

    Staring into the sun

Takes 6 pieces of painter tape to darken the LED so you don’t have to wear sunglasses while you play. Two of the main features I use on this controller are (1) voice and (2) rapid trigger buttons. Paired with the razer headphones this controller is a must have for xbox: The voice and background cancellation are superior to all other headset/controller combos. Did I mention this is my 13th controller (four of my controllers are the Microsoft Xbox Elite)?Highly recommend this if you are using a wired controller because it has significantly less lag for me, I had to relearn some button combo timings it was such a big improvement.Purchased this in November 2021, played 30% thru Cyberpunk 2077 and about 75 hours of Overwatch and the A button JUST DIED in the middle of a game.Because the A button broke I now have no silver bullet controller but this is my favorite so far.Literally everything else about this met or exceeded my expectations so I’m ordering another one. My Microsoft controllers (I have 4 elites and 8 non-elite) all have broken bumpers and/or drift but I have learned to be more gentle with the sticks. If you think your Razer button is broken, check if it doesn’t make the clicky sound when you press it. It had no warning or other indication it isn’t working.

    Bad Design When Turned On.

The look and feel of the controller is amazing… when its off. The LED when it turns on is so insanely bright I feel like I’m looking at the sun whenever I so much as glance at the controller. If I’m playing in the dark, it lights up the entire room. There is no way to turn off the light. I would return it but… it is otherwise a really good quality controller so its smarter just to buy some tape and cover up the light. This would be a 5 star rating if it wasn’t for the high beams.

    Not built to last.

The controller functions well, I never had a problem in that regard over the last two years I’ve had it. My main gripe is the textured handgrips have yellowed. Having this sort of discoloration happen in only two years in a non-smoking household is absolutely insane. Also, I have barely used the controller I wouldn’t be surprised if my usage of it was less than 24 total hours. This is just another overpriced low quality razer product. There are better alternatives available for the same price or less.

It’s real nice when it works

Very good controls, and it has an excellent feel, with low latency. Love the controller, except that the right trigger broke a few months in. Paid too much for it to break so easily.

Bought this for use with my gaming laptop

Already own a razer wolverine v2 chroma for my primary gaming PC, loved that controller.. Needed something for my laptop, when I travel. This one is very good quality as well, lacks RGB (but saves you a lot of money!). Overall, solid build quality, responsive tactile buttons (clicky), doesn’t need to be charging as its corded, performs well with little to no input delay, connects via your bog standard USB ports, vibrates without rattling, very durable controller.

5 stars for quality- 1 star for design

Well to start off positive, this controllers quality in the couple days i’ve had it has been top notch, zero faults there. BUT!This controller suffers from the same issues i have with the standard xbox one design (and is probably the same reason everyone generally prefers the 360 controller), which is the joysticks and triggers. THEY ABSOLUTELY SUCK in comparison to the originally 360 controller design for just about every game i play. The key issues is spring pressure and feedback. Just like the original xbox one controllers the triggers have absolutely no resistance which make it difficult to modulate pressure and return. The joysticks on the other hand suffer from too much lever action, the sticks feel longer and fall over way too quickly from its fixed position, which sucks because the initial pressure to get it moving is stiffer than at the extremities of its travel. This is just not good for anything. I use to get away with running at a high level with racing games with the 360 controllers, now its nearly impossible. Modulating brake pressure, acceleration, and turning is snappy and hard to control with this controller. In shooting games it is hard to keep the linear motion accurate thanks to the poor joystick feel. The pro’s compared to the 360 controllers is everything that isn’t primary. The grips generally feel much better although slightly shorter which i dont really care for. The primary buttons and d-pad have much more feel and positive clicks. Outside of this, nothing about this xbox one design is better. As such i don’t recommend this unless you specifically prefer the xbox one controller over the 360 (WHICH I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT). I might be showing my age here, but what worked for me 10+ years ago, works just fine for me now, these changes don’t help me at all. I hope Razer makes a xbox 360 design compared to this One design. There is a reason there are more replica 360 controllers on the market than these. THEY ARE BETTER.I’d easily give this a 2-stars if there was any quality problems to note. But Luckily Razer designed a high quality…bad product. I think they refer to this as “polished doodoo”.

A Great Alternative to The Official – At a Cost

The Razer Wolverine V2 is not worth the MSRP. But, at a sale cost of $60 or less, definitely snap it up.The quality of the plastics, grip comfort, chassis flex, and button/trigger/stick feel are all significantly better than the official controller. The trigger stops work great, and the audible and tactile feedback on all buttons plus d-pad easily make this an upgrade. However, you are sacrificing a wireless connection. This, of course, is not a negative if you hate dealing with AA’s, or detest the latency / dropped inputs inherent in a BT connection. The cord is generously long.Overall, I think the controller is ultimately worth up to $70, but for $90, you’re not garnering THAT much of an upgrade for that premium. There are two programmable macro keys, but their placement delegates them as useless during intense gameplay.*Used primarily on a gaming PC, currently for Elden Ring and Snow runner. PC is an Intel Phantom Canyon NUC. Core i7-1165g7, Nvidia RTX 2060 (6GB), 2x16gb RAM, 2x NVME SSDs (OS/Gaming on separate drives). Plugged directly into front USB 3.0 type A.

    Great controller

Very good mechanical buttons, hi quality finish with rubberized grips. Clicky mechanical buttons sound great and feel good. Control performs very well, better than OEM Xbox controller. No battery needed as it’s wired. Easy to connect using USB. Would be best controller is it was wireless.

    Feels GREAT in hand!

I used a cheap XBOX 360 controller with my pc before this. It sucked. This thing is amazing. RAZER used some kind of special switches for the ABXY buttons, and they’re great. The hair-trigger switches are great. The Joysticks feel robust and are nice to click. There are even two extra programmable buttons on top.A little pricey, but I 100% support getting one of these (RGB is a waste because it’s covered by your hands. Get the non-RGB model and save some money). My only issue is how BRIGHT the status light is on the front. It’s so bright it’s distracting, but I covered it with a sliver of black electrical tape. Not an elegant solution, but I don’t care.

    Pretty good, a couple annoyances

I will be comparing this directly with a standard wireless xbox one controller, as that’s what I have used, I cannot compare this controller to a xbox series controller which is likely an improvement over an xbox one controller.First, I specifically wanted a wired controller to play elden ring on some time off from work I had, I had already put in about 16 hours using the wireless xbox one controller. The good is that this controller is more comfortable to hold in my large-ish hands, and the menu buttons are placed in locations that are easier to reach without having to move your hand placement. Second, the buttons have a very different feel, but this isn’t a bad thing as my xbox one controller the A and X buttons were very mushy and the Y button was sticking down for some reason despite the fact I’ve used the controller very little considering how long I’ve had it. These buttons are more tactile and spring back much nicer, personally I think the buttons* are a big improvement. Also while the white controller was more expensive at time of purchase(black was on sale for 79.99) the white looks good, and matches my white pc build. One note that’s not really good or bad is that this controller still uses the breakaway connector like what was on the original xbox and the xbox 360, good for not yanking your pc/console if you accidentally tug it, but also may pop loose on you during gameplay if you have the cable routed tautly. Now there are two things that annoy me, and a third which is more specific to what game you’re playing and if you’ve been playing it with a different controller. The first annoyance is that the additional M1 / M2 buttons located on the shoulders have pre-bound mapping, should be blank by default and allow the consumer to map them to what they want should they want to at all. They’re in a convenient location if you plan to use them, or annoying if you didn’t mean to press them and suddenly you’re accidentally chugging healing potions you didn’t need in the middle of a fight, which happened to me many times before I figured out how to unbind them. The second annoyance is that despite this being a razer product and virtually all other razer products being controlled by the synapse app, this controller, and presumably the elite version with even more extra buttons require a windows store app to remap the buttons, this feels silly and combined with the fact that the extra buttons are pre-bound and in a location where you may hit them on accident makes for a real annoyance. Lastly the more use-case oriented annoyance is the triggers, while the buttons feel better all around, the triggers have a reduced actuation point making them “faster” responding, and the controller has little locks to block off the full trigger travel distance turning them more into buttons rather than triggers. This difference in actuation timing takes a lot of getting used to in games where there’s time sensitive button presses on the triggers. Such as parrying in elden ring, even after an additional ~40 hours with this controller I’m still having trouble getting the timing down after the first ~16 hours with a different controller. But if you’re not switching to this controller partway into a game, or you’re just more adaptable to things like that, you’ll probably be fine. I do not know for sure if the changes to the triggers affect the analog-like pressure sensitive features found on the standard xbox one controller which is good for games with driving. The last thing I’ll mention is the indicator light is bright, too bright. So was the logo on the xbox one controller but this one seems to catch me in the eyes more often, if by chance somebody working with Razer sees this review, it would be great if the controller app had a brightness/dimming setting.

    Controller is ok

This is my second 3rd party controller……Items list price is 99.95 and I caught a sale at 59.95.So the controller came well packed and 1st impression when taking it out of the box it had a bitof weight to it….almost like it had a battery pack…..it felt good.I have now been playing with the controller for over 50 hours and no issues…..it did take a little bitgetting used to but now its just fine.Overall its a great controller and I give a solid 4 star at the 59.00 price…….I would not recommendthis controller at 100.00 as there are to many other controllers out there with a better bang for your buck.

    Solid Performance, Awkward Trigger Placement

I recently picked up this Razer wired Xbox controller and was immediately impressed by several of its features. Being wired, the response time is fantastic—there’s virtually no lag, which makes a huge difference in fast-paced fps games. It’s really noticeable and a big plus for any serious gamer.Another thing I appreciated was the non-detachable wire. My last controller had a removable wire that kept falling out at the worst times, so this design change was a welcome improvement. It feels secure and robust, which is exactly what I need when I’m deep into gaming sessions. However, there’s one design feature that didn’t work out for me, leading to a four-star rating instead of five. The controller has extra triggers positioned in spots that aren’t ideal for someone with long fingers like mine. I found myself accidentally pressing them quite often, which can be really frustrating and disruptive when you’re trying to focus on the game.I ended up returning the controller mainly because of this issue. It’s a real pity, because if it had paddles on the back instead of those extra triggers, this would have been a perfect fit for me. If Razer ever releases a version with back paddles, I’d be the first in line to get it. But for now, if you’re someone with smaller hands or who doesn’t mind the trigger placement, this controller could still be a great choice. It’s solid, reliable, and quick—just watch out for those extra buttons if you’ve got bigger hands!

    Fantastic

First impression-wise, this controller is amazing. (First impression is about 10 hours of gameplay on it so far. Will update in a few months to see how it holds up.)Pros: Feels comfortable and weighty. The material feels great, no cheapness to the grips, casing, or buttons. And speaking of the buttons, oh man I don’t think I can go back to squishy membrane buttons again. The tactile feedback of the clickity buttons is superb.Cons: The one main con is mentioned in plenty of other reviews. You can see above for some videos of this, but it does this strange thing if you’re holding down the bumpers and then press the triggers (only when the triggers are unlocked from the smaller range of motion). The kind of lock up against each other. You have to be pressing on the bumpers on a downward angle and you gotta have a deathgrip on the thing. It’s really not an issue for me in particular, but it is worth mentioning: mileage may vary. The rest of the cons are less “cons” and more adjustments. The shape is a bit different from the cheap controllers I’ve been using , and it took a minute to get used to the ergonomics of it. But as soon as I did, it was totally worth it.Overall, this controller is great. It’s my new daily driver, and I will be picking up a second one as a backup/luxurious player two.Good stuff!

    Must read review! Grip tape!

Have had this controller for 6 months and used the Wolverine before this one and I have to say…. Absolutely amazing design with the m1 and m2 buttons above the triggers, great weight distribution, millisecond reaction speed with the mouse click buttons, trigger stoppers work wonderful and haven’t given out! I’ve dropped this controller so many times and not a single button is broken! Only issue I had was the grip tape started to fall off after the 5th month of owning but that doesn’t effect gameplay on my end. Haven’t seen any stick drift yet! unlike its brother controller “the Wolverine” it does not have paddles (I never used them anyways) and no magnetic joysticks to switch out. Overall a 4.6/5 for me! Some better grip tape or built in grip would bring this to a 5

Review after approximately 850 hours of use…

This controller rocks. Easily my favorite controller I’ve ever had, especially for the connectivity between headset and controller if you’re like me and connect your wired headset to your controller. Sound quality for headset connected into the controller easily surpasses that of most controllers. Buttons and the d-pad feel incredibly reactive, great to smash and incredibly satisfying. Feels great to hold in my hands and fits nicely. The option to take a screenshot is great but that something most controllers come with now, so that’s expected. The only qualm I have with it is that sometimes if I smash the right bumper the wrong way (happens a lot when I play lifeweaver on overwatch and I try to lifegrip someone…) the select button will get pressed and it will pause my game? Very strange. It hasn’t gotten me into any trouble in the game but it’s something I’ve never experienced with another controller. After around 850 hours of use, the left joystick has been worn down to a sad nub, and now that it sticks and sometimes doesn’t completely go forward immediately. The right joystick is totally fine. Overall, this controller is still usable by all means and the buttons all work fine still despite this. I will consider buying another one of these again. It’s definitely a good deal for the price point.

Mad Catz, Lasted Quite a Bit

Updated 3star to 5starI bought this controller in “ Ordered on March 8, 2022”At first I was skeptical, well growing up in a poor family and you don’t have a lot of money. You had to buy Mad Catz. If you know you know, and that scares me. I thought it was going to be that situation: Surprisingly it’s pretty okay. The controller feels a bit odd to me, but that’s me. Last XBox I used was 360, and coming from my recent PS4, it felt bulky. So I got use to it and it started working pretty well I got to say. I love the hefty feel of it, and its design is pretty slick. The rubber handles are also nice and grippy. You don’t have to worry about battery life or connectivity since it’s hard wired in. My only big complaint is that this HUGE ASS BRIGHT ASS light in the center is so annoying. It’s near the Xbox logo and it’s so bright that you can’t ignore it. I wish I could tone it down, or turn it off, because it’s so distracting. But yeah it’s been 2.5+ years, almost 3 years and it’s on its last leg. The connection is pretty unstable now and the left analog is showing little drifting recently. Not that bad, but if you move a little, the character will move a little extra like as if the Left Analog was still being pressed. I would honestly buy this again if it was on sale, preferably one without lights or RBG.Update: Update: Wanted to add extra context. So I play on PC and I daily drive this controller every single day. Usually in long session like 2hr-5hrs depending on how much free time I got. There are some rough competitive games listed. These are the games I play in case you’re wondering if it can handle it:Destiny 2Diablo 4Diablo 3Elden RingElder Scroll SkyrimElder Scroll OnlineFallout 4Fallout 3Fate/Samurai RemnantMajority of the Musou/Warrior seriesOverwatch 2Star Wars Jedi 1st and 2ndWarframeDark Souls 1, 2, and 3Borderlands SeriesMonster Hunter WorldEnder Lilies

Improved design and my favorite controller by far. The Best controller I’ve ever owned.

At the bottom will be the pros and cons if you want to skip to that. They got rid of the buttons on the back from the first version, which is great for me. The wildcat was one of my favorite controllers, and I did like having the option to add the buttons on the back if I wanted to. But, I found the buttons on the back to be a tad excessive in the end. With the Razer Wolverine V2 you get the extra bumpers without the nuisance of anything getting in the way of your grip. The material they used around the grips makes it easy to hold the controller firmly. It felt awkward at first due to the grips formation, but quickly got over that. 0 drift on the controller even when I removed the dead zones. This is a hard quality to find, no matter the controller from my experience. If you are looking to buy a controller I would highly recommend.Pros (Based on my personal preferences)-0 drift, buttons feel great and responsive. (Not sure if I got lucky with the 0 drift on the joysticks. Haven’t seen any complaints about it yet.)-Comfortable, and the grips make it easy to hold the controller firmly. (I really like the material they used)-They removed the buttons on the back of the controller used in the previous versions. Liked the option to have them at first, but in the end I found them to be a tad excessive.-Best controller for the price. (PowerA’s fusion pro controller would be a close 2nd for $80, but it falls short in my opinion. It’s not a bad option though if you like the elite’s paddle style.)(You will need to download the Razer application to program the buttons as well as tweak any other settings to your liking. This applies to PC and Xbox users. Application can be found in the Microsoft Store.)Possible Cons (Depending on your preference, none of these bother me in the slightest)-Doesn’t have interchangeable joysticks or buttons-You aren’t able to remove the cable from the controller. Does have the breakaway towards the USB side.-Cable’s material is standard, and not the mesh you normally see from a Razer product. That’s it, hope this info was helpful. Like the direction they took with this one. Simplified and refined would be a good way to describe this controller. 2 extra buttons are all I need, and I love the placement of the buttons next to the bumpers. I will update the cons list later depending it’s longevity. If it’s like the Wildcat in the regard I have high hopes. (That controller is 4 years old and still works lol.) Sorry if this review was too long, I do not write reviews very often.

    Great controller

This is my second of these. The first one being subjected to my 13 YO son and all the nastiness that comes with that. Still working perfect, so I got one for myself. Super strong build, very responsive controls and buttons and the vibrations is very noticeable. Quality controller and great for the price.

    Dig it

Is it as good as my Elite 2 was? No. Is it close? Yes, with some caveats.First, I mainly use a controller on my PC for specific reasons I won’t get into and after about a year and a half of heavy use on an Xbox Elite 2 it has major problems. The infamous bumpers are shot. While I could get a new replacement for 75 bucks from Microsoft, I opted to try this because why not.The nonexistence of wireless doesn’t bother me as I plug mine in regardless. The rumble and haptics are actually better quite a bit better than the Elite, though not solidly as built feeling as the Elite it’s build quality exceeded my expectations. At times playing fast faced FPS games it seems like there’s a slight offset when ADS’ing with triggers. Hard to explain but it’s there at times but hasn’t affected gameplay.Like every other Razer product you need software to change your mappings but once you have those mapped, you can uninstall the software without losing your settings. All in all this has been a great controller these past couple of weeks and here’s hoping it will last

The unit seems to be just a little small?

Compared to my original Xbox controller it’s hits my little finger on my left hand for some reason? Only thing I can think of it’s build a tad smaller than the original unit? It is padded way better than the original unit and feels great when I adjust the way I hold the controller. It’s way quicker and the short throw changers for the sight and trigger are great!! If you have large hands you might have to adjust how you hold the unit.

    A good buy…if on sale.

So I already own an Elite Series 2. This new Razer Wolverine 2 is not that, but it does compare favorably in a few key areas.I purchased this for $80 instead of the usual $100, and that seems about right. If you can find it even cheaper, then this becomes almost a must buy.The negatives out of the way. It’s wired. This cannot be used in a wireless setting, and if it could then this might be even better than the Elite. Now I obviously knew going in that it was wired, and that’s not a deal breaker when using at my PC (which is where I’m using it), but this is a total no-go for my XBox with that setup. If having a wireless controller is important, then pass on this guy. I’m also not a fan of the extra buttons on the trigger. In theory I’m a fan, just not of their placement. They just don’t seem practical or easy to use. I’m sure others don’t have an issue with their placement, but it’s awkward. With that said, I’ve never been much on using extra buttons, even the extra paddles on the elite, so this will vary based on the user. The Pros:The buttons. Oh the mechanical switches on these guys. It does take a minute to get used to, but one you do, it just feels so much better to use. It’s hard to explain, but if you’ve used a mechanical keyboard, then you’ll understand. Yes, they make a difference. The build quality. The feel of this guy in the hand is legit. I’m not going to say it feels better to hold than the Elite, but it’s on par with it. The thumb-sticks, the triggers, the texture of handles in your hand. The whole package just screams quality and is a pleasure to use.I will say the placement of the menu buttons is odd and different. Not a negative, but if you switch between this guy and a regular XBox controller, it will take a minute for the brain to remember the placement when you at first switch back an forth. If you don’t mind a wired controller or the lack of the back paddles and want that elite feel then this is a no brainier if you can find it around $70-$80.

    Met my expectations

does what you would want for a 100 dollar controller. Buttons feel really nice and responsive. I love the trigger stops as well.

Amazing Controller as a replacement for my old Xbox Controller.

So, to get straight to it, the Controller is amazing. I prefer wired controllers due to forgetting to charge battery packs, I am lucky if I remember to charge my earbuds that I wear every day when working.I do especially like the lockable trigger buttons, first time doing that it gave me a shock as I wasn’t expecting it to use full force immediately. My only complaint is the pause and selection buttons on the front are a little too high up for my taste but other than its probably my favorite controller I have owned in a long time.

Honestly just one of the most official third party controllers out there

These controllers are great giving the feel of a basic xbox controller with extra features a pro series controller without all the cludder. it comes with 2 extra to buttons lockable triggers and has the best dpad im really tired of webbed dpads. this controller is the only one in the razer series that does this please razer the tactile feel of the buttons is enough just give me a regular dpad and ill by your new chroma nonsense you have proven you can make the best controller do it again but this time make it so i can replace the cable

Great Controller BUT check when you get for defective sticks

Love the controller, feel, the buttons that clickl like a mouse which I love. The Wolverine V2/V2/Chroma are my favorite controllers by a mile (haven’t tried scuff instinct pro yet but not spending $250 a year after it wears out) but just be carefulful when you get it to determine both sticks aren’t defective. I’ve had 3 of these including one sent back. Noticed the right stick seemed to be moving despite not touching it. Opened up the Xbox accessory app to look at stick sensitivity and it showed clearly it was faulty and jumping around while the other stick was like the others on my other 2 V2 Chroma and 2 Wolverine V2 non-chroma. The quality otherwise is excellent although after heavy use a buttoned will eventually wear and get stuck around the 9-12 month mark of heavy use. If you can get the controller around the $80-90 range or less go for it. If it does come defective they’ll replace it with one quickly (for an online only store anyway(

    Good at first, disappointing overall

I’ve been pretty happy with this controller overall, but it seems to start doing multiple taps on a single tap/ just overall being too sensitive on buttons. I bought the controller in November, and I started noticing a minor issue with the button click of one of the joysticks triggering when I would just be trying to steer. I tend to play a lot of Rocket league and I’ve noticed some occasional quirkiness when I play Rumble and my special abilities trigger when I don’t want them to. As of today, I’ve also been noticing that when I try to move between selections in the Xbox menu, the selection will move two steps up or down instead of 1 step at a time. Again, overall I’ve been very happy with the controller, but it’s saddening me that I’m having these problems within less than half a year’s time. Otherwise it’s been one of the best ones I’ve owned (tied with the turtle beach one I used to use, tho I like the audio option buttons on the turtle beach a bit more than I like the performance of the razer).Razer has failed me again… I was disappointed with the durability on a mouse of theirs as well as a keyboard. Not sure why this brand is so popular aside from it being over advertised and offering some extra lights and a buttons.

Broke after two weeks and the software doesn’t work

Broken:I’ve had the controller for two weeks, was just getting warmed up to using it (I play a lot of Rocket League) and today the Y button decided to stop working mid game. I tried mashing it, tried replugging the controller, etc. It’s just a dud, it doesn’t want to work at all. Otherwise it had been working mostly fine.Software didn’t work:It took some digging to figure out that you have to install the Razor Controller Setup software from the windows store in order to configure the controller (it doesn’t show up in the regular synapse software). You have to read through the FAQ to find this out. Kinda lame, but ok.I installed it on my Windows 11 machine (this might be why). It says to use the controller to navigate through the menus. It wasn’t picking up any controller interactions, it just didn’t work at all. You can’t use your mouse to do anything. I was able to hit Tab on my keyboard to go through menus and hit Enter to select things, but it wasn’t enough to actually get the controller working how I wanted it. Totally shit experience. This was a problem for me because I wanted to remap the (basically useless) extra buttons up next to the bumpers. I would sometimes hit it by accident and it would hit my A button (which is my Jump in Rocket League), so I ended up screwing up a few plays this way. I was ready to let it go and just call it user error and cross my fingers until the software started working, but with the controller fully breaking now I’d rather just get something different instead of a replacement.Overall:The controller works alright. It feels pretty natural coming from other xbox controllers with the exception of the strange placement of the start and “view” buttons, the two buttons usually in the middle of the controller but were moved up above. It feels weird but I got used to it, not a big deal. The buttons are sort of “clicky”. There were a few times where things felt kind of stuck as I was pressing the button down. It wasn’t so bad, but I noticed it sort of confused/interrupted what I wanted to do a few times. It didn’t bother me too much, maybe I got used to it.Despite all this, this is still one of the better controllers I’ve found. Just be prepared to buy a new one every 6 months it seems lol

Great all around controller. I especially like the clicky buttons, responsiveness and comfort in hands. Will get a backup eventually

    its ok

Not what I expected not built as the original Razer Wolverine V2 Chroma Wired Gaming Pro Controller with the remappable Buttons & Triggers – Mecha-Tactile Buttons & D-Pad – Trigger Stop-Switches.

Not great for Final Fantasy XIV

If you’re looking to use this controller for FFXIV or any other game that has you frequently using the “back” (select) button look elsewhere. The start and back buttons being placed behind the sticks mean you have to annoyingly reach over them to hit the buttons. I have big hands and even I find this awkward and uncomfortable.

    Love This Controller

This is my second controller bought so I could add a second player to my games. First controller still working like new after a couple years. Solid controller you can spend your money on.

Great Controller with no real issues!

I purchased this controller back in april when it’s now end of july. I’ve used it on FPS games, racing games, rpgs, and everything in between. I’ve never had any stick drift or generally issues with buttons not working. I have had one issue on games like BF 2042 where I’ll be holding down the right trigger to shoot a weapon for an extended time, and the input will like drop and my shooting stops. I did switch the trigger lock to be pressed out for shorter presses, and doing this seemed to fix that problem. Other than that and the fact that could just be a defect in my device, I’d say it’s worth 5 stars defo. FYI you cannot control the RBG colors in the light bar under the top XBOX logo. It just flashes rainbow colors across the entire thing in a motion and looks cool, but that’s what you get.

    Works like a charm

This controller is a great mock version of an XBox Controller. I works well, little problem is the M1 and M2 buttons works as an alternative X or B button in certain video games.

    great controller

the controller has a nice weight to it feels like is made with quality materials, was plug and play didn’t require any set up. The vibration is pretty strong, so you have plenty of feedback. fits fairly well in larger hands maybe slightly small but not terrible (i am 6’6″ for size reference) the controller also has a nice textured feeling so you don’t feel like it will slip from your hands even if you have palm sweat from a long session. cable is thick rubber that seems a good quality it doesn’t have a braided cord if that’s what you’re looking for. The packaging is also very nice everything is securely packaged in the box and cables come with a rubber tie attached to keep everything tidy when not in use. overall, very happy with the product maybe a little high on the price but with the quality it seems justified after using it for a few weeks.

This controller works exactly as I’d hoped!

I mainly bought this controller for Rocket League, and it works great. I always prefer wired controllers for their responsiveness, consistency, and stable connection. Also, it’s nice not to need to worry about batteries. I especially like how the control sticks are designed. It’s very easy to move them around and the thumb fits perfectly in the groove. My only nagging issue with the controller is that it’s kind of thin and it seems like it could be a lot thicker to accommodate people with average or larger hands.

    Lasted over a year

I have gone through various brands of controllers trying to find one that would last. I tend to grip the controller too hard and end up with drift after half a year–I got this one 14 months ago and have had no issues. It’s been dropped multiple times, abused by my overwatch stress and it’s still going strong. Got a second one as a back-up because I like it so much. 10/10. And when it’s at a decent price, $50-60, it’s definitely worth it.
