Noticeable white pixel on screen
There is a small white dot on the screen that caught my sons eye, and I know it’s barely noticeable, but now that he knows it there…it bugs the crap out of him, but he won’t let me return it because he doesn’t wanna have to wait for another monitor. It’s also a lot more pixley than I thought it would be. I guess we’ve gotten more spoiled to 4K than I realized. Lol. Also, the stand seems very unstable. The legs are spread wider than a porn star. Bad design in my opinion. I definitely recommend using an anchor of some kind…as do they. Other than that…I guess it’s okay

Large was what I needed for poor vision and this works
I like everything about this except the speakers. But I have some good speakers and that works for me. I paid a very reasonable price for this and I am very happy with my find.

Picture is washed out and hard to watch
I do not know if it is just this one monitor or the whole line but the picture was so washed out that it was very hard to watch. I did all of the adjustments and nothing made it watchable. Also the built in sound is horrible.

Bought for home office
there is absolutely nothing I do not like about this monitor, I work from home and being able to split the screen to see what I need is better than having two 22 inch monitors (which I have gotten rid of). I watch movies from it while the grand kids are hogging the 43 inch ROKU and it is amazing to see all the small details that you miss from across the room on the TV. Easy to adjust the settings, speakers could be a little louder but they are okay for what I need. You will love this for home use or the gamer in your family…..

Great Tv!
My son ordered the TV for gaming in his room. Compared to the older TV we had in there, the timing is faster, the graphics are crystal clear, and it’s walls are thin so you get more of a screen. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it came with a power cord to a different TV (thankfully we had an extra one that fit), and it didn’t come with a remote. But it’s still simple to use the power on/off button

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!
It might be too soon to write a review for the product but CUSTOMER SERVICE from SCEPTRE was on point! I received the monitor but there was no power adapter. I got online & did a Live Chat. They asked for me to register the product before they could send anything out. I registered & within 2 business days I got my adapter. 5 stars for that!I am not a gamer. I just wanted a bigger screen for my shopping & YouTube. I am using this screen as the main screen & my MacBook Air M1 is on clamshell mode. I am currently using the HDMi cable hooked up to an Anker Hub. Everything so far is working great. I did order the DisplayPort cable & a docking station. Maybe the DisplayPort cable will make it even better. Just have to wait & see. But as of now, I’m happy. I thought it was going to be more difficult to set up. I set everything up in less than 10 mins. If I can do it, anybody can!

Great monitor – Horrible speakers
Bought this to double as a cheap gaming monitor for the xbox on my desk and on that front when i have my headset in , its awesome the higher refresh on games on PC and xbox one x is extremely noticeable. This is hands down the hardest monitor ive ever had to configure – out of the box its a it dark and dull but , the settings are all there to make it bright and crisp as higher end monitor. Also got it cause rarely i like to pump out the sound from the xbox easily – MY pervious monitor an old asus had built in speakers that sounded great. The speaks on this are absolute garbage , built in speakers is actually one of the reasons i got the monitor and the internal speaker on my other dell PC sounds better then the deal mono audio that comes out of this thing. SO just beware of that – i ended up using the headphone jack to plug in portable speaker to the monitor for when i want sound and its light years better. This would be a solid 5 out 5 if they had just put in a slightly better speaker. But as far as just image quality is concerned hands down incredible value for the price.

Curved feature is nice
I was into gaming a while back and I wanted to replace the old TV I was using. This was on sale so I gave it a shot as it seemed like the best option. The curved feature I will say was easy on the eyes. One thing I noticed was that the quality was not good as I was hoping for. The colors and clarity could be better and I expected them to be a little better. It does the job just fine but when close you can tell where the clarity is not the best. The refresh rate is very high though which is good for gaming. Overall if you are not very picky with how crystal clear it is, this would be a good option for gaming. It served me well.

Honestly a great deal
Saw pretty good reviews and bought it… didnt expect it to blow my mind! way better than my old samsung 27″ 1080p 70hz, looks freaking great, i was worried with the size and 1080p it would look pixelated, but it looks awesome and with freesync i never realized how much better a game could feel. A+++ would reccomend to anybody, and it can do 240hz if your video card can do it.

Great value!
I never liked the idea of a curved display; I just thought it was a gimmick that doesn’t really do anything differently than a standard display did, and well, I still think that, BUT, this monitor is very nice regardless of whether it’s using a gimmick or not. The colors out of the box weren’t to my liking, but after toying around with the settings, I found the perfect combination that looks good to me.Putting the stand on was a breeze and completely fool proof… Even came with a little screwdriver! Very convenient. The stand kind of “snaps” on to a particular spot, so there’s no worry about getting it on crooked or anything, so that’s a plus too. When it comes to this “free sync” stuff, I admit, I don’t know what any of it means. I don’t even know if I’m using it right now! I have it turned on in the settings menu sure, but I don’t really notice any differences between when it’s on and when it’s off, so I guess I can’t comment too much about any of this. There’s two things incredibly bad about this display which prevents it from getting the full five stars: The audio quality and the power supply.I use very nice external speakers for my PC setup, so I never really heard the audio quality from this monitor until I was playing an Xbox One game. I was right in the middle of a scene where two people were talking on the phone. You know how in movies and stuff, they always make the other person on the line sound a little garbled and low quality to simulate their voice actually coming through the phone? That was what was happening for BOTH people in the scene, and I thought it was just odd directing, but no! The next scene where people were talking in the same room had the same bad, garbled quality and that’s when it occurred to me: The speaker quality on this display is terrible! Luckily though, I was able to pull out a standard audio cable to hook my PC speakers to the monitor, so now I can use those speakers for both my PC and my Xbox games. Thank God for that. The other issue is the power supply, and it’s simply because it’s packed with a big box power cable. I hate these things, and I’ve hated them since back in the day! I really can’t fathom why these boxes still exist. Has nobody realized that take up too much space? Even though it only needs one port, it’s currently taking up two on my surge protector because if I have it on the very end port, it’s loose and can fall out of place at any moment! It’s a complete waste of space and I’m losing a port on my surge protector because of it. Even if the supply still needed to use a box, it could still have ended in a normal power cord. I’ve seen that design many times over the years, but not on this. Very frustrating. All in all, despite the two flaws I mentioned, this is a great display! Just make sure you get some nice speakers if you already don’t have some. You’ll enjoy the monitor much more if everything didn’t sound like it was coming from a broken eighties payphone.

Much nicer than I though
This was very easy to set up. Looks well made and next day shipping was nice. Haven’t run it through its paces yet but the one game I did load looked excellent with the 120hz refresh rate. I will update the review if any problems arise. Oh and it is a lot bigger than it looks in the photos. I knew it was a 32 in but good lord it’s a beast. Kinda makes me wish I got a 4k one. But for 229 I can’t complain at all. X2 hdmi ports and x2 display ports…plus built in speakers for when u want want to use buds or a headset. A+Update 5/8/24 no problems at all and it is a excellent gaming monitor. Will do nicely till I upgrade to a 4k one. Also I highly recommend a display port to HDMI adapter so u can use 240hz on console. Makes a huge difference. Very good quality and performance for an off brand.

Overall good gaming monitor
I purchased one of these monitors about 7-8 months ago, really enjoyed the sleekness of the design and overall quality. Graphics were good, I typically play Crusader Kings 3 and Warzone on it. As for the reason I gave it a four star instead of a five star is the stand. I have a computer desk where the monitor is elevated on a different platform. Typically with a bit wider bases I never had issue, however the other day I had an issue where the monitor fell over rather easily causing the screen to break immediately. As mentioned in the past with a bit wider bases I never had an issue with tipping over.Still a good quality monitor, I just would suggest not having an elevated platform when using this monitor.

It is okay at best.
I bought this monitor early to mid 2020 for roughly $275. The brightness is alright but anything higher than 50-60 and the colors get washed out. Picture quality itself is good but the monitor that I got had severe smearing and text is not legible when it is in motion. I tend to watch a lot of anime and play a lot of games so it is important for me that things are clear and legible when they are in motion. This monitor has pretty bad ghosting and smears. Blacks are okay at best, whites are decent, and colors are actually pretty good. I would not say this monitor is worth anything over $300. Even then that’s pushing it. I would recommend to downscale to a 27 inch, and use the same budget on a better quality 1440p monitor. But if you’re set on this one then by all means go for it. But there are better out there as of 2021. I gave this product 4 stars because it has in the past and currently serves me well.

Really good Monitor for the Money!
I got this Monitor a couple of days ago and I have to say, it is really smooth for gaming and the quality of it is very great as well. I already have played games on it from Modern Warfare to Battlefield 5 to other competitive games that I play and I won’t lie, it didn’t make me better but the games are really smooth and slick. I honestly like the monitor and if possible maybe get another one later down the line. Something that I did was also overclock the refresh rate from 185 to 200hz. It didn’t seem to crash when I was able to overclock it with Nvidia Control Panel. No tearing or anything when I play games with it slightly overclocked. The only thing is that I can’t adjust the monitors height unless I use like a stack of books or anything for it to sit on to raise it but I cam to the conclusion that I didn’t need it since my old monitor was at its normal height. On the other hand I am able to angle the monitor up or down but thats something really minor. All in all, this is a really good monitor for the money.

The Good and The Bad
The Good:This monitor has great picture quality, would never be able to tell that it isn’t 4k. Great size for both gaming and movies without being too overly large to fit on a desk. Packaging was secure, no loose pieces getting tossed around in transit. The bad:The biggest issue I’ve ran into is the HDMI inputs. At first I thought it was just my HDMI cables, I cycled through 3 of my own and then purchased 2 more to just cover my bases. All of my cables work on HDMI 1, I however can’t get picture on any other HDMI input, I even took my HMDI cable directly out of 1 which was working and swapped it to HDMI 2 to test it and still didn’t work. I even looked up guides (not that anyone should need it) to make sure I was doing it correctly, I was. Nothing but HDMI #1 will work for me so I can’t have multiples connected to this monitor such as a computer and a console at the same time and swap the display between them at will. Lastly, the speaker volume on this monitor is a little on the low end but that is just my opinion, no crackling or anything, just a bit too quiet.

Setup Requires Patience
Snagged two of these, one for my sig. other and myself.Honestly, she setup hers and I setup mine at same time and there was no fuss until we turned them on…Screen defaulted to itty bitty resolution because: We swapped from HDMI and used the DP (DisplayPort) for the first time with out video cards.Ramped the monitors up to 185hz (YOU MIGHT HAVE TO GO INTO DISPLAY SETTINGS AND ADJUST THIS UP MANUALLY, otherwise you’ll be only seeing 60hz and get cranky like I did at first…) adjusted setting on all our frequent games and were VERY pleased.DON’T let the brightness deter you! Even though the standard is like 300 and this monitor is rated for like 260 (while others claim to be @ 600) we adjusted the contrast settings on all games and ONLY have horizontal blinds on our game room. It was a sunny day and the curve helps SO much.GREAT buy for price and quality, maybe not the the BEST purchase if you are not a little tech savvy and cannot use YouTube or *favorite search engine*.Oh… The speakers are garbage, disable ASAP so they don’t become default on computer restarts. -.-

Superior quality for cost
After reading a number of reviews of the Sceptre product, I ordered with some hesitation. The unit arrived well packed and assembled easily. It included the HDMI cabling, not always expected in monitors. After installing and getting my video card to properly recognize the monitor, I clocked it to 185Hz and maximum resolution. I have not been disappointed. The price point was low enough that I was confident if it was junk I wouldn’t be out of pocket too much. After thirty days of hard use and heavy gaming, I was very satisfied and ordered a second unit for the other computer. The second monitor arrived quickly. I noted a slight difference in the power supplies – perhaps differing production models. Nonetheless, the unit also performed well and set up easily. One comment, the adjustability of the stand is somewhat limited. I recommend installing the monitor on a custom stand or arm.

Great monitor with adjustable brightness settings
I received this product a couple of days ago, the monitor has worked perfectly and the colors are great. The monitor was bigger than I was expecting honestly which is a good thing! The curvature feels natural and is not overdone. Overall, this is an amazing monitor to get with a very reasonable price tag.

Works with ps5 120Hz!
Edit:Sony released a new firmware update for the PS5 and it finally allowed me to access 120HZ on this monitor!! I can confirm this monitor works with the Ps5 for 120Hz!! Thanks guys my initial review of the product was inaccurate as the issue was through Sony and not the product itself! For the price this monitor works great and the input response time also great as well! I did notice 1 or 2 dead pixels though after using the monitor for almost half a year but I mean you can barely notice it, and for the price i think this monitor is worth it,Do NOT get this monitor I can’t get 120 Hz to work on the PS5 Cold War, it does not work I’ve tried everything found on YouTube and can’t get it to work. I specifically bought this monitor for the ps5 because it was capable of up to 165 Hz through HDMI 2.0 and I can’t get it to work on the ps5 Cold War.

Okay for the price but has more than a few flaws
I thought I was going to like this monitor with good reviews and a bit of research, but I found out real quick 1440 is a must at 32″. At FHD/1080 the pixels were very noticeable and text was really blocky. Refresh rate was meh as well. It hits 185hz via display port but I couldn’t tell the difference between that and 120hz because of the smearing. Pixel transition from white to black was really bad as well. Contrast was good, but it should be on a VA panel. I also didn’t like the 1800 curve. 1500 would be ideal. Power brick plug end is huge and takes 3 spots on the power strip as well.Overall I wanted to like this but I can’t get over the resolution mainly. Not for fine detail at all. Im giving 3 starts because for the price it’s a good value, I was just looking for something clearer and with a high response time. It can be used for gaming but there are far better options. If you sit back pretty far it does become manageable though. Ended up getting the LG 27GL850 and it’s night and day, but also double the price. You get what you pay for.Lastly, keep an eye out for when it’s $239. When it’s out of stock it will jump way up to $384 for a used one but it will come back down, just be patient. Also, no UL logo!

Immersive Gaming at Its Best—Smooth, Vibrant, and Affordable!
This Sceptre 32-inch curved monitor exceeded all my expectations! The 165Hz refresh rate with overdrive up to 240Hz makes gameplay incredibly smooth and immersive. The curve adds a cinematic feel, and the vibrant colors bring games to life. FreeSync support ensures no screen tearing, and the built-in speakers are a nice bonus. Setup was simple, and the design is sleek and sturdy. Whether for gaming or productivity, this monitor is a game-changer. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-performance display at a great price!

Works great, looks great,
This thing is just what my old eyes needed.I do 3D CAD design and need to see those hair lines clearly.Plug and play no hassles to set up.I will say that the Speakers are a little “weak”I have the PC side input turned up and theon screen menu set to max but it’s still never loud.I suppose they are protecting me from myself, but, why not let me decide.I use those earbuds you see in the pic so it’s not really a factor. The SIZE is just about all one could ask for unless you have an overactive EGO.That said, I found that the monitor is prone to tipping over. Forewarn not back.SO I placed a board on top of my compact sized PC and then 3dprinted a hold down.no problem at all. The Pic shows two “C” shaped blocks and the insert that keeps things in place.Been using it for weeks now with no issues.Runs cool – it’s never even Warm – so it has to be a low power user.

For the Price, Excellent
As long as you fully understand what you’re getting in this package, this is an excellent budget monitor.Personally, I am not a 4K person – I don’t need the extra strain on computer resources, the pricing, the optimization needs, the potential for lower performance, I’m HD all the way and will die on that hill (until 4K prices across the board come way down). The thorough details of setup / features have been covered well in other reviews. The only things that were hiccups to me during install is that the power cord is a smaller DC plug connection (similar to a laptop charger), so don’t look for the big three pronged power port when plugging it in for the first time. The other issue that I didn’t see too closely is that the stand is not as adjustable as some slightly more expensive options. It can tilt forward and backward, but not up and down. However, the pre-set height is just fine and ergonomic for standard desk-sitting (I am of average build/height) and you can use a third party solution.Overall, pleased with the available settings, the picture quality, brightness, size, but most of all, the price! Should any longer term reliability issues arise, I’ll update this review. I’ve been using this about 10-12 hours per day for 2 months and everything works the same as when I first set it up.

As far as monitors you really can’t beat this monitor it’s probably the best one I have had in years and you can’t beat the price. With that being said I am on my third monitor in 3 months. DO NOT trust the stand it comes with. Get a wall mount or a desk mount. I came home from work and they had fallen and smashed super unstable. But super clear easy setup and awesome performance
