Definitely don’t get a 500gig that don’t hold crap for games. My fault there. Shipping was to slow. It works. A few scratches on top but it’s a refurbished one. Seems slow though overall it’s running. Wonder how long the other person had before they returned it. Controller seems well used. Would just buy new next time. Seems slow excepting games. Not overly happy not overly unhappy.

My ps4 came with 2 charging cords, a nice sony controller, 2 pairs of brand new samsung earbuds with mic that can be used for online parties and of course the ps4 along with a “thank you” card. Very cool! Everything is perfect and so much more stuff than I expected.

Great price, so-so product
I absolutely loved the price that I received the PlayStation 4 and controller for, that is the reason I went for it. It does have an overheating issue however. Even after 20 min of playing, it gives me the error message that I need to turn it off because temperature is too high. Kind of a bummer.

Amazing
This console was packed very well with all the cords even a controller, I use a keyboard and mouse to play my games but the controller was diff a plus for me . It bootd up marvelously it was a little hesitate at first I’m sure it’s because of all my add ons I have to download. It was due on a Wednesday came on a Monday no complaints about getting it early ! Would purchase again there is even his contact information included should any issues come up , love a company that stands behind its products.

Cleanliness and quality of parts
First thing, I can’t play there’s no information on the drive. If refurbished means fix with cheap no name parts. Then I just struck gold and I’m rolling in all the dust bunnies I get to catch. The cord is long A+, HDMI cable included, and controller. I guess I didn’t read enough…

My brother’s birthday present!!!
I scored this pro series PS4 for my brother’s birthday and now I am the number 1 sister according to him! I a Dragon Ball Z wrap because it’s his favorite and put it on he plugged it in to enjoy his first game, everything worked! Will be ordering from this company again! Like new condition
At first I thought it was an issue but turned out to be ok once I figured out how to navigate my way through everything being a used product it didn’t come with a manual the console works great like new all cords and controller was in box. Works just fine easy downloading very easy hookup love it especially the price for a little under 200 buck that is a steal.

I’ve had this renewed PS4 for about a week now and so far no problems whatsoever. Doesn’t overheat, games work well on it, and nothing is slow or glitchy. Works as if brand new. No knicks or scratches on it either. I was hesitant to buy a used PS4, especially over the internet, but I was pleasantly surprised to see it working so well… Almost *too* well… Haha. Would I recommend it? I would have to say yes. If you can afford it I’d recommend buying a brand new one just in case, but the one I got works just as good! It also came with all the necessary wires, controller, and charger wire for the controller. All undamaged.

Product is broken and treated poorly.
Heat guage responds as “system overheating” when it doesn’t even clock 70°F with a thermal sensor. $220, product and delayed shipping was a waste of my time and possibly yours.It had NO screws for the back/main face plate to expose the whole top half of the system.I found a grainiual ‘Nerds’ candy in the internal system near the disk insert, along the wiring of the buttons- such a laborious procedure with my isopropyl alcohol and q-tips. Disgusting to send me that.What made me bock was finding a screw on the internal top left of the tower’ in nothing, it was wedged in-between pillers of plastic on the topmost-right vertical side of the ps4 (horizontal topside turned to the right for better visual)When I removed it the whole system sounded like it clicked in place for the first time in years, the metal stuttered.There was rust on the hard drive, rust around the buttons, rust around plug ins for power which is a safety concern.It literally wouldn’t work with any games developed for ps4, only ps3 ports which Sony is aggressively outmoding- for an average of 6h play time for a gaming experience I didn’t want.If I wanted a ps3 I’d save $40 and potentially have better service and support concerning a competently maintenanced gaming system. I still have 53 ps3 games on disk- but no- I wanted my ps4 games again after four years of coping and surviving my attempted murder where my belonging and home were destroyed. All I wanted was to play MGSV again.And you failed. Miserably.

Did not get a power cable
Summary until i get a power cord: Overall the console is very clean, and packaged nicely with no damage done to the console or controller. Slight signs of wear on the console and controller, but only if you are looking for them and a reason to be upset. Questionable quality control but the best customer service I have ever gotten and I would absolutely buy from this seller again.8/24/23 orginal reviewConsole and controller seem to be in good condition, no dirt or finger prints, but I got 2 HDMI cables, a super cheap micro USB cable to charge the controller, and no power cable for the console. I contacted the seller immediately to try to get a replacement power cord, and I will update later.Update 8/25/23Seller responded quickly with a partial refund and a power cord is on the wayUpdate 9/17/23Found out the power cord was actually sent to PA and not MN, contacted the seller immediately, he responded the next day with another power cord shipment, and 2 bonus games. I will update again once the package arrives.Update 9/23/23Power cord and games arrived on the 19th, and I have given the console a few days to analyze the performance and such. As expected the power cord that was finally sent to me works perfectly, the games look to be in good condition although they are not really games I would play. No matter, I appreciate the seller for compensation for the issues and will likely try the games sometime soon since I have them, no point in wasting them.Performance wise, the console has a few lag spikes when playing god of war 2018, but I counted 2 in the 4 days I have been playing. As my friends warned me about, the ps4 fan is extremely loud, but I have noise canceling headphones for that. On the topic of headphones, the audio cuts out sometimes when useing the aux port on the controller, it hasn’t the few times I was just using my TV speakers. It’s not often enough or long enough to impact my game at all, just something to note. Overall, 9/10 experience, probably should have gone with the ps4 pro, but its alright.

PS4 is good but controller is gross
I ordered this and the first time around they sent an Xbox instead. Was very inconvenient to send back and get the thing I ordered. The PS4 itself is good, thankfully. But the controller they sent with it had not been cleaned and was very gross. One of the sticks looked like it was chewed on by a kid or a dog. As a result, the rubber fell off of it after a short amount of time. The hard plastic underneath was broken and is super sharp and we can no longer use the controller as it hurts to play with. It was also very sticky and had to be taken apart and cleaned. I appreciate you sending a controller with it, but if you’re going to do that, please actually take it apart and clean it properly. Maybe replace buttons and sticks that are broken. The system itself runs smooth and has no issues and looks clean and had no imperfections. The cords were also fine.

I read other reviews before I made my purchase. I was also aware of the consoles being refurbished. I was expecting a pawn shop quality console. And I would have been OK with that. What I was sent seems to be a brand new PS4 and controller. The box was the only thing missing. If this unit has truly been refurbished, it was repaired before it was ever sold. Or it simply wouldn’t activate when the first person purchased it. Then they returned it. I am totally satisfied with my purchase. It looks factory fresh. No scratches or fingerprints on the console or controller. Smudge free and untouched. Still even had sticky clear protectant on the top sensor area of console and controller. This is way more than I expected. Thank you to the seller. You’re the best! Package arrived 2 days early. PS4 games and Blu rays are playing perfectly.

Not bad
It’s definitely refurbished. Controller had a glue like sticky substance on the label that had to be cleaned off and the screws were oxidizing. The left back panel had a cable stuck between it and the top of the housing that I managed to put in properly. The right side of the top of the housing won’t latch. Powers on and boots properly. Saving for my kids Christmas. I contacted the seller through their card to update them on the condition and arrival. Haven’t heard anything.

The playstation
Surprisingly the playstation works and looks better then I expected runs well nothing wrong aside from the charger for the controller didn’t work had to swap it out with my own but otherwise it works like a charm
