I actually didn’t expect this level of good with the recent reviews.
I’ll be honest, I bought this product before reading the more recent reviews, most of which complain about the controller. I didn’t expect much and I thought I would get a crappy unclean refurbished ps4 Pro, but I can gladly say I was wrong. Attached are photos of the packaging (there was another piece of paper in the console picture but my dog already had it) of the console and accessories. Controller looked great, it’s better than the pre-owned controllers I have bought from gamestop, clean with good thumb pads and doesn’t have any button or stick drift issues; also came with the Playstation cables which is good. I removed the top cover to see if the heat sink had been cleaned and as you can see it has. Fired it up, connects to wifi and ethernet, downloads games, runs discs and is reasonably quiet unless it’s heavily loaded but I expected this. It’s the CUH-7015B which I believe is the launch model. Overall, I would recommend this product to someone who wants to buy a ps4 pro. If anything happens I will update.

Good, just good
The package was well wrapped and protected inside. I started to panic when a part of the back cover fell as soon as I opened the box. Plus, the screw that holds the hard drive was not there and you could hear a couple of loose (hopefully just screws) parts inside. I fortunately got to find the screw for the hard drive inside the stuck in the hard drive bay. I can still hear another screw making noises inside. I still connected and tested the console and it works pretty well. Tried a couple of new games I found and connected to WiFi without problem. I’ll still continue testing and hopefully everything would be alright but still if it doesn’t I can return it.

When my PS4 slim conked out and all I could find online were refurbished models of the slim and pro, my heart sank. I know that Sony is in the next gen of consoles right now, but I’m perfectly satisfied with the PS4. Anyway, I took the chance buying from this seller. It was shipped fast, secure, and in the condition as it was described. I opted for the Pro, also bought an Ethernet cable, connected the Pro to the busted Slim and transferred all my data to the new console in about an hour and some change. There are tons of youtube videos showing how to transfer data/purchases/settings so it was pretty easy to do. If you’re on the line about picking up one, rest assured, its been a couple of weeks and zero problems!

Controller will not charge.
Console is a little beat up but it works well except it keeps telling me that I have too many USB connectors connected. I only have 1 connected and that is the charging cable.The controller stopped holding a charge a week after i bought it which ticks me off because now i have to shell out more money for a charger and controller. UUGH! I knew buying renewed was a mistake and will not make it again.

I am returning the PS 4 but would like the WW 21K returned. The product is refurbished. I am disappointed. I have had the PS 4 for less than two weeks and it has been inoperable for days now.

System works but….
I’ll start by saying the system works great, only issue I had was the hdmi cord that it came with didn’t work so I thought there was a problem with the console itself. Luckily I have plenty of extras so it wasn’t a big deal. Secondly unbeknownst to me the seller requires a signature on delivery and maybe I overlooked it but I wasn’t notified of that fact. It took 2 extra days to get because USPS refused to leave it and then refused to redeliver it so I had to pick it up. Other than that I don’t have any complaints.

REFURBISHED PS4
It’s ok , I know it’s a refurb. But the only thing I don’t like is the air vent on one side is crunched. Oh and I can only play games when it’s in the vertical position. If I lay it flat it says the cd is not recognizable. Other than that it’s just ok.

The packaging wasn’t the best, but the PS4 arrived in stable condition. A few cords bent, but all of them worked. The description says it is 1 TB; one terabyte is exactly 1000 GB; this Consol comes with 800 something, which is 200 short. This was a considerable fault, but the consul is in good condition.

Packaged very well for a refurbished one. Included plastic sticky sheet to prevent scratches, cheap earplugs, and wall plug-in. No problems – would suggest buying from here again. Minecraft works.

Happy with my purchase.
My new to me PS4 pro arrived well packaged and in very good condition. All items were in the original box. Cables, controller and the PS4 itself looked brand new. I was pleasantly surprised after turning it on that even the latest firmware had been applied. This was the best scenario to the term “renewed” because it genuinely felt that some care had been taken to refresh everything. Very pleased that I got this.

Nice! Fan is LOUD af tho
The graphics are gorgeous (and I’m a pc gamer myself) BUT my god is this machine loud. The cooling fan is deafening, so hopefully your sound is full, rich, and loud.
