No different than a brand new pair
If you’re on the fence about buying a renewed product, you’d be surprised at how brand new this product felt after I got it out of the box.The item itself does come in a generic brown box but inside you’ll find all the standard accessories that come with it which is the usb c cables, the steel series DAC, a furry muffler for your mic, an extra battery, manuals and the headset itself. None of the included items had any wear, no scratches of signs of use.The headset itself has a slightly better sound profile than the previous Arctis Pro headset. It definitely doesn’t command a $300 price tag that it’s originally sold at.Pros:- ability to have a wide or closed sound stage using Spatial Audio- Support for high bit rate audio, great if you listen to tidal or have lossless audio- Steelseries GG software lets you tune the EQ really well and creates virtual sound profiles so you can easily switch between gaming, media, chat, etc.- These in my opinion are much more comfortable than the last generation. The headband and ear cups are softer and you can wear these for hours.- The mic with voice isolation works really well, as long you pull out the mic and place it properly. Some people forget that it has a pull out boom mic.- The spare battery ready to go in case your headset runs out is a life saver. It’s always charged and very easy swap out.Con’s:- The ANC is average, honestly think it’s not even worth turning on. There’s enough sound isolation without it- The DAC OLED screen can’t be turned off. This is a major problem because it can burn in over time. I have to annoyingly unplug it every time to save the screen.- Steel series GG hijacks your sound profiles on window and this can be confusing trying to set defaults, also the software is a bit of memory hog. I wouldn’t recommend installing it if you can’t handle it and the headset works amazing well even without the EQ customizations.

Good quality, noise cancelling, good range
Loving the quality of this so far. The dual batteries is cool, the noise cancelling is great, and I like the way it feels on my head. Better than my cheap Astro set I had before at least. Very good so far enough after 2 months!

Great wireless headset, pricey but I will forever love the swappable battery feature.
The wireless hiss from the regular Arctis Pro Wireless is GONE. I kind of miss it because now all I hear is my tinnitus when I put this thing on. Noise cancellation is not the best, but it does its job decently and the transparency is useful for when I leave my room with my headset on and someone starts to talk to me. A quick two clicks of the power button and transparency is ON. A single click, it swaps to noise cancellation. The only issue I had with it initially was weird, high pitched warbled sounds coming from the battery in my right ear whenever I’d use custom EQ settings. It was very faint, but enough to drive me crazy in silent scenarios. That WAS until I went onto the steelseries website, downloaded their GG program and saw that there was a firmware update for my headset. I was going to return the headset entirely but the firmware update fixed the issue completely, just SILENCE now when using those EQ settings.I guess there was an “issue” where the Nova sets my Windows 10 volume to 100 and doesn’t allow me to change it, but I read that it’s because you can lose some audio quality setting the volume that way, and it’s better to just control the volume directly from the base station. All in all 8.5/10 headset – again, noise cancellation is not the best but it works. Ear cups were alright, but I purchased some third-party airweave ones for $30 that are also bigger and they fit perfectly.

They are decent, not worth the price
For the price of 250-350 usd depending on sales and if you buy renewed or not. These just are not worth that much money, you are better off buying a standalone mic and headphones.I have an Shure MV7 microphone and a pair of Audio Technica M50x’s, I wanted wireless headphones to make the whole set up wireless the artis 7s were amazing so I thought I’d buy these and I returned them shortly after. The transparency mode and noise cancellation are just not that great, though I may have been spoiled from the air pods pro 2 versions of these features. the wireless doc is nice, but not necessary, they could have made a controller from their software you use for their other products, but the physical is a cool desk trinket if nothing else. The sound quality is ok, but nothing compared to the M50s at half the price (or a third depending on sales), the microphone quality is also not very good. I will say they are very comfortable the stock ear pads are great and they sell really good aftermarket ones if you prefer a fabric over leather.Overall if you want an all in one headset that does it all, sure this is great, but it’s more like a jack of trades master of none, when at the price tag you can go buy a decent mic for 100 and headphones for 50-200 and match this items price or outright be cheaper and beat it performance wise in every scenario except wireless. If you are desperate for a wireless headset, go cheaper, no need to dish out this much for a not up to par headset.

Top notch features but underwhelming sound
I feel like I’m in the minority here because everyone seems to love this headset and I had high hopes… maybe too high.First the good, this thing shines in the feature category almost in a league of its own-retractable mic-sleek oled DAC-great software-hot swapple batteries where you’ll never need to plug this headset in to charge-solid mic performanceIt excels in every area but putting them in they just seem underwhelming for the price range when it comes to sound. Coming from $70 Corsair HS70 Pros I expected these to be a whole new level of sound immersion but if Corsair was a C+ these would be a B-.Sure they are an A+ in features but I just wish the sound was there too and it’s not for me.

Great headphones with weird quirk.
These headphones are comfy. Easily adjustable for different heads. I don’t play with others online much some mic quality isn’t that important to me. No complaints from callers when used with phone. Weird electronic sound in right ear when Bluetooth and ANC are both on. Turning off ANC makes the sound go away. This is a design defect as others have reported this. Latest firmware installed but doesn’t fix this. Overall happy with this headphones.

Great headphones
Does what I need for X-box. All features are more than expected, design is intuitive. Handles game audio and Group chat as well as Bluetooth audio from phone. Volume control on the headset for the bluetooth would be nice but I shouldn’t be wanting the moon here. ( still adjustable by the phone).

Yes.. it is indeed worth it
If your looking for a push one way or another… I will say that these are great headphones. got them to chat on the PS5 and to take on a plane when I travel. It was a great decision. Music sounds great, noise canceling works really well (not amazing but well), mic is great, and has a ton of features like two batteries so you can swap one out and keep playing. one cool thing also can blend like 3 sources at once so you can chat, play music, and hear the game all at once. Lastly the 3d noise environment that these create is amazing. Great investment because yes they are pricey and that’s why your reading reviews to see if they are worth your money. they are.

Amazing headset
I ordered the arctis nova 7x, arctis nova pro wireless, Logitech g pro X, Corsair virtuoso, and a bang and olufsen beoplay portal. Haven’t gotten the portals yet, but the arctis nova pros are the best headset I’ve ever worn. Sound quality is amazing, hot swapping batteries is amazing too.Best buy ever.

Battery swap is a game changer
This is a very expensive headset in my opinion but you DEFINITELY get what you pay for. It comes with 2 batteries. One of em goes in your headset while the other one is charging inside of a convenient little battery charger inside the wireless audio interface. This is by far the best feature in my opinion. The sound quality is great and the noise cancelation is alright. They are very comfortable to wear all day and since I can connect to them via Bluetooth, I can take calls from my phone while I’m playing games and I can listen to music on my phone. Very convenient headset. Steelseries did not disappoint. 10/10

BASE STATION NOT CHARGING MY SECOND BATTERY!!!
The product is great but my biggest problem is that the base station isnt charging my second battery. ive tried different methods to fix the issue and it isnt working. One if the selling points for my purchase was the no wire in headphones. I am currently using a wire to charge my head phones and its annoying.

Functioning great a year later
I use these for gaming and work. Gaming wise, sound is excellent, set up is easy, and everything works seamlessly. I have 2 PC’s set up in my office and I’m able to easily switch between them with the controller. At the office, I work in an open space with a ton of others, and it gets noisy sometimes. The Bluetooth & noise cancelling is great and makes it so much easier to consentrate on whatever I’m doing. Highly recommend

WOW !
These headphones are literally game changing. The sound quality is super crisp, the level of detail feels as if you are in the game, and the directional sound signature is on point. I can hear footsteps from very far which gives me the upper hand when playing FPS. I purchased the Xbox version and it was seamless to connect. The only issue I had was trying to configure the headset via the steel series app since I only have a MacBook and Mac OS is notoriously bad with anything gaming software related. 5/5 would recommend.

Best headset I’ve owned
I am so far, in love with these headphones. They are so comfortable, I wear them for 8 hours while working. The sound is amazing, mic is very good. I tried the turtle Beach stealth pro and the arctis nova pros absolutely destroy those. I can’t recommend these enough.

Looks brand new
Looks brand new. Did not come in original packaging. I received the wrong manual. I got the manual for the Nova Pro instead of Nova Pro Wireless. I was afraid I was sent the wrong product at first, but everything else is in order. Battery life is great and you can hotswap the spare battery to have infinite runtime. The ANC is isn’t perfect but it takes the edge off my loud computer and portable AC in the room. You don’t realize how much the ANC is doing until you take the headphones off. I don’t have any issue with comfort. These are expensive but you get what you pay for.

Amazing all around
Very comfortable and extremely sturdy. Audio and mic quality are pretty good but when using the Steelseries Sonar driver they are amazing. Having two batteries is super convenient and every wireless headset should do so as well. Weird placement for charging without the home base (on the outside of the left earmuff) but it doesn’t affect me since I use the home base to charge the extra battery. Noise cancelling and transparency modes work well but drain battery sort of fast, but with two batteries it doesn’t matter unless you go out in public. I love how the microphone recedes into the headset so you can just use them as headphones when the mic is not needed.

Product is perfect, batteries may vary.
Head phones work perfectly with the dac and it was easy enough to setup. Sound, mic, and the software are exactly like every review you’ve seen online if you’ve done any research. The only con is one of my batteries is completely dead. It is so dead the dac station doesn’t even register it. I left it in my headphones and charged it in there for 24 hours, still does not hold charge. Luckily the batteries are a cheap replace for around $9-20 depending if you want name brand or not.Product is a 5/5 but the purchase experience is a 4/5 with the dead battery. Willing to change if I could get a replacement.

Very good wireless headphone
Sounds greatBattery life is about 6~8hours but charging it is fast so if you keep swapping the 2 battery and you’ll never run outNoise cancellation is great I personally haven’t tried many noise cancelling so I don’t have any comparison but it does cancel out the fan noise from my PCSomething that might be a minus, it’s not the most comfortable headphones. That being said it is definitely NOT uncomfortable, it’s just that my last headphone (hyperx) was very more comfortable compared to thisOne thing that’s awkward is that it ONLY supports Xbox for consoles, I’ve tried connecting to my PS5 but it doesn’t work, there might be a version that supports PS5? but idk. That’s about the only problem I have.

Best Xbox Headset
This is easily the best headset for the Xbox Series X. I’m sure for the S, as well, but, I only have an X.In terms of features, sound, and convenience, I haven’t found any headset that can compare. The only negative aspect is the price. But, if you’re considering $300 for headphones, this isn’t an impassable hurdle.Make sure you don’t buy the wrong model, as the PS5 only version isn’t marked, and I bought it first, not realizing it is useless connected directly to the Xbox. You(I) can connect the PS5 version to my tv and the audio will pass through, but it’s not quite as good, and the mic audio gets lost.If you’re willing to spend a little(a lot) on a better gaming headset then this is the one you want. Combined with the Spatial Audio of Dolby Atmos it’s a major step up from plain old stereo, and the swappable batteries are a luxury I don’t want to live without.9/10

Great sound
Sound quality is awesome, highly recommended on that base alone. really enjoy the ability to swap out batteries it comes with two. would’ve given five stars. However, the range is not the best. Put the headset on when doing housework and other things around the house listening to music I found it the headset would cut in and out as I walked through my house. My old Said set had no issues with this. I could even go out to my front driveway and pull the garbage cans in from the curb.

Almost perfect of not for false advertising
They’re pretty much everything you’d want in a set of headphones, similar to Turtle Beach’s Elite 800, but not made from cheap plastic that breaks from just looking at them. The glaring problem is the battery life is almost half off that advertised.I bought a new pair, both batteries would only charge to 90%, then once they reached 32% battery life it started double beeping every 10-15 seconds, then turned off at 20% battery left. I returned them and bought a refurbished set, but it had the exact same problem, not similar, exactly the same.Contacted customer support but they pretty much told me I was wrong. Buy a refurbished set if you can find one because paying full price for a new ser with such a glaring problem is not worth it.

Its good but…
They are great and exactly what they say they are but I’m just not sure that they sound $200 better than an $80 pair of headphones and the noise-canceling pails in comparison to something like AirPods so don’t be expecting much, finally the battery SUUUCKS to take out of the ear cup if you have big hands.

Expensive, but you get what you pay for!
Personally I got these almost solely under recommendation, but as well because I couldn’t find any other well-rated headphones that have a swappable battery. I really don’t want to have to plug in my headphones when they die since that’s the whole point of going wireless!Oh, these headphones have optional Active Noise Cancelling. If you’re like me and have had bad experiences with ANC in the past, you should try it. It’s kind of weak which leads to some complaints from a few people, but I prefer it like this since I don’t get the headache / hear “ANC noise”.
