Great sound and quality as always from steel series

Couldn’t be happier with the high quality of this product. The brand is always high quality and have learned to expect nothing less. Absolutely love it.

    Great Wireless Headset

I’ve had this headset for about two weeks now and it’s exactly what I was looking for.My precious Corsair headset was waaay too heavy and, since I work from home, was not at all comfortable to wear for long periods. The Arctis Nova Pro fits my needs perfectly. It’s incredibly lightweight and I wear it for hours with zero discomfort. I know some folks have had discomfort with the bump inside the ear pad, but for me, my ears don’t at all touch it so it hasn’t been a problem. The connection and setup is easy enough and it works excellently. The only cons are mostly to do with sound quality. It sounds excellent with video games and I do feel like I can hear smaller details a lot easier. But, it is still a wireless headset so sound quality when it comes to music, videos, etc isn’t perfect. I’ve gotten used to it at this point though and it doesn’t bother me nor effect my work. The only other con is figuring out how to get everything to work isn’t the easiest. It comes with pretty minimal directions on setup but there is a lot of YouTube videos to walk you through things.Overall, this headset is exactly what I needed in terms of fit, comfort, and quality. The drawbacks aren’t severe and can be tinkered with to fix.

    Best Headset I’ve Owned

he sound quality is incredibly immersive, with deep bass and clear highs that make every game feel so real. The wireless connection is solid and hassle-free, and I love the multi-system capability—super convenient for switching between PC and console. The headset is also really comfortable, even during long gaming sessions, with soft, breathable ear cushions. The battery life is impressive too, lasting well into multiple sessions. Highly recommend this to any serious gamer!

    Very good for gaming!

I got these to replace my previous set that was destroyed by my puppy. I am very pleased with the audio quality and the mic sensitivity. They have the perfect fit and are not uncomfortably tight like some other brands. I wasn’t sure about this brand at first but the brand I previously had was bought out and in the end I am very happy with the durability and quality that was put into these. I would definitely recommend these if you are currently looking for a good gaming headset.

    Great Headset

Got this headset to upgrade on recommendation from a gaming buddy. Reception and quality is great, but it is slightly smaller than my previous headset, and as a person with a larger than average head, it is a little uncomfortable after a while. Other than that, its 5 stars, but that discomfort knocked off a star for me.

    Worth every penny.

I have always operated with the understanding that wired will always sound better, so I have been hesitant to cut the cord for years. Finally, circumstances lined up and I pulled the trigger on the Xbox compatible version. I have never been happier with a purchase in my life! I did buy aftermarket ear cushions that many mentioned in their reviews, and also a couple of extra fuji film batteries just to be safe, but these things last all day with both regular and Bluetooth enabled. The swappable batteries are fantastic and charge quickly, the sound quality is amazing, and they are very comfortable to wear all day! One thing I will say, as many have said, is the ANC isn’t particularly strong. However, I feel like for me it’s the perfect amount. It doesn’t strain your ears to leave on all the time, and it does well enough to put the main focus on whatever you’re trying to hear. They might be expensive, but they’re worth it if you’re someone who uses a headset long hours. I love being able to hear my phone notifications in gaming sessions, and being able to answer calls without having to worry if the game can hear me. The features on these things are endless. Absolutely love them!

    Good product no batteries

First start with the dislike, there are no official battery replacements. They are always out of stock. Your out of luck if you want them. Two star loss for that.If you take a look at the battery it’s 3.7v for 2.59wh, with 700mAH. There is no aftermarket batteries as good as the official ones I’ve found. They either drain in battery faster or die quick.I would restore these starts if I could find batteries.I have to cover the base station with the cloth holder since the light does not turn off. In a dark room this is a negative.Bad stuff aside. For weight, their quite light. On the side of your ears they feel a bit warm, but you get used to it. Sound canceling and quality is fantastic. With the base station I’ve never had issues with connectivity. Mic quality is decent I like how it can retract entirely in. Volume controls are only ok, it takes quite a bit to change the volume, but the base station helps with that. You can swap between using wireless and wired, with the base station the wireless is generally better.

Absolutely Stellar Gaming Headset for the Ultimate Gaming Experience!

I recently had the pleasure of getting my hands on the NEW SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro Wireless Multi-System Gaming Headset, and let me tell you, this is a game-changer! As an avid gamer, I’ve tried numerous headsets over the years, but none have left me as impressed as this one. From the moment I put them on, I knew I was in for a treat.First things first, the sound quality is absolutely mind-blowing! The premium Hi-Fi drivers deliver crystal-clear audio with impeccable precision. Whether I’m playing intense first-person shooters or immersing myself in open-world adventures, the Nova Pro Wireless never fails to provide an immersive and rich audio experience. Every explosion, every footstep, and every dialogue feels incredibly realistic, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the game world. One feature that truly sets this headset apart is the Active Noise Cancellation. It’s like stepping into a soundproof oasis. The outside world fades away, leaving only me and my game. No more distractions or background noise to disrupt my concentration. The immersive experience is truly unparalleled, and it has significantly enhanced my gaming performance.Another standout feature is the Infinity Power System. Gone are the days of worrying about battery life during those epic gaming sessions. With the Nova Pro Wireless, the battery seems to last forever. I’ve gone through countless gaming marathons without needing to charge them, thanks to the efficient power management system. This is a huge plus for anyone who spends hours on end gaming like me.The Stealth Retractable Mic is another great addition to this headset. The microphone quality is exceptional, providing clear and crisp voice chat. Plus, the retractable design is so convenient. When I don’t need to use the microphone, I can simply tuck it away without any hassle. It’s a small detail, but it’s the little things that make a difference. One aspect I absolutely appreciate about the Arctis Nova Pro Wireless is its versatility. It’s compatible with a wide range of gaming platforms, including PC, PS5/PS4, Switch, and even mobile devices. Switching between devices is seamless, and I love having a single headset that can cater to all my gaming needs. It’s truly a one-size-fits-all solution. The comfort level of these headphones is worth mentioning as well. The plush ear cushions and adjustable headband make for a perfect fit. I can wear them for hours on end without feeling any discomfort. The design is sleek and stylish, too, making me feel like a pro gamer every time I put them on.In conclusion, the SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro Wireless Multi-System Gaming Headset is an absolute beast when it comes to gaming audio. With its superb sound quality, active noise cancellation, long battery life, versatile compatibility, and comfortable design, it checks off all the boxes for a top-tier gaming headset. If you’re a serious gamer who values exceptional audio and immersion, do yourself a favor and get your hands on these bad boys. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed!

The best headphones I have owned

I’ve gone through my fair share of headphones. Nothing has matched the solid design, sound quality, and swappable battery feature that these headphones offer. First, and most importantly the sound quality is excellent. The noise cancellation on them is great. I will admit that the ACTIVE noise cancellation on them is not as good as high-end models of other brands. However, unless you are using them with construction noise going on, you won’t notice. The passive noise cancellation on them makes up for it. When wearing them, I basically cannot hear my kids’ TV shows (or the kids) while listening to an audio book in the same room. These headphones also offer a swappable battery, which doesn’t sound like a big deal since the batteries last a long time. However, it is super nice to be able to put in a fully charged battery and put the nearly dead one in the charger. You just neve never have to worry about whether they are fully charged or nearly dead. Also, a swappable battery means an EASILY REPLACABLE battery. You get the piece of mind that your expensive headphones are not going to wind up as e-waste in a few years when the battery wears out. When that happens, buy another comparatively cheap battery and recycle the old battery pack. At the time I write this, they cost $20 for a pair of two batteries. If you are away from home, you can charge via USB-C instead of carrying around the receiver / battery charger. In addition to bluetooth connectivity, they connect to the receiver via a higher bandwidth wireless connection for situations where you have lossless audio to play. Did I mention that they will connect to bluetooth and the receiver at the same time, so if you need a headset for work you can leave them connected to both the computer and your phone all day and just never take them off. They will play sound from both sources at the same time too.The ear pads are replaceable. So is the head-band that sits on your head. Basically, these things are designed to last as long as you can take care of them.I cannot recommend these headphones enough

Great features but audio quality could be better

Summary:Sound Quality: 3.5/5Range: 3.7/5Features: 5/5Voice Chat: 5/5So these are amazing headphones with one caveat. If you are even somewhat of an audiophile you’ll notice that out of the box these headphones lack bass, depth, and can sound a bit tinny at times.Playing with the eq does improve this but not enough to make me want to watch movies or listen to music with them. That said as gaming headphones they excel in almost every aspect. They ability to hot swap batteries and charge a spare in the base is awesome. Setting up EQ, switch sound presets etc is very easy as well. The side tone is awesome on these. I never found myself having to take one off my ear to hear my own voice as I often do with other headphones. The only other area I could think of for potential improvement would be that they are 2.1, after coming f rom Hyper X Cloud 7.1 headphones I can tell the difference in the directionality of the sound when listening for footsteps in Apex Legends and other FPS.That said these are replacing my Hyper X Clouds because the earcups on those fall off every 5 minutes which drove me nuts, these seem to have better build quality but we’ll see after a year or two.

    Great quality headphones.

These are easily my favorite pair of headphones. I’ve been through the turtle beach legendary PX-21’s, many razer krakens/ shark v2 pro/ Chrome, other steel series headphones, and many other wired in or wireless gaming headsets. The battery situation is fascinating. Comes with 2 rechargeable batteries. An individual battery can last pretty much a day of gaming, and since there is two. You can swap them out from the built in charger, installed in the wireless station dock. The range of customization you can do to these headphones is endless. At first, the mic quality was the biggest concern for me. So many reviewers did not like it, but i’ve never had any issues with it. Sounds great to me, and my friends on discord. I did custom the mic a but to my likings, but it’s super easy and simple. Same goes with the audio. The audio is definitely top tier, especially if you customize to your own likings. Steelseries.gg is the App you will be using to customize all these setting. With that said, you are allowed to have different inputs set up for you. In game audio, media, aux, entertainment, are the different tabs you will see on the App. Each can be easily customized to whatever setting you want. Like my in game audio focuses on quieter noises, while at the same time my music will be playing with a lot of bass. Note i do prefer having ANC on, make the audio 10x better. This is easily the best pair of headphones i’ve bought. Went through a lot of trial and error to find the right headphones for me, and this knocked it out of the park.

    Some Issues

Been using for about 2 years now. I like the headset, but have had some issues over the years. My batteries just sometimes lose connection, causing the headset to reboot, and has now developed a little crackling at med-high volumes, could just be how I used it, could be factory issues. It’s a great, solid headset overall, just wish the price was a little less.

Great Comfort, only for gaming/sitting still

Overall I really like this product. I replaced the pads for aesthetic reasons and was pleasantly surprise how much better they sounded with the new pads. The whole interface is great, swapping batteries is simple and avoids downtime. The headset is also very comfortable. My only quibble is that the headset easily falls off your head if you do anything besides sit with your head straight up. I like to listen to music when doing chores around the house and these will not stay on your head if you even slightly tilt your head. Super annoying.

    Premium Headphones with High Utility

I was gifted these to replace an aged pair of Corsair wireless headphones that I used for work meetings. I was attracted to the noise cancelling features (sound and mic) because I work while on a desk treadmill. I usually use Bose QC45s when not on a call, but these units allow me to run both PC and Bluetooth, even simultaneously, without switching headphones or feeds. It’s kind of fun to give people or meetings their own theme music, but they can’t hear it, so it’s definitely just for your own indulgence. The ability to plug these into a console via the portable module is a fantastic perk when I want to play a game quietly or on a non-optimal sound-equipped screen. These units are comfortable for all-day use. I sometimes forget they are on my head. I love having the transparency mode, which enhances environmental noise so that I don’t need to take these units off to talk when noise cancelling isn’t needed during an in-person conversation. The sound quality is exceptional, and the battery lasts me 3-4 days before I need to swap out, but I do have some minor battery issues (more on that below). I have some quality-of-life issues with these headphones; or maybe it’s just my unit. When I turn on the main feed connecting to the base module, I get some audio cues that the unit is connected or disconnected. I don’t get a cue when connecting Bluetooth. And sometimes, when I activate Bluetooth while connected to the main module, the units become non-responsive. BT doesn’t start, and I can’t power them down from the main connection. I have to pull the battery to get them to reset. Not as annoying, but still an issue, is that one of my batteries will only discharge to 75% before the headphones start a low battery notice. On the topic of low battery notices, you get minutes, not much more before these units power down. When you hear the notice, head for your module to pull the spare battery because the units will go silent in short order. Having two batteries is non-negotiable, so it’s good these come with a pair. I was hoping the range of these units would be like my QC45 units, but the range is about half. To be clear, I think the range on my Bose units are unbelievable for what they are, so this limitation is not a slight. These Arctis units aren’t aimed at an active user demographic or outdoor use, so it’s not a deal breaker, but they don’t hold to your head if you intend to operate in a vigorous workshop or at a modest exercise level. Their best use case is for more sedentary activities or light mobility like walking (do not run). I do think there is a strong case for headphones like these aimed at a more active use case, but this company knows its customer base, and it has created a near-masterpiece for them. Their utility means that I now use them far more than my other options, which is a credit to their quality and engineering.

    Best Headset Ive ever Owned

I recently had the opportunity to test out a wireless gaming headset, and here’s my take on its performance.Pros:Most Comfortable Ever Owned: Right out of the box, the headset proved to be exceptionally comfortable. The cushioning is plush and the design is lightweight, making it perfect for long gaming sessions without any discomfort.Endless Wireless Charge: The wireless charging feature is a game-changer. I’ve never had to worry about battery life, as the headset can be charged continuously when not in use, ensuring it’s always ready for action.Seamless Switching Between Consoles and PCs: This headset excels in versatility. Switching between my console and PC is effortless, allowing for a smooth transition without needing to reconnect or fiddle with settings.Crisp, Clean Sound and Decent Bass: The audio quality is impressive, with clear highs and a balanced midrange. While the bass may not be overwhelming, it’s sufficient for an immersive gaming experience without sacrificing clarity.Cons:No Color Options: The lack of color options is a drawback. With only two aesthetic choice available, it may not appeal to everyone’s personal style or gaming setup. Conclusion:Overall, this wireless gaming headset stands out in terms of comfort, functionality, and sound quality. While the limited color options may be a downside for some, the pros far outweigh this minor issue. If you’re in the market for a reliable and comfortable headset, this one is definitely worth considering!

Sidegrade from the Arctis Pro Wireless (last gen)

If you are looking at this product, chances are that you are in the market for a particularly difficult niche product. The Arctis Pro lineup from the Siberia to the Pro Wireless and now the Nova Pro Wireless are some of the only headsets out there that support 2.4 wireless and Bluetooth with multiple inputs and outputs, along with adjustable mixing for levels of chat/game/music.This review is for those coming from the last generation Arctis Pro Wireless.1. Sound quality is better: The latest generation is definitely a better sounding headset, music is improved, from punchier bass to more pronounced mids and nuanced highs. I’ve tried a lot of competing products from logitech, razer, astro, audeze; the Nova Pro Wireless is the best overall in my opinion, and definitely improved from the Arctis Pro Wireless that preceded it.2. Comfort/fit is worse: The earcups are faux leather because the Nova supports ANC now. The cups are more sealing for this reason, and cause heat to build up in your ears unlike the incredibly comfortable fabric of the prior generation. Worse still is the ANC mic inside the left cup is too close to many people’s ears, including mine. This causes a light pressure on your ear that will become painful in short order. This alone is almost a breaker for most people in my opinion.3. Controls are worse: The base station and the headset are both less intuitive to use, and the base station itself is jankier, lighter weight, and more difficult to use. For some reason the back menu button the base is capacitive touch, and the wheel itself is cheap feeling without feedback. The old base station was better overall. Additionally the headset beeps don’t make any sense as far as enabling transparency mode/ANC/no modes. There is no screensaver mode on the base station, even though like the last generation the screen is a very prone-to-burn-in display. The last gen got a firmware upgrade that introduced screensaving, so why is the new generation not including the same feature? That makes no sense.4. Mic quality same but different: Depends on the person you ask, but in my opinion the new microphone is clearer on the high end and much muddier and static-y in the mids and bass ends. The overall quality is somewhat of a sidegrade to the last generation mic.5. Range is worse: This one is not something that impacts everyone but I can confirm at least in my home, I get worse range than the last generation by several feet and an extra drywall-wall. Pretty disappointing. There’s a setting to set the wireless between ‘speed’ and ‘range’, neither of which affect a single thing as I walk away or closer to the base station.6. ANC but why: They’ve introduced ANC but it’s sheer garbage compared to something like my Sony MX4 headphones. A better comparison might be the ANC abilities of my Airpod Pros, but even the Airpods are better at ANC. Because of the aforementioned fitting/comfort issues due to the ANC cup and internal mic, I would say the addition of ANC is a downgrade compared to the last generation, that is to say I would prefer no ANC and the earcups of the last generation. A half-working feature is not worth all the drawbacks it introduces to this headset. Conclusion: Is it worth $350? Depends. If you already have the last generation Arctis Pro Wireless but value sound quality over everything else, perhaps it’s worth it. But at this price you begin to question whether you should just get something like the attachable wireless ModMic with your favorite pair of Bluetooth enabled headphones instead. If you have never owned an Arctis line product before but like the feature set, I would get the Nova Pro Wireless over the last generation. If price is a factor I would say the Nova Pro Wireless doesn’t do enough to justify paying more than the last gen at all, so get the last generation if you’re balking at the price for this.Notes:If you go to the steelseries subreddit, you will find a guy that is making 3d-printed adapter clips for the Nova Pro that lets you use the last generation cups and other third-party cups. Get it and don’t look back. The ANC isn’t great anyway.Upgrade your firmware before doing a single thing. The out of the box firmware for me was absolute garbage until Steelseries GG software prompted me with a requirement to update my firmware.Update 10/24/22Lowering my review by a star. One of my batteries stopped charging in the dock or via headset entirely; Steelseries solution? Replace my entire unit with a new one but first requiring manual destruction of the headset by forcing the customer to cut headset wires, because they don’t have battery replacements yet. First of all, why on Earth would you create broken garbage when the environment is filled with it as it is? Is there absolutely zero consideration to be green at Steelseries? If you don’t have replacement parts, why are you selling the headset to begin with? If this is your policy, then just send a new headset unit for whatever the defect may be; even if environmental and waste concerns weren’t a problem, am I supposed to now wait for a new headset to ship while my single battery unit that would’ve worked just fine in the interim sits unusable for who knows how long? It’s sad because Steelseries had a different policy when I owned the Arctis Nova Wireless, which was simply to send a replacement unit for my faulty existing one: the correct way to go about it. I’m not sure why the policy has changed since but I didn’t pay the premium price in a gaming peripheral sector for this kind of service.

Great gaming headset with a caveat

This is a great gaming headset for PC.The positive:Great sound – Out of the box the sound is great. Also, the Sonar software lets you really customize equalization using a parametric EQ (even with Q values!). Further, SteelSeries works with game producers to come up with ideal presets for the most popular (and some kind of obscure) games that I have found to be good. You can also duplicate the presets in Sonar and tweak the EQ as you like. Really great sound customization capabilities for something designed for gaming. Though please note this functionality is absent for console.Great fit – The headset can be worn for extended periods without feeling discomfort whatsoever (see only exception regarding Ear Pads below). Can likely fit any adult-sized head comfortably without squeezing your head. Comfortable.Great Wireless – I haven’t had the signal drop out on me yet and have worn it between floors in my house. I also have a wireless mouse with its own dongle and it didn’t affect the wifi capability of this headset.Bluetooth plus Wifi capability – You can take calls from your phone while playing your favorite game or watching a youtube video. Also, there is no lag when used with the 2.4GHz control station/dongle.Excellent power – Spare battery included. Just swap from one to the other where one charges in the dongle while the other is in the headset. You never run out of juice.Great software – SteelSeries GG includes Sonar and is easy to use and setup.OK Noise Cancelation – It cancels mostly fan-type noises but with and without the replacement earpads though I can carry on a conversation with someone in the same room with the noise cancelation set to max. I also have Bose noise cancelation as a baseline comparison. The Bose noise cancelation is way better. SteelSeries could work to improve this. The negative:Ear pads are too thin for many people – SteelSeries should partner directly with Wicked Cushions because that nub in the middle of each speaker that everyone talks about becomes irritating and even painful. I got the Wicked Cushion cool gel replacements for the ear pads; problem solved because they are just thick(er) enough than the stock cushions you don’t feel the nub persistently touching your ear. I literally had a red circle on the antihelix of my right ear (see Ear Anatomy on Google) after 30 minutes of wearing this headset prior to replacing the ear pads. The stock ear pads themselves are high quality but need to be just mm’s thicker to avoid the nub (see Wicked Cushion replacements).Looks – I thought it wouldn’t be this way but I likely would never wear this headset outside the PC as it make you look like a straight-up pilot that belongs in the helicopter even with the mic retracted. It’s just how they’re shaped. They don’t appear this way when they’re not on your head but I wouldn’t wear these outside the house like I would my Bose headset. You are not going to look cool or fashionable with this headset. If you don’t care at all about looks, they are extremely functional outside the PC.Overall, I like this headset. I think it sounds amazing and can be used for hours at a time. You won’t have to miss a call while gaming because you can run wifi and bluetooth simultaneously. Please note – I did have to invest an additional $30 for the Wicked Cushions otherwise I wouldn’t be able to wear this headset for more than an hour at a time which is less than acceptable for a headset of this price.I’d still recommend the headset while noting the aforementioned criticisms.

Might be the best headphones I’ve ever owned

As the title states; these might be the best headphones I’ve ever owned. The main complaint I’ve heard about these is the sonar software that you need to use to open up the full potential. But to be honest sonar is pretty incredible. The build quality is magnificent, multiple volume controls, and the ability to seamlessly switch between multiple and phone audio is a luxury I didn’t know I was living without. Finally, the design is sleek. I feel like I could wear them to the gym, or really anywhere. Plus the extra battery and hotswappable system is a game changer. The price tag is hefty but worth every penny

Good, even Great, but not Perfect

I have a variety of over the ear headphones. I’ve worked remotely since 2015 full-time, and as such I spend 10-12 hours a day with headphones on for both professional work and personal gaming. As such, I’ve a pretty solid experience and frame of reference. We own other SteelSeries headphones, including their synthetic 7.1 surround sound which was a game changer for us watching movies at night while the other partner is sleeping. Till this year, though, I was a dedicated Astro A40 user. While I preferred wired due to the extended use I put in daily, I opted to switch to wireless this year in the hopes that SteelSeries batteries could keep up.For sake of reference, I use Apple AirPod Max and Airppod Pro Gen 2 daily along with my SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro.PROs: Things I like about the headphones.- Weight — these are light on the head. While not critical to me, my partner is very susceptible to weight leading to strain to her neck. SteelSeries are generally lighter than the competition, and so this is important to consider if it matters to you.- Microphone — I really appreciate the boom mic. It’s easy to get near my mouth without a lot of fuss. I really appreciate the mute light. It’s very easy to spot of out of the corner of your eye.- Sound Quality — I think the sound quality is quite good. It does not have quite the deep resonance in the Airpod Max, so I prefer those for listening to music. But I have zero issues using this as my daily drivers, and they work surprising well in games like Apex Legends where spatial audio is key.- Software — I appreciate that SteelSeries has thoughtfully created some great control software. While I normally do not fiddle with these things too much, I appreciate that I can with these headphones.- Swappable Batteries — one thing I hate about any wireless device is the need to let them sit and recharge between use. As noted, I use my headphones for long enough in a single day that I cannot afford to just recharge for an hour between use. Being able to just swap out 1 battery with a freshly recharged brilliant is one of the things I’ve always appreciated about the Steel Series. It’s still a bit of a PITA if you are in the middle of doing something, but the DAC shows you the battery levels for both the charging and in-use battery, so really can only blame yourself if the battery dies mid ranked play.CONs: Things I do not like, but are fixable- Noise Canceling Cone — you might have heard about the physical bit that sticks out inside the headphone ear cup. It’s true that it may impact some users. I’m one of those users. It just stands out too far. For me, it was not so far out that I could not use them, but it was noticeable enough to detract my from enjoyment of them. Fortunately, there is a simple fix. Go get aftermarket cushions. I personally recommend Wicked Cushion’s gel cushions — these are a bit thicker than Arctis. Frankly, Arctis should just throw their own out and source from Wicked Cushion to win back a star.HUGE CONs: Things that I think are broken- Noise Canceling — I find SteelSeries NC is pretty hit or miss. While it helps, it’s not even in the same class as Apple comparing against either AirPod Max or AirPod Pro Gen 1 or 2. Hands down, this is my biggest let down as it’s not clear there is anything I can do but hope they do a firmware update. Otherwise, I think SteelSeries sorta “sh*t the bed” on this.OVERALLIf the noise cancelling was even close to Apple’s I would have given this 4 out of 5 stars. But it’s bad enough that I do not think that these can even score a 4 stars till it’s addressed. While the noise cancelling cone is annoying, it’s a fixable solution with aftermarket so I’m willing to overlook this design miss.If you are looking for a solid wireless headphone these are reasonable. But to be honest, you can find less expensive ones from SteelSeries. That said, the added cost of these for active noise cancelling makes it very hard for me to recommend these as they stand. I hope that my experience is largely firmware that can be fixed in the future … but if the issues I’ve encountered are fundamental to the physical design then you should conservatively look elsewhere.

Best headset I’ve ever owned (PC version)

General: I have been using these for online schooling, gaming, and listening to music almost daily for 5 months. They still feel great, sound great, and while the batteries don’t quite live up to the 36 hours of use that some reviews reported, it isn’t an issue because they’re hot-swappable. In fact, they use to-spec NP-45 batteries that Fujifilm makes for their cameras, and indeed Fujifilm makes these too, making buying replacement batteries, or an external charger, a breeze. Battery life is why I replaced my last headset: the Steelseries Arctis 7 model from 2019. The headset had been yanked off the desk while charging numerous times, leading to the port being extremely unreliable, and the battery life at that point was half of what it used to be anyways.Build quality: They’re very sturdy and flexible. While I have yet to drop them, the magnetic side covers covering the USB-C port on the left (which you can use to charge the battery, if you need) and the battery on the right have yet to come off on their own. The supplied cables are reasonably sturdy as well, though of course you can find sturdier cables if you look.Sound: I’m not a sound person, but I bought these because the sound profile was very similar to the Arctis 7s I mentioned earlier.Mic: I’ve been told it’s quiet, but “sounds fine”. Good enough for voice chats and calls, though I wouldn’t record a podcast with it.Software: Steelseries’ GG software is better than any other “gaming peripheral software” I’ve used. It’s responsive, quick, light on system resources, and the Sonar feature is fantastic for fine-tuning audio levels. However, I do have some small personal gripes with them:-The battery cover is difficult to get off with short fingernails without jamming something pointy in there, which given the proximity to the battery is not ideal.- Every so often, audio will cutout as the headset loses connection to the base, before reconnecting a couple seconds later. This happens rarely, once a month or less, so I haven’t sought out any kind of fix for this behavior.-The volume knob does nothing in bluetooth mode.Overall, I’m very happy with them, and the quality of the software has me looking at Steelseries’ other peripheral offerings.

Great headset with some minor caveats

Very smart design for a headset intended for games. I’m very happy with my purchase. My favorite features are that the microphone retracts flush and inconspicuously. It doesn’t scream “gaming headset” If I just want to listen to music while on an airplane. The companion application gives a surprisingly good amount of customization options that effectively tune the sound to whatever you’re doing at the moment. I normally ignore these types of apps but in this case it’s worth using. The base station acting as a charging dock for the replaceable batteries is also super convenient. It comes with two batteries, so as soon as the one in the headset is low you can just swap them out and you don’t have to worry about being tethered to a cable while you charge the headphones. That’s even more important because of my primary complaints, being that the battery life is not very good compared to other wireless headsets, and the range at which it loses connectivity with the base station is not that far. The Hyper X cloud 3 wireless that I bought this to replace could get clear audio in my entire house and even out to my mailbox, and I’m getting consistently about 3/4 of the same range with these.Despite those complaints I would definetely reccomend them.

Don’t waste time looking for anything else.

This is the best headset I have ever owned. I absolutely love the removable battery and that they give you a spare. I never ever think about battery life. It’s also the most comfortable headset I’ve ever put on. I fell in love with it the moment it went on my head. I use them for work and gaming so they’re on me for more than 10hrs a day. You can also connect more than one device and seamlessly switch between them. The audio quality is superb and it actually produces a much better gaming experience than my soundbar. I use it to watch movies too. This headset is worth the price. I’ve been trying out so many different ones—they all have some kind of drawback. Not this pair. The only complain I have is with the earmuffs, I got a wc freeze aftermarket pair for 20 bucks and now the headset is absolutely perfect. The ones that came on the headset were a little too thin and my ear kept touching a part which made them get uncomfortable after a few hours. With the aftermarket set, I get cooling gel pads and they make a difference.

    Great headphones

Great sound and software to go with it. Sonar really helps a LOT. As a former competitive player, these are up there with some of the best headphones I have ever used overall. My only problem is the build quality. I, just like many other people, had to spend extra to get thicker ear cups and I don’t think that should be a thing for headphones at this price point.Great sound, great software, and the battery life + being able to switch them out is fire. The only problem is the ear cup thing. (I haven’t used the mic but I am sure it is fine. Especially with some tweaking).

    Amazing

Near perfect headset, anyone who is writing their bad reviews must not take the time to read or pay attention to how things really work. I seen a video of someone who wasn’t able to insert the little battery into the charging port as it kept slipping out, this is because you need to insert-push-and then press down, there is an arrow indicating to do so. Another review showed how “fragile” the outside of the earbud is as he ran his fingernail through it and all the sudden a scratch appeared. Yes this does happen, but he didn’t show the part where you simply rub it with your finger and it goes away, and who is gonna go running around clawing their headset anyways lol. Quality is great, nobody told me I sound horrible, in fact I was told the opposite and with this headset, I’ve never sounded so clear and crisp. A little pricey but in my opinion, definitely worth it. Put a little more time and research with the product, its perfectly fine.

Great headsets and Honest review with some Issues.

I absolutely love this headset! The audio quality is fantastic, and it outperformed the ASUS ROG Delta S Wireless Gaming Headset I previously tried and returned. Here are my pros and cons for this headset.Pros:The audio quality is fantasticThe Infinity Power System is amazingMulti-System Connect works flawlesslyDual Audio Streams work greatThe dock that comes with the headset is awesomeThe microphone works really wellThis headset isn’t too tight around my head, and the weight is just right. However, my girlfriend, who has a smaller head, felt that it wasn’t tight enough.Bluetooth works well, and I can use it to play audio from my computer and phone simultaneously.Semi-Pro/Cons: You’re going to want to read this.- ANC nub: I had a problem with this for about a month. I tried all kinds of earcups.* Wicked Cushion Upgraded Replacement Earpads: Returned* Wicked Cushion Freeze Nova Pro Wireless – Hybrid Fabric Cooling Gel Replacement Earpads: Kept* Brainwavz Gel Gaming Replacement Earpads: Kept* Upgraded Replacement Earpads Cushions for HyperX Cloud/Alpha (Mesh Fabric): Kept***** READ***** Alright, to the critical part of this review. I ordered the wicked cushion pads for these headphones, and I’m not going to lie. Unfortunately, they didn’t fix the nub issue in the middle of the headphone (both versions). It still protruded and bothered my ears after wearing my headphones for extended amounts of time. Moving the earcups around on my head to readjust them is when it was noticeable. So I decided to ditch those and purchased the adapter from Etsy (seller: 3DHustlers) (version: felted ANC). This allowed me to put on any earcups I wanted, and I went with the Upgraded Replacement Earpads Cushions. I have no trouble with these and don’t notice any huge differences in sound/ANC quality. I recommend buying the adapter because it gives a bit of a “lift” to the earcups and allows earcups to be above the ANC nub.***** Arctis Nova Pro Wireless Earpads Adapter for aftermarket ear pads – Steelseries – 3d Printed and Felted for Sound (ANC) (ETSY)- ANC works for fan noise from your PC or other noises similar to this. It doens’t work very well for voices.- The dock gives you the option to change the headphones from Range to Speed. This is really nice, but the Speed option is ***very short on range.Cons:The software is missing a crucial feature: syncing settings across devices. SteelSeries removed this feature, which is inconvenient if I want to move my EQ settings from one PC to another or reset my PC for some reason. The Sonar isn’t great for anything except games. However, you can find a piece of software called (Belphemur/SoundSwitch) on GitHub, which allows you to switch between the different audio devices that this headphone makes.Multiple Audio Devices: This headset has four different audio devices that you can switch between using the SteelSeries software, which is a bit of a pain whenever you want to listen to music or play games. The software I mentioned above comes in handy in this situation.Overall, I highly recommend this headset despite its issues. It has exceptional audio quality, and the Infinity Power System is a game-changer. The earpad adapter is a must-have if you’re bothered by the ANC nub. The software is missing some features, but it’s still usable.I couldn’t find any pictures of the ANC nub sticking out, but these photos are with the adapter on. It’s only slightly noticeable compared to the Wicked Cushions or the default earpad which protrude through the middle.

    Battery lasts 26 hours???

The first Battery after another charge straight out of the package was great, both batteries in fact are good for a long time if your running only on the main Platform hence PC, console, once you add the blue tooth connection to your cell phone the Batteries dictate what plays when the battery get lows so be warned if you are playing a game and connected to yer cell phone, the Console or PC take 1st slot to preference. thats why theres only 4 stars, otherwise no ISSUES I love it!!

Great headset, packed with features – even better company!

So this is my second Steel Series headset purchase!A couple years ago I got back into gaming and decided to upgrade from my PS4 to Xbox X. I had just prior got fedup with cheap wired and wireless headsets because they just didn’t last and I hate being tethered down. Not to mention, I was buying a new one every few months…Not sure how I stumbled across Steel Series to be honest, but I did. Did some research and landed on the Arctis 9x (xbox version). Price tag then and now $200. To me that was (and lets be honest, it is) pretty expensive in my book. I’ve never spent that much on a headset before and I even made fun of friends that would shell out that kind of moolah.Got the 9x and loved it! Super comfy and battery lasts for ages, and has dual wireless capabilities, blah blah blah. Here’s why I tell this story. About 4-6 months after the warranty expired, the headset broke where it connects from the headband to the earcup. I was quite pissed. I spent a lot of money on this headset and it doesn’t even last a year. Because of this, I reached out to Steel Series- thinking I was going to be shut down and they would just give me the uncaring “warranty expired” garbage.NOPE, they actually cared, were very kind and really wanted to help. They didn’t give me grief about the warranty. Did mention it was out of warranty, but was still going to help me and replace the headset. I did have to take pictures of the defect and then completely destroy the headset and send more pics. But, within 1-2 weeks I got a brand new headset! Now that’s a company that actually gives a damn about their customers and the gaming community!Fast forward to a few months ago. I wanted to upgrade to a new headset and was willing to shell out the $350 bucks. I didn’t look into any other brand because I knew if something went wrong with this pricy investment, Steel Series has my back! The Nova Pro Xbox wireless is pricey, but has a ton of features, comfy, crazy battery life, comes with 2 batteries where you can hot swap them, etc. I absolutely love this headset.Oh, make sure you buy the Xbox version, regardless if you’re PlayStation or not. That’s because the xbox version is the same price as the Playstation/PC version but the xbox supports Playstation, PC, and obviously xbox as well. Whereas the Playstation version does NOT support xbox. No brainer. Oh, my only cons are:1. Even on the Nova Pro Wireless, they still have the headband being connected to a plastic housing on the earcups. This should be upgraded to avoid breakage!2. The headset isn’t very breathable, period. Because of the PU Leather they use, it’s not difficult for your ears to sweat and to heat up quite a bit. They should switch to the materials they use on their Arctis 9x or add ventilation, like many other brands do.I recommend Steel Series to EVERYONE. I think you will love the headsets and the company. Thanks a million Steel Series for making amazing products and standing by them.

    An upgrade from previous gen

I bought these coming from using the previous gen model (2 pairs) from 2020 to now. Both of those broke on the hinges, so I’m hoping that these last longer and they fixed that flaw. These have a much greater battery lifespan, however the inside specs differ from the battery specs. Inside the battery hole it says the battery is supposed to be 850mah, but mine is 700mah. No clue why it says that.Another irritating thing is the batteries were changed at all, all the previous generations had 1000mah battery packs, anyone whos ever had a previous gen headset would have multiple sets of these batteries. That are working just fine, why would you reinvent the wheel? Just use the same battery size and you wouldn’t even have to manufacture different batteries, and long term customers could reuse their old batteries instead of throwing them away. The noise cancellation has this annoying knob in the middle of the speaker, yes its an issue, yes it can be uncomfortable, and yes there is a solution. I had to buy a thicker ear cup replacement which puts my distance from it. Now after spending more money I shouldn’t have, that issue is kind of resolved…The speakers seem to be of lesser quality to previous gen. I could crank my headset up so loud playing dubstep, trance, rock, jazz, rap, whatever music I played it was crystal clear. These ones have distortions and static at around 75% volume. If you adjust your equalizer to have semi high bass then it will drop even further. using these on the phone also has this issue. The headband is a huge upgrade, I’m so glad they fixed this! The old gen headband would stretch out over time and it had nowhere to Velcro it to. So you had this over tightened band flapping around on top of the headset. This new design is great I’ve got no issues with it so far.If the hinge issue is truly fixed, this is a good upgrade. What they should have done though is make the speakers aluminum like the headband. Its a $350 headset there’s no reason you cant put a thin aluminum housing over the speakers to make it last.

Great, absolutely fantastic even, but not “the most amazing headset on planet earth!”

As my title suggests, this headset really is the bomb all things considered. The look, the feel and the quality of the product all look and feel like a premium product but let me just hit it with some realism here because seeing all the reviews and even tech outlets FAWNING over this thing, can ultimately influence a consumer looking for a great headset to spend over $300 on this thing just to be disappointed.First thing’s first, the price. I can’t even begin to describe to you how unbearably asinine it is that this thing costs as much as it costs when it’s not on sale, it’s utterly ridiculous and despite what ANYONE tries to say here, isn’t REMOTELY worth a penny more than $200 at the bare freaking minimum and that’s being nice. The “active noise cancellation”, lmfao x’D, is pretty much non existent to the point of I feel like Steel Series could legit be sued for false advertisement because of how poor it is. There’s absolutely no good reason that my second gen Soundcore Liberty Pro bluetooth earbuds have LANDSLIDE noise cancellation levels over a headset that costs over $300 GD dollars. The wireless range is dog crap. Straight up, flaccid, stinky, abysmal dog crap. I can’t go to my kitchen from my bedroom which is a good maybe 20-25 away without whatever vid im watching on you tube to begin sounding like Mary from Silent Hill 2 is trying to talk to me through the radio. Again, $300 headset, people. The headband could be significantly better, it feels weird. I wouldn’t necessarily say cheap because it gets the job done but if you have a big ahh head like me, you might not have the best time here.NOW for why I absolutely love this headset.I paired this with Dolby Atmos rather than the steelseries software, does GG have things to make this headset sound better? Probably, that’s not for me to say I’m a simple boy I tweak my eq’s to make my boombooms BOOM and it makes me hap hap. It took me some tweakin across various FPS and I found that with my custom Dolby Atmos eq and setting the interfaces EQ to “Focus” has made this thing soar like a solid gold eagle in my ears. I’m serious sound has never sounded so good to me than before I got this EQ, it’s the best it’s ever been. The battery life is phenomenal and when one battery runs outta juice, you tactically reload that sum-B and you’re good to go!The mic quality is the best I’ve had in any of my previous headsets EXCEPT ONLY my corsair void wireless pro, very clear and non tinny sound. All in all I love this headset so much and am only disappointed that I spent the amount of money I’ve spent on it rather than getting it on sale. If you want what I feel is truly an incredible piece of gaming hardware, look no further, but I urge you it’s not as great as people proclaim so please, if you can, try to get it on sale and save the money.

Negative Reviews need to read the instruction manual.

I see the top review is by a guy named M. Webb.I’d like to address some of his points and how just a few seconds of reading the instructions would have addressed all but one concern he has because the optical port was removed.I have no issues with the GG software. There is a feature that will allow you to hear yourself with ANC on when you’re using the mic. If you go to the break-out box, you can turn that off. Other than that, I don’t see why he is recommending to stay away from it. You NEED it to update the firmware.1. “you’re restricted to only making changes to sound profiles, etc when you use the software”Hold the button down, it will go into the menus to adjust the sound profiles. It says so in the instruction manual. After updating the firmware I closed the app and have not opened it again. It’s running in the background, and I have not used to adjust levels or anything. I do it all with the break-out box it came with.2. “So they give you this charging box now that doesn’t let you do anything other than adjust the volume and chatmix”Again, HOLD THE BUTTON DOWN for like 2 seconds and you can adjust everything from the break-out box just like the previous model. You CAN change sound profiles. You CAN adjust the chant mixYou CAN switch input/output modesRead the instructions.3. “Smaller battery – the previous generation used 1000 mah – they reduced the size to 700 mah. Less capacity so now we have to charge more often / buy more batteries”This is just flat out WRONG. The batteries easily last twice as long as the previous model. The previous model had a much shorter battery life, I have no idea WTF he’s even talking about, to be honest.4. They didn’t get rid of digital output, but they did get rid of the optical output, that’s his first valid point. But I don’t know why you would need it anymore. You can link this with any device that has a USB with the included USB C cable. And yes, it’s in surround, not stereo. Again, it seems like he just needs to read instructions, I have had 0 issues swapping devices without having to unplug/plug in any device. The headset outputs surround sound, check your settings.5. ” They decided to use the cheapest plastic design at this single point of failure resulting in headphones that deteriorate well within the warranty period unless you have a tiny head or treat them like they’re made of glass.”I have no idea what he’s even talking about. These are some of the sturdiest headphones I’ve ever bought. They feel like a tank and are solid. I don’t know where this “single point of failure is.” He doesn’t explain or elaborate. I am looking all over my set and can’t find what he’s talking about. Everything is sturdy, there are made from metal and thick plastic, but it doesn’t feel heavy to wear.6. “ANC is shit quality. I Have 4 year old BOSE with ANC that work so much better at masking / eliminating drone noise.”The ANC is not the best you can get, but it works really well. Based on his previous complaints, I would guess he doesn’t know how to turn the ANC on. I cannot hear my PC next to me, I cannot hear the AC running from where I’m sitting with the ANC turned on. Is the ANC as good as my Sony XM5s? Hell no, but those are the best in the industry. If you’re getting these to wear everywhere and block sound, they are not the best, for that. But for just sitting at home playing games, again, it works really well.So in conclusion, he has no idea what he’s talking about. These are some of the best feeling and sounding gaming headsets I’ve ever bought. Wearing them kind of feels just like the Sony XM4/5s. So if you like how those fit and feel, you will like this headset. You can connect to 2 devices with this at once too using the breakout box and Bluetooth. So you can listen to a podcast/music on your phone and be connected to your PC/PS5 at the same time listening to both. So I would very much recommend this if you can afford it. They are a very good headset and a justifiable upgrade over the previous model. Some other things to address.I saw another complaint about that, Bluetooth not working. It works fine if you connect it correctly and don’t walk away too far. But I can walk downstairs and still listen to my phone with this if the phone is upstairs connected with Bluetooth. I have not had any issues dropping the connection. Maybe it’s a defect and he should exchange them? I don’t know, I don’t have that issue.Another complaint was about having to use the software to adjust the chatmix. You CAN NOT use the software for that. If you try and adjust it with the software it tells you to use the box! See the included screenshot.

    Great headphones, poor bluetooth design

These headphones are amazing, and I use them every day, but there’s one major issue that I think is worth pointing out. When you connect them to your phone and then turn off the headset, the Bluetooth doesn’t actually turn off. There’s a dedicated button for turning Bluetooth on and off, which sounds great in theory, but it’s not so practical. On top of that, the Bluetooth volume is separate from the headset volume. The headphones also automatically reconnect to Bluetooth when powered on. To give you an example of how frustrating this can be: I’ll be playing a game without realizing my phone is connected at full volume, and suddenly a loud notification will blare through, causing the headphones to crackle and giving me a headache. There have been several times when I thought I turned off the headset, only to later realize I was blasting music through the headphones without noticing. This Bluetooth issue is a huge flaw, and if anything causes these headphones to break, it’ll be that. I still recommend them, but do yourself a favor: every time you connect to Bluetooth, forget the device on your phone so you don’t end up with a $400 pair of headphones that start crackling after just a few months like mine have.

Works great, great quality, but pricy and has silly issues.

I used to own the Arctic Pro Wireless (the previous generation), and I absolutely loved it. This new version is definitely an improvement. The physical screen device is incredible, packed with so much functionality. The headset itself is incredibly comfortable, adjustable, durable, and perfectly sized for most heads, thanks to its adjustable features. The volume controls on both the headset and the device are super easy to use.The noise cancellation feature is a bit of a letdown. It’s more like noise reduction, as it barely eliminates any sound, leaving everything else undisturbed. I expected better noise cancellation for a $500 headset. The battery life is also a bit of a mixed bag. They used to last for multiple days, but now they only last a full day. I think they’re just losing battery life over time. My older headset still has batteries that last longer. The microphone is decent, but it’s just a headset microphone, so don’t expect studio-quality sound. I only use it when I want to be loud and joking with others.Overall, despite these complaints, I still recommend this headset.

    In regards to the complaints

I’ve been using this headset for this past week and it is awesome. I see how some people may not understand how these work I recommend one reading the manual and also downloading steelseries gg and learn to navigate the application. There are a lot of features that you can unlock by navigating it and understanding the application. I love that I can answer the phone while I’m gaming without having to take off my headset. I can answer and talk to people over the phone while I grind camos and I don’t have to take off an ear cuff the ANC works great I haven’t had any problem the batteries last hours and the headset is comfortable enough that I can wear it that long. This review is based off my experience on my pc I’m going to try it on my ps5 and I will write another review for that but so far 10/10 would definitely recommend this headset also I noticed someone said something about the side tone I just turned my off through the application super simple process.

I had a Corsair pair of headphones that kept randomly dying so I decided to upgrade and honestly I was one of those people that didn’t really think expensive headphones would ever be worth it. I took a chance on these bad boys and they are absolutely amazing. Noise canceling makes me feel like I’m in whatever game I play. I like that the microphone just slides back in so when I’m just playing a game that doesn’t require it it’s not in my face. One of my biggest problems with the Corsair headphones was my ears would sweat, but I had these on probably 3-4 hours straight of gaming and didn’t sweat at all. Extremely comfortable over the ear and on top of the head. I love that it’s seamless to go from my PC to my PS5. Last great design is honestly the battery life. Having the ability to switch when one battery gets low is next level. Highly recommend. Just take the leap and get it trust me it will be worth it.

They do exactly what I wanted them for

I’ve been using the same set of headphones for the last 6 years, my friends started to convince me that I should get some headphones with spatial audio. I’ve always wanted to get wireless headphones and these ones fit the bill.WOW, I was not expecting the sound quality like this though. I know, there’s been changes in the headphone industry in the last 6 years, but these feel like they’re on the next level.Pros:- Comfort, the strap under the main headband looked a little weird to me at first, but actually very comfortable ( I wear them for ~8 hours a day)- Sound quality, like I stated previously, I can’t compare these to any other headphones that I’ve worn, they are just crazy good with the sound, feel like I’m immersed in any game or video- Wireless, I can get up and walk around my house while listening to things, switch the mic input on Discord and still talk to my friends while I’m grabbing food or a drink- Battery life, the battery that came in them lasted 8 hours, didn’t charge it before I wore them, it was about half charged. The other battery was done charging way before they died anyways, easy to swap and was back up and running- Weight, I personally prefer somewhat heavier headphones, and these ones aren’t crazy heavy, but still feel good on my head.Cons:- Mic, I haven’t personally listened to the microphone on these, but after switching from my professional microphone, I’ve been told there’s a significant difference. Yes, I know, the mic in the headphones can’t be a AT2020, but a little better would be nice.

This is a review I will be updating more or less yearly. I am probably the definition of a power user for these headphones because I wear the entire day while I work and game, so like 10+ hours of daily wear for years on end. I dual pair and pick up work and family calls. I walk around the house doing chores while on meetings so range is important, everything is being used here.My previous pair fell apart after 3 years, what was the culprit? The plastic, the plastic arm that holds the cups literally started giving out, flexing and cracking, letting the headband slip out. These headphones still use plastic in those areas, so we’ll see. What I like:Comfort: Excellent. I have a big ole head and the comfort on the novas is far superior. I can’t describe it, the headband on the other ones would make my glasses leave marks behind my ears, real acquired taste, maybe a little masochism. These don’t do that. The earpads are super soft and nice, I honestly like them more than the wear earwax trap aero weave or whatever the last ones had.Sound: Seriously better. The novas along with the sonar software sound a lot brighter and clear. Apparently these near ear pads do some good work on the lowend, doesn’t seem to be lacking. Certainly a step up. The previous version you could feel it maxing out and muddying up pretty badly, specially on the crucial low end parts. They could get a little fatiguing and the EQ feature was a little bizarre and harsh. Not horrible but I wouldn’t put them anywhere on a top tier list.User Experience: Same buttons on the side but they are now in this like, recessed area so you have to fiddle around to find them and any rubbing against the plastic translates to loud a** noise in your ears because of the seal the earpads have, it’s meh, minor detail in the grand scheme of things but my hand is on those buttons all day, flipping to bluetooth, chatmix, volume, muting. Steelseries please make them like immediately obvious and protruding again please.Microphone: Fantastic, a lot more sensitive to distance from the mouth than the previous version. I put it a bit too close and I was clipping like a mad man. Easy to get used to, love the fact that it can be EQd in sonar. Better than previous version I think, we’ll see.Build: They feel robust, similar headband deal going on, more subtle with only a couple of adjustment points.Battery life: I could be biased given my previous set had a lot of use but I did buy many new sets of batteries. The novas seem to be able to about twice as far as the pro wireless battery wise.I still think these headphones are the best pound for pound out there when it comes to all around feature set and quality. There’s nothing that comes close. Steelseries contact me if you need feedback from someone that wears these 12 hours a day.

    Dual Purposed and Perfect…almost…

I’m a gamer….and also a remote worker.I found myself looking for an audio solution that would fit both worlds. At the time I was using a wired Arctis Pro headset (prior generation) for gaming, and wireless earbuds for work communications. Needless to say, switching products for different use was becoming irritating, considering both PC’s are set up on the same desk.I happened to be browsing the SteelSeries site, and came across the Arctis Nova Pro Wireless. Love SS products, as they have never failed me (headset, mouse, keyboard). Needless to say, I took the plunge and purchased them.I’ve always been a bit skeptical regarding headsets that are both wireless and bluetooth capable. Prior items I’ve tested always fell short, either in battery life, bluetooth or wireless range. I’m happy to say, I have yet to see any issues with the headset, with one exception, which I’ll touch on later.Considering my prior SS headset was the Arctis Pro w/GameDac, I chose to purchase the model with GameDac for the Nova Pro Wireless. My first thought was about battery life *shrug* as that always seem to be a point of contention, even with earbuds I had in the past for use with my phone. I didn’t waste time regarding testing wireless and bluetooth battery life separately.Once I had the latest SteelSeries software updates, and updated the headset to the latest firmware, I connected both my personal PC and my work phone to the headset. On an average day, I am typically in calls for at least 6 hours. In between calls, in the past, I had been using the personal PC to stream music via the wired Arctis Pro headset. Needless to say, the idea the Nova Pro wireless would eliminate swapping between headset and earbuds was the first thought in my head. The results were technical perfection. I could listen to music without issue. During inbound or outbound calls, the music muted as calls started. Calls ended, and back to music. No swapping between two devices, no hassle…no muss and no fuss. They say the battery life is on average 11 hours. Luckily this has two batteries and the DAC is also the charger for the spare battery. I’ve used the headset consistently day in and day out, and typically find I’m only changing the battery after about 13 hours of use without bluetooth enabled, and about the same with bluetooth only being used. With both, I see about 10-11 hours of usage before needing to swap batteries.During the first couple of days, I noticed sound quality wasn’t what I was used to from my Arctis Pro headset…then it dawned on me. I needed to go back into the SteelSeries software, and make sure I had changed both the settings and Sonar to have these as the primary sound device, as well as doing the same in my Windows settings. 5 minutes later, music was back to the quality I had grown accustom to. Sounds when gaming had not only returned in quality, but were actually better. Spatial sound allowed for easier identification of direction. All in all, just turned out an overall bettter experience.Another plus was getting up from my desk, having grown comfortable with wearing a headset, and not jerking my head back down because of a cord. I had walked from my desk to my kitchen before I even realized just how freeing the wireless experience was.Distance of the coverage is also amazing. For bluetooth, I can walk 30 feet away from my phone without issue, where my earbuds (Sony 1000MX5) started cutting out after about 5-6 feet, requiring me to pick up my phone every time I moved. On the wireless side, music moves with me all through the house. I can cook, clean, or just chill anywhere and enjoy it. Even this gets close to 30 feet before I start noticing any degradation. The only thing I did notice was something that should have been obvious: if the microwave is between the headset and DAC, it will cause the audio to flutter, but not break completely. Now to the ANC (Noise Cancellation). While it is a great addition to this headset, I think this might be where I have found, from prior use of both, Sony and Bose have more efficient noise cancelling. On the plus side, while it doesn’t completely eliminate consistent noise, it does drastically reduce it to a level of being some distance away. Even with the lawn mower nearby, I could hear people on the calls, as well as they could hear me, without the lawn mower drowning either side out. The ANC reduces sound possibly -30db, but doesn’t eliminate them all together. Even consistent noises become a minor backdrop in the audio world. It does its job well…even when on Discord with auto-mic in a chatroom. Now I mentioned an exception at the start of this review, and here it is: the fit. My wired Arctis Pros would allow me to bend over and or tilt my head without moving around on my head. This isn’t the case with the Nova Pro Wireless. I believe this is due to one simple reason: the factory pads on the headset do not feel as robust as the former, therefore does not have the same ability to remain stationary. This is easily rectified by purchasing aftermarket replacements. If SS were to pay closer attention to reviews, they would see how some have stated this, and I’m in agreement: make them robust…and make them a bit more breathable as well. The faux leather design is just a trend all headset manufacturers follow as it “allows a better fit to eliminate noises around you” Pish Posh! There is hardly any difference between using a breathable material vs “leather” materials, unless you are an uber-picky audiophile. Listen to the people SS…they have spoken.Outside of the pads, this is hands-down a 5-Star production for battery life, sound quality, gaming, media and bluetooth connectity to a ton of various products from phones to TV’s to streaming devices. A stellar upgrade from the Arctis Pro wired, in both quality and freedom of movement. If you have your doubts about switching from wired to wireless…do yourself a favor….CUT THE CORD!!!You won’t regret it at all.

Really Great Wireless Headset – Annoying Trash Steelseries Engine Software

This is a really great wireless headset, and works right of the bat. Has some pretty solid material design also, and pretty survivable. There’s a few connection issues or glitches that happen sometimes rarely, that’s to be expected in my opinion for a wireless headset though. I’ve heard the noise canceling isn’t the best, compared to others, but it works well enough for me. Seems to be pretty good about trimming out the hum of various devices and machines around me. Was unsure on the price but I think part of it goes into the base station and extra battery, which makes sense to me. This base station is pretty cool so far, for my needs atleast. Like the dual input channel is pretty good as it gives me some more options for dealing with multiple devices without falling back to bluetooth for audio. The backup battery and charging is pretty awesome also. Never felt it was worth the additional cost in the past, for few wireless headsets I bought. After this though, I’ll likely always try to get something like this for future wireless audio setups. Just it’s really nice to be able to quickly swap batteries and not be tethered to a place while it’s charging up. The only complaint here is that I wish the batteries were shaped in a way where I could place them in without looking or turning on a light. For some reason your able to place these batteries in the wrong way without anything to prevent that. Which might bend a few of the pins used for charging I suspect, unsure as unwilling to test that 🙂 Pretty bad design there and I hope they improve that in future versions. The main problem for this product, and why I’m docking a star. Is that it really depends on the Steelseries GG software to run some of it’s main features. This software is very much marketing focused and less focused on what it should be, which is managing your device (that you spent a lot of money on.) The home/main page is basically a marketing page, which you have to dig past every time to manage the device you bought. They also require a login to use these features, which doesn’t make a lot of sense beyond getting an opportunity to skim data like everyone else nowadays. Really taints the customer impression here I’d argue, rather than providing them a real benefit. I would understand if it was for some optional software tool you didn’t need for this to function (like Moments), or the Giveaways thing they do here, but not for software that is more core to the functionality of the device. Also as an aside, I don’t get the point of the Moments feature forced in here. AMD, Nvidia, Steam, Xbox, Playstation and etc; all have this covered already. We don’t need another layer here for this kind of thing, it’s just kind of silly and an unneeded waste of time all around. Anyways, back to the login thing. I understand some hardware companies have gone down that route lately, like Nividia and Razer I believe. I’ve recently used AMD and Logitech products and haven’t needed login for those to fully function. So it’s not everyone doing it in this space, and it might be best to be on the good side of it, and not so much the scummy unneccessary marketing side. If this doesn’t change down the line, I’ll likely just go for another brand that doesn’t do this kind of thing. I really like the quality material design (very much utility and survivable), simple usability, and a lot of the functionality here. So, I’d prefer not to have to do that, but I will if this doesn’t change. I’m just not really interesting in a lot of unnecessary bloatware that’s continuously running in the background, or being forced to provide unneeded details for using a product.

    Good overall

I decided to shell out for a higher end headset, instead of my typical $100-$200 Logitech or Razer headsets, and I am not disappointed at all.SOUND QUALITY: Good sound, the quality is fantastic, and directional sound is spot on. Playing WWZ with my friends they’re usually calling out a special but don’t know where it is, and I can pinpoint it almost immediately just from the directional sound. Makes for much more immersive experience for gamers, and music/movies are spectacular as well, and the quality doesn’t diminish with volume (for those movies that go from “what did he say?” to my face looks like it has a leaf blower aimed at it).THE MIC/SOUND CANCELLING: The mic actually picks my voice up, it helps when it’s 2 inches or less from my mouth, but even farther than that, people can still hear me. As for sound cancelling, in a word: spectacular. This is the first headset I have owned that when it turns off, my brain immediately goes “What just came on in the house?” from the increase in noise, before I realize that’s just the ambient hum of my computer, the A/C, fridge, water heater, and everything else in a house that makes very subtle noise. But it isn’t disorienting nor does it muffle voices, I can still hear my girlfriend trying to sneak up on me, or if she calls me from another room clear as day.RANGE: It has decent range, I can go most anywhere in my house and it doesn’t have an issue except the kitchen, I have to have the left side facing the computer room from the kitchen, but I blame that on all the metal appliances in that room interfering with the signal. Surprisingly, the microwave running right next to me does not affect it, which means the electronics inside are well shielded.COMFORT: I have noticed the band that rests on top of my head is very slowly stretching, but it has several notches to adjust it tighter as it does, not a big issue for me. The ear pads are great, never really get that ache or sweat from pressure or lack of air.BATTERY: Usually lasts multiple days between charges while being used 2-6 hours a day. I actually like the fact that the battery is removable, it prevents the need for a cord to be attached to the headset if you forgot to charge it the night before. But if you like to charge it overnight, you can plug the headset in to charge the battery, or swap it into the HUD module and charge it. And it’s quick to swap the battery, takes me about 10 seconds in total; most of the time I can do it without my friends even noticing I’m gone during a conversation.OTHER FEATURES: The HUD module can have two computers plugged into the USB C inputs and you can actively switch between the two which I personally found very useful. You can even plug in via 3.5mm jack directly to the headset or to the HUD module; I don’t use this, but it’s a nice option to have. It’s nice to have a reference of sound and headset details (battery level, input, volume) for quick troubleshooting such as if everything suddenly goes silent, I can look at the HUD and see if it’s receiving sound or not and that will determine whether it’s a headset issue or a computer issue. These are all frivolous additions, but can tip a decision one way or another if your teetering between headsets. And if you’ve read everything up this point, you’re actually researching headsets and want to make an informed decision, which I hope this helps in that endeavor. For reference I have a slightly smaller than average head coming in at a 7.25 cap size (22 5/8″ circumference), my ears do stick out a good amount (if you’re worried about the depth of the ear pieces) and they barely touch the fabric covering the speakers if at all. If you have the dough, I think this headset or their newer versions are worth the investment.

    Very Positive First Impressions

I’ve only had these for about two days, but I wanted to write up some quick first impressions. The long and short of it is: good headphones with some minor, addressable comfort concerns.Cons:- As I just mentioned, the real primary negative to these headphones in my experience was the comfort of wearing them for long periods. Some users have trouble with the protruding bit of ANC housing on the inside of the cups. My ears are fairly flat to my skull, so I didn’t notice this issue at all. However, the material the ear cushions are made of, a sort of pleather material, does retain heat like an oven. After an hour or two, my ears were very warm and it got uncomfortable to continue wearing them. Using the headphones while cleaning up around the house was like wearing a sauna suit specifically on my ears. Fortunately, there are aftermarket replacement ear cushions that address both of these issues with larger pads made from more breathable fabric. It’s doesn’t feel great immediately swapping pieces off of $400 tech, but at least the problem can be solved. I bought a pair from Wicked Cushions and first impressions of those are great, but I’ve barely had a chance to really test them.-Magnetic side panels hiding the battery and USB-C port have me concerned about longevity. While I’m glad the side panels aren’t held on by cheap plastic clips that would inevitably break, the extremely sleek magnetic panels do feel a bit more form over function. The magnets inside the panels are just strong enough to hold the panels to the headset, and I haven’t had them fall off yet, but I am worried about that happening after months or years of removing them to swap the battery.-The noise cancellation isn’t absolute, but it’s good enough to minimize white noise like fans or air conditioning. This wasn’t really what I came to these headphones for. I am not particularly bothered by room noise. In fact, I do like a certain amount of situational awareness, and total noise cancellation makes me uneasy in the same way blindfolding myself with a VR headset does. This does a good enough job to obfuscate irritating noises like my neighbor’s fender rattling bass or the humming fan of my refrigerator without making me feel like a home invader finally has a chance to get the drop on me.Pros:-There’s a lot I love here. Firstly and most importantly, these sound great. I’m not an audio expert at all, but I am a video production professional and have worked closely with audio engineers and have some idea on the differences between high and low quality sounding headphones and sound systems. These are likely to satisfy anybody but the most demanding audiophiles out there.-They just work. I’m so sick of buying some expensive piece of tech and having to read a thousand Reddit posts just to figure out how to make the item work with my particular setup. These are about as plug and play as expensive gear gets in 2024. I opened the box, plugged the base station into a USB port, turned on the headphones, set the audio output to the headphones on my PC, and that was all I needed to do to make them work. The base station gets its power via the USB, so you don’t even need to plug it into an electrical outlet. There’s obviously driver updates and free software that you can download to manually set equalizers and fiddle with settings (which I do think works well and suggest downloading), but all you absolutely need is a PC with a USB port and ears.-Two batteries with one always charging in the base station. This is ingenious. Seriously, whoever on the SteelSeries team who suggested this, give them a raise, a company car, and a nice corner office with a good view. It’s such a simple idea that solves the number one inconvenience with rechargeable gear. As long as you place the spare battery in the base station, you’ll always be ready to go.-Simultaneously connect the headset to your PC or console and a Bluetooth device. I love to play video games and listen to podcasts. With these, I can play a game on PC (or console) and hear that audio on these headphones, while they’re also connected to my phone playing a podcast at the same time. One of the primary reasons I have always preferred a nice sound system to nice headphones is that a sound system lets me indulge my broken, millennial attention span. With these headphones, now I can split my attention between multiple stimuli while also shutting out the rest of the world.-Not gamer aesthetic. This is more of a general shoutout to SteelSeries. Thank you for having options for those of us who don’t want to die of embarrassment when we catch our reflection in the monitor. No gaudy, distracting RGB LEDs adorning every surface, no ridiculous cat ears mounted at the top. Just black headphones that go on your head and don’t call more attention to themselves than the media they’re playing.-The design is simple and functional. The mic coils inside the headphones when you do not need it. The buttons and nobs are all slightly raised so you can sense from feel what controls you’re touching while wearing them. Like I mentioned above, these do not distract from the media they’re playing. They’re a tool to make your experience more enjoyable and otherwise be as undetectable as possible. It’s a design direction that I find deeply appealing because it respects both the media it is playing and its users. Even the SteelSeries logo that is printed on the sides of the headset is barely visible without close inspection. I really cannot stress enough how much I appreciate what SteelSeries does in this regard. I have an old wired pair of headphones from SteelSeries as well, and they’ve only just been replaced by these.

THE BEST GAMING HEADSET ON THE MARKET!!!

I got the PS5 version instead of the XBOX version because I never plan to buy an Xbox. Even though the Xbox model is compatible with the PS5, XBox & Pc. The PS5 model is only compatible with PS5, PC, Nintendo Switch, & Mobile. So that’s a decision that you’ll have to make whenever you go to buy these.FEEL:The feel to me is a premium feel, the headset is made of plastic but feels really sturdy & build quality seems well built. The adjustable headband is comfortable & feels really comfortable for my head. The band stretches enough to accomodate big headed people as well as the peanut head person. The buttons click & give you a responsive feedback to let you know that the button was pressed. The magnetic ear covers are nice feeling & you can feel the magnets attracting when you remove or place the cover on to the headset. The Base Station is built just like the headset, made of plastic material but great quality of work. The wheel rolls smoothly & the back button is a touch button that has no feedback to it.SOUND QUALITY:The sound quality was shocking to me. Shocking because these sound great every way that I used them. I used these to listen to music & was blown away, these sound awesome. I couldn’t believe how good these sound with the normal music that I listen to on a daily basis. Future, Lil Durk, Kevin Gates, everything that I threw at it sounded so frickin good. The bass hits hard, the & the clearness is solid. Gaming was the same way, now I’m no pro gamer but these sound so good tha tI heard all types of footsteps that I never heard before, the bad part was I still couldn’t figure out where the hell they were coming from. (I told you I’m no or gamer) Honestly tho the gun sounds sound so crisp & loud, the little 8 years old cussing you out or calling you the N-word was so clear, I felt like they were in the room with me. The Steelseries Artic Nova Pro headset sound the same wired or wireless, I wasn’t able to hear any difference. Listening to these on my PC is a different experience, that’s when you have to download the Steelseries Sonar program from their website. When you download this program your experience will get a lot better. Not that it wasn’t good to begin with, but this just upgrades the headset & takes it to the next level. Within the Sonar program you will open up a mixer to wear you can toggle through the settings & change the sound settings for the Game Chat, the Chat Chat, the Media Chat, The Aux Chat & the Mic Chat. It also connected with my GoXLR so it gives you more tweaking that you can do. In the different settings you can adjust the BASS, THE VOICE & TREBLE. You can go into the CONFIGURATION & change the different presets, you should go through these & figure out what sounds best to you. If you go into the GAME configuration you can change the game that your playing, there is over 50 different games that you can choose from. Sonar Software makes the Artis Nova Pro a premium set of wireless gaming headphones. Without it, I would say these are still powerful & a great headset but maybe just a step down. Also if you don’t have a PC to download the Sonar Software you can’t get to the mixer or the presets, so that’s something to consider when buying these.CONNECTIVITY:Bluetooth connection works with any device that has Bluetooth. When playing on a console, you can connect it directly to your controller & not use the interface, connect the interface to your console & use it wirelessly or use Bluetooth to use wireless on your pc, use the interface to use it wirelessly or connect the headphones directly to your pc with a 3.5mm cable. It’s noted that you can get 40ft range from these, I didn’t actually try to measure to see how far you could actually use these but I can say that the distance is very good with these, I was on different floors & across my house & the connection was still strong, so the connection gets a A+ from me.BUILD QUALITY/DURABILITY:The headset is made of mostly plastic material, it doesn’t have a cheap feel tho, the material feels sturdy & pretty high quality. The ear cups are removable & are really soft & comfortable on my ears. The headband is durable & flexible enough to bend but not break under some tension. The buttons are durable & give you a nice responsive feedback feel when pressing the buttons.ANC TEST:Press the power button once to activate, double tap to activate TRANSPARENCY MODE. The ANC on these are pretty good, good enough to block out most sounds from outside of the headphones when using them. I sat next to my fan with the fan on & while gaming I couldn’t hear the fan, if I just had the headset on but wasn’t playing a game then I could hear the fan. When I’m gaming my wife literally has to throw something at me to get my attention because I can’t hear her with these on, plus I think she just likes chucking random objects across the room at me. Transparency Mode is okay, not something that I activate much but it is useful.MIC TEST: BFor Gaming: PS5For Muzik: B+For PC: A+Call Quality: AGlasses Test: A+Battery Life:I found that the battery life was really good. Both batteries lasting 20 hours a piece totaling 40 hours of continuous use if needed. The only issue & it might be 100% user error was I struggled to get the battery into the charging dock. It would go into the slot but wouldn’t stay in there for some reason. You can fast charge the Artic Nova Pro by charging them for 15 minutes & you’ll get 3 hours of battery life.Likes:The look of these are definitely a great quality, they don’t look cheap or like a bum ass pair of headphones. The ear cushions are really comfortable & fluffy, they fit over my ears & my ears just rest in them. The material that the era cushions are made of are nice as well, I don’t think it’s leather but it’s leather like, they’re comfortable enough to keep on your ears for several hours at a time but you might get a little ear sweat if you use them long enough, not really a problem if your in a cool room, but if your room is hot or room temperature they’ll most likely make your ears sweat. The headband is really comfy too, it’s not heavy or odd feeling, a lot of times I forgot that I was wearing these, the band fits my head perfectly. The controls on the ear cups are easy to reach & not get confused, the volume dial is convenient & won’t let you go from 0% to 100% in 1 swipe. Bluetooth button is easy to access as it’s the lone button on the right ear cup. Sound quality is really good straight out of the box, if you connect it to a pc & access the Sonar settings in the Steelseries GG program then you can tweak the equalizer settings a lot more to get a better sound out of your headset. The battery life on these are crazy, I’ve been using these for about a month & I’ve only changed the battery once, thats with over 50 hours of gameplay.Dislikes: The charger port location, why out it under the removable ear cup cover? That just seems unnecessary to me, I wouldn’t have much rather have seen it on the side of the ear cup for better placement & easier access. The battery going into the wireless base station, I still haven’t gotten that down completely. The mic is nice but I think it’s probably the weakest part of this headset, it’s clear but it still sounds like your talking into a plastic cup or through a wall or something. The way you remove the earcups to me makes me nervous every time that I do it, I feel that I’m going to break a clip & then ruin the ear cups, they are replaceable so if that happens it’s not the end of the world but who wants to spend more money when they don’t have to?The magnetic ear cups are dope, but they attract way too many fingerprints, but I have a solution for that at the end of the video so MAKE SURE TO WATCH THE WHOLE VIDEO!!!You can use the Bluetooth w/ the 2.4Gz at the same time, it’s a dope feature to have but something that I don’t utilize that often bc it’s not something that I really think is needed. Example I don’t listen to music while I’m gaming, especially when playing COD & games where I need to hear every little thing then I can’t listen to music bc I have to hear everything else.THE WRAP UP:I can honestly say this is the best gaming headset that I have ever used. Caveat, this is only maybe the fourth or fifth pair that I’ve ever had. These are by far the most expensive pair that I ever bought. I am no gaming headset connoisseur, but if I had a dream set of gaming headphones, this is what they would be. I have no allegiance whatsoever with Steelseries, they didn’t send me these so I gain nothing by saying these are good if I actually think they’re not. Get you a pair of these ASAP. I’ve had several PlayStation branded gaming headsets, a few pair of Turtle Beach headsets & I used a my kids Steelseries Artic 1 wireless headphones before & none of them felt, sound or look as premium as these do, they also did t cost as much either. The features put the Steelseries Artic Nova Pro headphones above all other gaming headsets.

    Honest Review

TL:DR; Buy these headphones, 9.3/10.First review, so bear with me.These headphones have to be one of my favorites. I own Skullcandy Crusher Evos and previously owned HyperX Cloud II’s before they broke, which is why I bought these ones.Sound Quality: Out of the box, the sound quality out of the box is decent at best, but that’s what the GG client software is for. With a bit of patience, you can tweak the EQ however you like to find your preferred/perfected audio experience or you can choose between a myriad of presets. You also have the options to switch presets on the fly through the base station. Having such agency with a product on top of it being a genuinely good listening experience makes it a worthwhile product in my book. 9/10.Build Quality: I would say the build quality is pretty damn good. It’s a mix of plastic with metal parts, but the plastic doesn’t feel cheap to me. I have a tendency to sleep with my headphones on with one ear cup off on the side that I am lying down on (which is how my HyperX’s broke. Stupid, I know) and it doesn’t seem like these can/will break very easily. Aside from that, the band that goes between the top of your head and the actual top of the headphones is a Godsend! I’m used to headphones kind of digging into the top of my head and being a bit painful, but the band completely nullifies any chance of that happening, I’m surprised more headphones do not have this feature. Easily one of my favorite features of these headphones. 10/10.Features: I love the convenience of the base station, being able to change the volume and other settings at will, especially changing whether you want game audio dominant or “party” audio dominant. It brings me back to being on Playstation. Moreover, the hot-swappable battery system is much more preferrable than USB charging in my opinion. I have a tendency to forget to charge my headphones so I’m always charging them while using them; the battery system gets rid of that issue completely. Not only will the headset turn off after 15 minutes (if you have it set to that like I do), if the battery is low, all you have to do is take the extra battery out of the base station and pop it into your headset and let the other one charge. I love it. The only issue with this is, apparently it’s hard if not impossible to replace these batteries with the actual model if they’re lost or broken or what have you. I can neither confirm or deny this because I only heard of this being an issue and haven’t actually put in adequate research or have experienced this myself. But either way, I still love this system. I prefer it way more compared to USB charging. 9/10.All in all, I love these headphones. These have to be one of the best I’ve ever purchased. I’m enjoying them so far, and I don’t see myself switching off from them any time soon. The features that they offer are perfect in my case. That being said, they may not be perfect for you, so do your research before buying these headphones because they are quite expensive. Remember that reviews are subjective, so one person or even many people’s experience may not 100% tailor to your potential experience. Or do what I did, buy them and see how you like them. If you don’t like them, you could always return it. If you made it all the way to the end, thank you for taking the time to read my review. :)Overall Rating: 9.3/10; would highly recommend.
